Dear Concern, I Narendra Kumar Sen want to bring to your notice that on 19th June 2015 I was trying to book tickets from my irctc personal id an amount of 3306 is being debited but no ticket was booked against the debited amount. I had sent several reminder emails to irctc care department, they asked me to produce the bank statement which I had sent them scan copy now I am 72 yrs old citizen but they are not refunding my 3306 amount.     Date[protected], today i tried book tickets from vskp to kgp (Train No. / Name : 22808 / MAS SRC AC EXP for 23/07/2015) everything went smooth, i opted to pay the amount RS.4465.60 using my VISA SBI credit card( portal used for payment was axis bank). i received my otp and entered it. it got transacted and the portal showed "payment done" but instead of redirecting it to the booking confirmation page, it got redirected to irctc login page. i logged in to check the tickets but nowhere it was mentioned not in booking history or cancellation. the number of seats was also not reduced in trains's seat available area .i even got a email from the bank stating the same bank's mail's exact wording "Dear Cardholder, This is to inform you that, Transaction of Rs.4, 465.60 made on SBI Credit Card XX0173 at IRCTC on 13 Jul 15." this happend around 2:30-3:00 PM on 13/07/15.       I the SANDHYA was willing to open an account for booking the ticket. The registration process was completed and I had received the verification code in my mobile number [protected]. but I have not received activation link on the registered mail [protected]@onkariniplacements.com. At the moment we are finding it difficult book the tickets.

        Hello, On the way to Amarnath, we have booked ticket from SC to NDLS, but unfortunately the train was cancelled. We took other alternative and travelled to Amarnath where no phone / Internet facility available. Now we try to cancel the train ticket, which is not allowing to do so. We spent a huge amount on flight at last moment. Who will pay that extra amount. Even we didn't got any mail or Information from your end about train cancellation. Last moment we came to know about train status.When we are not available in communication area for phones/internet then how come you expect to file TDR with in certain time limit. When complete train cancelled money should be refund to same account. we didnt get any message that to cancel ticket when complete train got cancelled Requesting all to help out getting my money back

          Hi, I had booked 2 train tickets from Bhubaneswar to Hyderabad on 10th Jul15 (travel date : 12Jul15) in BBSR to PUNE Suvidha express(#02882). through IRCTC site, and the tickets were confirmed. But, when we reached the station, the train was cancelled leaving us and several other passengers stranded in the railway station in the late night. This is a grave lapse from the railway to cancel the train without prior intimation (no updates regarding cancellation came to the registered email id / Contact # anytime before) leaving us clueless. Also, it strained us physically and mentally to come to station prepared with our luggages and return from station fatigued. Kindly look into the issue of absolute negligence from railways and address our concern. Please let us know if you need any further details. Thank You.

            For the above transaction i opted "don't book the ticket if a lower seat is unavailable".
            This option redirected me to a page asking for yes or no to book a ticket if my given option is unavailable. I clicked on "no".
            Then i was redirected to the booking page but got my amount deducted.
            Kindly help me at the earliest

              I have booked a ticket on[protected] for train no:16853 PNR no:[protected], there was 215 seats available at the time, I have selected "Book ticket if 2 lower berth allotted", but system demanding me as "Conditions not met plz click YES to book a ticket anyway or NO to cancel", PLEASE justify my question, how it is possible that there is no availability of 2 lower birth seats in same compartment when there is 215 seats available in the whole train? .It happens many times for me, I'm loosing my hope on online booking system.

                  I am 'Abhishek kumar panjiyar' travelling with my friend 'manish kumar gara' in train no 12948 Azimabad express, date 10/07/2015. My pnr no is [protected]. Today morning around 3 to 4 am. My luggage has been theift which has secure with metal sikkar and also locked. In between 2 to 4 am and in between buxar, Mugalsarai, before allahabad jn. It has been theift. At that time I was sleeping. And my friend also. In that bag we have 2 laptop, 1 each of both parson, and most valuable document, which belong to careers, starting from 10th to M.com. alll document. ...also admit card and joining latter of civil court, bank passbook with cheque and some more valuable documents, and clothes etc. We search all voggy & birth in train but couldn't find. My sikkar has been damaged their... now what should I do? Here no any Crpf force available. And tte did not help me... now what should I do? Plz contact me my no is [protected] AND [protected].

