Dear Sir, I have booked tiket from DNR- CDG Express from Danapur Jn to Roorkee Junction today on 13 th sep 2015 from Patna. While booking the tkt i have booked my ticket and got middle birth on S1 coach seat no 53 of Booking Status Current Status CNF/S1/53/MB CNF at nearly 12 30 pm. On 3 :01 pm i have again got one PNR confirming my seat in same coach on S1 seat no S1 32. So i stunned and checked that the ticket was booked twice and then cancelled and the 50 % of the value of second ticket was deducted from my account. Kindly look into the matter urgently and i am hereby appealing for my further move will be to the session courts for further processing of my ticket amount and a justice appeal from you.My both the ticket details are as follows 2 Transaction no pnr no train no from to date status [protected] [protected] 13255 DNR RK 13-Sep-2015 Cancelled 13-Sep-2015 [protected] [protected] 13255 DNR RK 13-Sep-2015 Booked 13-Sep-2015 i dont know how second tkt was booked, so kindly refund my excess amount deducted. I have booked another ticket the same day for travelling on the next day - PNR No [protected] for the same set of passengers and we have traveled on the next day Its been around 4 months since i have raised the TDR and there isnt any progress/update in the status or refund of the money Could you please escalate this and refund my money as early as possible.       Wrong Cancellation Charges

      This complaint is regarding the common glitch in cancellation amount charged by the IRCTC. As per the current refund policy of IRCTC (http://contents.irctc.co.in/en/refundrules.html), the cancellation charge for AC 3 is Rs 90/- when cancellation of confirmed tickets is done more than one day in advance of the scheduled departure of the train, excluding the date of journey.       Hi,
      I got a call from this number ([protected]) saying that he was calling from IRCTC and asking for details of my Debit Card with CVV. He told me if you don't provide the details then they can not transfer the refund amount. When I interrogated why are you asking any valid authority should not ask so. Where are you calling from. Then that person suddenly disconnect the call. This one looks like a Big Fraud.

      I have received this call at one of my phone number ending with 675(I will provide full details to forum authority o any valid authority)

      True-caller location found: UP EAST
      The fraud done from the phone number-[protected]
      True-caller found that phone connection holder name: NADEEM
      DATE and TIME of calling-12 Sept 2015 .. 1:01 PM

      Be aware of this fraud. I request Forum authority to take steps for strong action against this fake caller.

        Dear Sir / Madam, It has been long time I have repeatedly requesting IRCTC for the refund for the below TDR. And every time I received message that "email has been again forwarded to the concerned department". But I have not received any update for my refund amount when it will be provided.             PNR [protected] Train No./Name: 13113 / HAZARDUARI EXP. Amount paid : Total:1695.6 and PNR [protected] Train No./Name: 13113 / HAZARDUARI EXP. Amount Paid : Total:1695.6 I filed for the reason that IRCTC cancelled the train at the time of travel. These both PNR is E-tickets purchased online through IRCTC website. If a person is travelling round trip holiday purpose it is almost impossible to file TDR within 72 hours of train boarding time. however i was facing failure issues on the website during the SLA period, may be because of heavy load on website due to lot of trains are cancelled or delayed (Rainy season in August first week for Kolkata) i did emailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in and [protected]@irctc.co.in about the TDR issue. Response is TDR filled out of 72 hrs period. When it is e-ticket, whenever a customer cancels the ticket or if it is Waitlist or not confirmed the amount is automatically transferred in cusomter's card or bank account, but when irctc cancels the train, they expects us to file TDR within 72 hours of time period, no matters website is working or not working. I was relieved and under impression that though its an e-ticket amount will be credited in my card account. Still its been seen in irctc portal the status is CR Registered. I called customer care today moring and spoke to one of the executive and she told there is no estimated time to get it fixed. Please it's an request do make a refund to the account as soon as possible.

                  I got a call from [protected] and asking for my ICICI Bank debit card details and cvv number.. So i registered an complaint on cybercell and ICICI bank against fraud and asking for unauthorized details.

                      When i cancelled my ticket the railway take the cancellation charge even though they cut some extra amount in the name of "IRCTC DELHI IN VISA POS ON 0309" and "IRCTC DELHI IN VISA POS ON 2808" for two times and there is not any single notification given by railway dept. to me for this deduction. So, i want to know what type of deduction is this and why this is taken by me.

                        IRCTC didnot refund my money yet, Did lots of follow up emails, its now gonna be 4 months but proper indication when they will refund the same.

                        for detailed below email sent to all the email addresses provided by IRCTC

                        Team,
                        1. You must have a proper tracking history per PNR for each of the mail user sends and interacts with customer care personals.

