password reset

I have forgotten password and need to access profile to cancel tickets. Answer to secret question displays prompt "your password cannot be reset". Incorrect answer clearly states "your answer is incorrect" so my answer is correct. Why am I not able to reset my password? What other way is there to access profile / cancel e-ticket? Please help solve this issue within the week as tickets-to-be-cancelled are booked for next week....

Refund for cancellation of Tickets

I had book ed 2 tickets through IRCTC on Internet Banking system of Union Bank of India, one was on 26th March, 2015 PNR No. [protected] from ERS to MDS, Train No. 16128 and another was on 27th March, 2015 PNR No.[protected] from MDS to ERS, Train No. 16127.
