When i called irctc customer care, they told that in case of train getting cancelled, you need to cancel the ticket within 72 hrs. But how would one come to know of this rule if you don't inform immediately. There was no sms or any other information saying that the train has been cancelled and if you want your money back then go to irctc portal and cancel your ticket. What is the logic of not returning the money if you cancelled the train and din't provide any service at all? Please refund my money back to the same account through which this ticket was booked.
