I have forgotten password and need to access profile to cancel tickets. Answer to secret question displays prompt "your password cannot be reset". Incorrect answer clearly states "your answer is incorrect" so my answer is correct. Why am I not able to reset my password? What other way is there to access profile / cancel e-ticket?
