Dear sir/madam.. I was booking my train ticket from my irctc account but unfortunately it was unsuccessful transaction.I could not book my ticket but amount was deducted from my account.Below are the details.. Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 519XXX4666 for a purchase worth Rs648.72 on POS 2001 at IRCTC txn#[protected]. And it was scheduled at 18:42 pm on April 11, 2015. So till now I did not receive my deducted amount. So please refund my amount.

Hello..First of all i'm not an IRCTC customer care, & I am one of the public like you. These IRCTC will play with the money like anything. Send the screen shots of the failed transaction to "[protected]@irctc.co.in" and they respond within 24hrs and they will refund the money including the irctc deductions also to your account with in 7-15 Working days..I have faced so many times like this. Don't worry, u will be paid the money back from IRCTC.

    Sir, I was booked Train Ticket from Chennai Central to Palakkad for the date of 11th June-2015 (two time) As such, the amount was deducted from account SBI A/C No. [protected] Transaction No.[protected] and another Transaction No.[protected]. The amount Rs: 252. 47 each (Total 504. 94 (Five hundred four and ninety four paise) was deducted from my above mentioned account. But no ticket was received. Therefore kindly look into the matter, and take appropriate action to refund my amount to the above account please.

        i have filed TDR on 30 MAR 2015, to cancel Ticket of train no 01656 pune sup SPL. i have not doen journey by that train . Still my TDR was rejected . WHy it was rejected i need reason . The reason which you are giving that chart was prepared and person is travelled is not true . i have done journey on that day by another train from khandwa to pune by, train no 12150 / PNBE PUNE EXP on 30 mar 2015 . how could you reject my TDR . That means that the TC has alloted my seat to somebody else and he has said that person has travelled . this is not Right . if my amount is not refunded, that means i have to take some action . it is not matter of only amount . but this is UNFARE practice of collecting amount .

          SIR, BEFORE 01 APR 2015, THE RESPONSE OF IRCTC SERVER DURING TATKAL HOURS (1000 HRS) WAS VERY GOOD. BUT AFTER 01 APR 2015, THE SPEED OF IRCTC SERVER DURING TATKAL HOURS (1000 HRS) IS NOT GOOD. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER SO THAT WE CAN AVAIL IRCTC TICKETING FACILITY FOR TATKAL TICKETS ALSO.

            This is to inform you that water manufactured exclusively for railways is available at bus stands.. Today i bought a water bottle priced at Rs15 written eith "only for railways" from Patiala bus stand... Kindly look into this matter as this is unethical way oand against the law...

              Sir, I am Pankaj Kumar yadav have a SBI account No- [protected] (branc- golbazar, muraligang, Dist- Madheapura, State- Bihar PIN-852122). On dated 12 Apr 2015 some one missuse my credit card and booked a E-Ticket with Rs- 4146.00 which IRCTC booked Registration number is POS-[protected] and then after Rs 408.72 on same date deduct from my accoumt. Then Rs-1178.72 and Rs-203.72 on dated 12 Apr 2015. The same complain i booked by costmer care tele No[protected]. They advise me to booked a complain through IRCRT.                 I was travelling with 12034/NDLS CNB SHATABDI on 01 Jan2015 with my 3yr old daughter but the same was delayed by 09 hrs. As train was late for more then three hrs, I filed the tdr requesting the refund on 02Jan. The refund has not been processed yet. The reason given to me is that I should have filed the tdr before actual dep time of the train. Firstly, I can not file tdr before actual dep time of the train. Secondly, as per terms n conditions mentioned on Irctc which says refund can be claimed up to 72hrs of dep. Incase of delay, we can claim full refund. Rules are same for window, i-ticket and e-ticket. I reached the station an hr before as per actual dep time of train with my daughter. I was roaming around gzb station with my daughter and luggage. There's no cloak room. At the station announcement was done at last moment. It was impossible for me to cancel ticket from the station. I have gone through so much with no fault of mine. Now railway is telling me that I have claimed refund at wrong time.                   Today while booking online ticket under tatkal quota, I have to Logout more than 5 times, just because IRCTC site is showing below error while clicing on the "CLASS" - "UNABLE TO PERFORM TRANSACTOIN. PLEASE TRY LATER". One of the worst site i have encountered. What is the use of TATKAL booking if such problems are faced during booking of the tickets. The matter to be take up seriously.

                    Hello Sir, Jharkhand express(12874/12873) has 100% delayed status (5to8hrs) throughout the year. If the train is never on time then why dont you scrap the train or work to run the train on time. You have promised ache din for railways through better service this year and this how you are providing ache din for passengers.If the train is running slow then why dont you remove EXPRESS name from the train. Please do something so that train runs on time at least Once in a week.

