    My name is Vinay Sarda, while booking my ticket for the journey date of 5th April 2015 from Bikaner to Roorkee (Sleeper class), I was charged with 22.47 as irctc service charges . While booking again ticket from Bikaner to Makrana on 27 April, again I am being charged with 22.47 Rs, but irctc carges for Sleeper class is 11.24. My Transaction Id for transaction on 4th April is [protected]. Please look into the matter and resolve the problem

      Fine amount of double the ticket was levied even after provided Original ID card proof Hi, I have booked Tatkal e-ticket 2s(SL) for my father Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma from Amritsar (ASR) Departure-16:25 to BINA-Junction (Bina) for journey on 10 April 2015(Train 18238/Chhatisgarh Express).My father is a Retired Clerk from PSEB(Punjab State Electricity Board).He was traveling alone and on Demand of Ticket Collector(TT) he Show the Sms of Ticket on mobile, printed copy of e-ticket and Original ID proof mentioning his name, Employee Code And Pan card number on it (Photo Id card issue by Central Government-PSEB) as well as show the voter card id, but the Ticket Collector(TTR) refused to accept that as an identity proof which is totally unacceptable and insane behaviour of the ticket collector. Then, TTR was asking for the PAN CARD Only as a identity proof of him, but my father does not have the PAN card right at the moment.The TTR behaved rudely and fined Rs.940 (double the actual ticket fare for ), which is totally unacceptable as such, i have already paid for this ticket in the Tatkal by paying the amount of Rs. 642.47 online. If i had already paid for the ticket, the why my father had paid extra 940 rs as a fine to the ticket collector, if he had show him all the valid proof of him as a identity proof. As per photo Id proof concern, it is clearly mentioned in the tatkal ticket e-Slip that any of the mentioned below Photo Id card will be consider as the valid id proof. Voters ID card issued by the election commission of India PAN card issued by Income-tax department. Driving license issued by RTO. Photo ID card having serial number issued by the State/Central Government. Credit card issued by banks with laminated photograph. etc.. My Dad is traveling alone and he is senior citizen.The language which TTR had used was very abusing and it was harassment to the senior citizen I paid Rs.642.47 (Transaction ID - [protected], PNR-[protected]) for booking the tickets (online) and my father paid a fine of Rs.940(Receipt no-E029047 Dated- 11th April 2015)). So totally we have paid up ~Rs.1582 (which is totally insane). I NEED JUSTICE and I need to be charged only what I should be charged.Also the TTR who has harassed my father and caused mental torture to them should be punished. So I need to escalate this issue, as well as I need to get back my money if he has charged us wrongly. Thanks, Aradhana

        Dear Sir / Madam, I have not received rail cancelled ticket TDR refund or response to my complaints IRCTC # 809541, 721850, 692071, 614226 & 555872 even after 6 months of filing TDR which was wrongly rejected giving general reason " passengers travelled" Even after giving proof of travelled PNR number on same date & from same station, my another cancelled ticket TDR refund is not received which was from same station and date. It is obvious passengers cannot travel in two trains from same station & date. TDR Filed PNR # [protected] – Mao to CSTM, Mandovi Exp, Date: 28-Oct-14 (Not travelled in this train & filed TDR for refund well in advance before journey time) Travelling proof on another ticket - Travelled on PNR # [protected] – Mao to BRC, Goa Sampark Kranti, Date: 28-Oct-14 (Travelled in this train on same date from same station) I am waiting since November 2014 for TDR refund and response to my series of complaints for the same.           I have been trying for several days to enroll an UBI prepaid card for irctc to book only Railway tickets with irctc.com under my father's name. It says that we need to provide the exact name as it appears on PAN card (NSDL form) and I Exactly added the same name to fill the form (physical card and virtual card) but your site tells me that the name doesn't match the PAN card. Then I called up PAN card department and verified my father's name on the PAN card and what name I was entering is Exactly correct. The problem is in ur site. Please fix the problem. I have sent more than 20 email's to irctc customer service but no proper help. I have even sent all the screen shot of the Above details. This is really pathetic service. Why do you come up with a site when you can't even enroll a person to get the benefits nor help anyone for it...

          I have tried applying for IRCTC UBI Prepaid card twice and the payment was successful via Citrus Pay(amount has also been debited from my bank account twice) but I didn't receive any confirmation from the merchant. Also, my application wasn't registered successfully. Its been a week but I didn't receive the money back to my Bank account yet.

          I contacted Citrus Pay and they asked me to contact IRCTC. Therefore, I contacted IRCTC and they asked me to contact Union Bank of India. UBI customer rep. gave me an E-mail ID([protected]@unionbankofindia.com) and I sent an E-mail along with the information.

          Till now I've not received any response regarding this issue. I'd request IRCTC to take immediate action on this problem before I take any legal step.

