sir i booked ticket from kanpur to pune on 8 apr and journey date is 04 jun15 train no 11408 my ticket pnr no is [protected] but my ticket has not confiremed and i coudnt get any cancellation message nor getting refund money.till now please help me.

    Respected sir, I have opened my IRCTC account just 2 month before with valid userame and password. After that there was no need of booking train tickets, but now today (04/06/2015) there is a need of that so opened my IRCTC account. Unfortunately I forgot my both USERNAME & PASSWORD. So please instruct me how do recover my account. my mail: [protected]@yahoo.in (as given in IRCTC)

      I have traveled through Bangalore Rajdhani (PNR No. [protected], Train No. 22693) from Bangalore on 16.05.15. The quality of food was very poor. It was observed that the Service Provider of IRCTC at trains, was not distributing food as per the total money taken as cetering charges (Rs. 533). They even modified the menu to save the money. Curd and Ice cream was not given at 16th May night and sonpapri was given to make up it, even the food was given was cold and poor quality. In afternoon and night ice cream was given which was local brand. The frequent passenger also informed that it is a habit of the IRCTC contractors to give this type of food. Ther was modification in case of soup, butter also. The parantha could not be eaten. The condition of pantry was in bad shape. Note: Information was also given by some co-passengers that it was because, IRCTC has given the contractor approx. Rs. 350 (where as we have given charges of Rs 533) and the same contractor has given the contract to a sub vendor at a rate less than Rs. 250 like that. Because of this type of nexus, the passengers are not getting quality food as everybody need profit not the quality.

        I have booked a ticket on 3 june 2015 from guwahati to lukhnow on 3AC (TATKAL), But due to technical problem the payment was not successfull and ticket is failed to booked but my amount has been deducted from my account TXN ID-[protected]...So please help me to refund my money as soon as possible

          Hi, I had lodged a complaint in this site ref. W/EO/KUR/[protected] about allotment of confirmed seat for RAC 1 travelling from Bhubaneswar to Bangalore, on 28th May 2015, train no. 18463. As mother (SARSWATI NAYAK), aged 68 years got SU (side upper in 2A) and you closed the complaint without any action. She is travelling from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar on 6th June 2015, name - SARASWATI NAYAK, age - 68 years, PNR no . [protected], train no. 18464, 2A got confirm for the RAC 3. I need, railways people to allot her a lower birth without any cheating on 6th June 2015. Regards, Saroj Kumar Nayak

            I booked the ticket from Bhatinda to new delhi. The train's departure time is 12:05 AM. I reached the railway station that is 60Km far away from my home. When I reached and asked about train, I came to know that It has been cancelled. I didn't get any intimation from IRCTC by message as I had booked the train online. It was urgent for me to reach the new delhi. I asked the enquiry person present at station about the ticket upgrade in next train. There were two more trains that is yet to departure. But they said that if this ticket is online booked then we can not do anything. You have to go via general coach. I could not execute my plans as pr my planning due to this harrassment by IRCTC (Indian Railway)

              I booked a ticket in Sangam Express/14163 bearing PNR no. [protected] which was scheduled to to travel on 26.05.2015 however train was cancelled and i filled TDR against that but i have received neither amount nor any mail stating the reason. kindly look into the matter

                Dear Sir, I regret to inform you that there were mob of 10 guys from pantry department who barged in S1 at 1.30 pm at 8/5/2015. during this incident My mobile was robbed and these guys misbeheived with other passanger. I have lodged complaint but response is awaited, i would urge to your department address this issue considering the safety of passanger is at stake. This is high time people should be booked and stringent action needs to be taken as this kind of incident should not happen in future. This incident took place in KONARK EXPRESS, i have lodged a complain but response awaited. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. Thanking You Yours faithfully rajendra

                  I book 2 ticket from cstm to madgaon pnr no. [protected].. transcation id.                     When the tatkal booking starts, then the services are currently stopped. We are seeing different types of errors at the same time. This has been happenening since 2 months. Main error is "This site is currently unrechable. Please try after some time" . This is only happens during tatkal period. So please make service up and help the people. Do it as a service.

