This is in reference for my refund of cancelled ticket with pnr number - [protected] / [protected] which i have cancelled ticket on 15th july & still from last 11 days i am not receiving my refund amount in my account after sending mail to concerns @ [protected]@irctc. Co. In & [protected]@irxtx. Co. In i have received following ticket id - #1778986 / 1793935 / 1806948 but my issue is not resolved

When i had discussed same issue on your customer care no.[protected] where i spoke to rekha – representative on 25th july 2015 & elaborated all my issue to representative & she was unable to answer my query afte keeping me long time for hold & later she disconnected call rudely which is not acceptable as we pay for service which you are providing to us.

Also i have been receiving email from irctc representative - mrshambhu kumar
Executive, customer care every time mail says your email has been forwarded to concerned department but issue is not resolved from last 11 days

I request you to kindly reginter my compalin for irctc

    Respected Sir, I haf booked an online ticket through irctc application. The details are as below- Train no.- 51033 Date of journey- 22.06.15 Boarding station-Ulhasnagar To station- Ahmednagar PNR No.- [protected] The train was to start on 21.06.15 from CST and I was ti board it on 22.06.15 from Ulhasnagar. .But due to heavy rains in MumbaI the train was cancelled that day.I filed a TDR to irctc.But they replied saying the train was not cancelled. But the train was definitely cancelled. I have mailed many times but didn't get a single reply.Please look into the matter and get my amount refunded. Your earlier deed will be highly recognized. ..       Hi I wanted to change my irctc login password. So I tried to reset my password. I got the message that 'Your password has been reset and an email has been sent successfully', but I did not received any mail from IRCTC. Now that I don't have the new password I can't log in. I want to cancel two tickets immediately that I had booked earlier from this user Id account. Please help. Thanks

        On 19th June 2015 have booked tickets from Mumbai to Pune in 11301/Udyan Express under Tatkal quota for travelling date 20th June 2015. Due to heavy rains so many trains were being fully cancelled or partially cancelled. Udyan Express for 20th June 2015 was partially cancelled and I have filed TDR for the same on 20th June 2015 before only. Til date I have not received refund amount in my account. One side Railways claim for TDR refund within 7-15 days and here it is being 30 days have been passed and status is showing CR Registered. Pnr nos : [protected] /[protected]/[protected]/[protected]. Please do something.

          We are travel from vsg to bza on[protected] on amaravathi we ask for meals for pantry car people they collected money for each rs.80 (2 .Veg.Meals & 3.Egg biryani( i have paid total rs 400. Rice is very very low quality and quantity is very less. Its worth 25/- they collected rs80, i requesting to you please supervise that type of t he frauds

            On line ticket was booked for travel from Dhanbad to Hawrah Travel date 9 Feb 2015. Train was late by more than 3 hrs, passengers did not travel TDR filed on same date. The amount is yet not credited. Several reminders and complaints have been sent to irctc but no response. PNR no : [protected] and [protected] Please look into the matter

              I raised a TDR on 17 th January, 2015 against a ticket from Delhi to Mirzapur on Kalka mail. The train was late by more than 7 hours and I raised a TDR against the ticket and requested for refund. I also have raised an incident with IRCTC regarding this and the incident number is [IRCTC incident #1149752]. Also talked to IRCTC customer care and they are not helping me at all. They asked me to talk to Railway Commertial Officer at[protected] and I am not getting any help from their end also. The refund is pending for long 6 months now.

              Below are the ticket details:

              PNR number: [protected]
              Train number: 12312
              Train name: Kalka mail
              Date of journey: 17 January, 2015
              TDR filled date: 17 January, 2015
              Reason for TDR: Train late more than three and passenger not traveled.
              Cancelation ID: [protected]

                Since long I have been suspicious about the surety of refund from IRCTC on train ticket booked through their web or mobile interfaces upon cancellation. I made a check this time and found that some kind of a fraud exists. Usually we do not check our accounts about the movement of meager amounts. Here I noticed that though the refund status on their website is flagged as REFUNDED with a date, actual refund is not taking place. My bank, AXIS do not give SMS alert on IRCTC refunds. I don't know why such an exception. More people should check their refund status and actual situation in their accounts to clarify this. I am posting captures of my netbanking screen and IRCTC account screen, matching which are self explaining.

                    Dear Customer Care, I booked a premium tatkal from Pune to Goa on 19/06/2015 and my date of journey was 20/06/2015. Due to extremely delay of over 11.5 hrs, I had to cancel my tickets and booked a TDR ( with the option Train delayed for more than 3 hrs), though the TDR status shows CR Registered, my money ( Rs. 2900/-) has not yet been refunded. Kindly look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

