I HAVE BOOKED A TICKET UNDER PREMIUM TATAKAL FOR DATED 05/02/2015 ON 12322 KOLKATA MAIL FROM MUMBAI CSTM TO SASARAM HAVING PNR [protected] AS THE TRAIN WAS RUNNING LATE BY MORE THAN 3 HOURS, HAVE NOT TRAVELLED AND APPLIED FOR TDR VIDE TRANSACTION ID [protected] BUT TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ALMOST THREE MONTHS PLEASE LOOK INTO IT ON URGENT BASIS

    Sir, Me D C Galada & my wife travelled by Train No22691 Rajdhani express dt May 3 2015 from Bagalore to Secunderabad. We were in A C First class cabin No A in Coach H1 and our PNR No was[protected]. Our ticket no was A 51568369. I left behind by mistake my suit hanger containing two jackets (one green & one gray in colour), two white Lungis, one plastic kit with two tooth Brushes Etc & a pair of black sox. I request you to kindly retrieve them & arrange to return the same to me. (iii) IRCTC email dt 26 Jun 2013 and 08 July2013; (iv) My email dated 30-june-2013 and 25/07/2013 (v) My telephonic conversation at customer care IRCTC dt 02/09/2013 (vi) IRCTC reply dt 22 Apr 2015 on my application dt 19 Apr 2015 Sir, I write following points for consideration please : 1 I took e-tkt for journey from Agra-cantt to Chennai by train no 12434 Rajdhani Exp for dt 29/05/2013 for five persons (PNR no [protected]). Out of which one adult and one child was in waiting position after preparation of reservation chart. Thereafter I retain computerised tkt ( having PNR no. [protected]) for one adult and one child. 2 It was not possible for me to sit on two different births in different coaches of same train at same time. 3 On verbal enquiry at railway stn: Agra-cantt enquiry office I intimated that person in waiting status on e-tkt (PNR no [protected]) treated without tkt as the fare of one adult and one child automatically refund to A/c holder. 4 During journey period when fare not refunded to my a/c I filled TDR on 30/05/2013(TDR ref no [protected]). But no – action taken on TDR and refund not made to me. 5 Obviously it is a case of cheating of railway managers i;e neither to mention clearly weather the waitlisted person of e-tkt can travel with partial confirm person of that e-tkt or not. There is no option for cancellation of waitlisted passenger on partial confirm e-tkt after preparation reservation chart. And also no action taken on TDR filed while train in running position. In view of above It is requested to look into facts of points mentioned above and pass order to refund the fare of one adult and one child of e-tkt (PNR no [protected] ) as I filled TDR when train was in running position.         I booked ticket on 02/05/2015 may in tatkal for 01/05/2015 from trichy to chennai but it got booked on 04/05/2015 in tatkal itself but there no option to book ticket to book ticket before two days. Now I have cancelled the ticket but I got the message as amount will not be refunded. please do the needfull.

          Booked Premium Tatkal Ticket from Miraj (MRJ) to Chalisgaon (CSN ) on 21-Apr-2015 Travel date 22-Apr-2015, but the train was cancelled due to ITCTC technical Problems, no intimation given to passengers near by 2 hrs I was waiting on station after that come to know train was cancelled, & not an process given for refund process on ticket so I asked station master ( Station help center ) they said automatically refund will be deposited in your bank account. After few days I come to know there is hugh process of refund, to file TDR after that confirmation from zone, etc. So immediately I file TDR & it was rejected due to restriction of 72hrs. So I requested them to refund due to IRCTC mistake because I was ready to travel but train was canceled and not an intimation to passengers.               I tried to book tatkal ticket during 1st week of may, it was showed that this site is currently unreachable.You may say my internet is slow. But my internet has better transfer rate more than 200kbs. This was happened to my friend as well as, who is using 4G internet. So, I suspect that someone is hacking your website during tatkal timing. After some time, it came to normal. This happened to me more than 3 times when I was booking tatkal ticket since last week of april. So, I request you to do investigate on this issue as soon as possible, since I am frequent user of IRCTC. I am feeling more inconvenience because of this issue.

              Yes .he said right .am also getting.at the time of 9.59 am also it shows tickets .but at the time of 10, it shows this site is unreachable.am getting this error last 2weeks.but at the time of 10:30 .it shows normal but ticjets are booked and shows waiting list.please sove this problem.