                          I received message on 28th May'15 at 8 PM from IRCTC as "Train No. 12954 boarding at Nzm dated 30-May-2015 is cancelled by Railways. Cancel your PNR No.[protected] online to get refund as per Railway Rules". Based on this, I cancelled my confirmed ticket on 28th May'15 at 9 PM with deduction of 1452/- despite of Train being cancelled by IRCTC. I booked flight ticket for 30th May'15 costing Rs.32625 from Delhi to Ahmedabad followed by Train ticket from Ahmedabad to Surat dated 31st May'15 costing Rs.1425/- Again on 29th May'15 at 9 AM, I received message from IRCTC as "Train No. 12954 (NZM-BCT) leaving NZM on date 30/05/2015 is running as per its scheduled time. Please ignore previous msg." I want my spent money of Rs.32625+1425 +1452 = Rs.35502 back from IRCTC as I cancelled my confirmed ticket based on IRCTC message.

                            I want to complain about the bad service of the attendants in the Bhubaneswar (BBSR) Rajdhani Express (Train no 22812). Date of journey 29th of May 2015 (Friday). Date of incident 30th of May 2015 (Saturday) at Bhubaneswar station in H1 compartment (AC First class). First of all the service by the attendants was below average. Secondly, the came asking for tips even though it is clearly written outside to pay no tips. When inquired about that they mentioned it's for outsiders. Thirdly, the attendants collected all the bedding and pillows before the final stop (BBSR). So when we arrived in Bhubaneswar, there were no attendants and the compartment was open to anybody. I was waiting inside my cabin (E) for my parents as I had a lot of luggage. Two rag picker boys got into the compartment. However, they didn't create any trouble. But two other men also stepped into the compartment. Seeing a lone female, they approached me and asked if I am alone. It was pretty clear they were not asking with any good intention. Next thing I know there is a complete power cut in the compartment. Both the men said it's because the train has stopped which I didn't believe since the train had stopped in many stations before that and nothing like that had happened. This all happened within 10 minutes of the train arriving in BBSR. There were no other passengers in the compartment. They had locked one of the doors also and asking me to get inside the cabin. Fortunately, my parents had arrived by this time and my mother started banging the cabin's window. These two guys went and opened the doors and also turned on the lights (according to them there was a power cut). I got out of the train with my parents and immediately got out of the station. Since the train was already 9 hours late we just went home and didn't take any action then. I am going to lodge a police complain now regarding the irresponsible behavior of the attendants. This is a very serious issue. If my parents would not have arrived in time I am not sure what might have happened. The attendants should have stayed in the compartment until all the passengers have gotten off and then locked the doors before leaving. These people could easily harm the passengers or steal and destroy train properties. Please do inquire about the attendants present on 29th and 30th of May 2015 in BBSR/Rajdhani Express in the H1 coach. They should be reprimanded for this behavior or made aware of the harm that such type of behavior could have on the passengers and train's properties. And please do let me know if any actions have been taken.

                                  I bought Rail Water at IRTC sale Depo situated at Chennai Beach Railway Station Platform Number 8 on 31.05.2015 at 9 AM. After I bought Water Bottle I got train to Velachery Train and in enroute I tried to open the bottle and I found it was not sealed and in open condition and while drinking the water I found that it was used bottled and refilled with local water and sold to me. I am sure that it is local water refilled by the shop in charge. But I have no evidence to prove it right now. Since i drink the water and thrown the bottle in the en route itself. But you can found out this fraud by checking surprise visit to the shop and check all bottles in the fridge at random visit and found out yourself or you can check the camera placed in the platform and you can watch the vedio recorded in that, so that you can catch how this kind of water are coming to this shop. On next day i mean 1st June 2015, evening at 7.20 pm I had a quarel with that shop people they claimed that the water bottle was sold to one guy and he has no cash to pay and we taken back from him but water is original only, they agreed that the water bottled sold to me is unsealed condition but water is original only. Kindly look in to the matter and do the need full I am ready to come for an hearing at any time in chennai. my Phone number is [protected]

                                    Pnr: [protected] Train no 12247 Journey date:[protected] No of passengers: 1 Quota: premium tatkal Booking id: [protected] The train got canceled and we were informed at the station's customer desk that the amount would get refunded on its own as it was an eticket. After 2 days we got a message from irctc asking us to cancel it manually to get the refund. Canceling it after journey date was not possible and did not refund the complete amount of the new ticket.

                                      My family is travelling to Jaipur using by train number 12015 in Coach C6 seat number 5, 6 & 7. The water served for tea was boiling hot which caused sever burn injuries on thigh of my son Umang Rao. You must make sure that the meal/water served is not so hot that it could cause burns.
