I booked tatkal ticket on 18.06.2015 frm Satna to Patna for journey on 20.06.2015.But when i arrived at station train was cancelled.The amount of booking ticket has not been refunded till date in my account.And there was no information from Irctc about ticket cancellation.How could I get amount refunded?     Hi, I had booked a tatkal ticket in 3AC, one was confirmed and 2nd was in CKWL1 after chart prepared. So only one passenger on confirmed seat had been travelled. Now when I filled the TDR by selecting the reason "Party Partially Confirmed/Waitlisted And Waitlisted Passengers Did Not Travel.", they replied that TDR Repudiate and Reason is Miscellaneous. I again drop the email to the [protected]@irctc.co.in and [protected]@irctc.co.in asked the reason why you have refused then they again open my case and after 1 week again they marked as TDR Repudiate and Reason mentioned is "Passenger has been travelled." So this is , what we can do of this kind of IRCTC reply and their wrong information. Strictly government has to take immediate action regarding the same unless their presence is meaningless

      I was booking e-ticket from Allahabad to New Delhi in Tatkal. But after 10:00 AM the link to book the Ticket is not enabled. And when enabled the status was "REGRATE". Why this Online system is not enabled? I want to go in consumer court for this being. This happens regularly in tatkal scheme of IRCTC. Regards Prateek Pandey

          My PNR no. was PNR-[protected], Train no. 12030 dated 22 June 2015. On 22nd at 7.31a.m, I received a message from no. 139 that status of my ticket was one was confirmed and rest two had wl 1 and wl. no.2. Around 12.00p.m, I checked the status online where it was showing that all the seats were confirmed. At 2.51, I revived a text from 139 that status of my ticket got changed. Confirmed tickets now converted into waiting list and that was ticket number 3, 4 and 5. I tried calling 139 to know how the confirmed seats can be converted into waiting list, but no satisfactory answer had been given. I have to take next day flight to reach delhi due to scheduled appointments.

                  my pnr no.[protected].irctc masage me on 28th may your train was cancil so you may go on irctc website & cancel your ticket.after cancelling the ticket they refunded me 75% of the cost.so pleas kindly look into this metter & refund me remaining amount also.thankyou

                          ON 12 JUNE 2015, I have applied for reservation of Air Ticketing through IRCTC in flight Air india from Kolkatta to tripura which depart from kolkatta at 0945 hrs with the name of pawan kumar, address STC BSF Kharkan camp. An amount of Rs 4317/- had deducted from my account to [protected]IG0AECPPY4 TRANSFER TO [protected] SBI I.R.C.T.C. COLLECT but my ticket was not confirmed. Request you to refund my amount to my account [protected] as already more than 13 days passed.

                            I have been trying for several days to enroll an UBI prepaid card for irctc to book only Railway tickets with irctc.com under my father's name. It says that we need to provide the exact name as it appears on PAN card (NSDL form) and I Exactly added the same name to fill the form (physical card and virtual card) but your site tells me that the name doesn't match the PAN card. Then I called up PAN card department and verified my father's name on the PAN card and what name I was entering is Exactly correct. The problem is in ur site. Please fix the problem. I have sent many email's to irctc customer service but no proper help.This is really pathetic service. Why do you come up with a site when you can't even enroll a person to get the benefits nor help anyone for it...

                                  I have booked a confirmed train ticket from bct to ndls, journey date:[protected]. However, due to gujjar agitation, the train got cancelled on the same day.

                                  My pnr is: [protected]
                                  Transaction id: [protected]
                                  Train no. / name: 22913 / ndls premium spl
                                  From: mumbai central (Bct)
                                  To: new delhi (Ndls)
                                  Ticket type: e - ticket
                                  Quota: general (Gn)
                                  Ticket charge: rs 2520. 0
                                  Service charge: rs 44. 94
                                  Total: rs 2564. 94

                                  Since i was travelling from pune to mumbai and then to new delhi, i was not able to access internet to cancel the ticket for the refund. Due to this, i have not received refund for my ticket, which should be done automatically by irctc. I am unable to file tdr for this, due to error stating "cancellation is not allowed as ticket is beyond permissible limit of cancellation".

                                  Now, irctc is not replying to my emails properly for the refund of rs. 2520. 0, which is not a small amount for a middle - class common man. They should be clear on the cancellation rules.

                                  If the waitlisted tickets get refunded automatically, why do the end user go through the hassles to cancel the tickets manually for the trains cancelled by indian railways ?

                                  Please refund the amount as per the norms as soon as possible and provide clarity on the cancellation rules for such scenarios.

                                  Note:
                                  In a country of billion people, i am being duped of rs 2500 not being refunded by irctc, imagine the number of people being duped on an average of rs 500 - 1000 on daily basis with cases similar to mine.
                                  I will have to write to multiple forums to get people in limelight about this grave issue.

                                    Sir, I am a registered IRCTC customer. Recently, I booked ticket through online. The details are as follows: Transaction ID: [protected] PNR.No.[protected] Tr.No.11013 Date of Journey:17.06.2015 Date of Booking the ticket: 07.06.2015 Place: Bangalore Jn to Coimbatore Jn. I want to cancel my ticket 36 hours before the Journey. I followed the cancellation procedure v.correctly. But I got some peculiar instruction (Red mark statement on the top) saying that I can't cancel my ticket. Due to this, I couldn't get my refund. Even I tried 24 hours before and 12 hours before to cancel my ticket and followed the correct procedure. But I couldn't do it so. IRCTC can help me getting the refund for the above journey which I didn't undertake.

                                        Respected Sir/Madam, During the tatkal booking hours of around 10 a.m. on date 22/06/2015, I was trying to book a tatkal ticket for 12289 CSTM-NGP Duronto Express for the journey date of 23/06/2015.The transaction ID is-[protected].The ticket was not booked but the money was debited from my bank account.Then, I get a call from an IRCTC person saying that the amount will be refunded immediately and then he asks me for my card details and the OTP that the bank sent me telling me that this is necessary for the refund.AND AGAIN THE SAME EARLIER AMOUNT OF RS.6825 WAS DEBITED AGAIN.I demand IRCTC that it refunds me the amount earlier and the next debited amount of Rs.6825.6+6825(Rs13650) as quickly as possible to my bank account.Now as I am calling the number from which I got the call and it is not responding. I hope you will help me soon.