                        2. You must generate also a reference no. Of the conversation we do over phone 011 *400 so that its recorded clearly and helps next working CC executive to handle the request properly.(some one from care executive raises TDR without customer request with improper reason later becomes lots of confusion and email chain).

                        3. In this digital age customer is smart enough to check the status or file self which are provided to him electronically so the customer care executive role should be one step further assisting customer with proper more information except basics which he can solves himself, you need to train and educate the care executive accordingly. This looks very uneducated response from CC care executive asks for pnr no, dates of booking ..etc while the customer has already communicating on top of the booked ticket auto mail.

                        4. We are paying taxes and money for each ticket and here from yesterday I can see i am paying more via phone cost, email cost, energy costs due to inefficient irctc customer care handling. can understand we have different entity railway, irctc, zonal, tdr, but some one must be there to synchronize as well.

                        5.Each PNR should be mapped with the no. Of issues reference nos which you send with greetings messages to be able to handle the request efficiently by the next cc executive. Here i can see i have to spend with each cc executive each time from scratch.

                        6. Customer care department should be in assisting nature instead of leaving a customer in a wait for the email response situations where customers in a hurry to know the information or the information's will be provided after TRAIN leaves station.

                        7. Customer care executives should be smart to respond on prompt for the urgent situations when customer gives mails and calls as well rather responding next day.

                        8. I have raised almost 11 below queries and more than 7, 8 phone calls with you and if I call again then you will see to send the email( should i take it as you are just lazy and not interested to work or respond with the FIXED daily response .

                        9. All the emails id provided care, eticket, tdr are under IRCTC domain only then why don't we have not a common email or synchronization in between, this is pure customer care unit fault of careless work who sits in front and not only confuses customer rather they don't even realize what could be impact when they simple deliver statement like " You will get the response soon "..

                        10. I had many bad experience where IRCTC CC and one of instances I had last year where I had not traveled and i had received the notification from irctc cc that refund will not be provided cause system shows you travailed, felt very bad last year. If some one interested or there is any investigating team in IRCTC to dig that matter and investigate I am open and will provide all information's if you can assist.

                        11. Please don't forget that you are also a CUSTOMER and you will feel once you experience the issues.

                        Simple I want my money after this HORRIBLE Experience where nor I traveled nor i got any so called PREMIUM new service,

                        1. Train was late more than 3 hrs 45 mins, also seems Train is cancelled or something, As the train is new service the train no is not yet registered at many places like in indianrail.gov.in nor in 139 .It says train no. is not exist (22503)

                        2. IRCTC CC is confusing with different different view and impacted my plan and daily routine.

                                I made online booking of train tickets from ongole to krishnarajapuram, bangalore on 4, sep, 2015 for Rs. 3546.85/- through my SBI Debit card. My transaction was failed with the message "no seats". I again reattempted to book the tickets but again got the same message. But the payment is done successfully to irctc both the times and the amount is debited from my account with the trans ids irctc txn#[protected] and irctc txn#[protected]. please verify and let me know when my amount will be credited to my account. my mail id is [protected]@yahoo.com

                                My name is Ramakrishnan RM and I was trying to book 3 tickets on[protected], two tickets from chennai MAS to Coimbatore CBE on 09-10-15 & 11-10-15 and made the Debit card payment by Indian Bank and was under process but failed to book with comment "Time out" in sleeper class and another ticket on[protected] from Devakottai Rd to Chennai Egmore on[protected] and similarly debit card payment made but ticket not booked due to Time-Out reason. My account with Indian Bank has been debited 3 times on 05-09-15 and amount has not been refunded till now, pl arrange to recredit my account with the money so debited

Now when I am trying to register newly, it is prompting indicating that my Mobile number [protected] is already registered with them and my new registration process is not getting completed. with this I am not able to register newly, and as I forgot my old user ID I am not able login to book my tickets in IRCTC.                                       Respected sir/mam, I'm a frequent traveler of Indian Rly. Mostly I travel by sleeper coach and now a days I've noticed that it is quiet improved regarding cleanliness.Thanks for that. But the announcement of arriving and departure (Long distance train) the train and in which PLATFORM, it is so Unclear on the station (my request any one can go and listen), specially at BORIVELI station, that passengers have to run on last moment from one Platform to another platform. The train stops for 2 minutes also. Sometimes passengers only see, arriving the train on other platform and they had to run. It may be easy to run for young people but what about the Old persons with the luggage????? Even Display is also not there on the display board. Please improve the announcement and Display. Regards.
