    I did not get refund for the e-tickets booked for which the scheduled train was cancelled and had to make alternative arrangements causing lot of inconvenience. i was told that the refund will be paid automaticallyas it happens in case of W/L e-ticket not getting confirmed. Booked ticket detail are as follows. PNR No [protected], Tra. ID [protected], Train No 12931, Dt. of booking 15.5.15 Dt of Journy 16.5.15, Tatkal ticket, No of Passangers 2, Jayshri Patel, & Vansh Patel Kindly send me refund by cheque or to my account no [protected], ICICI Bank ( from which ticket was booked) my mobile no [protected], My mail add.             On 16th June at early hours(7:00 AM), I reached Secunderabad station along with my wife and thought of having breakfast(IDLY) inside station. There is only one food court is in station, we both had taken idly. After taking a bite, my wife felt something awkward and left the remaining. However, I had 2 more bites and left eveything. We felt bad about this, since the IRCTC which is very good for catering and tourism is providing such a cheap food. That sambar might be yesterdays, I can strongly say. Even the chutney is worst, road side food is far far better than here. We thought of waster 45/- but since morning my stomach is upset and cant eat anything. Now, caught with vomitings due to food posining. The worst canteen I ever saw.. Take a necessary action on such junk/waste canteens who are very commercial.

                  sir i had cancelled a ticket pnr no . [protected] on 10 jun 15. the amount of ticket was 510 rupees. while cancelling ticket deduction was 95 rupees but i have received only 370 rupees that also has not come in my account. pls check the issue refund 510-95= 415 rupees in my account.

                        TRAIN :09412, DOJ:29-05-15, SL, PNBE-ADI, Dep:20:30, ANISH JHA+1, S2 55, S2 56, Fare:4600, SC:22.47+PG CHGS. I and my sister were stuck in Nepal earthquake in Kathmandu. We somehow managed to reach patna station and the train was cancelled without any info. The TTE told the amount will be credited to your account. Nothing received till date. Please help.

                          Pnr : [protected] Train number: 15667 I, along with my family boarded from NJP railway station .there was no bedding provided to us(4 passengers in AC 2 tier coach, A1. On asking for bedding, the staff member gave us used sheets. We denied. He said I don't have any.on complaining to the TT, he also gave the same reply This is not the way to deal with passengers .We paid for the services yet no service is being provided to us. Please take firm action against the staff

                                    sir! I have registered my irctc account but unfortunately i have forgotten my password. And also there no mail about irctc in my email account..so when tried to registered with a new account it shows that the previous mobile number and email id is already registered.so plzz send me my user id n password to my mail account.                                       Dear Sir/Madam The train 12909 & PNR NO.[protected] DT.23/05/2015 was cancelled by Railway Dept. without Sending SMS to customer.We scheduled our Tour to Shimla through other Route.We took Rajdhani Train by paying 8500 for 2 seats.We asked Tc Mr. Sanjay Sharma about Refund of our Eticket, he told Railway will Automatically refund in your Bank Account as its Railways Mistake. We returned from tour on 6th June'15 & immediately mailed IRCTC for refund.If Railway is responsible for cancelling the train due to uncertainity(their own problem) then it should refund the money automatically into customers respective Bank account or send SMS "pls cancel your ETicket same day". No SMS & NO REFUND. IT IS SERIOUS MISTAKE OF IRCTC.IRCTC IS NOW NOT READY TO REFUND. Kindly look into this matter seriously. Regards, Asha Bhat