            I booked my ticket through agent. My PNR [protected]. Train Shiv Ganga from Manduadih to New Delhi. Travel Date 18.01.2015. Not travelled because train late by 15 hours. Filed TDR before departure of train. But till date my agent says he has yet to receive refund. More than 3 months have passed. How to know the present status of my refund

              My friend Shri ASSRamarao for whom i have booked air ticket with transaction id [protected] and PNR FRINCS from Raipur to Gauwahati in JET Airways journey commenced on 23.04.2015 from my IRCTC registration. While processing the payment by the merchant site due to some technical snag the computer was hanged and i did not get any ticket for him. second time when i have accessed IRCTC to get the ticket, though it was prompted that ticket was generated with same name for the same destination and date i could not pay attention and i have subsequently booked ticket through our collegue IRCTC registration making payment through my HDFC debit card no [protected].accordingly my friend Mr.ASSRamarao travelled with ticket with transaction id[protected] pnr DSZNIL from raipur to gauwahati on 23.04.2015.When enquired at the Jet Airways counter it was told that other ticket with which journey is not performed will automatically get cancelled and claim the refund from IRCTC. therefore i would like to prefer claim of refund of Rs.16924/- with IRCTC. kindly settle the claim at the earliest and arrange to remit the amount to bank account.

                indian government says you can download aadhar from resident portal... so most of them not recieving physical card. also lot of corrections possible most of the cases. Address/Mobile no, DOB.. So physical card may not be possible.. But indian railways TTE wants only original card and not accepting e-Aadhaar.. Can you please educate.. Thanks Kumaran

                    Sir, Yesterday I booked a ticket on date 29.04.2015 in the name of Mr. Gagan Samanta for 3A from tata to cuttack by purushtom exp. At the time of payment due to net connection failure ticket not booked but payment was debited from my account. In 2nd chance it was booked. So that I request you to please refund my money as soon as possible.                       I have Booked the Ticket of Office staffs from my email ID PNR No [protected] Vide Transaction ID [protected] Against Train No 12506 Journey Dt was[protected] . In the same day they cancelled the Journey. At Same time i have filled the TDR as par your systems on same day and same time means[protected] arround 02.00 PM before the Train Reached in Guwahati after that i have not Recd the Refund . Pls arrange the refund voucher as soon as earliest.

                        I Booked a train thorough irctc to travel from vijayawada to chennai in Andaman express(16032) on 20th Jan 2015 mid night. The Ticket is in waiting list state while booking and got confirmed before travelling. The train arrived Vijayawada late more than 3 hours.So I did not travelled in the train and filed the TDR. I went 4 months after filing the TDR but still also the TDR is not approved and the status showing like "CR Registered". The below are the ticket details.                           I had filed a TDR on[protected] for journey to be done on[protected], as the train was late for more than 24 hrs. It has been more than 3 months, which i was said by IRCTC customer care official, as th maximum time taken for TDR Refund. I have yet not been granted refund. When i tried calling IRCTC customer care, they gave me a number[protected] for enquiry for TDR as my TDR falls in eastern region. When i called on this number, they gave me another number :[protected].Then i called on this number, they are also not responding. Now as an aggrieved consumer, i am bound to file compaint for refund of my TDR. The PNR no of my ticket was: [protected].

                            I have to travel recently quite a few times. Everytime I tried tatkal (4 times), the login works, but when you click on train (SL / 3A etc) the messege comes unable to perform transaction. and whit starts at 10:08 and continues till whatever time it wants. It seems to be some scam, where online people are blocked and some dalals are allowed to book ticket. Even after improvement on this site and so much of investment and the new bill for improvements, your service is worst. You are making fool of nation.

                              "Unable to complete transaction. Please try later" - Error shown

                              I tried booking a ticket on a heavy traffic train. But the money from my bank got debited and still the transaction got failed. After that I got "Unable to complete transaction. Please try later" - Error shown each time I tried to book another ticket. This happened between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM. If this happens, then how will ordinary people with urgent issues book a tatkal? Moreover is IRCTC doing anything for the same? So many agents...

                              Thanks railway for fair hike and premium tatkal. This is worst site i visited ever, i have been trying from 10:00 AM and it is showing error 'Unable to Perform Transaction, Please try later'. I guess if you cant manage site then please shut it down for always.
                              Or increase fair by 200% so that no one will ever travel and your site will work faster. By the way thanks for making my life worst.

                                During The Month April, may, June the visit on the irctc website is on the large scale. this is the season for summer holidays. There are Agents already they take 2000/- as a commission per ticket. So, the irctc website is the only way for booking the ticket for us. But The Irctc website has the worst server I have ever seen. the website's front page is ok. no issue. but when you start booking your service u can't perform any transcation. Even i[censored] use 4g connection. the website's response of too slow. Today while booking online ticket under tatkal quota, IRCTC site is showing below error while clicing on the "CLASS" - "UNABLE TO PERFORM TRANSACTOIN. PLEASE TRY LATER". One of the worst site i have encountered. What is the use of TATKAL booking if such problems are faced during booking of the tickets. The matter to be take up seriously.

                                  I tried to book tickets from habibganj to kota in jaipur express ac 3 tier.It displayed waiting of 8.When i tried to book the tickets and proceeded to make the transaction, it backed a message "no seats available, transaction dropped".I tried this for 3 times and got the same message .But the tranction cost has been deducted every time.How will i get the amount back.Its almost 9300rs that has been deducted from my account.Please help me with the procedure the procedure to get redunded for unbooked tickets!!

                                    That I have booked my Railway tickets on irctc.co.in site on3-4-2015 from my login I'd name harsimran singh .
                                    That on[protected] I have canceled my ticket's pnr no [protected]and with regards to my cancelation of tickets I have received the message from irctc regarding refund of rs 1040 on my [protected] mobile number but up till now I have not received a single penny from the irctc department in my said account.
                                    I have send email to the irctc customer care but they have not respond me .
                                    I have been facing a mental tension and harassment from the last 10 days.my parents are very strict and were taunting me due to the non recipient of funds.
                                    It is therefore respectly prayed that my refund money of rs 1040 with mental harasment money of rs 2000 may kindly be refund me in my account .
