    my transaction ID is [protected] and pnr no is [protected] the date of journey is 10july 2015 fm patna to secundrabad and train got cancelled we have booked the ticket through IRCTC, as i have discussed the same to customer care of IRCTC they are saying that you will not get...AMT REFUND
    Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I had booked ticket vide PNR No[protected]for fm patna to secundrabad Sup Exp for journey on 10july Jun 2015 from patna to secundrabad boarding at patna . On 10 july at 12.25 hrs on reaching station i came to know that train is cancelled. I could not cancel my ticket thinking that if train is cancelled there will be autho refund in the accout booked on line. On enquiry after four days i got reply that amount can be refunded only on filing TDR within 72 hours. The cancellation of train is from Railway side there is no my lapse so I request to credit the amount of 8171/- in my account

        Refund is not processed for TDR Filed Now IRCTC has cleaned all my TDR and booking history without informing me. I filed the TDR on 30 May 2015 same day after the chart preparation before 5hrs train arrival time at boardimg station due to passenger not travelled due to ticket in RAC after chart preparation. I have been constantly following up with IRCTC customer care on mail, but everytime they give me different excuses like the case has been sent to the railway zonal office for approval and after approval the amount will refunded I'm your account. Frequently I checked my IRCTC it shows TDR registered. One fine day the IRCTC removed all the booking history and cancelled tickets and TDR history as well. Also they are not explaining why my booking history has been cleaned from my account without informing me... TDR filed on 30 May 2015. Still the refund money not credited... [IRCTC #1758045]

          I had booked ticket vide PNR No [protected] for train No 22684 Lucknow Yesvantpur Sup Exp for journey on 25 Jun 2015 from Lucknow to Yesvantpur boarding at partapgarh . On 25 Jun at 2100 hrs on reaching station i came to know that train is cancelled. I could not cancel my ticket thinking that if train is cancelled there will be autho refund in the accout booked on line. On enquiry after four days i got reply that amount can be refunded only on filing TDR within 72 hours. The cancellation of train is from Railway side there is no my lapse so I request to credit the amount of 3647/- in my account. I had very bad experience with railway as i had to rejoin my defence duty in time.

            Dear patronage, I tried to book a ticket on line from Hubli to Tirupati on 21 jul 15 on Doj as 26 jul 15..ticket was not booked but the amount was debited from account...so please do the needful and make refund my amount at the earliest possible time..thank you..

              I had cancelled two tickets on 27th June for the travel date 19th July with Train No : 12519 . I had booked the ticket from Bank of Baroda account but the gateway that was provided by IRCTC for payment was CITI bank. i have co-ordinated IRCTC several times, written several mails for these as usually the refund is done within a week . After calling many times, they responded that the refund was processed on 29th June itself to the payment gateway bank and we cannot provide much information after that . i also contacted my bank to the about the refund but no refund was there for the account . then i again contacted irctc, and told the same where they told we are in process to know the status . Till today 21 July 2015 they are yet in process and they do not provide any information more on that. Checking the irctc website it displays the message as not yet refunded .               Request the consumer complaint team to actively help to sort out this issue as the IRCTC is least bothered to give a proper reply and take the issue on priority . There should be a definite time-frame where such type of issues should be done .

              Request to help me in this case on an urgent basis and let me know in case of any more details required.

              The IRCTC Ticket id is : IRCTC #1759789. i Forgot to mention that .

              Now the status has been changed in IRCTC login account stating that the amount has been refunded on 17th july but i have not received the amount yet in my bank account from where the irctc ticket id was booked, i have again called several times and mailed to irctc after 24th july 2015 attaching the bank statement history where the irctc customer care told we will respond you within 48 hours, i has been 4 days and no response have been there from the irctc side . i am also attaching here the bank statement history, and have also inquired the bank where they stated if the amount is received to us it will be definitely credited to the account . This behaviour depects how IRCTC is irresponsible for it's customer's and it has been more than a month now from the date of ticket cancelled and no refund has been processed yet.

              I request the consumer complaints team to take a strict action on this to have a quick resolution .

