Complaint against refund of TDR,
Please solve our complaint, what is this i have made complaint many time but our problem is not solved.
Please tell me when will our complaint will resolve, when will we get our refund amount. Please solve our problem.
We had to travel from Allahabad to New Delhi on date 26.5.15, train no. 12301 and our PNR no. [protected]. Due to De-Railment of Muri express on the Allahabad saction, train is not touch Allahabad railway station. But at the Allahabad station, enquiry officer told us about train canceled, we filled TDR due chart prepared but due to mistake of your employee on enquiry of Allahabad station as he told us that train is cancelled. We wrote same reason of cancellation train is considered instead of train not touch station so it is not our fault. Train not come on Allahabad station how we board the train. Please consider our reason of cancellation, train not touch Allahabad station. Please refund us full amount of Rs 2454 instead of Rs 1200 as cancelation ID [protected] and transition ID [protected].
Please tell me when will our complaint will resolve, when will we get our refund amount. Please solve our problem .
