Train no: 16032 date: 06/07/2015 Either I go back to house and slept or what? You people never bothers about passengers just you need money. Today we wake up at 4:00AM carrying 2 yeras child and catch the Auto and paid him 100Rs. but after reaches station there is a message that train was cancelled. Why you (IRCTC) people don't send at least one message. that train is canceled. Now we have urgent work in chennai at malaysia embassy we have appointment at 1:00PM. what I have to do now. I knew you just ignore this mail or you can reply "we regret". the words is simple but facing the problems are different. I decided I don't want use IRCTC any more. better to go railway station for bookings. INDIAN RAILWAY members may advise to IRCTC on cancelled trains. Sorry to say.

    My train No 12296 (sanghmitra exp ) on[protected] was cacelled due to some reasons. My PNR No.is [protected]. My ticket was booked from Allahabad to Chennai. My coach No was S-7, berth No-34.
    So far the money paid by me is not credited in my account. Please do it as early as possible.

      PNR:[protected] Jabalpur mumbai garib rath. Train was cancelled. No Ticket Refund still. The customer care is speaking of no refund because of no manual cancellation. How stupid it is to cancel the e-ticket when train is cancelled itself and is announced in newspaper that money will be refunded. E-ticket is automatically cancelled when train is cancelled and money shall be refunded, without manual cancellation. This is very wrong. Urgent action is required.

        .
        In fact i have already registered my complaint through out yoyr customer service but they told me that"youe amount was already refund " but i didn't get any amount from your authority side.
        So i have requested to you please take necessary action.

          I have booked two tickets for my grandparents who are senior citizens in www.irctc.co.in, i have put berth preference as lower for both, but both of them got upper berths . How can you give upper berths for senior citizens, how can they climb up. PLease correct your logic and programming for reservation of tickets in irctc.               Dear Sir I have booked 3 tickets at IRCTC for Train No./Name: 21125 / INDORE BHIND EXP from Indore to Bhind, whereby I have opted for Lower berth since two passenger are above 60 and 90 and will be able to manage only at Lower berth. But inspite of having 125 (approx) seats available during booking, birth criteria is ignored and all 3 berth's UPPER. And also the series are not continuous. What is a point of choosing the berth. Also, at least passenger's travelling +60 should be given lower berths by default considering their health issues. If possible please adjust my seat.

                    I have purchased ticket in AC 2 tier for travelling from coimbatore to Shalimar. Journey date was 8th June'15. Train No, 12659 & PNR no. [protected]. But ticket was shifted from 2 tier to 3 tier due to that particular date there was no 2 tier coach in train. I have filed TDR on 8th June'15 & it was rejected on 18 th June'15 & again the TDR was opened in 19th June'15. I have already couriered original refund certificate which was given by TTE at train. But till date I have not recd. differential amount from IRCTC. I have continuously follow up the matter with IRCTC, but result is nil. Requested to arrange to refund differential amount in my account. Thanks P Mukherjee

Transaction ID : [protected] In this booking, two seats are confirmed and we did the journey but the third ticket remained waiting and the passenger has to abort the train because only two tickets were confirmed.                         I was travelling from Ranchi, Jharkhand to Asansol, West Bengal on 29th June 2015 by RNC-HWH Intercity Express(Train No. 18628). PNR No: [protected]. At the time of booking the status was WL14. On[protected], I got a text message from IRCTC confirming my ticket status as C1, 38. I was assured I had a confirmed ticket and planned for my travel. On[protected], i.e. just a day before my travel date, at 03:27 pm I got a text message from IRCTC stating that my current ticket status is WL, 2 and that the "chart has been re-prepared due to technical reasons". I panicked as I had commitments at work and had to reach on time the next day.I thought of trying for a Tatkal Ticket but since I got the message so late in the evening, I could not even book Tatkal ticket as it was not allowed by then. I could term this conduct by IRCTC as sheer negligence to a passenger's concern. But since I had to reach work on time, I boarded the train the next day. Quickly, I met the TTE and explained them the mishaps and told them that I needed to travel by this train only and that they look into the matter. What was totally surprising, was that they completely neglected my plea and stated that it was none of their concern as they are from Indian Railways and the ticketing is done by IRCTC and any compaints regarding it would not be entertained by them. After that they booked a ticket for me with penalty. They completely denied any responsibility for all that had happened. So I would like to draw concern over all this commotion and inconvenience that I have gone through only because of the inefficiency of IRCTC and Indian Railways. If some technical problem occurred at their side, they should have been responsible enough to offer some alternate arrangements for the passenger who suffered only because of their negligence and inefficiency.

                          Hi Team, I have not travelled on 17th April as the tkt was in RAC status and about 30 min. before the actual depature of the train I filed TDR to get my money back and you people have rejected my TDR due to TTE mistake as one of the RAC passenger would have travelled and TTE would have made the mark on my name by mistake. My point over here is why would I file a TDR before departure of a train if I would have planned to travel. Please refund my TDR amount immediately. Thanks, Subhash Kumar Singh 91-[protected]

                            I had applied for IRCTC Union Bank Prepaid Card on 06-June-2015.
                            I have received the PIN via e.mail on 11.06.2015 but physical card
                            has not yet received. I don't find customer care number to lodge the complaint
                            about non delivery of card. Could you kindly help in getting the issue resolved.

                            Even I applied for the Virtual card on 19th July, 2015 and the Tracking number is [protected]. I tried to reach the UBI and IRCTC customer support by call and as well as by email. But there is no reply even after sending many mails. Totally I am not happy with this service.

Dear Sir, I Like To Inform You That, the above Train was diverted through Bandel, Bardhaman instead of Nabadwip, Katwa Etc. I dont Know the reason, and same day I Filed TDR as per your rule of Refund & after 7 Days I got only 48% of total value of Ticket. But why ? You Should Refund 100 % of Ticket Value. That was your ( Railway's ) mistake. Yes, you can divert your Train from any rout, but you have to inform to the Respective Passenger in advance, you can refund my money but you can"t refund my time which was gone.

                                As per new policy of Indian Railway w.e.f 1st July 2015 there will be 50% refund on cancellation of tatqal of ticket which is confirmed.And it is confirmed from the depeartment point of view also.But IRCTC refused to follow this policy and not refunded 50% the amount on cancellation of tatqal ticket.Please give directions by which this problem will be solved as early as possible.                                   Today i had to board my train from nzm(del)-kcg (hyd) but the train cancled with any intimation. Same i came to knw when i reached station. Pnr-[protected]; train no.- 12708; Fare-1730/- 3A; Seat- B3; 36.Same thing cost me now around 6000/- to reach hyd now, becoz no other train is available. Plz take some action over the same, else i have to go to consumer court.

                                    I tried booking ticket through mobile app of IRCTC. I was asked all the details to be filled for payment after payment i found the session is expired and ticket is not booked.I found my account debited with 1687 INR .this was done on 1st of July while booking ticket form brahmapur to Pune at noon.please do the needful and help me out .please let me know abt my money to be refunded.please help me out

                                      I was traveling from thiruananthapuram to Changanacherry on manglure express 06402 .when it reached kollam at 10 .10pm I bought 1liter of water and gave him 100rs he gave 80 rs back, I enquired about the mrp he told me that its 20rs but I found out that it is 15 rs he was not ready to give the balance . he and his colleague's weredoing the same .please take necessary action so that this should not happen again
