Dear Sir, I regret to inform you that there were mob of 10 guys from pantry department who barged in S1 at 1.30 pm at 8/5/2015. during this incident My mobile was robbed and these guys misbeheived with other passanger. I have lodged complaint but response is awaited, i would urge to your department address this issue considering the safety of passanger is at stake. This is high time people should be booked and stringent action needs to be taken as this kind of incident should not happen in future. This incident took place in KONARK EXPRESS, i have lodged a complain but response awaited. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. Thanking You Yours faithfully rajendra

    I book 2 ticket from cstm to madgaon pnr no. [protected].. transcation id. [protected].. journey date 6th may 2015.. but that day train is late more that 10 hour.. so i submit TDR for refund the money.. but now TDR status is REPUDIATE... so kindly refund my money soon. thanks manjul kapoor [protected]@gmail.com

      When the tatkal booking starts, then the services are currently stopped. We are seeing different types of errors at the same time. This has been happenening since 2 months. Main error is "This site is currently unrechable. Please try after some time" . This is only happens during tatkal period. So please make service up and help the people. Do it as a service.

            I received message on 28th May'15 at 8 PM from IRCTC as "Train No. 12954 boarding at Nzm dated 30-May-2015 is cancelled by Railways. Cancel your PNR No.[protected] online to get refund as per Railway Rules". Based on this, I cancelled my confirmed ticket on 28th May'15 at 9 PM with deduction of 1452/- despite of Train being cancelled by IRCTC. I booked flight ticket for 30th May'15 costing Rs.32625 from Delhi to Ahmedabad followed by Train ticket from Ahmedabad to Surat dated 31st May'15 costing Rs.1425/- Again on 29th May'15 at 9 AM, I received message from IRCTC as "Train No. 12954 (NZM-BCT) leaving NZM on date 30/05/2015 is running as per its scheduled time. Please ignore previous msg." I want my spent money of Rs.32625+1425 +1452 = Rs.35502 back from IRCTC as I cancelled my confirmed ticket based on IRCTC message.

              I want to complain about the bad service of the attendants in the Bhubaneswar (BBSR) Rajdhani Express (Train no 22812). Date of journey 29th of May 2015 (Friday). Date of incident 30th of May 2015 (Saturday) at Bhubaneswar station in H1 compartment (AC First class). First of all the service by the attendants was below average. Secondly, the came asking for tips even though it is clearly written outside to pay no tips. When inquired about that they mentioned it's for outsiders. Thirdly, the attendants collected all the bedding and pillows before the final stop (BBSR). So when we arrived in Bhubaneswar, there were no attendants and the compartment was open to anybody. I was waiting inside my cabin (E) for my parents as I had a lot of luggage. Two rag picker boys got into the compartment. However, they didn't create any trouble. But two other men also stepped into the compartment. Seeing a lone female, they approached me and asked if I am alone. It was pretty clear they were not asking with any good intention. Next thing I know there is a complete power cut in the compartment. Both the men said it's because the train has stopped which I didn't believe since the train had stopped in many stations before that and nothing like that had happened. This all happened within 10 minutes of the train arriving in BBSR. There were no other passengers in the compartment. They had locked one of the doors also and asking me to get inside the cabin. Fortunately, my parents had arrived by this time and my mother started banging the cabin's window. These two guys went and opened the doors and also turned on the lights (according to them there was a power cut). I got out of the train with my parents and immediately got out of the station. Since the train was already 9 hours late we just went home and didn't take any action then. I am going to lodge a police complain now regarding the irresponsible behavior of the attendants. This is a very serious issue. If my parents would not have arrived in time I am not sure what might have happened. The attendants should have stayed in the compartment until all the passengers have gotten off and then locked the doors before leaving. These people could easily harm the passengers or steal and destroy train properties. Please do inquire about the attendants present on 29th and 30th of May 2015 in BBSR/Rajdhani Express in the H1 coach. They should be reprimanded for this behavior or made aware of the harm that such type of behavior could have on the passengers and train's properties. And please do let me know if any actions have been taken.

                    I bought Rail Water at IRTC sale Depo situated at Chennai Beach Railway Station Platform Number 8 on 31.05.2015 at 9 AM. After I bought Water Bottle I got train to Velachery Train and in enroute I tried to open the bottle and I found it was not sealed and in open condition and while drinking the water I found that it was used bottled and refilled with local water and sold to me. I am sure that it is local water refilled by the shop in charge. But I have no evidence to prove it right now. Since i drink the water and thrown the bottle in the en route itself. But you can found out this fraud by checking surprise visit to the shop and check all bottles in the fridge at random visit and found out yourself or you can check the camera placed in the platform and you can watch the vedio recorded in that, so that you can catch how this kind of water are coming to this shop. On next day i mean 1st June 2015, evening at 7.20 pm I had a quarel with that shop people they claimed that the water bottle was sold to one guy and he has no cash to pay and we taken back from him but water is original only, they agreed that the water bottled sold to me is unsealed condition but water is original only. Kindly look in to the matter and do the need full I am ready to come for an hearing at any time in chennai. my Phone number is [protected]

After 2 days we got a message from irctc asking us to cancel it manually to get the refund. Canceling it after journey date was not possible and did not refund the complete amount of the new ticket.

