I have booked ticket for my father from howrah to Chennai central and PNR Number is :[protected]. While booking tatkal ticket in ""age"" field i have selected as "5" instead of ""58"" and ID proof i have given PAN Card number. PAN Number and Name matches with TTR List. But while giving the ID Proof, TTR Said even a kid with 5 years of age has pan card. How is it possible to get PAN card at the age of 5 ???? Now my father does not have seat even after booking tatkal ticket for 3A coach. Even after booking tatkal ticket by paying INR.1300 we dont get seat. Is this how people work?? This is not FAIR at all. Kindly look into this issue in priority basis. Very much unhappy with IRCTC/Railway service.

    Dear Sir/Ma'am I had booked an I-ticket on IRCTC website on 21 July for my journey from Mumbai(BCT) to Delhi(NZM). It's too late (21 July to 08 Aug) and I have still not received my I-ticket I tried to contact IRCTC CARE. They said, please contact overnite courier service regarding your shipment. Then I tried to contact overnite. They didn't provide me any information regarding my I-ticket. Everyone was just giving contact number of another person. I have tried several time but there's no response. PNR no. - [protected] Consignment No: [protected]

      I booked tickets from IRCTC mobile application. PNR-[protected]. The train got cancelled and when I try to cancel the ticket from the Application it said that Chart has already been prepared. There was no option of filling a TDR on the mobile application So I thought the amount will get refunded automatically. Since 20 days I dint get a refund so I called IRCTC and they told me I had to cancel the ticket in 24 hours. How can i cancel the ticket when I want even getting an option and also how can someone cancel a ticket of the cancelled train. When I did login through my website on laptop then those tickets werent even visible. Please help get the amount refunded back to me. 1070 Rs is a very big amount for me and Indian Government cannot loot us like that.

        It is informed that irctc has deducted an amount of Rs 751.85 from my sbi account on 03 Aug 2015. the reason is not understood. name : jaswant tyagi Mob no [protected] user name jtyagi32. I had submitted this complaint to my bankers. It is informed by banker that the amount has been recovered from irctc hence they can't do anything.

          I had booked two Railway ticket or 11 June 2015 with PNR no. [protected] from Ambala to Faizabad in 3rd AC. Out of them 1 ticket was confirmed and another Ticket got cancelled automatically due to being in waiting list. And the Ticket which was confirmed, Passenger could not travelled because of having some personal reason. Therefore i filed the TDR for both Tickets. but it has been almost 2 month i haven't got my refund neither for the ticket which got cancelled automatically and nor for the on which passenger not travlled, whenever i call to cutomer care executive of IRCTC. They just say that, Either you may get your money back or may be not. Can you please help me in getting my refund.

              I have booked tickets online using IRCTC. I have to travel from Bangalore to Bellary. I have selected lower Birth as my wife is carrying. But on paying the seats confirmed as upper Birth. what should i do now? If i cancel the tickets i have to lose some amount.. why should i lose when it's not wrong from my end.                 Respected sir, yesterday I had made online payment from my bank of India d.c.ac.No.[protected], hambran branch(Ludhiana) amount rs 162 twice to irctc connect to book train ticket in name of my son yuvraj Singh, the amount was deducted twicely but no ticket was booked and reason error showing we are unable to process your transaction please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries. hence I request you please reverse my amount of rs 162+162, to my above mentioned account in my name sandeep Singh as soon as possible.

                  Respected sir, we were not travelled by train on that day because of train delayed more than three hours. so far we travelled by bus. 12665/KANNYAKUMARI EXP, PNR No [protected], Date of Journey: 21-Jul-2015., From: CHENNAI EGMORE (MS) To: MADURAI JN (MDU). Quota: GENERAL (GN), Class: SLEEPER CLASS (SL). totally six passengers. and we were not travelled by train, so they have rules to give the half of the amount if in case the passengers not travelled by train. i raised a complaint but they simply rejected. is their any chance to put a consumer complaint through court against irctc.
                  TICKET WAS BOOKED FOR TRAIN NO 12629 FROM YPR TO NZM FOR DATE 30 JUN 15. TARIN WAS CANCELLED AS INTIMATED BY RAILWAY BY SMS.PNR NO OF TICKET WAS-[protected] AND DATE OF JOURNEY WAS 30 JUN 15.REFUND OF MONEY HAS NOT BEEN MADE TILL DATE. PLS DO THE NEEDFUL.

