Respected sir,
I had my train from mumbai to bathinda. All the way i didn't see any of T.t on duty. I wander if the T.t didn't come in the train except A.c coach. Train no.12137, Date of travelling-20/6/2015, PNR no.-[protected], Coach- S-7 seat no.-70.
Previously i had written a complaint through sms, on this no.-[protected], i wander if their wasn't a reply to my complaint because this was against the government services. Many a times i have travelled buti couldn't see any T.t doing his duty. I request the authority for whatever action is taken against this is brought to my notice. my contact no.-[protected]

Is it justified wherein if I have not claimed within 72 hrs then IRCTC/Railway will lapse our refund
