Blankets were just folded and kept in a cover which were not sealed too and look very dirty with previous passengers hair strands and all on the bed sheets and pillow covers are stained.How can someone provide such service even after charging the necessary price.I want proper answer..journey date 18th june 2015, coach no:g8, garibrath, destination:secunderabad

    I have booked a NCJ - CSTM(i.e. 16382/CAPE MUMBAI EXP) confirmed ticket for 10.06.15 . The passenger wanted to board the train from Tirunelveli (TEN) but this train travel in different route. So I tried to cancelled it on 09.06.15 at 23.00hrs that means 8 hours before departure of train. The IRCTC sytem didn't allowed me to cancel the ticket reflecting a message " Chart has been prepared cant cancel the ticket " & promted me to File TDR. So I filed TDR giving the reason as " Train Diverted from boarding station" and asked for refund. Today on 18.06.15 while seeing the TDR refund status it is written " TDR Repudiate ". I am a New IRCTC user & this is the first time I filing TDR for refund & that too because the system didnt support to cancel the ticket. Please help in getting my refund. I am attaching my TDR filing copy for your perusal. Awainting for your valuable support in this.       Sir, This is to inform you that the Reserved tickets for all classes for Wainganga train is unavailable for the next 2 months. Every time i try to book the tickets it display as NOT AVAILABLE on every friday. Iam not sure why this non availability of tickets is not available for the passengers when there is availablity in all trains. Kindly let me know why this happening and please ensure there are tickets avaialable especilally for this train.Looking for the reply. Thanks.

        Sir, This is to inform you that i have booked a tatkal ticket PNR Number:[protected] for 4 passengers travelling from Yeshwanthpur Jn to Pune on 07th June 2015. Out of which one was confirmed and other 3 is in waiting state. Name Age Gender Status Coach ID Berth No/ WL No ARVIND 28 Male CKWL 15 BABITA 26 Female CKWL 16 POOJA 27 Female CKWL 17 As per the IRCTC rule Tatkal waiting list passengers are not allowed to travel, hence all three waiting list passengers were not travel. After that I sent a mail to IRCTC, on 1st TDR was filled . Infact Ticket Checker did not provided Certificate by his own. It was not a small amount, it was about 2500 rs. I request you to escalate this issue and get my money refunded. How will 4 people and 2 kids will travel in only single confirmed seat?? it was quite a common sense thing, still TDR has been repudiate. Kindly look into this issue and make my refund asap.           Respected Sir, Your new timing is totally suitable for the Agents. I am a common man booked my ticket from raibareli to Ldh from Last 5 days sleeper class in tatkal timing but when the booking is opened I fill my form or necessary details in few seconds but the seat is going to waiting list this routing is running by Last 5 days but ticket is not confimed. Please change your time from 11.00 to 10.00. So that the common man can also booked the ticket so easily. Thanks & Regards Jitender Kumar

            This is in reference to the TDR I had filed one day before departure of date. The details are as below - PNR - [protected] Cancellation ID - [protected] The TDR is accepted as it says that TDR was not filled within 3 hours of departure of train. But the TDR was filled one day before departure. It seems there is an error at your end in processing of TDR. Please reconsider. Also, out of 2 tickets, one was wait listed, hence I should get the refund of the above transaction.

              As per you have change the booking time for AC (10 AM) and non AC (11 AM) coach which is very convenient to the user but there is a need of some changes in your website. As per my feeling the way of checking per IP address over ticket booking should be change for both AC and non AC booking. personally I feel that if someone booked two AC ticket at 10 AM from my office that means I will not be able to booked sleeper ticket at 11 AM which is unacceptable. because the system give error like "You are permitted only 2 Tatkal Tickets between 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM per IP Address". This problem needs to be resolve if it is, If you have any concern then kindly mail on "imran.[protected]@gmail.com". I am pleased to hear from you regarding any solution on this.

              As per my suggestion there should be two different check for IP Address.

              first one is checked between 10 AM to 10.59.59 AM (for AC ticket).

              second one is checked between 11 AM to 12 PM (for Non AC ticket).

              If it is not resolve then no body can booked a ticket from office only as the time is changed to 11 AM on that time mostly people reached to office, since office network is distributed to each employee of the office.

              IRCTC recognised all computer IP for an office uniquely thats why if any one booked AC ticket at 10 AM then the other one can not booked the ticket for non AC tier at 11 AM,

              these two session of booking ticket should be different from each other.

                  My father and 2 others relatives has travelled with PNR no. [protected] from chambal express(12178) on 08th june 2015 from gwalior to dhanbad in third AC class but from the source station to destination station there was AC failure. For the same after insisting to the TTE we got EFT receipt. I also filed TDR on date 09th June 2015 for the same with cancellation id [protected] and registration no. DER140615W11985 as per Deputy SM (Commercial) said as our ticket was E- ticket. But further it was written that please send original EFT slip to the IRCTC office as soon as possible. i did not get the refunfd till now .whereas in case Counter ticket we got the refund from the railway counter itself but for E- ticket you have to always suffer. this is not fare. i already send the scanned copy to the IRCTC but they are asking for the original EFT slip by post. i ask who will pay for it. Is this or mistake that there was a AC failure in our train and after suffering in the train we are struggling to get the refund amount. this is ridiculous...very ridiculous...

                    I booked a ticket on TATKAL for two of my friends who were to appear in Bihar Public Service Exam. PNR No. was [protected]. The date of journey was March 13, 2015. Train was 22406 ANVT BGP G RATH. The train was almost 12 hrs late. And they are to miss the exam. So I filled TDR for it on March 14, 2015. The status of it is still unknown. I called the IRCTC cust care. They said I will be informed in due course. Can anybody tell me how long does it take?

                      In this premium train i was surprise that only name is primiun by railway govt and nothing is available, not get better coaches, no rpf security not even TTC to check ticket in train. Running with 7 hrs late train (pnbe-ADI-09412 on 12th june) why railay chitting with us after paying money three times extra by actual fare.

                        dear sir my self shakuntala travelling on 18th june 2015 in B-3 coach of new delhi bound KV express 14257up from Amethi railway station to New delhi on ticket PNR no.[protected].suddenly two outsiders entered in the compartment and attemped to murder me but any how i escaped.i have try to ask TTE for the help but he didnot helped anymore and when i asked compliant book .he clearly refused to provide me.neither RPF/GRP who were as escort in the train, helped me. sincierly yours shakuntala

                          I Kundan kumar( m. no [protected]) hv recevied two sms from DM IRSMSA on 23rd May and 15th June for ticket confirmation alerts for Pnr no [protected] and pnr No [protected] respectively. i hv not booked any ticket covered under above PNR nos.Today i met the Pax Sri Ram Babu ([protected]) and his wife who were travelling under PNR No. [protected] by Rajdhani Express No.12435 coach-A1 at 31 and 32 at New Delhi station who told me that this ticket was purchased by some agent through counter who might be used yur moble nos but he is not in a position to give his agent no.right now. He has used his connection in Rly Hqrs to get the berth confirm from HO quota.It means there is a nexus who are using fradulently any mobile no.during ticket reservation. Kindly look into this and a corrective measure may kindly be taken in this regard.

                                  I did not get refund for the e-tickets booked for which the scheduled train was cancelled and had to make alternative arrangements causing lot of inconvenience. i was told that the refund will be paid automaticallyas it happens in case of W/L e-ticket not getting confirmed.                                         Dear sir Sir i am ashok chaturvedi my train was lucknow to anand vihar date 31may 2015 but train was cancelled than i am tdr file filled but fund not returned in may account till date.
