Haven't Got My TDR REFUND
It's Almost Four months have passed, still I have no information about My TDR REFUND status.Train was late more than 3 hours, as I have Urgency so I haven't travelled in That Train.

    I have filed the TDR against PNR Number [protected] for reason "Train Diverted And Passenger Not Travelled", has been filed and the Reference No for this is :[protected]. Initially the status of my TDr was CR and didnt get changed after that for months. Now IRCTC has cleaned all my TDR and booking history without informing me. I filed the TDR within mentioned time frame thats is 72 hours for cancelled/Diverted trains. I have been constantly following up with IRCTC custoemer care on mail, but everytime they give me different excuse. Also they are not explaining why my booking history has been cleaned from my account without informing me. I have attached the TDR details snapshot. Please try to resolve my issue becuase due to this cancellation of train without any prior information i had to suffer a lot and due to it my flight got also missed. On top of that, they are not refunding my money for the ticket booked.

    the ignorance by IRCT team is too much now. they are giving no updates at all even after sending so many mails to them.
    And some fraud people are taking advantages of posting my complaint over this forum and giving fake calls to me to get my debit card details for IRCTC refund . Please suggest what action should i take again IRCTC team.

      Dear Patron, I had tried to book the ticket for journey from hosur to Satur. But during my first attempt the payment got debited but the ticket was not booked. So I made a re attempt for the booking and second booking was successful. So I paid twice for the same journey due to technical fault in IRCTC app. I ve attached the payment detail for the failure booking in which you can find cheque/ref number and narration number. Pls check with it and arrange me the refund asap. Expecting the cordial and mutual reply asap. Thanks.

          Hi, I had got a ticket booked from New Delhi to Kanpur for July 10, 2015 via Kanpur Shatabdi (Train No 12034). My PNR number is [protected]. However, as the train was running more than 4 hours late, I had filed for a TDR refund under "Train late more than three; Passenger not travelled" on that very day. My cancellation id is: [protected] However, today I got a mail from IRCTC saying that I'd be refunded an amount of Rs 370 only while I had bought the ticket for Rs 745. IRCTC needs to refund my complete amount as the fault was that of the department. Not mine. Please have the full refund done, as I have every right to claim the amount.                     I booked a ticket in 22131 / gyan ganga exp whose details are as follows

                    Train was cancelled by railways due to fire in etarsi signal cabin there was not any information regarding refund process at that time i called/mail to irctc customer care no he is saying if your ticket is online booking than your refund will be credited automatically but till today refund is not credited in my account, so today i got an mail from irctc according to them refund will not processed because you are not filled the tdr please mail on [protected]@irctc.Co.In. I have mailed to [protected]@irctc.Co.In than he is saying your refund is not possible because you are not filled tdr within 72 hours. If the train is cancelled, ticket is also considered to be cancelled, and then irctc should give full refund of the ticket since it was not customer's fault. Why to file tdr against cancelled train.Please help me to get my money back,

                      Hi, My name is Miraj. Yesterday as in[protected] I booked a tatkal ticket in train number "12204" with CKWL -14. However it reduced to CKWL -08 but did not confirm. I checked the same and found that the chart has been printed, so as per ruled "wait list" tickets are not valid. I thought I would get a text stating your wait list ticket has been cancelled and the refund has been initiated. Rather when I checked it online it is asking me to file a TDR. I do not know where is the gap and why is it so. I mean do not understand why our system is like this. I tried calling the Customer care but as expected no body picked. PNR-[protected].                         On 8 July 2015 I have booked ticket yesvantpur to lucknow and i paid 2020.60Rs. And on 10 July from my account Rs41.25 was deducted .How can one deduct money after paying ticket amount. For what purpose it was deducted. I want my money back.

                            I have booked 2AC ticket in Train no 12296 Sangamithra Exp from Chennai to Bangalore for 29.06.15 (PNR No [protected]) I also have booked a train ticket from Bangalore to Hubli in Jodhpur Express on same day departing Bangalore by 21:50 (Sangamitra is supposed to reach Bangalore by 20:10 hrs) After reaching Chennai Central I was shocked to notice that the Sangamithra train was running late by around 5 Hours and expected to depart from Chennai by around 17:30 only (schedule departure: 13:50); in that case I could not catch the connecting train to Hubli from Bangalore since the Sangamithra wont reach Bangalore by 21:50 so in a hurry, I had to travel by bus from Chennai to Banglore and got into Jodhpur Express same day; after boarding only, I could file TDR application by around 22:15 hrs For a physically challenged person like me, it was of great difficulty in commuting from railway station to bus stand and vice versa... and time consuming... full of tension... my BP shot up heavily... but to my dismay, my TDR request was rejected saying that TDR was not filed within 3 hours... Kindly consider my case and get me the refund at the earliest Sethu [protected]

                              i had booked online ticket in shanghamitra express(12296) for the date 6th july. But my train got cancel. Regarding my refund, I had talked with customer care guys. I had asked that do I need to cancel my ticket, but they told me that no need to cancel ticket because my train has been cancelled, so I will automatically get my refund. Today again I talked with customer care guys. Now they are telling me to file TDR. I tried to file TDR but my transaction id is not in the search result. So, i am unable to file TDR. Its very difficult to talk with customer care guys & their response are also very pathetic. Without resolving the issue they use to cut calls.                                   I have cancelled the ticket of PNR No [protected] transaction ID [protected] & Journy date 3.3.2015 the same was cancelled on 3.3.2015 at 19:14:16 HRS & TDR Was filed, details are also attached. Same thing was confirmed on customer care number throught telephone at that time got the information for 50% refund. Again on 3.3.2015 at 22:33:07 I have booked my ticket with PNR No.[protected] & transaction ID [protected] for 4.3.2015 & on that day I have travelled also In both cases ticket was in my name SAVDEKAR JBand journey is also from Jammu to Jalgaon. then How it is possible that TDR was repudiate due As per chart passanger was travelled.                                   My Self Krishna Chaitanya B. I have IRCTC login id: krishna1c. I had booked 3A ticket in 17488/TIRUMALA EXPRESS from Rajahmundry to Kavali for the journey date 23/7/2015. The same was in Waiting list. Due to unavoidable circumstances the below passengers were unable to travel on the same date and filed TDR on 23/7/2015 14:45 HRS i.e. before 3 hrs the train started from Rajahmundry. But i have not received any refund from IRCTC so far and the TDR status is showing as below. Kindly make necessary arrangement to accelerate the process and refund of my money at the earliest.

                                    Booked three tickets with PNR NO[protected] and [protected] and yet another ticket the same day on[protected] and was booking for my father and mother and all the three times got a Upper berth and in SL class got both middle berth.how can this happen without any manipulation which has been done online.Please investigate.People in Ranchi and Dumka may be involved.