                I had booked a ticket with pnr# [protected] from Tundla to Kanpur dated 12-July-2015. I had filed a tdr for the same as the train was running late by more than three hours. The transaction ID of tdr is [protected]. It has been more than 10 days since I have filed the tdr but neither I have received any refund nor the status of the tdr has been updated in the system. Kindly let me know what is causing the hindrance in refund. I have tried to contact customer care department of irctc but I never get any response. It is creating a great level of discomfort to the customer. Please take some serious measure to fix ivrs.

                  This is to inform you that I had cancelled my ticket on 27june2015. PNR NO [protected] & transaction id [protected] of amount 2250. IRCTC ID (suyasha08) Till now i didnt get the refund. I can see the status on my irctc id NOT REFUNDED. i had call the customer care . They told me to mail the issue regarding refund i had mailed also i got the ticket id but no refund

                    There is a lot of disturbance and inconvenience caused to reserved people in rayagad passenger on 17/7/2015.Unreserved people entered the train several times inspite of repeated police scoldings.They occupied every inch of the train possible blocking the door.It was not even possible to go to bathroom .A reserved old man couldnt sleep bcz of two ladies who were sitting on his berth and not giving him any place to sleep.Many people couldnt sleep peacefully.If this is the case, what is the use of the reservation system if everyone can enter the train occupy whichever seat they wish.I request the concerned authorities to take the required action immediately regarding this.

                      Best regards hope this e-mail letter may help you to better services to the patient & their attended travellings in Indian railways. Sir very very to write youas suggested by TT on duty today in this HOWRAH MAIL . in brief we have departed yesterday on 19/07/2015 from Mumbai at 20:35 as per train departure time, our tickets were purchased from railway counter, as my wife Mrs.Manjushree somani, a patient and she is undergoing her treatment under Dr. Mandar Nadkarni, an oncologist & a surgeon at KOKILABEN HOSPITAL (MUMBAI). Today as soon as we boarded the train, we informed that we are diabetic patient, that is why we are not supposed to take sugar in tea to the train pantry car, in morning from 06:00 till 10:30 at least 20 times, we have requested also in fromt of TT, & the TT tried his level best but ashamed that the pantry

                      please take urgent action on the issue, so in future no more patient & passenger hurt.

                            I have filed the TDR against PNR Number [protected] for reason "Train Diverted And Passenger Not Travelled", has been filed and the Reference No for this is :[protected]. Initially the status of my TDr was CR and didnt get changed after that for months. Now IRCTC has cleaned all my TDR and booking history without informing me. I filed the TDR within mentioned time frame thats is 72 hours for cancelled/Diverted trains. I have been constantly following up with IRCTC custoemer care on mail, but everytime they give me different excuse. Also they are not explaining why my booking history has been cleaned from my account without informing me. I have attached the TDR details snapshot. Please try to resolve my issue becuase due to this cancellation of train without any prior information i had to suffer a lot and due to it my flight got also missed. On top of that, they are not refunding my money for the ticket booked.

                            the ignorance by IRCT team is too much now. they are giving no updates at all even after sending so many mails to them.
                            And some fraud people are taking advantages of posting my complaint over this forum and giving fake calls to me to get my debit card details for IRCTC refund . Please suggest what action should i take again IRCTC team.

                              Dear Patron, I had tried to book the ticket for journey from hosur to Satur. But during my first attempt the payment got debited but the ticket was not booked. So I made a re attempt for the booking and second booking was successful. So I paid twice for the same journey due to technical fault in IRCTC app. I ve attached the payment detail for the failure booking in which you can find cheque/ref number and narration number. Pls check with it and arrange me the refund asap. Expecting the cordial and mutual reply asap. Thanks.

                                  Hi, I had got a ticket booked from New Delhi to Kanpur for July 10, 2015 via Kanpur Shatabdi (Train No 12034). My PNR number is [protected]. However, as the train was running more than 4 hours late, I had filed for a TDR refund under "Train late more than three; Passenger not travelled" on that very day. My cancellation id is: [protected] However, today I got a mail from IRCTC saying that I'd be refunded an amount of Rs 370 only while I had bought the ticket for Rs 745. IRCTC needs to refund my complete amount as the fault was that of the department. Not mine. Please have the full refund done, as I have every right to claim the amount.
