Dear Sir/Madam,
The ticket dated[protected] was a tatkal ticket for three members. Of these three waiting list ticket, one of the ticket got confirmed and other two were still in waiting list. As it was a tatkal waiting list ticket, we believed it would be refunded and we don't want to lose money cancelling the e-ticket. Now they are asking for a certificate from TTR and TDR filling within 72 hours. But this is really horrible for a waiting list ticket and a traveler not travelled. Kindly find the details of the ticket status and do the needful in this regard. Expecting a ethical treatment on the issue.

Hi
I have booked a Tatkal ticket on 08-Aug-2015 for three Adults from Palakkad (PGT) to Chennai (MAS) all of which went to waiting list ( CKWL). In that waiting list ticket we got confirmed for only one person and the remaining two was in CKWL till the chart prepared and we were expecting the refund for other two persons which was not yet happened till now. Please do the needful as its tatkal ticket we expected to refund automatically but which doesn’t happened.

In case of E-Ticket Issued more then one passenger, some passengers have confirmed reservation and others are on RAC or Waitlist (Party partially travelled) A CERTIFICATE HAS TO BE OBTAINED FROM THE TTE to that effect and online TDR shall have to be filed within seventy two(72) hours after actual arrival of the train at passenger’s destination indicating the details of the certificate issued.
