I am 'Abhishek kumar panjiyar' travelling with my friend 'manish kumar gara' in train no 12948 Azimabad express, date 10/07/2015. My pnr no is [protected]. Today morning around 3 to 4 am. My luggage has been theift which has secure with metal sikkar and also locked. In between 2 to 4 am and in between buxar, Mugalsarai, before allahabad jn. It has been theift. At that time I was sleeping. And my friend also. In that bag we have 2 laptop, 1 each of both parson, and most valuable document, which belong to careers, starting from 10th to M.com. alll document. ...also admit card and joining latter of civil court, bank passbook with cheque and some more valuable documents, and clothes etc. We search all voggy & birth in train but couldn't find. My sikkar has been damaged their... now what should I do? Here no any Crpf force available. And tte did not help me... now what should I do? Plz contact me my no is [protected]

From ALD to LTT
Train was cancelled by railways due to some reason, there was not any information regarding refund process at that time I called to IRCTC Chennai office Customer care no [protected] he is saying if your ticket is online booking than your refund will be credited automatically but till today refund is not credited in my account, so Today I am Calling to Delhi Office he is saying refund will not processed because you are not filled the TDR so Please mail on [protected]@irctc.co.in. I have mailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in than he is saying your refund is not possible because you are not filled TDR within 72 Hours.
If the train is cancelled, ticket is also considered to be cancelled, and then IRCTC should give full refund of the ticket since
it was not customer's fault. Why to file TDR against cancelled Train.Please help me to get my money back,
