I am a regular user of IRCTC net booking site, Since last few months the Ticket printing facility is not working on the IRCTC booking site. Whenever this option is selected it goes back to login page. Similar problem exists with the "Contact us" option. As a result, one can not register a complaint also !! Request to take up with IRCTC to amend it ASAP regards Praveen Dhavale

    Sir/Madam, My name is R. Kamesh. I had a confirmed ticket in First A/C (PNR:[protected], B-Cabin from Thane JN to Raipur JN by Mumbai-Howrah Mail (12809) on 06/19/2015. The train was delayed by about 18 hours due to rains. My experiences after the train reached Thane was nothing short of harrowing: 1. The attendant of the First A/C compartment did not even open the door in Thane. I had to get into another compartment in the heavy rain and then carry my luggage all the way into the First A/C cabin without any help. 2. Even worse, there were rats in my cabin and they did tremendous damage of my luggage and items inside it. Many items that I purchased from the USA were damaged. Also, my food items were consumed. This is completely unacceptable by First A/C standards of Indian Railways. I have taken numerous images of the damages caused with my camera and have also given a written complaint to the coach attendant. I can furnish those images if needed. For the horrible experiences and the damages, I request you to kindly issue me a monetary compensation. Please let me know if additional details are needed. R. Kamesh

      This is to informed you that i am traveled from lucknow ne to bandra terminus dated:- 08-june-2015 alone because of my ticket is partially confirmed and waitlisted passengers did not travel .I am aware wait list passenger did not travel without confirmed ticket that's why i can't bring my wife to travel in wait list ticket & same thing i informed to ticket checker (Tte) . This is his responsibility to provide non travel certificate to me otherwise how i know to collect this certificate .

          29.06.2015, Service Staff in Shatabdi asking for tips post breakfast, they brought with them a tray in which they were carrying tissue / Mishri & Saunf, and presenting the tray to each Passenger in the coach & collecting tips, collected around 400 Rupees. this is the same Practice off late followed in all Shatabdi's post all meals. When asked not to do so, service staff said that they get very less salary, they get Rs.3, 000/- per month, hence they are doing so. Pls look in this matter as this is against the Govt. of Delhi Minimum Wage Act.

              To, General Manager IRCTC –Northern Railway ( IR ) Estate Entry Road New Delhi 11001 Subject: - Refund against PNR NO [protected], [protected] and PNR[protected] Train no .19020, 22914 date of travelling on 24.05.15 and 28.05.15 and 30.05.15 Dear Sir / Madam I have booked my relative tickets through my credit card no [protected] HDFC Bank for travelling on 24/05/14 PNR NO [protected] booking ID no [protected] Train No. 19020 for Rs 7507.47 from Dehradun to Bandra but train was cancelled again ticket booked on 28/05/15 from New delhi to BCT Mumbai PNR NO [protected] dated 28.05.15 booking ID [protected] for Rs 12179.94 which again cancelled, I have booked their tickets vide PNR no [protected] dated 30.05.15 and booking id [protected] from New Delhi to BCT Mumbai train No. 22914 for Rs 19444.94 which was cancelled Total booking amount Rs 7507.47, 12179.94 and 19444.94 total Rs 39132.35 I am using IRCTC site user ID CMP1968 last 5 year and assuming that on line E tickets amount already return automatic if booked on line E tickets.                 I booked a conform tatkal ticket PNR no.[protected] from Gwalior to Jabalpur in train no 12190 in 3AC.on[protected]. Ticket was upgraded to 2AC. This informatiom was not given to me either by sms or even TC was not present in coach. This causes great inconvinence to me.There shold be prior information to avoid incovinience to pessenger.

                  IRCTC has a choice system of ticket to be booked if at least 1 lower is allotted...but when booked the message showed "As you have opted for one lower seat and since no lower is available, the ticket can't be booked". So, I went on to book Side Lower seat but the IRCTC booked two Side Upper seat for two aged person and hence I've to cancel the ticket. Next, I went on to book the ticket under ladies category and bingo IRCTC provided the lower seat this time. And when again I booked the ticket for my Sr. Citizen father, IRCTC again provided me a lower seat. So, in the process of booking 2 seats with 106 availability, it costs me 993.92 (322.23+322.23+202.23+147.23) which would surely be only 322.23 (obviously I'll get 502.23 return, but my peruse is empty for now). This could easily been solved with much better algorithm or may be IRCTC programmed the system to benefit itsel[censored]sing such mean methods. Help me here.

                    PNR: [protected] / [protected] Journey Details - Mangalore junction to Thane Train - 12134/MUMBAI EXP Date of Journey - 08-Oct-2014 Class: THIRD AC (3A) Train 12134/MUMBAI EXP was rescheduled to 23.00 Hours on 08-October-2014. The actual departure time as per regular schedule was 14.00 Hours. I had filed the TDR with reason "Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled". I received a reply from railways as "Train RUN Normal", and NO REFUND PROCESSED. Kindly find the attached notification from Konkan railway corporation limited which shows the train was actually delayed for more than 8 hours. I have dropped multiple emails to [protected]@irctc.co.in but the request hasn't been reopened yet. Request you to escalate this and help me out to get my money refunded.

Upon reaching the station it was informed to me that the train has been diverted/cancelled. In the above circumstances, since my travel to Karnal was urgent I had to make alternate arrangements.                               I booked a ticket from BRC to BVI in Golden temple Mail. PNR No [protected]. I got the message from Irctc that the train has been cancelled so please cancel your ticket online to get the refund. So I cancelled my ticket but still didnt get the refund. I got the message again after 10-12 hrs that the train is still on but till that time I already cancelled the ticket. The journey was important to me so I called them and asked if I can still travel which they refused. So I didnt get the refund and also was not able to make the journey. In the message it was clearly written that cancel your PNR online to get refund. I have been mailing them many times but no response. Please look into it. I am attaching the message they sent.

                                      i tried to book a tatkal eticket for my cousin in Sleeper coach in train no 12956. My payment got debited but i have not been provided with any ticket.. neither confirm or waiting. I am now sure that this is intentionaly commited tactics of irctc. this is not the first time i have been tricked. also although mistake is on irctc part, i cant book again as One ticket per IP during tatkal hours has been applied. you can makeout wat exactly has been done by irctc in the attachments.

                                        Hi, I mvSuryanarayana booked ticket on 26June 2015 for 1July2015 from samalkotjn(slo) to chennai egmore on Circar express i completed all process and I paid money by debit card money was cut from my account but I didn't received my ticket and what about my money. And again i booked ticket on 27 July 2015 again money was cut and this time unfortunately I received my ticket
                                        Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
