    Dear Team I am taking ticket from IRCTC on date 3/may/2015 for on the date of jurny 13/june /2015.at the time of taking ticket my WL is 20, 21, 22.but after one and half month my ticket is in WL -7, 8, 9.and i and my family jurny date is 13 july.pls help to resolve the issue because i am unable to take ticket on the date of 13 july because all train is in WL.My family is suffering during ticket reservation policy.Who is responsible.         Hi I m travelling in train no. 04410 new delhi to basti but train is very delayed 4 hrs late from their scheduled time and I have to reach at last 8:30 a.m on 11/06/2015 but still I am in train at Lucknow in basti my niece met with an accident she is serious and I am going there to shift her Lucknow or delhi due no good hospital facilities over there to provide good treatment but she is serious over there you people are not understanding any passengers problem still your train driver is not driving properly or might be he hasn't have instruction or signals to run train. Please do some thing I don't have any option to change commuting to basti except this train please do something as earlier and give reply asap.

            I have filed TDR for refund of money due to train cancellation. Irctc sends me the below reply. "With Reference to your PNR No:[protected], we regret to inform you that refund is not admissible as informed by Railways through their letter no : CCR160515V01037 and the reason being : 'Miscellaneous' How can they say like this. The train got cancelled we had to suffer a lot due to that and then too they are saying that your money will not be refunded. Seriously annoyed. Kindly see to this matter.             Train no 12910 / BDTS GARIB RATH was cancelIed on 27 May 2015 but my money was not refunded.

            When i called irctc customer care, they told that in case of train getting cancelled, you need to cancel the ticket within 72 hrs. But how would one come to know of this rule if you don't inform immediately. There was no sms or any other information saying that the train has been cancelled and if you want your money back then go to irctc portal and cancel your ticket. What is the logic of not returning the money if you cancelled the train and din't provide any service at all? Please refund my money back to the same account through which this ticket was booked.               Today m traveled new Delhi to Deoband. I have my e ticket. But T.T was come n said ticket m show him message but he was said that if you r in waiting u r not allowed to traveled on that train. My waiting was 42. I had carry voter card. But he didn't saw...and charged me 410rs.

                    Hi, I missed the train on 15th May 2015. The train was late by 65 minutes. I filed the TDR request within 2 hours of Actual departure time but IRCTC people are not accepting the claim.                       I have purchased 600 ml Mazza MRP 37.00 from a stall of IRCTC at platform No. 3 of New Jalpaiguri station at a price of Rs. 45.00. The stall is besides S4 coach of Down Tista Torsa Exp. The date of journey is 08.06.15 and my PNR No. was[protected]. I had asked the shop keeper for the reason why he is charging extra he replied thats for cooling.The same has happend for Good day biscuits MRP 10.00 purchased at Rs. 12.00 and he did not answered why he has taken extra. My question is whether that stall has the right to take extra money beyond MRP.

                          Hi, My mother was travelling on train no 22353 ( from patna to Bangalore Cantt) which is a special train on 4th June 2015. Being a special train we were charged with heavey fares due to dynamic pricing etc...but at the same time the service was so poor that it made all the passengers to cry. 1. First of all the train is usually delayed and the same happens on 4th June of no reason. This has become a usual routine for the special trains, especially this one. 2. Since the train has very less scheduled stoppages, chances of outside food vendor is minimal or no. At the same time the train do not have a Pantry service which is of huge surprise to many. Most of the people were unprepared for this and had to suffer . Throughut the train journey, ther was no one to take order, no catering available and because of minimal stoppage train no outside vendors also came in to sale the food. This was a horrible experince after paying that huge price for tickets. 3. Again, toilets were soiled and no one was there for the cleaning . Even the water in train remain unavailable for most of the duration and finally refilling was done after long.. This is unacceptable and torturous.

                            I had booked a ticket from Bombay to New Delhi for my family holiday in Train 22913 (special train run by Indian Rail). The train was cancelled on the last moment i.e. travel date 22 May 15 at 4.00 pm and train got cancelled at 3.00 pm. We were informed that the ticket refund will be automatically be credited in your account. On further inquiry post 15 days, as i did not got refund in my credit card, i was informed that you / train passenger is required to cancel the ticket with in 72 hours of travel other wise refund is not allowed. This rule seems to be very pathetic as the train is cancelled by the Indian Rail and the refund should be processed automatically. And to the surprise I got to know this after numerous call to a pathetic call center of IRCTC[protected]

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked a ticket on Tatkal. The PNR:[protected].I have used IRCTC web interface to book my ticket. There were two passengers on this ticket out of which the booking status of 1 is confirmed and the other is in waiting list status. Then I cancelled the ticket. Before cancelling the ticket I have clearly read the refund policy on : http://www.indianrail.gov.in/refund_Rules.html Section 3.5 It was mentioned that for a Partially Confirmed Tatkal Ticket there will be full refund where as I just got the money back for the waiting list passenger and the full amount for confirmed passenger on the ticket was deducted. On eniqury to [protected]@irctc.co.in, I was informed that for Partially Confirmed Tatkal Ticket, if the cancellation was done 6 hours before departure or 2 hours after departure, then only ther will be full refund. I emailed them the above link (http://www.indianrail.gov.in/refund_Rules.html Section 3.5). After few days of discussion over email they send me the screen print of same page with the rule updated. I would request you to check the case throughly. Also to check when http://www.indianrail.gov.in/refund_Rules.html page was last updated from the log. This is a mere case of fraud with the customer. I have read the rules before making cancellation which was never updated in the website and only during my email conversation with irctc team the website has been updated. If required I can forward you the email chain this will show a clear picture when the communication statred and you can check the website updated only after that with the rules. I am not saying there is a change in rule but the upadted rule was not updated in website when I made the cancellation. I have also tried calling the irctc team over phone to discuss the issue. The chennai team asked me to consult with Delhi team as they can't help but the customer care number of Delhi irctc team never gets connected. Finally the IRCTC team is replying me back that they are just web interface to book or cancel the tickets. They can't help anything more. And that is why I am writing here. Hope to get a satisfactory resolution.

                                        I was travelling in first class ticket from sealdah(kolkata) to jaipur on 14/05/2015 bearing PNR [protected] & [protected](Cabin A-4 tickets, Cabin B-2 tickets) Both the tickets were booked through irctc website. The problem i faced was from Kanpur on 15/05/2015 when 2 passengers had left in Cabin B I was shocked to see the railway attendents sleeping in the seats which became vacant there. I was really feeling uncomfortable with my sister & mother.Having taken seat in first class, I was disgusted with such kind of pathetic service.
