I have booked 2AC ticket in Train no 12296 Sangamithra Exp from Chennai to Bangalore for 29.06.15 (PNR No [protected]) I also have booked a train ticket from Bangalore to Hubli in Jodhpur Express on same day departing Bangalore by 21:50 (Sangamitra is supposed to reach Bangalore by 20:10 hrs) After reaching Chennai Central I was shocked to notice that the Sangamithra train was running late by around 5 Hours and expected to depart from Chennai by around 17:30 only (schedule departure: 13:50); in that case I could not catch the connecting train to Hubli from Bangalore since the Sangamithra wont reach Bangalore by 21:50 so in a hurry, I had to travel by bus from Chennai to Banglore and got into Jodhpur Express same day; after boarding only, I could file TDR application by around 22:15 hrs For a physically challenged person like me, it was of great difficulty in commuting from railway station to bus stand and vice versa... and time consuming... full of tension... my BP shot up heavily... but to my dismay, my TDR request was rejected saying that TDR was not filed within 3 hours... Kindly consider my case and get me the refund at the earliest Sethu [protected]

    i had booked online ticket in shanghamitra express(12296) for the date 6th july. But my train got cancel. Regarding my refund, I had talked with customer care guys. I had asked that do I need to cancel my ticket, but they told me that no need to cancel ticket because my train has been cancelled, so I will automatically get my refund. Today again I talked with customer care guys. Now they are telling me to file TDR. I tried to file TDR but my transaction id is not in the search result. So, i am unable to file TDR. Its very difficult to talk with customer care guys & their response are also very pathetic. Without resolving the issue they use to cut calls.         I have cancelled the ticket of PNR No [protected] transaction ID [protected] & Journy date 3.3.2015 the same was cancelled on 3.3.2015 at 19:14:16 HRS & TDR Was filed, details are also attached. Same thing was confirmed on customer care number throught telephone at that time got the information for 50% refund. Again on 3.3.2015 at 22:33:07 I have booked my ticket with PNR No.[protected] & transaction ID [protected] for 4.3.2015 & on that day I have travelled also In both cases ticket was in my name SAVDEKAR JBand journey is also from Jammu to Jalgaon. then How it is possible that TDR was repudiate due As per chart passanger was travelled. If this was happened then what about 4.3.2015 journy ? I again request you to see the all details and arrange for refund of the money. Thanks Jitendra Savdekar

        My Self Krishna Chaitanya B. I have IRCTC login id: krishna1c. I had booked 3A ticket in 17488/TIRUMALA EXPRESS from Rajahmundry to Kavali for the journey date 23/7/2015. The same was in Waiting list. Due to unavoidable circumstances the below passengers were unable to travel on the same date and filed TDR on 23/7/2015 14:45 HRS i.e. before 3 hrs the train started from Rajahmundry. But i have not received any refund from IRCTC so far and the TDR status is showing as below. Kindly make necessary arrangement to accelerate the process and refund of my money at the earliest.

          Booked three tickets with PNR NO[protected] and [protected] and yet another ticket the same day on[protected] and was booking for my father and mother and all the three times got a Upper berth and in SL class got both middle berth.how can this happen without any manipulation which has been done online.Please investigate.People in Ranchi and Dumka may be involved.

            I have not received the refund towards the waitlisted Tatkal ticket with transaction Id - [protected] and PNR - [protected] in the train 12704 / FALAKNUMA EXP. The ticket was booked on 18th of June using my ICICI bank debit card. Please guide me on the refund process as its almost been a month and I am yet to receive the refund.

                      I booked my ticket through IRCTC in train 13202. My date of journey was 10/07/2015 but train was canceled on that day.my pnr no is [protected]. But i did not filed TDR within 72 hrs because i was in travelling between these hours. But todaty after calling to customer care they told me that i will not get the refund amount. kindly investigate and refund my amount. Thanking you, Rahul Kumar

                        Train No.19021 DOJ: 11/7/2015 PNR No [protected] Travelling From BRC to LJN in Coach No B2. The water in toilets was not available.The TTE was informed and coach attendant.All of them promised that at very Next station i.e at Ratlam it was be taken care off.ratlam went nothing was done as TTE was busy in alloting free seats in lieu of cash..Attendtand although of private Tenderer was seen smoking something and slept soundly.Upon another request passengers were informed that It will be available in Kota.Then Kota again passed No action was taken.Staff at Kota changed then the entire coach passengers started shouting and almost 15 to 16 complaints were lodged in complaint book of TTE. The TTE who boarded from Kota made all efforts to restore water.But Railways on that route dont have filling facility. Then we came to know that control room at Kota was not even informed by previous TTE. The passengers have travelled without water till restoration at 7 Am I request when basic aminity like water cant be taken care why do we pay service Tax .

