    Dear Sir, I Booked a e-ticket on 6th July 2015 from Bhubaneswar to Rourkela and my date of jouney is 10th July 2015 but unfortunately the Train was cancelled . after that I file a TDR in my IRCTC account before Train Departs from Bhubaneswar on 10thJuly 2015. Till now i dont get my total money in my Account. I Request you to please do the needfull and refund my money back.         Me and my husband traveled from SMET to YPR(train number: 16580) on 02/08/2015 which leaves SMET(Shimoga) by 3.30 pm and reaches YPR(Yeshwantpura) by 8.45 pm. We had booked 2 seats in AC chair car so that we can sit comfortably, as I had back pain and had to go to office on Monday. Unfortunately, AC 3 tier sleeper coach was present instead of AC chair car and we had no other option but to travel in the train as we were all prepared to travel by it(AC chair car). Sitting in sleeper coach was the most difficult job. Seats were in 90 degrees. My back pain increased lot more because of this and I had to take leave today(Monday). Traveling in normal coach was far better than traveling by this. All the passengers had to suffer because of mistakes done by Railway officials. Please make sure that this mistake don't get repeated again, also there should be penalty which you have to pay for this mistake. Please refund the amount which I payed during booking deducting the charges for normal coach. If we have booked tickets in AC chair car means we have booked to travel in AC chair car and not in any other coach. Our PNR number - [protected] Seats booked - 48, 49 Price for AC chair car - Rs.400 Price for normal coach - Rs.110

          Sir,

          Complaint against refund of TDR,
          Please solve our complaint, what is this i have made complaint many time but our problem is not solved.
          Please tell me when will our complaint will resolve, when will we get our refund amount. Please solve our problem.

          We had to travel from Allahabad to New Delhi on date 26.5.15, train no. 12301 and our PNR no. [protected]. Due to De-Railment of Muri express on the Allahabad saction, train is not touch Allahabad railway station. But at the Allahabad station, enquiry officer told us about train canceled, we filled TDR due chart prepared but due to mistake of your employee on enquiry of Allahabad station as he told us that train is cancelled. We wrote same reason of cancellation train is considered instead of train not touch station so it is not our fault. Train not come on Allahabad station how we board the train. Please consider our reason of cancellation, train not touch Allahabad station. Please refund us full amount of Rs 2454 instead of Rs 1200 as cancelation ID [protected] and transition ID [protected].

          Please tell me when will our complaint will resolve, when will we get our refund amount. Please solve our problem .

            On 01/08/2015 .I made online payment for irctc e-ticket book Rs. 297 through my BOI debit card.my transaction was failed with error"Reasons: Sorry! we are unable to process your transaction.                 Hi, My name is Arindam Das ( IRCTC ID- "Rama_das"). Generally, I book all my train tickets online and I was never bothered about the refund that I get on cancellation a booked ticket well before time. Recently, I have checked all the refunds that I have received in the past 1 year and surprisingly I saw couple of refunds was half of what I was supposed to receive. This made to raise this concern - Please check the following tickets with PNR no. [protected] & [protected] which I booked for Rs.1601 & Rs.836.24 respectively. The refund that I received was Rs.765 & Rs. 405 only from respective tickets which was lesser than as it should have been. So, I humbly request the IRCTC team to check and refund the rest as I have a full trust on them & this will be forgiven. I can be reachable @ [protected]//[protected] Best regards, Arindam Das

                  Dear Sir, On 29th July, 2015 I was travelling from Lucknow to Secunderabad in IIIAC B4 coach by train No.12589 GORAKHPUR - SECUNDERABAD EXPRESS, within 30 minutes the train departed from Kanpur the train decreased its speed (assumed chain pulling) in a few minutes I heard a lady screaming in B4 that her gold chain is snatched away at same moment which was about nearly Rs.90, 000/- . I came to know that this zone KANPUR TO JHANSI is very noted for theft, robbery from passengers who travel regularly. No one could save her gold chain as the thief half closed the AC compartment door threatening her.She was incosolable for losing her hard earned gold chain. why doesn't the GRP provide security guards in this zone atleast up to Jhansi.

                      sir i took a veg biriyani plate from vijayawada station on platform no 7.the restrurant is near about s7 coach of okha puri train.this is also a irctc restrurant.near by i bought amaaza also and it was having some dirty things.plese make a visit on the restrurant and check about the quality of product.

                          IRCTC did't support in my refund My TDR history close before processing my refund for PNR no. [protected]. As per Railway rule " E ticket waitlist passenger can not board the train", but for my 01 RAC and 03 waitlist passaenger after chart preparation Railway is simply regret my refund by saying " As per chart Passanger has travelled" I lost my complete money without travelling in the train

                              Dear Sir/Madam I had booked electronic train ticket through irctc account for journey from New Delhi to Sealdah on 26.5.15. Due to cancellation of train by railway, i could not travel to sealdah. i tried to cancel the ticket after three days but it could not be cancelled. I thought refund amount will automatically come into my credit card account. when i did not receive the refund amount after 45 days, i wrote email to irctc customer care. I got reply from the irctc that since the tdr was not filed within 3 days of journey date, we can not forward your request to railways. Ticket details are as given below. PNR No.: [protected] Date of Journey: 26.05.15 Station from: New Delhi to Sealdah please suggest how can I get the refund of the ticket from irctc.                                 've booked e ticket from jabalpur to indore at pnr. No - [protected] on train no - 11472. Travelling date was 22/06/2015. Transaction id is[protected] but on dat date became cancelled so i filed tdr, i have tdr confirmation but till now no refund is in my account.

                                      Dear sir, I booked my e-ticket but due to official work i could not travel on that day.Therefore i filed TDR on 17 July because train was departed on 16 July after 00:00 hrs i.e. date becomes 17 July at 01:40 hrs. but current status reported like CR REPUDIATE. I am unable to internet access within 72 hrs. Please provide me senior officers mail ID or your consumer forum mail ID. your customer services is very poor because we have not any mail or message received from your end regarding cancellation of Train. At the eleventh hour we know & at that time I manage my travel trip with my family or TDR file. Please, justify the reason why should we pay for those, which services not received from your end. Railway is the Public Property not the profit making organisation. **** Please guide me how I will got my refund. 72 hours is not sufficient time for filing TDR.
