Pnr : [protected] Train number: 15667 I, along with my family boarded from NJP railway station .there was no bedding provided to us(4 passengers in AC 2 tier coach, A1. On asking for bedding, the staff member gave us used sheets. We denied. He said I don't have any.on complaining to the TT, he also gave the same reply This is not the way to deal with passengers .We paid for the services yet no service is being provided to us. Please take firm action against the staff

    I did not get refund for the e-tickets booked for which the scheduled train was cancelled and had to make alternate arrangements causing lot of inconvenience.               Dear Sir/Madam The train 12909 & PNR NO.[protected] DT.23/05/2015 was cancelled by Railway Dept. without Sending SMS to customer.We scheduled our Tour to Shimla through other Route.We took Rajdhani Train by paying 8500 for 2 seats.We asked Tc Mr. Sanjay Sharma about Refund of our Eticket, he told Railway will Automatically refund in your Bank Account as its Railways Mistake. We returned from tour on 6th June'15 & immediately mailed IRCTC for refund.If Railway is responsible for cancelling the train due to uncertainity(their own problem) then it should refund the money automatically into customers respective Bank account or send SMS "pls cancel your ETicket same day". No SMS & NO REFUND. IT IS SERIOUS MISTAKE OF IRCTC.IRCTC IS NOW NOT READY TO REFUND. Kindly look into this matter seriously. Regards, Asha Bhat

                  Appalled to find an insect in the breakfast(non veg) served on Train No. 12243 MAS-CBE today the 15th June 2015. The matter was reported to the staff and a replacement offered but that does not absolve the concerned authorities of their negligence. Will the railways please wake up and pay the utmost attention to hygiene at all levels. Shame on you.

                    I do regularly book my railticket through Irctc.co.in portal 7 I did not come accross any problem. But when I was to book my ticket today I came accross the following problem. I am having ATM cum DEBIT card of IDBI BANK When I go to payment option I opt for Debit card payment.List of banks through which Debit Card payment can be made does not include IDBI bank however previously you were going to provide an option by clicking to that option (Where it was mentioned that if debit card payment does not include your bank you could click to this option)we can make payment through other banks mentioned in your list.Today I could not find such an option while making payment.I therefore kindly request you to solve my problem so that i can use IDBI BANK Debit Card for booking rail ticket

                      I emailed to irctc care no response still now Some team in nagpur. they are cheating in the of name IRCTC. I also cheated by them and i lost of Rs.21, 000/- from them. Please take action or tell me how to or where to complaint about this. IRCTC Zone Nagpur[protected] Then i called is no [protected]: he introduced as we are appoint from Irctc. Irctc is giving direct offline Tatkal booking for travel agents it does not required any internet connection at time of tatkal and cost rs.10, 500/- for this first you have send documents. After two days again called i him i did get any amount back. he said that amount credited to our account that we will give to by cheque only irctc not accept that to do netbanking i said ok courier that he said ok. After 5days i called[protected] him he not received she received and she said usb token u will get soon and disconnected the call immediately. After next day again i called[protected] he received and he said Irctc people his name rajesh already reached Bangalore he is in electronic city he is installing software for some travel agent next he will come to your place to install. I said i didn’t received any usb dongle. Then he said don’t worry he will instal without dongle . He said and i will message u his mobile no and disconnected the line. Again i tryed this is[protected] no answer he putted my no in do not disturb list but he will receive in new no listening my voice disconnecting. After this Monday i went to Irctc Bangalore zone to complaint about this. NO response they said this only tour booking counter.They gave your to talk. This is a gang cheating travel agents in the name of IRCTC Central govt . If irctc trap and punish them. irctc will save lot of travel agents like me. Hence humble request to trap them as soon as possible. You can easily trap them. call to that tell them i got msg in last week i want irctc offline what is procedure and how it is work like u talk like that trap them. they are in Nagpur hudco colony.                       Today i also cheated by them. Same story about me also. No one is giving action against hum. I made the payment today on 2pm. After that no one is pic up my phone. All names are same and numbers also. Please don't leave them. I will come anywhere any time to complaint about this issue. Please contact me, who will going to take action against that gang. I will deffinetly join you.

                      today i am also cheat with this gang. he give me msg from irctc and starte auto tatkal booking software which was provide by irctc. i am transfer amount of Rs. 8 000/- to his mmid [protected]. and sbi e wallet railway card [protected]. my contact no. [protected]. pls do action on this so that no body will loss his money.

                            All the clothes given in coach B1 is given in used matter... They also have denied to replace as they didn't take the responsibility to change the bed rolls.                               Not recieving an email of an e ticket from irctc

                              I booked an e ticket on 12 june 2015 to journy from H Nizamuddin to Kannur. I only get a message from irctc . Not recieve an e mail. I cant see the ticket information in irctc website. I can only see it in new transaction option. Transaction ID- [protected]. PNR No- [protected]. My email ID- sabu.[protected]@gmail.com. please solve my problem...

                              Today I was waiting to book ticket in online for Nagpur at 10 AM. 1st I see available seats 189 in Gitanjali express. But in 1sec all seats were reserved. "Max. 2 tatkal can book in between 10 am to 12 noon" information was showing in my site at time of booking and resisted me to book any tatkal. I didn't book any tatkal ticket that time. Then why the information was showing in my account? This was happened same with other trains. This is completely unexpected, hopeless. I heard from my friends that broker already booked all tickets and I talked to broker and they asured me that I will get ticket. So now we ordinary people will approach to broker to book tickets in high amounts???? This is shame for IRCTC. Broker is performing better then IRCTC.

                                I booked my ticket from garwa road to rourkela on 28 April 2015 in train no. 18110, the train was late by more than 4 hours at garwa road. I filed the TDR after 3 hours of the actual arrival of the train, but I received only 50% of the refund. Actually I should get full refund if the train is 3 hours late but why did I get only 50%. What should I do to get full refund.

                                    it is repeatedly noted that irctc site hangs or disallows ticket booking from 10 am to 10:15 am for no known reasons. once all tatkal tickets booked site opened for booking as to check regret status on site. is this to encourage to book ticket through agents? I have logged in today to book a ticket and once again noticed the problem. Hope to see some corrective action from your side.
