I am travelling by GWL Barauni mail (11124) on 09th Jan 15, boarded at Jhansi, travelling to Gorakhpur, my PNR num is [protected] for RAC in B1 63.
I have asked AC operator for pillow, he said there is one pillow for one berth only and we don't have pillows to give you, you May complaint to anybody. Pls confirm this is the rule or not.
If he sI ocorrect, My question is, when you are taking full payment for the ticket then why you are not giving a pillow for RAC passengers??