                        My family is travelling to Jaipur using by train number 12015 in Coach C6 seat number 5, 6 & 7. The water served for tea was boiling hot which caused sever burn injuries on thigh of my son Umang Rao. You must make sure that the meal/water served is not so hot that it could cause burns.

                            Hi, I tried booking ticket for Pune to Nagpur on date 26-May-2015, travelling date 27-May-2015. On first attempt I got failed transaction . Below is the failed Transaction details: 1 [protected] PUNE NGP 27-May-2015 Not Booked 4264.94 26-May-2015 Payment Settled FAILED This amount is not refunded. On second attempt, one more transaction is done and ticket came in waiting list, which is not get confirmed and tatkal-wl auto cancel amount is refunded. But the above failed statement is not refunded.                               Sir, I booked three tickets with PNR No. [protected] through IRCTC for travelling on 30th May, 2015 from NDLS by the NANDAN KANAN Express, Train no 12816. But I received a message from the IRCTC on 28 May that the train was cancelled and I was requested to cancel my PNR No. [protected] to get refund as per Railway Rules. Therefore I in compliance with the message cancelled the aforesaid PNR to get the amount refunded. Surprisingly, the full amount of my tickets was not refunded in spite of it being Railway’s fault. My wonders knew no bound when I came to know after cancellation of my PNR that the train was not cancelled on 30 May at all and it departed the NDLS as per schedule. I had an urgent appointment. My first question is why levy was charged on my ticket value as the train was cancelled by the Rly. Secondly, why I was not informed if the train was rescheduled giving me an opportunity to re-book my tickets. Thirdly, how will my loss be compensated not only for the levy on my ticket value but also other pecuniary loses and unnecessary harassment as a result of cancellation of the tickets? Last but not the least who are behind such irresponsibility? The authority should look into the matter and adopt necessary action. I Look forward to your immediate reply.

                                Good Day, Myself Sumeet Misra, i had booked a ticket for my Grand mother (age-72) Mrs Shail Shukla and my younger brother (age-12) Vansh Shukla, Pnr No. [protected] from Train No. 11103 from Jhansi to Bandra terminus dt 01-June-15. It was a waitlist ticket which got confirmed and hence we did not had seat no. and coach which was to be displayed on chart. Scheduled departure time for train is 16:50 but the chart was not prepared until 17:05, my grandmother is too old to run within the train with luggage and look for her seats, my younger brother is also too young for that. I am NRI and i was trying to follow up things from here in Amsterdam. I consider this as the negligence on part of railway staff as their was no announcement regarding his delay. I am writing this mail to ensure that these things are not repeated as this may cause serious problems to passengers especially old aged / physically challenged passengers. my email id is [protected]@gmail.com .                                   Respected sir, I am a passenger of Duronto exress secundrabad to NIZAMMUDDIN on 31st may. I had paid for bed roll but didn't get in train..after complaining they said they will give in 5 min bt didn't came back..I asked to the food service person to call bt they didn't. Regarding water, , in this host summer when people are dying at least normal water should be provided but water was too hot. 12rs bottle water you irctc sell it in 18 20rs after cooling but in this service you can't provide atleast normal water.. at night I was not given water after complaint they said that they had given might be someone had taken it. As I was asleep he could have wake me up n give me. After that he said he will give soon but hour passed and he didn't give it. I was dying of thirst luckily train stopped at one station at night around 9:15 then I went out and bought. is this the service you provide in duronto? If you take extra charge for catering then you should provide service too. Also don't you pay the workers out there who asks for money as soon as destination comes. If you give 20rs then they say what kind of person we r giving less than 50.

                                    I booked 2 tickets for above mentioned train in 3AC, through IRCTC after booking i got 2 tickets costing 5325/-, though when i found the fare amount little higher then usual, i checked the fare on Northern railways site and i found fare amount for 3AC 915/-per person, and later on speaking with IRCTC executive i came to know that these fare are variable and to tell a particular amount for these premium trains is not possible, it can be even 5 time of the train charges displayed in site... It is something alike killing a layman with your over charging and not at all acceptable... I just request you people to resolve this because a person like me 5000 rs is not at all an small amount. If any solution comes out and i can get my amount back in any which ways so request you to send the updated status on my mail ID anjaly.[protected]@tajhotels.com

                                      Dear Sir, I traveled from Kochi to Chennai on 31st may 2015 in Chennai express (train no: 22640). My berth was is in S11 coach (seat no: 15) which is a side lower. It was a sleepless night due the un leveled seats. The latch attached to the seat was also broken. Herewith attached a picture for better clarity. This caused me a severe back pain which hurts even now in office. I felt an RAC could have been much better and the purpose of getting a confirmed berth was pointless. It was the same issue while traveling from chennai to Kochi on 28th may 2015, but I didn't take a picture. I kindly request to look this issues seriously as it cannot be ignored and give me a justification for the money I paid. herewith attached the ticket.                                         Sir, Through IRCTC i have reserved two tickets with PNR no.[protected] for traveling on 28 april 2015.since i got confirmation for one ticket i filled TDR on 27 th for both ticket with transaction id [protected] with cancellation id [protected].i have complaint several times through mail several times no reply from railway side.Kindly refund the eligible amount at the earliest or give the exact statuts of the file at tha earliest