I have mailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in than he is saying your refund is not possible because you are not filled TDR within 72 Hours. If the train is cancelled, ticket is also considered to be cancelled, and then IRCTC should give full refund of the ticket since it was not customer's fault. Why to file TDR against cancelled Train.Please help me to get my money back,

                      Hi, I had one confirmed tatkal booked ticket with PNR [protected] for "tata muri exp 18110" on 10-july-2015 in sleeper class.I missed the train due to wrong information provided by Railway Enquiry no 139. I called 139 around 9 p.m. and came to know that train is running late by around 1 hour from its scheduled departure and then .So when I reached Jalandhar cantt station at around 9.30 pm, I came to know that train had already departed.I have attached my tickets and online status of railway station. I am Priyanka Das an account holder of Bank Of India, I have booked two tickets from IRCTC on 10/07/2015 One in Danapur Express total cost is1042.00 Rs. at 7.45 pm another is in Danapur Express total cost is 1237.00 Rs. at 8.21 pm These tickets are for 24 jul. 2015 & 26 jul.2015 respectively. but the transactions are cancelled due to any error and amount is deducted from bank account with out reason. so please solve the problem and refund the amount as soon as possible so i can book again. I am trying to reset my password and your site ask the email verification password and mobile verification password. I already got the mobile verification password by an SMS. But, I can't get email verification password. Please send the email verification password in to my mail ([protected]@gmail.com) urgently or suggest another way to reset my account.

                              Sir, i tried to book a ticket from jammu to delhi on 10/07/2015, after debiting the amount i.E.Rs 467.80 from my account, irctc failed to generate ticket and show reservation status"not booked".
                              The ref.No. Of transaction [protected] ig0ahynyd5 transfer to [protected] sbi irctc collect.
                              Kindly refund the amount rs 467.80 to my account

                                These are my journey details. I have to board this train at 1.50. But the chart is not prepared yet. Station is about 2 hours travel from my residence and i don’t know whether my ticket will get confirmed or not. Why the chart is not prepared at least 4 hours before the travel? If i reach the station without ticket confirmation, it’s a waste of time. If i skip this travel and if my ticket gets confirmed, then it’s a waste of money. Please be responsible guys. You are troubleling the passengers.

                                    I V.hari hara sarma Manager Indian bank Chengannur was travelling on a official trip to Thiruvanthapuram by Parusuram EXpress from chengannur 08/07/2015 and boarded AC coach by takingordinary ticket no[protected].I was informed by coach13 TT no seat was vacant and asked to go 14No. same opinion received from there also, Finally i boarded 15 no coach and TT informed wait and chenck availability Finally allotted seat vide receipt901232 for Rs200/ Since lot of seats was vacant in all these coaches and passengers are getting down at stations I was surprised to hear from the TTS NOSEAT. kindly inform me the situation in which I was asked to go here and there for search of one seat since in all these compartments vacant seats are available up to TVM kindly enlighten Sarma [protected]

The payment is been done through my ONLINE S.B.I ACCOUNT (details mentioned below) without my consent today (i.e 09/07/2015). It may be a case of account hacking, regarding the same I have already complained to SBI Customer Care ( Complain ticket no : PT[protected] ). I got the IRCTC transaction ID through my online passbook statment. ( As a matter of fact : In ref no mentioned on SBI ACCOUNT STATEMENT the IRCTC TRANSACTION ID is also mentioned. ) I request you to kindly look into the matter and cancel all ( or any ) ticket with the transaction ID mentioned above.                                         I have booked a e-ticket from IRCTC portal for my mother for travel from PNBE to BRC dated 01.07.15 PNR NO. [protected] Train No. 12948 . But on the date of journey due to some reason, i had to cancel my ticket. Since Charting was done, So ticket could not be cancelled before Departure of Train. So refund would only be made through filing of TDR within two hours of departure of train. I tried to log on at 23 50 hours and found out that IRCTC portal was down due to maintenance. Upon trying to log in a flash message saying " Site is Under Maintenance between 2330 on 01.07.15 to 0430 on 02.07.15 " . This prevented me to file TDR online within two hours of departure of train. So I requested IRCTC to cancel the ticket by e-mail at 23:52:55 on 01.07.15 to the said mail ID [protected]@irctc.co.in from the registered mail. But till morning 8 am on 02.07.15 i did not got any confirmation mail from IRCTC about the acceptance of my request. So to be on safe side I filed TDR also at 0820 am on 02.07.15. After many correspondence on 08.07.15 they simply replied that Refund cannnot be made as you have filed TDR at 0820 am on 02.07.15. Repeatedly I kept reminding them that I had already given mail for cancellation within 2 hours of departure of train and my request was genuine. I also spoke to customer care about above issue. Since the representative was not able to resolve my case I was told that issue will be referred to higher authorities. But they are not responding seriously. If the site is under maintainence for 4 hours then how a person can file the TDR as per rule from the account in the portal since the logins will not be allowed. I feel that i am not at fault here in filing TDR and my money should be refunded as per the existing rules.
