Sir, I booked ticket from www.irctc.co.in from KYN to JL Transcation id is [protected], Pnr No is [protected], TRain Name 12139 / SEWAGRAM EXP, Boarding 20th June 2015, 3 AC. Sir from 2.30 pm we are in Kalyan Station, but there are no announcement about changes in train, After 1 hour they announced that Sevagram express start from Igatpuri. not from Kalyan, So please refund my all money Rs 2025.6 as soon as possible.

    I had booked ticket online from delhi to surat train num 19020.pnr [protected] doj 6june.transection done online on 30/5/2015 frpm banknof baroda.ticket was not confirmed and automatically cancelled.still I didnt got my refund..pleas do needful.ph num . [protected]

    sir on 26 june my train was cancel. PNR NO. [protected].train no. 12172.am from dehradun and boarding at haridwar .when i reached haridwar station i found train was cancelled.train timing is 7'o clock evening. i asked to station master how i get my refund he told me automatically comes in yr account. no mesage i got from indian railway what to do for that. i am wating for some days but when it wont comes i called to customer care he told me u have to do cancel ticket within 72 hrs. sir tell how is it possible for me. on 27 moring i got tatkal ticket . of 28 june nxt day i went to delhi. whole day am travelling at 9 i have train nxt day i reached bhusawal train get late. i reached at night 10 o clock. again am travelling for aurangabad nxt day moning. eveytime time iam travelling, i dont have a laptop aur fast intrenet connection. how can i do this. even there is no network. during journey. how is it posssible for me to cancel the ticket. and also they didnt inform me wht to do. they cancel my train i dint cancel so its irctc resposibility. to refund me. but they told u have to fill TDR within 72 hours. its my money and i want it back i have to fill application ? sir/ madam please help me to refund my money back. thanking you.

      I booked one train ticket in tatkal in 3 AC in train no. 12308 ( Jodhpur - Howrah ) ( PNR. No. [protected] ) for journey on 29th may 2015. Before one day of journey i got a message from IRCTC that this train has been cancelled by railways so please cancel your ticket. After cancellation i got the message that no amount will be refund. In this case i got the message from irctc only so kindly provide me my fund of Rs. 1204.94. I am having the messages.

        With reference to the subject PNR number i would like to know you that i filled my TDR vide Transaction ID:[protected] and Cancellation ID:[protected]on dated 31.04.2015 at16:49:57 HRS but unfortunately that has been rejected from railway with the reason of:Invalid TDR Timestmap : RAC/WL. Now i would like to know you that the day (31.05.2015) train 18238 Chhattisgarh Express was running almost 2:30 hours late from schedule time and it arrived at Jhansi (my boarding station) approximately on 16:15 HRS. As per the rule we have to filled TDR within two hours from the train actual departure time and i filled my TDR within the time than why it has been rejected from railway? and why thay are not refunding my amount. even one of my passenger's ticket was W/L so they have to refund at least that amount to me.           Today when i tried tatkal online booking through irctc, all the seats r vanished within a 1 minute. After every few seconds system logs out giving error as enquiry limit is exceeded. How can there be limit for enquiry?? Heard lots of improvement done in site by government but i dont get a feel of it anywhere. Captcha provided during login is so difficult to understand that it delays ur login into site and during that time all the seats are full.

              during travelling it is observed that trains are being stopped at the remote areas in the name of that the track is not clear. on 18.06.15, i travelled train no.12397 pnr no.[protected]. mahabodhi express. there were 500 passengers in that boggy, mostly withouy reservation. teh train was delaed by 5 hrs.full day lost.the train was running like elephant no one cared.msotly the train was stopped in jungle app.min one hour each. too horible.

                I tried booking my train ticket for me and my family on IRCTC. They have this new option where we can select to book only if we get confirmed lower birth, I selected that, but they deduct the money from my account and then show that the lower birth is not available! They give the option to continue or cancel, I cancelled here and the transaction failed but my money is deducted and will now be refunded after 3-4 days! I did this 3 times as I desperately needed to book tickets and needed a lower birth for my father, but due to this problem I ended up with Rs 35000 stuck with IRCTC and still no ticket booked. And now I didn't have any further money to make the booking! This is the dumbest payment method available on a website. How can you deduct the money then show the availability of the seats!

