I booked the below attached ticket and it was in waiting list 6. I was not aware that if the ticket is in waiting list i am not allowed to travel in Jan Shatabdi. cant book tatkal ticket through net, but agent can able to arange ticket with higher amount. exactly 10.00am sharp their block the website, by this common people unable to book tatkal ticket. please do strict action against irctc head management and their employee.