                          When I ordered non veg food today in rajdhani AC 2 tier and asked them to provide me egg curry instead of chicken they readily denied me. I thought they don't have it so they can't provide but hours later I found a family sitting in front of me who had some political backing talked about being provided egg curry instead of chicken curry by the pantry manager himself . I just wanted to know that by providing the same fare why is this treatment given to a common man. So in this case every person should have some political backing to travel in rajdhani or else u will be treated like no one. I want answer from irctc on why such treatment is given to some ppl who have political backing . - A passenger on pnbe rajdhani

                            i had booked a AC 3 tier ticket for two person with Rs.3000 (pnr-[protected]). Date of journet is 15/07/2015. departure time from kalka is 11:55pm on 14/07/2015. i've cancelled that ticket at 8:07 pm on 13/07/2015 which is more than 24 hours. but i get only Rs. 2250 which is out of IRCTC refund rule. so please enquiry and refund me my actual balance.

I booked a ticket on IRCTC and made payment through SBI internet banking, the complete fare is taken from my account but I could not get any SMS or booking history in my IRCTC account, and Now the only thing as a proof I have is my Transaction Refrence Id.                                 Dear Concern, I Narendra Kumar Sen want to bring to your notice that on 19th June 2015 I was trying to book tickets from my irctc personal id an amount of 3306 is being debited but no ticket was booked against the debited amount. I had sent several reminder emails to irctc care department, they asked me to produce the bank statement which I had sent them scan copy now I am 72 yrs old citizen but they are not refunding my 3306 amount.                                   Date[protected], today i tried book tickets from vskp to kgp (Train No. / Name : 22808 / MAS SRC AC EXP for 23/07/2015) everything went smooth, i opted to pay the amount RS.4465.60 using my VISA SBI credit card( portal used for payment was axis bank). i received my otp and entered it. it got transacted and the portal showed "payment done" but instead of redirecting it to the booking confirmation page, it got redirected to irctc login page. i logged in to check the tickets but nowhere it was mentioned not in booking history or cancellation. the number of seats was also not reduced in trains's seat available area .i even got a email from the bank stating the same bank's mail's exact wording "Dear Cardholder, This is to inform you that, Transaction of Rs.4, 465.60 made on SBI Credit Card XX0173 at IRCTC on 13 Jul 15." this happend around 2:30-3:00 PM on 13/07/15. The registration process was completed and I had received the verification code in my mobile number [protected]. but I have not received activation link on the registered mail [protected]@onkariniplacements.com.                                       Hello, On the way to Amarnath, we have booked ticket from SC to NDLS, but unfortunately the train was cancelled. We took other alternative and travelled to Amarnath where no phone / Internet facility available. Now we try to cancel the train ticket, which is not allowing to do so. When complete train cancelled money should be refund to same account. we didnt get any message that to cancel ticket when complete train got cancelled Requesting all to help out getting my money back

                                        Hi, I had booked 2 train tickets from Bhubaneswar to Hyderabad on 10th Jul15 (travel date : 12Jul15) in BBSR to PUNE Suvidha express(#02882). through IRCTC site, and the tickets were confirmed. But, when we reached the station, the train was cancelled leaving us and several other passengers stranded in the railway station in the late night. This is a grave lapse from the railway to cancel the train without prior intimation (no updates regarding cancellation came to the registered email id / Contact # anytime before) leaving us clueless. Also, it strained us physically and mentally to come to station prepared with our luggages and return from station fatigued. Kindly look into the issue of absolute negligence from railways and address our concern. Please let us know if you need any further details. Thank You.
