Our tickets were booked from Varanasi (BSB) to Bhopal (BPL) boarding at Allahabad (ALD) in AC III (coach B3) by Kamayani express (11072) on August 2nd 2015 and the PNR number was [protected]. Eventually B3 came up as a sleeper coach and hence the train ticket examiner gave us a receipt (no.- A315091) to file TDR and get the refund of the difference which was duly filed but I have not received any such refund till date. It is most reverentially requested that the difference should be refunded back on the said ticket.

    Sir/Ma'm, I wish to inform you that my account was debited with Rs.637.80 + Rs. 11.40 and what i get refund Rs. 585/- wihtout any service provided at therir ends. This is totally loot. I didn't cancelled the ticket then why they are charging the cancellation charge as well as service charge. It's me they deducted Rs.52.80 for a ticket (it's hard earning money) and without giving services, For instance like if there are 10000 customers in single day they deducted Rs. 52.80 *10000=5, 20, 800/-(approx may be more) they are earning and making customers fool.         Even I applied for the Virtual card on 19th July, 2015 and the Tracking number is [protected]. I tried to reach the UBI and IRCTC customer support by call and as well as by email. But there is no reply even after sending many mails. Totally I am not happy with this service. Regards Ramesh

          I book ticket on 26-Aug-2015 for train 13131 which was scheduled to depart at 11:15. I got msg for confirmation of ticket I opened IRCTC to check my PNR status and saw that train got cancelled . Its 5PM and till now I have not received any msg for cancellation. Now I don't have any option to travel. If they would have informed it before some alternative would have arranged PNR number-[protected]

            Hi, I have to complain against the IRCTC Flight ticket, they have cheating me regarding the time of Spice Jet flight . When i was booking the flight they shown me morning time of Spice Jet flight 10 Am and when i book the flight of the same time they send me the ticket of evening time 9:30 pm which i dont want . Now i canceled that ticket and want the full amount back without any deduction .

              We booked ticket from JBN to ANVT (Train no. 12487) station on 19th Sept, 2015 and the other train on 21st Sept, 2015 at 7:05 from NZM to SURAT (Train no. 12904). Train no. 12487 was delayed by more than 12 hours when it reached the destination and due to this we couldn't catch the next train which was booked with the difference of more than 10 hours of both the trains. Since it is not our fault, we must get full refund for the tatkal ticket in train no. 12904.                 I have booked a premium tatkal from IRCTC on 27 of Aug for my friend and me from secunderabad to nagpur. But due to some urgency of work I cannot go to nagpur. So I decided to cancel my ticket but I was unable to cancel my name as I had registered from my account. So I booked a new ticket for my friend and cancelled old ticket which was costing 1830. I have cancelled my ticket around 10 PM. But now i have got the message that amount cannot be refunded. As it is a tatkal ticket I haven't received any percentage of money which was to be received. My whole money is wasted. I am trying to connect to customer care but unable to connect.

                  I booked my quarterly season ticket on 10th Aug through internet. I made complete payment also but till now I have not received ticket. Followed up through mails to IRCTC but no response. Called their customer care still no response. Called their courier partner but didn't got solution yet. I am looking forward to the delivery of ticket on address given during booking.

                      I made a journey on 10-May-2015 from Ernakulam to Lokmanya Tilak(Mumbai). I had a AC 3 tier ticket, but was allotted a berth in sleeper coach. I filed a TDR against the ticket on 12-May-2015. Till date, I haven't received the refund. PNR No:[protected] TDR Ref. No: [protected]

                        IRCTC charges too much Cancellation charges especially when you book tickets online and cancel tickets online. As system is doing everything, these charges should be bare minimum. I request IRCTC to look at these charges for online services. If IRCTC plans to respond to this complaint, then don't respond a standard one saying its policy or to cover costs etc., but only respond if appropriate person genuinely looks into this issue.

                          I booked two ticket in the name of A K JHA & K JHA of which information is as follows Ticket No. 1 PNR No. [protected] from Delhi to Kahalgaon Date of Journey- 25.07.2015 Date of Booking- 04.05.2015 Date of cancillation- 15.07.2015 Birth no. B2 54, 53 Booking amount- Rs 2810.00 ticket no. 2. PNR No. [protected] from Kahalgaon to Delhi Date of Journey- 19.07.2015 Date of Booking- 04.05.2014 Date of cancillation- 15.07.2015 Birth no. B2 6, 8 Booking amount- Rs 2810.00 Both the ticket were cancelled . Cancellation message came in my mobile. for refund of Rs. 2620.00 for each ticket means Rs. 5240.00 has to be refunded for both ticket but only Rs 2620.00 hasbeen refunded in my bank account on 17th july 2015. It should be noted that In IRCTC refund portal, it is seen that cancellation amount for both the ticket hasbeen refunded.

                              I got registered my User ID with IRCT under user Name "Gpant". When I try to login I am prompted that "Invalid User ID or Pass word". When I ask to reset my Pass Word, I am prompted that the same has been sent to my registered e-mail ID which I am not getting. As such I am unable to utilize the facility of on line e-ticketing. Please address my problem

                                We are students of thapar university, patiala, punjab At the time of summer vacations . we were booked 2 ticket (PNR no.=[protected], TRANSACTION ID=[protected] )of Rs1006 from h-nizamuddin to kota junction on 9 may 2015 and my train was on 30 may 2015. On 30 may we came to know my train was cancelled before its departure and we stuck there And we thought, it was cancelled by irctc department so refund automatically reached at our account but when we check our account history there was no refund by irctc for that train so please i have a humble request with you that you should put some light on this issue send any information that you will get about this on number:[protected]

                                    Yesterday, I have booked a Eticket thru IRCTC and since yesterday afternoon I have received more than 2000 SMS confirming booking details. I have requested IRCTC helpline as well as written e-mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in but still problem is not resolved. PNR NUMBER IS [protected], TRAIN NUMBER 14681 BOOKING DATE 21-AUG-15. Repeated SMS is causing battery drain out as well as disturbing a lot. Please suggest how to stop this SMS

                                        I have booked tickets with PNR No.s [protected] and [protected]. The journey was scheduled on[protected] in 12707(A P SMPRK KRNTI) train. But the train was cancelled due to weather conditions. But we didn't get any message or mail regarding the cancellation of train. We ourselves when checked the PNR status, came to know that the train is cancelled.So we have booked for another train.We thought that money would be automatically refunded to my account as the train itself was cancelled. We have waited for a month and later came to know that we have to file a TDR for refund.We didn't get any message or mail regarding this.It is not we, the passengers cancelled the journey but the government itself cancelled the train.So I think government should automatically refund the money. Please help this issue as we have lost around Rs.10, 000.
