Hi, My name is Arindam Das ( IRCTC ID- "Rama_das"). Generally, I book all my train tickets online and I was never bothered about the refund that I get on cancellation a booked ticket well before time. Recently, I have checked all the refunds that I have received in the past 1 year and surprisingly I saw couple of refunds was half of what I was supposed to receive. This made to raise this concern - Please check the following tickets with PNR no. [protected] & [protected] which I booked for Rs.1601 & Rs.836.24 respectively. The refund that I received was Rs.765 & Rs. 405 only from respective tickets which was lesser than as it should have been. So, I humbly request the IRCTC team to check and refund the rest as I have a full trust on them & this will be forgiven. I can be reachable @ [protected]//[protected] Best regards, Arindam Das

    Dear Sir, On 29th July, 2015 I was travelling from Lucknow to Secunderabad in IIIAC B4 coach by train No.12589 GORAKHPUR - SECUNDERABAD EXPRESS, within 30 minutes the train departed from Kanpur the train decreased its speed (assumed chain pulling) in a few minutes I heard a lady screaming in B4 that her gold chain is snatched away at same moment which was about nearly Rs.90, 000/- . I came to know that this zone KANPUR TO JHANSI is very noted for theft, robbery from passengers who travel regularly. No one could save her gold chain as the thief half closed the AC compartment door threatening her.She was incosolable for losing her hard earned gold chain. why doesn't the GRP provide security guards in this zone atleast up to Jhansi.

        sir i took a veg biriyani plate from vijayawada station on platform no 7.the restrurant is near about s7 coach of okha puri train.this is also a irctc restrurant.near by i bought amaaza also and it was having some dirty things.plese make a visit on the restrurant and check about the quality of product.

            IRCTC did't support in my refund My TDR history close before processing my refund for PNR no. [protected]. As per Railway rule " E ticket waitlist passenger can not board the train", but for my 01 RAC and 03 waitlist passaenger after chart preparation Railway is simply regret my refund by saying " As per chart Passanger has travelled" I lost my complete money without travelling in the train

                Dear Sir/Madam I had booked electronic train ticket through irctc account for journey from New Delhi to Sealdah on 26.5.15. Due to cancellation of train by railway, i could not travel to sealdah. i tried to cancel the ticket after three days but it could not be cancelled. I thought refund amount will automatically come into my credit card account. when i did not receive the refund amount after 45 days, i wrote email to irctc customer care. I got reply from the irctc that since the tdr was not filed within 3 days of journey date, we can not forward your request to railways. Ticket details are as given below. PNR No.: [protected] Date of Journey: 26.05.15 Station from: New Delhi to Sealdah please suggest how can I get the refund of the ticket from irctc.                   've booked e ticket from jabalpur to indore at pnr. No - [protected] on train no - 11472. Travelling date was 22/06/2015. Transaction id is[protected] but on dat date became cancelled so i filed tdr, i have tdr confirmation but till now no refund is in my account.

                    Hi Sir, I got canceled my two tickets on 22 july with PNR as below [protected] and [protected] I still did not get my refund after 6 days? Please take some appropriate action to credit my refund amount as soon as possible. I have also mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in about my problem but I did not get any proper response. I am unable to internet access within 72 hrs. Please provide me senior officers mail ID or your consumer forum mail ID. your customer services is very poor because we have not any mail or message received from your end regarding cancellation of Train. At the eleventh hour we know & at that time I manage my travel trip with my family or TDR file. Please, justify the reason why should we pay for those, which services not received from your end. Railway is the Public Property not the profit making organisation. **** Please guide me how I will got my refund. 72 hours is not sufficient time for filing TDR.                             This is in reference for my refund of cancelled ticket with pnr number - [protected] / [protected] which i have cancelled ticket on 15th july & still from last 11 days i am not receiving my refund amount in my account after sending mail to concerns @ [protected]@irctc. Co. In & [protected]@irxtx. Co. In i have received following ticket id - #1778986 / 1793935 / 1806948 but my issue is not resolved

                            When i had discussed same issue on your customer care no.[protected] where i spoke to rekha – representative on 25th july 2015 & elaborated all my issue to representative & she was unable to answer my query afte keeping me long time for hold & later she disconnected call rudely which is not acceptable as we pay for service which you are providing to us.

                            Also i have been receiving email from irctc representative - mrshambhu kumar
                            Executive, customer care every time mail says your email has been forwarded to concerned department but issue is not resolved from last 11 days

                            I request you to kindly reginter my compalin for irctc

                              Respected Sir, I haf booked an online ticket through irctc application. The details are as below- Train no.- 51033 Date of journey- 22.06.15 Boarding station-Ulhasnagar To station- Ahmednagar PNR No.- [protected] The train was to start on 21.06.15 from CST and I was ti board it on 22.06.15 from Ulhasnagar. .But due to heavy rains in MumbaI the train was cancelled that day.I filed a TDR to irctc.But they replied saying the train was not cancelled. But the train was definitely cancelled. I have mailed many times but didn't get a single reply.Please look into the matter and get my amount refunded. Your earlier deed will be highly recognized. ..                                 Hi I wanted to change my irctc login password. So I tried to reset my password. I got the message that 'Your password has been reset and an email has been sent successfully', but I did not received any mail from IRCTC. Now that I don't have the new password I can't log in. I want to cancel two tickets immediately that I had booked earlier from this user Id account. Please help. Thanks

                                  On 19th June 2015 have booked tickets from Mumbai to Pune in 11301/Udyan Express under Tatkal quota for travelling date 20th June 2015. Due to heavy rains so many trains were being fully cancelled or partially cancelled. Udyan Express for 20th June 2015 was partially cancelled and I have filed TDR for the same on 20th June 2015 before only. Til date I have not received refund amount in my account. One side Railways claim for TDR refund within 7-15 days and here it is being 30 days have been passed and status is showing CR Registered. Pnr nos : [protected] /[protected]/[protected]/[protected]. Please do something.

                                    We are travel from vsg to bza on[protected] on amaravathi we ask for meals for pantry car people they collected money for each rs.80 (2 .Veg.Meals & 3.Egg biryani( i have paid total rs 400. Rice is very very low quality and quantity is very less. Its worth 25/- they collected rs80, i requesting to you please supervise that type of t he frauds

                                      On line ticket was booked for travel from Dhanbad to Hawrah Travel date 9 Feb 2015. Train was late by more than 3 hrs, passengers did not travel TDR filed on same date. The amount is yet not credited. Several reminders and complaints have been sent to irctc but no response.                                         I raised a TDR on 17 th January, 2015 against a ticket from Delhi to Mirzapur on Kalka mail. The train was late by more than 7 hours and I raised a TDR against the ticket and requested for refund. I also have raised an incident with IRCTC regarding this and the incident number is [IRCTC incident #1149752]. Also talked to IRCTC customer care and they are not helping me at all. They asked me to talk to Railway Commertial Officer at[protected] and I am not getting any help from their end also. The refund is pending for long 6 months now.

                                        Below are the ticket details:
