Today through online ticket mode i booked Ticket with following details Name of passenger ; A SANDHYA Date of Journey ;[protected] from; Secunderabad To Nanded ; By Train No. 17058 Amt. debited; Rs. 734.94 SCBVISA CREDIT CARD( by Stanchart Credit Card empowered through ICICI bank--CARD is in the name -A. VINOD RAO Again i booked for second time for the same journey same person as above.i got ticket under PNR no. [protected] Second time Amt debited Rs.734.94. For same transaction Kindly tell me /guide me what i should i do . YOur IRCTC website is not user friendly It is very cumbersome Pl. cmodify to make it user friendly. will your people care for such feed back A.     1.One ticket for 2 passengers was booked between LKO_LTT for travel on 12/4/15. PNR No.[protected]. Ticket was in wait list. Trains origin was Kushinagar. 2. After preparation of Chart 1 passenger ticket was confirmed whereas other remained in Wait list. Hence none of the passenger travelled. 3. TDR was filed at 15.25 hrs on 11/4/15 itself. Cancellation ID [protected] against actual departure of train in the midnight on 12/4/15. 4. TDR was Repudiated by Central Railway TDR Zone stating "TDR not within 2/3/3 hrs (CNF/RAC/WL) of Act Dep of Trn.) The ticket TDR was filed much before the actual departure of train, in fact, approximately 7 hrs before. Hence entitled for refund against the cancellation. 5. Pl refund amount against cancellation and send credit to my bank account.

      I am facing problem for past one week that not able to book tatkal tickets and getting error "site is unreachable please try after some time". After 10.02 AM, all the tickers have been booked and shows waiting list. How tickets are being booked when I get error message. IRCTC should enquire the reason and resolve it immediately. The same thing is happening for past one week.

        Dear Sir/Ma'am This is to inform you that my name is Sumit Gupta booked my tickets from NZM to NK and back NK to NZM on 16 March 2015. I was travelled as per schedule on 20March2015 from NZM to NK, but due to some personal reasons i could not travel on 23Mar2015 i.e NK to NZM. I was tried to cancel it online but due to some errors on IRCTC site I cud not cancel the ticket on same day before prepairing chart. I was than file the TDR on 25March with the reason for TDR: Unable to cancel due to error message received from PRS system. After few days it was repudiated by IRCTC. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.Details as follows: PNR [protected] Transaction ID [protected] Cancel ID [protected] TDR Status TDR Repudiate.             I booked e-ticket from Rohtak JN to Jhansi vide PNR No. [protected] for train No. 12422 for dated 27.04.2015. This train was cancelled. We also booked return e-ticket from Jhansi to Karnal vide PNR No.[protected] for train No.11057 returning on 28.04.2015 in tatkal booking. The outgoing train No. 12422 was canelled. So, we could not go to Jhansi. So we have to cancelled our return ticket. Here is a case of deficiency in Service on the part of Railway. Sir, I travelled from trichur to Neyyattinkara on 16/4/15. Egmore trains start from Guruvayoor. I started from trichur at 9.30 Pm with II class sleepers ticket by paying Rs. 95 At alleppy I found some reserved berths were empty as the boys (students) were not sleeping so I slept with their permission. At Neyyattinkare TTE Mr. Sam David started asking me penalty without receipt. I insisted he gave me receipt no. A.M.0358145. which Rs. 280 penalty and Rs. 230 ticket charges which is excess. Kindly refund me the excess amount and take actions against the TTE Mr. Sam David at the earliest The copy of penalty receipt and the ticket is attached herewith original receipt and ticket is already submitted in the office of Sr. DCM Trivandrum Southern Railway on 17/04/2015

                  Hi Team, Today (29/04) i have tried to book tatkal ticket from SC to BZA after 10:00 P.M. I have clicked on "SL" of required train, I got message as "This site is not reachable". I have logged off and log in again. I have followed the same process, I was able to see the available seats and clicked on booknow. In next screen I have filled journey details and clicked on next but i got a message as "Regret/WaitingList". I have tried to look for available seats for the same train what I have choosen, surprisingly I am able to see available seats. Again i tried to book but i got a message as "This site is not reachable". From above all my doubt is how the tickets have been booked by others even though the site is not reachable. My doubt is, is it site connectivity issue or my internet connection issue. I am sure that i have sufficient speed in my internet connection. Please have a look into this, if this is an issue kindly find out RCA. This will improve the user experience and site performance as well. I was missed to take screenshots of messages as i was in a hurry to book ticket. Regards, Prasad K

                    dear sir, i had tried many times to book tatkal ticket today from allahabad to raipur at 10.00 am enquiry shows 76 tickets available but when i tried to book ticket every time shows error you can book only two tickets from your id during 10.00 am to 12.00 noon. it is the question mark on the transparency. sunil kumar lucknow [protected]

                      While checking availability it shows "Unable to reach the site, please try after some time" After few trails it took to passenger details and after filling all details, captcha correctly again it shows same error and some time "re-enter the captcha and try again". Retried for sometime entering captcha correctly, it logged out me. Site is not able handle the traffic during critical hours. Please fix this as soon as possible. Thanks.

                        sir, Kindly note down that i want to book tatakal ticket from bdts to rani before 10 everything was normal but as soon as it was 10 am and i go for tatakal ticket the errors come that this site is currently unreachable . some how if tried continuously and enter in second stage i.e filling the form than i click on the make payment again same message is coming than after 10.20 i can book ticket without any error but it was no use as i book 19 wl tickets in suryanagri. while agent are booking tickets easily so i request you kindly look into this matter as some. i had taken print sys as proof for that.

                          When I am trying to book the tatkal ticket, getting the error message : "This site is currently unreachable. Please try after some time". This error is frequent and we can't proceed any more till all the seats are filled, so we end up without booking. I am seeing this from last few days, probable a week. Where as previously this was not the case. There were no such errors and site was very smooth and faster in bookings. Please...

                          From past week we are not able to book Tatkal tickets as the site says "This site is currently unreachable. Please try after sometime" when we select Tatkal and select class. It comes back to normal after 10:40AM. FYI I have 10MBps Internet connection. Strangely Agents are able to book tickets without any hassle. I strongly believe this people are hacking your system to increase the load during Peak hours (10:00AM to 10:40AM). I request you to check if the site is really down, why agents are not affected by this?? why only common people like us??

                            Respected Sir/Madam Good Morning. When I try to reservation in tatkal situation. In your site always gives me error or telling relogin. sometime it says captcha is wrong. Rather everything is right. And when It goes to waiting position then site is active and working finely. It is wrong behaviour with customer. So plz take quick action on this.

                              I am getting frequently error while booking tickets in tatkal time. I am trying to book tatkal ticket from last five days but i am not able to do it.After all tickets are booked it is allowing me to book waiting list tickets.When i am booking general tickets it is working good. Is IRCTC is designed for specific users or only for agents or for all ?

                                    I WAS TRAVELLING FROM VISAKHAPATNAM TO BONDAMUNDA IN 3 TIER AC. ON 20TH APRIL . THE COMPARTMENT ASSISTANT DID NOT ON THE AC FOR MOST OF TIME. IT WAS VERY SUFFOCATING IN THE COMPARTMENT DUE TO LESS VENTILATION. I INFORMED HIM 3 TO 4 TIMES TO ON THE AC. HE DIDNT RESPOND. I FEEL LIKE TRAVELLING IN SLEEPER. ITS WASTE OF MONEY TO GO IN 3 TIER.
