Sir, I had booked a ticket online for a journey from Sirohi Road (SOH) to Jaipur (JP) on 21/04/2015. bearing PNR No. [protected] for Rs.480, in 19707/ARAVALI EXPRESS. On the day at the station I was informed by the station master the train was late by 2 hours. After two hours, when enquired I was told I t was late by four hours. I had to catch a connection train to Lucknow from for Jaipur for which ticket had already been booked. I had to rush to Jaipur hiring a taxi paying about Rs7000 as there wasn't any other option. I couldn't cancel my ticket at the station as it was e-ticket. When my wife talked to the customer care for filing TDR they had no information that the train was late. When the TDR was filed it was repudiated giving the reason TDR NOT FILED WITHIN ACTUAL DEPARTURE OF TRAIN. [Transaction ID [protected] ] Is it not unfair. First of the train is late and I could not avail the service even after paying. Secondly the message that the the train was late by four hours was not conveyed properly. Above all how can they expect me cancel an e-ticket while rushing to the next destination by taxi. The 19707 ARAVALI EXPRESS reached Jaipur that day 15 minute after my connection train Train No./Name: 19715 / JP LJN EXP PNR [protected]. Departure time from Jaipur 19:45. So I request the refund of the ticket amount and some reasonable and sensible change in the cancellation and TDR rules. James Cherian

    Dear Sir, I have booked e ticket vide transaction no [protected]. PNR no [protected] in train 12723 (AP exp ) from to HYB to GWL travel on 29-Apr-2015. But the ticket was canceled due to the reasion of wait list becouse ticket is on tatkal.. and with in 36 hours i got a conformation message your amount is refund 720rs in your account bt the metter is that amount is not refund in my account still yet...so Please do the needful immediately.       Respected Sir, My Self Neetu Singh, Travelled on dated[protected] from Mumbai (BCT) to New Delhi (NDLS).I want to draw your attention regarding my exit from New Delhi railways station that Rajesh Kumar (TC) has asked for the ticket and I have shown .But he asking for my kid ticket, she is just 4.5 years old .I told him that she is not eligible for the ticket.He start asking for fine and threatening us for jail.I am alone with my mother and keep requesting but all went unheard to him.I have suffered mentally harassment for 1/2 hours.After the co-passengers intervention and continuous request he left us .This is the mentally harassment and request railway authority to take some stint action for his railways employee (Rajesh Kumar-TC). If required i will forward this case to Woman Human right commission for harassment of Woman. Neetu singh

              This is to take in consideration about online frauds being done by IRCTC. While booking Online tatkal ticket we know the value of every second and so the IRCTC. The incident took place on saturday i.e 2 may 2015 while i was booking a tatkal ticket for PURSHOTTAM EXP from BHUBANESHWAR to ALLAHABAD, in which earlier 280 seats were for normal tatkal but Now only 140 for normal and 140 for premium tatkal which fetches more money to railways as the price is not fixed and will keep on incresaing till your seat is booked. While i was booking the tatkal ticket, seats were available .I entered all my credentials and WHEN I was ENTERING CAPTCHA IT PURPOSELY SHOWS INCORRECT CAPTCHA THREE TIMES.I AM EDUCATED ENOUGH TO KNOW THAT I TYPED IT CORRECTLY.Then on the 4th ATTEMPT it ACCEPTED the CAPTCHA but then TRANSACTION TIMED OUT ALSO THAT TIME NO SEAT Was AVAILABLE IN NORMAL TATKAL . Leaving me with OPTION of PREMIUM TATKAL.Thus IRCTC DOES IT PURPOSELY SHOWING WRONG CAPTCHA IN ORDER TO WASTE TIME SO THAT IT CAN FETCH MORE MONEY THROUGH PREMIUM TATKAL. also IN PREMIUM TATKAL: while booking PRICE = 900 Rs when booked PRICE = 1080 Rs.

                today, I am booking ticket from IRCTC (the biggest source of fraud In Indian Railways) from KOTA to LKO, In the starting a message appeared at 10:am unable to request your process, short while i started to book ticket then IRCTC gives me The SPELL CHECK, which i think Natural human being can not guess... WOOW, the time goes on 10:03 am, after i am forwarded to payment when the availability of seat in 3rd ac is 11, i made my payment confirmed, but there is no ticket booked. NOW MOVE TO CASE 2- they Are biggest cheater As i have not booked a single ticket From neither IP address nor Same ID they start showing that "you have reached The limit Of Maximum transaction.. They are Cheater, IRCTC you are only giving support To brokers and Broker... POOR IRCTC.

                  Booking a tatkal ticket is now becoming a nightmare. As soon as the clock strikes 10am and we log in using our credentials and select our desired trains we are thrown out of the site by displaying us the error " Site is currently Unreachable". this error is consistent for atleast the next 15 mins and then the error disappears. When all the tickets are booked we are no more seeing that error message. Is there anyone who could look into this matter since I have facing this for weeks now.

