I had booked train ticket two months in advance for my travel.
Before my travel date, while i am trying to search for booked ticket, its not found in my transaction history due to IRCTC had migrated their service to new generation service portal.
Keep on searching the tickets its not found, other tickets booked in new generation portal only shown.
Dont know, what i have to do. Irctc care, not assisting me to view and cancel, care is asking you want to cancel that PNR or not?
Also, i lost 950 Rs/- for to and fro travel, because of not able to view the tickets and cancel the same last month.
Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
