In Golden temple train on 7 June 2015, coach A2, where Sunil Sharma was TC, two ladies passenger with a kid(less than 5 yrs. old) boarded. They had confirmed ticket of 3 persons where 1 passenger was not travelling with them. TC did not explained them any process of claiming money refund in case of passenger not turned up and started shouting at them and used very abusive language on those 2 ladies. And then he sold that seat to someone else in very high rate and then all the attendants and TCs distributed money among themselves. When ladies told them that they will complain then TC Sunil Sharma said that he don't care and don't afraid of anyone.

[protected] SO I HAVE FILE TDR AGAINST IT BUT I HAVE RECEIVED ON REFUND OF AMOUNT RS 850 ONLY AGAINST AMOUNT 1750 KINDLY CONFIRM REASON WHY THE FULL AMOUNT NOT REFUNDED TRAIN HAS BEEN CANCELLED KINDLY REFUND THE BALANCE AMOUNT

But Train is cancelled, I wrote mail to IRCTC for Refund but IRCTC guy told me that you wrote late mail so we can not forward to railway for refund. Then I told to IRCTC Guy why are you refund against PNR No. [protected] which journey Date was 27/05/15 and i have wrote mail against all the PNR on same day. Please do something for my refund.         PNR # [protected] was booked by me thru net for Rs 822.47 but was automatically cancelled by the system since my WL ticket was not confirmed .. Why IRCTC deducted huge amount from from me for no mistake from my side as I got only Rs 650 please give me the remaining amount

          I had canceled my ticket on 29the May, 2015. Though the status of my ticket canceled and the fund has been refunded on 30th May, I haven't received any amount till date. I tried calling the customer care number but no response. I paid for the ticket through SBI debit card. Kindly refund the amount soon, it has already been too late.             I booked a ticket in train 12039 on 25.05.2015. my pnr status [protected] n boarding station was rudrapur. On arrival time of train, railway station announced route has been divert from lalkuan station so please go there to board the train. when i arrived there train has already gone.please refund my money n register my complain.

                  I am using a broad band connection home plan, in which my IP will be shared by 100 customers.Most of the broad band companies following same thing, But IRCTC is allowing only 2 tickets to book for an IP address.So i am unable to book a tatkal ticket.

                    Dear Team, I am surprised with reason TDR repudiate that Passenger has travelled, Passenger CHINKI BURAD has not travelled from train. Infact she came with flight after two days. Its most probable that you have received the amount . So i request you to confirm the ticket or send the ticket details if possible . Its urgent to go to my destiny as soon as possible .

                        IRCTC portal for booking tickets can be compared to a sloth when it comes to speed in this world surviving with internet. It becomes very biased since some consumers are denied access to the website due to poor efficiency of the website. I would like to bring this plight to the attention of the responsible authorities.I hope necessary action would be taken soon

                            My Train was kerala exp. Journey on 05.06.2015 PNR No.[protected] train no.12626 Seat No. S3.67, 70, 69, 48, 72, 71 recervation was NDLS to CNGR.But i was not alloted my seat No.48.because of a ticket checker he alloted my seat to other W/L.person on having money from him and he misbehaviour to my family

                              I had raised a TDR request via Irctc portal on 04/05/15 but the resolution is still pending. As per irctc's latest email, they had asked me to contact railway dept for the refund and i did so...i sent an email to [protected]@wr.railnet.gov.in but no response from their end as well.                                   hello sir, i try to book tatkal ticket from yours site.i had completed all the steps till payment .and balance of Rs 642.8 amount has been deducted from my account .i had my payment from online banking .so, my complaint is that amount is deducted without booking status.i also didn't get the pnr number and message .please look forward for this regard as soon as possible.