When i reached to station JUC to catch the train, i came to know that the train will not come to JUC today (28.04.15) and depart from LDH instead of Amritsar. Being a old Sr citizen, i had tried to reach LDH in one hour to catch the train but the train was left before i reached to platform. Regarding cancellation of ticket, it was told by your official that refund will credit in your account within three days automatically, but still no refund has been made by you.                       FROM LAST THREE DAYS I AM TRYING TO BOOK A TATKAL TICKET BUT SO FAR I AM UNABLE TO BOOK IT. TATKAL BOOKING START AT 10:00 AM THAT TIME THE IMAGE WHICH WE NEED TO ENTER FOR LOGIN IS NOT UNDERSTANDABLE THAT TIME WE LOSE SOME MINUTE AFTER THAT IF ANY HOW I COULD MANAGE TO LOGIN BUT I COULD NOT ABLE TO BOOK MY TICKET. THE IRCTC WEB SITE SHOWS RESION FOR BOOKING FALIORE. I THINK IRCTC IS NOT CAPABLE TO MANAGE THIS BIG NETWORK, RAILWAY SHOULD CANCLE THEIR CONTRACT WITH IRCTC.

                        From the past few days, when I am trying tatkal ticket, it is showing "this site is currently unreachable please try after some time". seats are over when it is resolved. Due to this issue I am unable to book my tickets through tatkal. What is the reason for this error and why it is showing like that. Previously it was not the case. Please resolve the issue ASAP.                               Dear Sir, I filed a TDR with Cancellation ID: [protected] for Date of journey 24th Apr 2015, but the current TDR status is "CR Repudiate" and reason mentioned is "Invalid TDR Timestmap : CNF". I wish to bring to your kind notice that my train departed at 23:15PM on 24th Apr 2015, and the moment i tried to file the TDR, a message appeared that maintenance activity is going on from 23:30 PM(24th Apr 2015) to 2:30 AM (25th Apr 2015) due to which i could not login on irctc.co.in to file the TDR in the designated time window and i filled the TDR at 25-Apr-2015 02:29:01 HRS.                                 On the 29th May 2015, I was trying to book tatkal tickets online for the 30th May 2015. I have successfully booked Tatkal tickets many times before. This time I had observed an aberration. I logged in at the right time at 10:00 am. The website was working fine until i reached the page where we get the current status and click on book now. On the click of it, I got the error: This site is currently unreachable, please try after some time. Please refer attached for details. I kept on trying to book the ticket, but failed to do so. This problem(error) kept on repeating itself from 10:02 am to 10:17 am on 29th May 2015. By 10:20, when I tried to try again, this time it worked however, the tickets which seemed available to us now was no longer available and it was waitlisted. I request irctc to look into this issue. This issue keeps happening especially during weekends. It is also strange that travel agents do manage to book tickets without much hassles while individual citizens like us do have these problems, Kindly let irctc address this asap. Regards, Anand

                                It seems none o[censored]s our able to connect further once you see the screen where it tells book, Even if you pass through the screen, then on the next page again the same thing once we click next, It seems the server is either created that way so that online tatkal tickets cannot be booked at this time because the government has premium trains which cost you like you are travelling by a plane. or some hacker is creating a network congestion on the server.

                                  I am a Senior Citizen of 75 yrs.old, reserved ticket on line for a journey on 23/04/2015 from Tatanagar to Howrah., was provided PNR No.[protected], compartment no.D4, Seat no 61.But to my surprise on 22/04/2015 night the day before my journey i received an SMS stating "Your tkt cancelled.PNR [protected], Amt 55 will be refunded in your acct."I can not understand how & on what basis the confirmed reservation has been cancelled..I was at a loss & coluld not decide what to do.On my journey day ie 23/04/2015 I came to Tatanagar stn., stood in the Q purchased a ticket & boarded in a unreserved compartment.How Rly.is going to compensate the harrasment meted out to an Senior citizen.PL.look into the matter & give me asuit able explanation.                                     PASSENGER OF SABARMATI EXPRESS TRAIN IS FACING HUGE PROBLEM BECAUSE THERE IS A MAJOR PROBLEM REGARDING CLENEES IN THE TRAIN .                                       I booked e-ticket on 30/04is availa2015 at:02:15:07 Ref.No :IG00YKEQ7 for Rs.1259.94 and at:08:10:01 Ref.No. :IG00YLMFD9 for Rs.1259.94.but after confirmation for payment site hangs immediately both times but both times amount deducted from my account and above said messages received on my registered mobile.:[protected]/[protected].Now bank personal are asking to contact irctc care sites but no record is available on irctc site.Pl inform how to get refund.

                                        When I am trying to book the tatkal ticket, from AKV to KMT getting the error message : "This site is currently unreachable. Please try after some time". This error is frequent and we can't proceed any more till all the seats are filled, so we end up without booking. I am seeing this from last few days, probable a week. Where as previously this was not the case. There were no such errors and site was very smooth and faster in bookings. Please look into it fix the site error while booking tatkal ticket.
