Sir very very to write youas suggested by TT on duty today in this HOWRAH MAIL . in brief we have departed yesterday on 19/07/2015 from Mumbai at 20:35 as per train departure time, our tickets were purchased from railway counter, as my wife Mrs.Manjushree somani, a patient and she is undergoing her treatment under Dr. Mandar Nadkarni, an oncologist & a surgeon at KOKILABEN HOSPITAL (MUMBAI). Today as soon as we boarded the train, we informed that we are diabetic patient, that is why we are not supposed to take sugar in tea to the train pantry car, in morning from 06:00 till 10:30 at least 20 times, we have requested also in fromt of TT, & the TT tried his level best but ashamed that the pantry
please take urgent action on the issue, so in future no more patient & passenger hurt.

MY TDR STATUS SHOWS: TDR REPUDIATED Reason for Repudiate TDR: TKT not Surrendered/TDR not within 2/3/3
Hrs(CNF/RAC/WL) of act departure of Train.
As it was beyond 8 hours of waiting on the platform, train did not arrived since the boarding time was Scheduled Departure : 21:20 hrs on 19th June 2015 I approached the station master the following day on 20th June, 2015 at 10:00am He told file the TDR online and the amount will be refunded. Since the station master had informed that the train is indefinitely delayed I left the station from Dadar at 10:30am and filed the TDR online. Still the reason for rejection of TDR is given as TICKET NOT Surrendered. Kindly advice further . Regards,