                    True that. Even I faced similar problem many times.
                    its very common problem with indian railways...Many times it creates big problems. Make it passenger train from Express if you cannot resolve this issue.
                    What can i say ...I think that is the reason why Indian railways is in loss. train is not on time and passengers are getting harrased..! and the railway official doesn't give a damn
                    guys its worthless to post here anythng ... our problem will never be resolved ... train has been late for around 12-14 hrs... .>:(

                      I, R S BISHT had booked two tickets under tatkal vide PNR No.[protected] Train 12280 berth No. C1 66, C1 67 and date of journey was 20.12.2014, CC, NZM-RKM (Nizamudin Railway Station to Raja Ki Mandi (Agra). The Depature time was 7:05. The fare was Rs.1070/-. I have been waiting for refund but till date the amount has not been refunded or credited in my account.                         I have booked a ticket form sbp to ngp on 04.01.15, My amount got credited but i hav got my ticket confirmation or PNR no:- [protected], transaction id- [protected].Due to emergency work had to cancel the tour but in irctc my account ticket not shown and so i complain this matter to nearest railway station they were told me to complain on line to irctc .I have made no of call to the call center but no one there to pick or answer my call.Only recorded voice asking me to make the choice but no customer service executive picks the phone once i select 9.I have sent email on this giving my Bill no and ref no.But I didnt get any reply. Now i want to refund my money to my account. vicky

                            Hi, I booked a ticket with transaction id [protected], PNR No: [protected] in 12295 / SANGHAMITRA EXP Train departure time is 09:00 AM . Trying to view the status as it is in PQWL status at 06:00 AM. Tried till 07:00 AM and yet it says "CHART NOT PREPARED". IT IS ONLY 2 HOURS REMAIN, SHOULD I TRY TO BOOK ANOTHER TICKET OR WAIT FOR THIS TICKET TILL LAST MOMENT AND ONE MORE THING, IF TICKET GETS CLEARED AT 9:00 AM, WHEN SHOULD I START FROM MY HOME? Indian rail has a good online facility and strict with rules, however why this leniency with the CHART Timing. Now I am in a fix if I go for another day's ticket OR wait for this to get cleared OR even if it gets cleared, I won;t be having any spare time to reach to station. PLUS, this is a bonus, if I call your inquiry number, after ring beeps for a while I get a message, this number is busy.

                                  I along with my family is travelling to PATIALA city from RISHIKESH in SRIGANGANAGAR EXPRESS train no. 14711. Status of reserved coach was so bad . people who even don't have tickets are boarding the reserved coaches. This clearly indicates that irctc doesn't care about passengers who have their prior resevation .. Even right now I am at Sahranpur station and till now TT has not arrived once to check tickets. Thos is the worst travel experience I am facing and shows the poor quality of Indian railway system.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Jitendra Yadav and I would like to highlight our experience while travelling in subject train. I Booked one ticked for one of my friend's family from LLT to BSB on dated 13 April 2015 train no. 02069 for three passengers. However, unfortunately one of the Passenger could not travel due to unavoidable Circumstances. Hence, rest two passengers travelled on said Train and their PNR No. [protected] Seat No. 21, 22 and 23 in Coach No.S3. When Ticket Inspector came for Ticket Checking and my friend Ramesh showed ticket and Valid ID Proof PAN Card and he just requested to TT that one Passenger Shubham is not traveling so kindly do not tick on his name. Then Immediately TT started Shouting on him stridently and he started using abusing words in front of all passengers around 0310AM on 13 April 15. TT was saying that your ID is not proper. Hence, you will be charged fine upto INR 8, 000/-. Then Ramesh who is not fully educated showed him his Driving Licence .But, TTs behavior was same Bad-mannered. Hence, Ramesh got scared and immediately called his elder brother and told entire story over the phone. His elder brother said that please give phone to TT that he wanted to talk. TT when he started talking to his elder brother with again abusing words. After that TT refused to talk to him and started forcing Ramesh for fine INR 8000 and said that if he will not pay then he will ask to GRP at Bhusavan station to put him in Jail. Ramesh got totally feared and start requesting that I do not have that much money and I don’t know why you are behaving like this. Then TT went in another Coach and again came back with three more TTs and start Demanding for Bribe INR 2000 and finally he took INR 1500 from him. Hence, request you to kindly Take this matter on very urgent and do the necessary Action against him to set an example for other Ticket Inspectors. Unfortunately Ramesh could not note his Batch No. and Name. However, it can be find out with the chart details that in Coach No. S3 who was the Inspector.                                         SIR I HAVE A VALID HANDICAP CERTIFICATE ISSUED FROM (CMO) AND RAILWAY CONCESSION CERTIFICATE . ON BASE OF CERTIFICATE RAILWAY RESERVATION COUNTER ISSUE TICKET AS WELL AS RESERVATION . BUT HOW I CAN MAKE TICKET WITH IRCTC PLEASE TELL ME COMPLETE SOLUTION.