                  I booked ticket for my wife and father for ANVT GKP Special train 05027, PNR No. [protected]-scheduled on 17.06.2015. While booking there was option to fill food category whether Veg or Non- Veg. I applied for Non-Veg. While boarding on train at 20.55 on 17.06.2015, it was announced that no dinner will be provided at night. Food will be provided tomorrow and tomorrow morning they provide sandwhich with tea. I fail to understand if they are charging triple times the fare and also in writing saying that we will provide food than why such mischievious act on the part of catering. Govt. is trying to fool us. I request you to please refund the catering chrges levied to me as there was deficiency in services from your part. Thanks Regards Shailesh SIngh [protected]

                    Hi Team, I was trying to get the tatkal tickets.But my 2 transaction get failed after deduction of money from my account.I am trying to all the consumer number you have provided over the internet but no one is picking up the phone.Please tell me how much time will it take to get my money back for those failed transcations.                         Dear Sir, Train arrived on 04.06.2015 at 02 a.m (morning) at jaipur and TDR filed early morning at 06:41 a.m sharp in the morning. So suggest me how can a passeng file TDR with 02 hrs from train departure time. The distance from station to residense is about 1:30 hrs and for E Ticket TDR can be filled through online and the same can be possible when I used Net Connection always even at station also (As per your guideline) . Atleast in late night train or early morning train you should observed how passenger can file TDS within 02 hrs. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at your end.

                          My PNR no. was [protected]. I was travelling from Delhi to Lucknow in C9 coach (seat No. 74, 73) of train no. 12004 on 07.6.15.The AC was not working right from Delhi to Lucknow. It is requested to refund the AC component of the ticket, The complaint was also lodged by my wife Neelu Srivastav who was travelling with me on that day, through internet.

                            I got a sms from DM-IRCTCi stating that Train no: 12953 boarding at BHARUCH dated 30-MAY-15 has been cancelled by Railways. Please cancel your PNR no; [protected] online to get refund as per railway rules. I got sms on 28th May at 8:00 PM. When I cancelled my ticket, 620 rupees was charged as cancellation fee. However, this is not my fault. Railways send us sms to cancel the ticket and then charging for the same. I had to book an urgent flight ticket at a very high price. I have called multiple times as well as wrote multiple emails to irctc. Each time they say that this matter has been forwarded to senior authority. Please do needful.

                                myself Devasheesh, i was trying to book a train ticket from allahabad to bangalore. As per recent rules changed from 1st of June i think, according to which ac coaches tickets will be booked from 10.00 to 10.30 am and sleeper coaches tickets will be booked fro 10.30 to 11.00 am. But when was checking the booking status at 10.10 am it showed already in waiting. plz check it i have printed the screen n attached it in the mail. and the same happened for ac coach also.

                                  my tdr was filed for cancellation but refund was not given and a wrong reason for repudite was given. my ticket transaction no.:[protected] ticket was surrendered at 00.38hours date 19th may 2015 which was within 2 hour of actual departure of train. ticket cancellation id:[protected] journey date 18th may dep time 23.20 pm. passengers didnt tranvelled as ticket were partially conformed.

                                    Blankets were just folded and kept in a cover which were not sealed too and look very dirty with previous passengers hair strands and all on the bed sheets and pillow covers are stained.How can someone provide such service even after charging the necessary price.I want proper answer..journey date 18th june 2015, coach no:g8, garibrath, destination:secunderabad

                                      I have booked a NCJ - CSTM(i.e. 16382/CAPE MUMBAI EXP) confirmed ticket for 10.06.15 . The passenger wanted to board the train from Tirunelveli (TEN) but this train travel in different route. So I tried to cancelled it on 09.06.15 at 23.00hrs that means 8 hours before departure of train. The IRCTC sytem didn't allowed me to cancel the ticket reflecting a message " Chart has been prepared cant cancel the ticket " & promted me to File TDR. So I filed TDR giving the reason as " Train Diverted from boarding station" and asked for refund. Today on 18.06.15 while seeing the TDR refund status it is written " TDR Repudiate ". I am a New IRCTC user & this is the first time I filing TDR for refund & that too because the system didnt support to cancel the ticket. Please help in getting my refund.                                         Sir, This is to inform you that the Reserved tickets for all classes for Wainganga train is unavailable for the next 2 months. Every time i try to book the tickets it display as NOT AVAILABLE on every friday. Iam not sure why this non availability of tickets is not available for the passengers when there is availablity in all trains. Kindly let me know why this happening and please ensure there are tickets avaialable especilally for this train.Looking for the reply. Thanks.
