I did not get refund for the e-tickets booked for which the scheduled train was cancelled and had to make alternative arrangements causing lot of inconvenience. i was told that the refund will be paid automaticallyas it happens in case of W/L e-ticket not getting confirmed. Booked ticket detail are as follows.

Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
first one is checked between 10 AM to 10.59.59 AM (for AC ticket).
second one is checked between 11 AM to 12 PM (for Non AC ticket).
If it is not resolve then no body can booked a ticket from office only as the time is changed to 11 AM on that time mostly people reached to office, since office network is distributed to each employee of the office.
IRCTC recognised all computer IP for an office uniquely thats why if any one booked AC ticket at 10 AM then the other one can not booked the ticket for non AC tier at 11 AM,
these two session of booking ticket should be different from each other.
