Train Delaying Every Day

IRCTC is charging 15 rs for Super Fast Charge in Non AC Compartment and for AC Compartment 45 rs. Everyday train is delayed by 1 hour or 1 and half hour then why are the Super Fast Charges applicable. They Stoped the train near whitefield and krishnarajapuram for hours together. Due to which we missed a lot of commitments and other connecting trains. So, Please take action against the charges or ask them to follow the time discipline....

Senior Citizen concession was not given on e-ticketing

I booked e-ticket vide PNR No. [protected] by Shataabdi Express DEC to JP, DoJ:[protected], Time: 06:38 AM, Coach No.8, Seat No.8, My Name: SHARAD GUPTA, M 62 Years. I was not given value concession (30%) in the ticket and full cost was charged whereas correct age 62 years was shown in the ticket. Please arrange to get me refund of concession through same Bank Account to which cost of ticket was debited. I shall await response... SHARAD...

Regarding sudden cancellation of train

Hii, I strongly disappoint with your bad dealing with travelers. My train(19302), having pnr([protected]) was on 22 july 2015 at 11.30am from bangalore to washim. Irctc cancelled the train without prior intimating the traveler that to suddenly, no information to customer with this sudden change. This is happened me so many times but its enough to deal with government service. Its really shame on the government service like irctc who do not...

Non generation of ticket

Train cancled but tkt amt not refunded

TDR Filed

Refund is not processed for TDR Filed Now IRCTC has cleaned all my TDR and booking history without informing me. Non refund of amount in lieu of cancelled train

Cancelled Ticket payment not yet received

I had cancelled two tickets on 27th June for the travel date 19th July with Train No : 12519 . I had booked the ticket from Bank of Baroda account but the gateway that was provided by IRCTC for payment was CITI bank. i have co-ordinated IRCTC several times, written several mails for these as usually the refund is done within a week . Ticket cancel amt not refunded

This is to inform you that I had cancelled my ticket on 27june2015. PNR NO [protected] & transaction id [protected] of amount 2250. IRCTC ID (suyasha08) Till now i didnt get the refund. I can see the status on my irctc id NOT REFUNDED. i had call the customer care . They told me to mail the issue regarding refund i had mailed also i got the ticket id but no refund

Inconvenience to Reserved people

There is a lot of disturbance and inconvenience caused to reserved people in rayagad passenger on 17/7/2015.Unreserved people entered the train several times inspite of repeated police scoldings.They occupied every inch of the train possible blocking the door.It was not even possible to go to bathroom .A reserved old man couldnt sleep bcz of two ladies who were sitting on his berth and not giving him any place to sleep.Many people couldnt...

Dear Patron, I had tried to book the ticket for journey from hosur to Satur. But during my first attempt the payment got debited but the ticket was not booked. So I made a re attempt for the booking and second booking was successful. So I paid twice for the same journey due to technical fault in IRCTC app. I ve attached the payment detail for the failure booking in which you can find cheque/ref number and narration number.