                    I book an e-ticket through irctc website on 4/08/2015 PNR no [protected] date of journey 23/08/2015 Bandra terminus (BDTS) to Hazrat nizamuddin (NZM) Train no 19019 sleeper class for 3 passenger, when i book the ticket there are 147 no of seat are available for the above mention journey but when i finish booking of ticket reserved seat are in different coaches and when i checked no of seat available at the current time still 138 seat are available. sir i am travelling with female member of my family including one senior citizen and seat allotted are in different coaches which is totally an inconvenience to a customer. so you are requested to kindly provide seat in same coach rishi kant dixit [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                      I have an account in irctc.co.in (user name is RAMDU1982). Unfortunately, I didnt get my password. I am trying to reset my password and your site ask the email verification password and mobile verification password. I alredy got the mobile verification password by an SMS.(Rfa150, Second time i got nen114, utu124)But, I can't get email verification password. Please send the email verification password in to my mail (ramthottanchery.[protected]@gmail.com) urgently or suggest another way to reset my account.

                        Dear Sir, I couldn't get any Email from IRCTC.when i Registerd New ID RAMDU1982...I got Verificatian Code Rfa150, when i face small problem to get my password Then again lam re tried 2 times That time igot These verification codes (nen114 and utu124 )But i didnt get any password from IRCTC..Kindly Inform to send my password from IRCTC I am facing So much problem in making any reservation .                           Hi, I don't know why TTE has not marked it as "passenger has not travelled". I travelled in same train on same date in AC-3Tier (PNR [protected]) and both the tickets are booked online using same account (ur_pranav) for the same person that is myself. How can one person travelled with two PNR on same train? Further more my TDR was filed before I boarded the train against PNR: [protected] at 11.08AM[protected]. Also I have informed TTE that I am not travelling on PNR: [protected] and he said it will get cancelled automatically.                                   Me and my husband traveled from SMET to YPR(train number: 16580) on 02/08/2015 which leaves SMET(Shimoga) by 3.30 pm and reaches YPR(Yeshwantpura) by 8.45 pm. We had booked 2 seats in AC chair car so that we can sit comfortably, as I had back pain and had to go to office on Monday. Unfortunately, AC 3 tier sleeper coach was present instead of AC chair car and we had no other option but to travel in the train as we were all prepared to travel by it(AC chair car). Sitting in sleeper coach was the most difficult job. Seats were in 90 degrees. My back pain increased lot more because of this and I had to take leave today(Monday). Traveling in normal coach was far better than traveling by this. All the passengers had to suffer because of mistakes done by Railway officials. Please make sure that this mistake don't get repeated again, also there should be penalty which you have to pay for this mistake. Please refund the amount which I payed during booking deducting the charges for normal coach. If we have booked tickets in AC chair car means we have booked to travel in AC chair car and not in any other coach. Our PNR number - [protected] Seats booked - 48, 49 Price for AC chair car - Rs.400 Price for normal coach - Rs.110

                                    Complaint against refund of TDR,
                                    Please solve our complaint, what is this i have made complaint many time but our problem is not solved.
                                    Please tell me when will our complaint will resolve, when will we get our refund amount. Please solve our problem.

                                    We had to travel from Allahabad to New Delhi on date 26.5.15, train no. 12301 and our PNR no. [protected]. Due to De-Railment of Muri express on the Allahabad saction, train is not touch Allahabad railway station. But at the Allahabad station, enquiry officer told us about train canceled, we filled TDR due chart prepared but due to mistake of your employee on enquiry of Allahabad station as he told us that train is cancelled. We wrote same reason of cancellation train is considered instead of train not touch station so it is not our fault. Train not come on Allahabad station how we board the train. Please consider our reason of cancellation, train not touch Allahabad station. Please refund us full amount of Rs 2454 instead of Rs 1200 as cancelation ID [protected] and transition ID [protected].

                                    Please tell me when will our complaint will resolve, when will we get our refund amount. Please solve our problem .
