    When our Indian railway system will Change. Trains won't come on time. Cleanness won't be their in the trains and railway stations as well. Trains run late with not in minutes, in hours. Example today I am in Krishna express it's running 1 hour late. South Central railway is in profits why can't it introduce trains with new technology like bullet trains. If you introduce trains like bullet trains more people will like to travel in trains. You will get more profits. Other counties are making and running world's fastest trains our people not even thinking about that. Still we are struggling with 90's trains. Please people wakeup Indian government and Indian railways. Suggestion: we see lot of land beside tracks why can't we start planting trees.

      Sir my first two booking from berhampur to gandhidham goes unsuccessful on 01 Apr 2015. The details is as fallows Transaction ID: [protected] and [protected] train no 19454 date of journey 06 Jun 2015. Till now I have not received my money back. Please refund back at the earliest.

        I booked a AC dormitory bed in two slots 8th may 2015 20:00 hrs to 9th may 2015 20:00 hrs & 9th may 2015 20:00 hrs to 10th may 2015 20:00 hrs in room no 10F on 9th April 2015 through online booking. My transaction is completed successfully through SBI net banking but still not received the receipt and any confirmation receipt from the railway retiring room site and not even money refunded by the payment gateway and bank charges 11.25 rupees as commission for that transaction and now there are no room available at retiring room of Agra Cant for 9th April to 10th April 2015

          Sir, I was doing reservation on my IRCTC account for dated 01.04.2015 from Asansol to New Delhi (Transaction ID and Details receipt is attached).I had used Punjab national bank Debit Card for payment, but transaction was cancelled and consequently Rs.7851.18 was debited from PNB Account No-[protected] in the name of Balwinder Singh as got message on mobile as well it is reflected in Pass Book too. I lodged a complaint to PNB customer care help line No-[protected] vide comlaint No-A[protected] dated 11/04/2015 and they too confirmed about the money of Rs 7851.18 was debited from the said account on 01.04.2015. In this regard, I want to know the present status of my money for refund from IRCTC as it is not refunded till date. Therefore, you are requested to refund my money back in my account at earliest.               Train#19225 didn't come to Amritsar station on 29th March and i had booked a ticket with 6 persons(whole family) from Amritsar to Jammu with PNR#[protected], Transaction ID#[protected]. Train was supposed to reach Amritsar station at 1 AM and at last moment i came to know that train has changed her route from Jalandhar. at last i had to arrange a taxi from Amritsar to Jammu. Now IRCTC is saying i can't file TDR as time had expired. upon calling irctc customer care nobody is picking my call. while e-mailing i'm getting negative response from irctc. now, can anybody tell me if i can get justice.

                Hi, I tried to book a flight ticket in the name of Jyoti Devi Behrani using my user id on irctc. Flight Details Sunday - 12th April 2015 Air India - AI - 695 From Hyderabad to Mumbai Departs Hyd at 6:20AM, reaches Mumbai at 7:45AM The transaction failed and the money was debited from my account. Could you please advise if I'll get a ticket or if I'll have to book a new ticket?

                      I have forgotten password and need to access profile to cancel tickets. Answer to secret question displays prompt "your password cannot be reset". Incorrect answer clearly states "your answer is incorrect" so my answer is correct. Why am I not able to reset my password? What other way is there to access profile / cancel e-ticket? Please help solve this issue within the week as tickets-to-be-cancelled are booked for next week.

                            Vide PNR No.[protected] I booked two AC Chair Car tickets by Swaran Shatabdi from NDLS to JUC (Jalandhar City) on 25 Apr 15 for self (SP Chhabra, age 65 yrs+) and wife (Mrs Kamal Chhabra, age 62 yrs+). Confirmed seats allotted are in Bogey C-1 and C-12. Wonder we both being senior citizens over 65 and 62 years of age can travel so called together and so separately. At the time of booking Availability Chart showed 48 clear seats. By all accounts, on an average there could be 4 seats in each bogey. Even if we request another passenger to shift from C-1 to C-12, who will move ? Please develop your seat allotment software so as to accommodate passengers in the same or at the most next close compartment and not to the farthest end of the train. We hope you realise our problem and find a solution. Can we request for courtesy of a quick and responsible response ?                               I had book ed 2 tickets through IRCTC on Internet Banking system o[censored]nion Bank of India, one was on 26th March, 2015 PNR No. [protected] from ERS to MDS, Train No. 16128 and another was on 27th March, 2015 PNR No.[protected] from MDS to ERS, Train No. 16127. But I cancelled both tickets on 1st April, 2015 and I received massage from IRCTC stating that refund money will be credited in your Account. But till not I did not receive any refund amount of Rs. 140.00 and Rs. 125.00 for both tickets. I contacted with Union Bank of India and they told me that they have not received any refund amount from IRCTC. Please see this matter and do the needful.

                                Dear IRCTC Complaint Services, Today i tried to book Tatkal booking Kota J. to New Delhi but the online IRCTC services is not working prooperly and took more than 1 hour to book a singel ticket.                                   I was Booking A ticket since 10 am an the website is not opening after 5 min it gets refresh and it was urgent for me to book the ticket the whole system is corrupt and at 10 57 am the site goes under maintenance activity they are making people mad all the irctc is corrupt they book ticket only for agent it is bad service for people the government should see for common people not for the agent we are the one because of our they are in the government

                                    I have cancelled a ticket vide transaction ID [protected] and cancellation ID [protected] dt. 17.03.15 and the status shows the refund amount has been credited to HDFC bank, Regret to say that I have purchased the ticket through SBI credit card in JANUARY'15. No amount has been credited to my said A/C. Necessary action may please be taken so that the amount ie. Rs 2370=00 be refunded immediately.

                                        On 23.02.2015 booked online ticket for a journey from Tellicherry to Trichur on 02.03.2015 for 6 persons by train No. 22150. On arriving the station it is informed that train is running late by more than 6 hours. As the purpose would not be served we have cancelled the ticket and filed TDR for which the details are furnished below. PNR : [protected] Tr. ID [protected] TDR Reg: BSR070315W65062 Cancellation ID [protected] Status is seen CR Registered for the last one month. Please arrange to refund our amount immediately.
                                        Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