                      I had booked a e-ticket from Chennai to Kolkatta on 09.6.2015 by AC II tier Train No.12842 Coromandal express for 23.7.2015 to attend an important Meeting at Kolkatta on 24.7.2015 at 3.00 pm. (PNR No.[protected]) and also railway retiring room accommodation at Kolkatta on 24.7.2015 from 12.00 pm.When I went to Chennai Central on 23.7.15 at 8.00am to board the train, I was told the train is running late and resheduled to 4.00 pm on 23.7.15, which will reach Kolkatta on 24.7.15 at 11.00 pm. Since the very purpose of my booking had gone waste due to rescheduling of the train timing, I had to cancel my ticket. In the cancelled ticket, the refund amount is mentioned as Rs.780/- as against Rs.1, 560/- (full amount). Since the cancellation is due to delay of the train, I request you to refund the full amount of Rs.1, 560/- and oblige. I was also informed by staff of Indian Railways at Chennai Central that full amount will be repaid

                        Hi Support team, I have booked a ticket from BSB to LKO for BSB-DELHI SPECIAL express on 27th Mar, 2015 and Date of Journey was 28th Mar, 2015. For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and the passenger has not traveled, I filled the TDR for the same in IRCTC against my ticket and the status was turned to CR Registered, but the amount was not refunded yet. I am not sure what else I might be missing to get amount refunded.                         CHECK THE TDR HISTORY. I had also booked a ticket from CST to SUR for CSTM-SOLAPUR express on 8th JUNE, 2015 and Date of Journey was 19th JUN, 2015. For reason train delayed more than 3 hours DUE TO HEAVY RAINS IN MUMBAI TRACKS GOT SLOGGED OVER THE TRACKS and the passenger has not traveled, I filled the TDR for the same in IRCTC against my ticket and the status was turned to CR Registered for which I received the reply mail too, but the amount was not refunded yet.

                        MY TDR STATUS SHOWS: TDR REPUDIATED Reason for Repudiate TDR: TKT not Surrendered/TDR not within 2/3/3
                        Hrs(CNF/RAC/WL) of act departure of Train.

                        As it was beyond 8 hours of waiting on the platform, train did not arrived since the boarding time was Scheduled Departure : 21:20 hrs on 19th June 2015 I approached the station master the following day on 20th June, 2015 at 10:00am He told file the TDR online and the amount will be refunded. Since the station master had informed that the train is indefinitely delayed I left the station from Dadar at 10:30am and filed the TDR online. Still the reason for rejection of TDR is given as TICKET NOT Surrendered. Kindly advice further . Regards,

                          IRCTC is charging 15 rs for Super Fast Charge in Non AC Compartment and for AC Compartment 45 rs. Everyday train is delayed by 1 hour or 1 and half hour then why are the Super Fast Charges applicable. They Stoped the train near whitefield and krishnarajapuram for hours together. Due to which we missed a lot of commitments and other connecting trains. So, Please take action against the charges or ask them to follow the time discipline.

                              Hii, I strongly disappoint with your bad dealing with travelers. My train(19302), having pnr([protected]) was on 22 july 2015 at 11.30am from bangalore to washim. Irctc cancelled the train without prior intimating the traveler that to suddenly, no information to customer with this sudden change. This is happened me so many times but its enough to deal with government service. Its really shame on the government service like irctc who do not care about their people. Please do privatization because government is too backward in terms of technology(mainly in trains). Do something and make our peoples life painless for travel in india. We are middle class people; can not go for flight if our train gets cancelled before a day of travel date. How to manage if any urgency comes to go? Do you have any answer? Please.. Its humble request. Advance your self or try to do something for travel in india. shame on India who do not care about indians

                                  I had booked ticket vide PNR No[protected]for fm patna to secundrabad Sup Exp for journey on 10july Jun 2015 from patna to secundrabad boarding at patna . On 10 july at 12.25 hrs on reaching station i came to know that train is cancelled. I could not cancel my ticket thinking that if train is cancelled there will be autho refund in the accout booked on line. On enquiry after four days i got reply that amount can be refunded only on filing TDR within 72 hours. The cancellation of train is from Railway side there is no my lapse so I request to credit the amount of 8171/- in my account

                                      Refund is not processed for TDR Filed Now IRCTC has cleaned all my TDR and booking history without informing me. I filed the TDR on 30 May 2015 same day after the chart preparation before 5hrs train arrival time at boardimg station due to passenger not travelled due to ticket in RAC after chart preparation. I have been constantly following up with IRCTC customer care on mail, but everytime they give me different excuses like the case has been sent to the railway zonal office for approval and after approval the amount will refunded I'm your account. Frequently I checked my IRCTC it shows TDR registered. One fine day the IRCTC removed all the booking history and cancelled tickets and TDR history as well. Also they are not explaining why my booking history has been cleaned from my account without informing me... TDR filed on 30 May 2015. Still the refund money not credited... [IRCTC #1758045]

                                        I had booked ticket vide PNR No [protected] for train No 22684 Lucknow Yesvantpur Sup Exp for journey on 25 Jun 2015 from Lucknow to Yesvantpur boarding at partapgarh . On 25 Jun at 2100 hrs on reaching station i came to know that train is cancelled. I could not cancel my ticket thinking that if train is cancelled there will be autho refund in the accout booked on line. On enquiry after four days i got reply that amount can be refunded only on filing TDR within 72 hours. The cancellation of train is from Railway side there is no my lapse so I request to credit the amount of 3647/- in my account. I had very bad experience with railway as i had to rejoin my defence duty in time.