                Sir, I had booked a ticket online for a journey from Sirohi Road (SOH) to Jaipur (JP) on 21/04/2015. bearing PNR No. [protected] for Rs.480, in 19707/ARAVALI EXPRESS. On the day at the station I was informed by the station master the train was late by 2 hours. After two hours, when enquired I was told I t was late by four hours. I had to catch a connection train to Lucknow from for Jaipur for which ticket had already been booked. I had to rush to Jaipur hiring a taxi paying about Rs7000 as there wasn't any other option. I couldn't cancel my ticket at the station as it was e-ticket. When my wife talked to the customer care for filing TDR they had no information that the train was late. When the TDR was filed it was repudiated giving the reason TDR NOT FILED WITHIN ACTUAL DEPARTURE OF TRAIN. [Transaction ID [protected] ] Is it not unfair. First of the train is late and I could not avail the service even after paying. Secondly the message that the the train was late by four hours was not conveyed properly. Above all how can they expect me cancel an e-ticket while rushing to the next destination by taxi. The 19707 ARAVALI EXPRESS reached Jaipur that day 15 minute after my connection train Train No./Name: 19715 / JP LJN EXP PNR [protected]. Departure time from Jaipur 19:45. So I request the refund of the ticket amount and some reasonable and sensible change in the cancellation and TDR rules. James Cherian

                    Respected Sir, My Self Neetu Singh, Travelled on dated[protected] from Mumbai (BCT) to New Delhi (NDLS).I want to draw your attention regarding my exit from New Delhi railways station that Rajesh Kumar (TC) has asked for the ticket and I have shown .But he asking for my kid ticket, she is just 4.5 years old .I told him that she is not eligible for the ticket.He start asking for fine and threatening us for jail.I am alone with my mother and keep requesting but all went unheard to him.I have suffered mentally harassment for 1/2 hours.After the co-passengers intervention and continuous request he left us .This is the mentally harassment and request railway authority to take some stint action for his railways employee (Rajesh Kumar-TC). If required i will forward this case to Woman Human right commission for harassment of Woman. Neetu singh

                            This is to take in consideration about online frauds being done by IRCTC. While booking Online tatkal ticket we know the value of every second and so the IRCTC. The incident took place on saturday i.e 2 may 2015 while i was booking a tatkal ticket for PURSHOTTAM EXP from BHUBANESHWAR to ALLAHABAD, in which earlier 280 seats were for normal tatkal but Now only 140 for normal and 140 for premium tatkal which fetches more money to railways as the price is not fixed and will keep on incresaing till your seat is booked. While i was booking the tatkal ticket, seats were available .I entered all my credentials and WHEN I was ENTERING CAPTCHA IT PURPOSELY SHOWS INCORRECT CAPTCHA THREE TIMES.I AM EDUCATED ENOUGH TO KNOW THAT I TYPED IT CORRECTLY.Then on the 4th ATTEMPT it ACCEPTED the CAPTCHA but then TRANSACTION TIMED OUT ALSO THAT TIME NO SEAT Was AVAILABLE IN NORMAL TATKAL . Leaving me with OPTION of PREMIUM TATKAL.Thus IRCTC DOES IT PURPOSELY SHOWING WRONG CAPTCHA IN ORDER TO WASTE TIME SO THAT IT CAN FETCH MORE MONEY THROUGH PREMIUM TATKAL. also IN PREMIUM TATKAL: while booking PRICE = 900 Rs when booked PRICE = 1080 Rs.

                              today, I am booking ticket from IRCTC (the biggest source of fraud In Indian Railways) from KOTA to LKO, In the starting a message appeared at 10:am unable to request your process, short while i started to book ticket then IRCTC gives me The SPELL CHECK, which i think Natural human being can not guess... WOOW, the time goes on 10:03 am, after i am forwarded to payment when the availability of seat in 3rd ac is 11, i made my payment confirmed, but there is no ticket booked. NOW MOVE TO CASE 2- they Are biggest cheater As i have not booked a single ticket From neither IP address nor Same ID they start showing that "you have reached The limit Of Maximum transaction.. They are Cheater, IRCTC you are only giving support To brokers and Broker... POOR IRCTC.

                                Booking a tatkal ticket is now becoming a nightmare. As soon as the clock strikes 10am and we log in using our credentials and select our desired trains we are thrown out of the site by displaying us the error " Site is currently Unreachable". this error is consistent for atleast the next 15 mins and then the error disappears. When all the tickets are booked we are no more seeing that error message. Is there anyone who could look into this matter since I have facing this for weeks now.

                                  Dear Sir, I have booked E-ticket transaction no [protected], PNR no [protected] in train 12030 (Swarn Shatabdi) from JUC to NDLS to travel on 28-Apr-2015 in Sr citizen catagory. When i reached to station JUC to catch the train, i came to know that the train will not come to JUC today (28.04.15) and depart from LDH instead of Amritsar. Being a old Sr citizen, i had tried to reach LDH in one hour to catch the train but the train was left before i reached to platform. Regarding cancellation of ticket, it was told by your official that refund will credit in your account within three days automatically, but still no refund has been made by you.                                     FROM LAST THREE DAYS I AM TRYING TO BOOK A TATKAL TICKET BUT SO FAR I AM UNABLE TO BOOK IT. TATKAL BOOKING START AT 10:00 AM THAT TIME THE IMAGE WHICH WE NEED TO ENTER FOR LOGIN IS NOT UNDERSTANDABLE THAT TIME WE LOSE SOME MINUTE AFTER THAT IF ANY HOW I COULD MANAGE TO LOGIN BUT I COULD NOT ABLE TO BOOK MY TICKET.                                         Respected sir/ mam i was standing In Queue with my friend for tatkal reservation suddenly a RPF constable came and told us that his friend name abdul has his number and we should co- operate with him otherwise he will put us behind the bars.
