I along with my family is travelling to PATIALA city from RISHIKESH in SRIGANGANAGAR EXPRESS train no. 14711. Status of reserved coach was so bad . people who even don't have tickets are boarding the reserved coaches. This clearly indicates that irctc doesn't care about passengers who have their prior resevation .. Even right now I am at Sahranpur station and till now TT has not arrived once to check tickets. Thos is the worst travel experience I am facing and shows the poor quality of Indian railway system.

    Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Jitendra Yadav and I would like to highlight our experience while travelling in subject train. I Booked one ticked for one of my friend's family from LLT to BSB on dated 13 April 2015 train no. 02069 for three passengers. However, unfortunately one of the Passenger could not travel due to unavoidable Circumstances. Hence, rest two passengers travelled on said Train and their PNR No. [protected] Seat No. 21, 22 and 23 in Coach No.S3. When Ticket Inspector came for Ticket Checking and my friend Ramesh showed ticket and Valid ID Proof PAN Card and he just requested to TT that one Passenger Shubham is not traveling so kindly do not tick on his name. Then Immediately TT started Shouting on him stridently and he started using abusing words in front of all passengers around 0310AM on 13 April 15. TT was saying that your ID is not proper. Hence, you will be charged fine upto INR 8, 000/-. Then Ramesh who is not fully educated showed him his Driving Licence .But, TTs behavior was same Bad-mannered. Hence, Ramesh got scared and immediately called his elder brother and told entire story over the phone. His elder brother said that please give phone to TT that he wanted to talk. TT when he started talking to his elder brother with again abusing words. After that TT refused to talk to him and started forcing Ramesh for fine INR 8000 and said that if he will not pay then he will ask to GRP at Bhusavan station to put him in Jail. Ramesh got totally feared and start requesting that I do not have that much money and I don’t know why you are behaving like this. Then TT went in another Coach and again came back with three more TTs and start Demanding for Bribe INR 2000 and finally he took INR 1500 from him. Hence, request you to kindly Take this matter on very urgent and do the necessary Action against him to set an example for other Ticket Inspectors. Unfortunately Ramesh could not note his Batch No. and Name. However, it can be find out with the chart details that in Coach No. S3 who was the Inspector.           Dear Madam/Sir I had filed a case for TDR process on 6 August 2012 whose PNR Number [protected]. They replied on 24 September 2012 that: - "As per chart, passenger has travelled". But actually I was on another train on the same day whose PNR number [protected]. So it is not possible that one person travel on two trains on the same day. I mailed the same detail that I was in another train. After that they replied:-Now we have sent letter to CR Railway on 23-October-2012 stating that ‘Passenger Not Travelled.', so please reopen the case. Now, after processing of 3 Year they replied that: - we regret to inform you that refund is not admissible. So please help me and also make the railway system corrupt free. This is not only happened with me, but this type of case always happen normally, that after filling of TDR very lucky one will get their money refund back and in most of the case they said that passenger has travelled. In my case I am proving that it is impossible. So please help me in making the system corrupt free. Thanks and Redgards Ashwani Kumar [protected]

                Dear sir, This is very regret full movement for me that i am complaining first time against the IRCTC. I had booked ticket from IRCTC online PNR no.-[protected], [protected] . Mentioned train had missed on station mathura jnc. due to train with number 14318 arrived late to mathura junction. I had already inform to IRCTS by Post with proof of station master and as per the rule of Railway but they did not respond any more for refunding amount.                   Sirs/Madams, I 've been trying to book online train ticket through IRCTC for my journey on 5th Aug 2015 from Madgaon(MAO) to Shoranur(SRR) by Train no 12432-New Delhi to Trivandrum Rajdhani Express.But I could not book the same.When ever I attempt, I get the notification "NA" in the availability column for all the classes.But I 've been able to book ticket for my onward journey from Shoranur to Madgaon by Train no 12431-Trivandrum to New Delhi, Rajdhani Express succrssfully.This difficulty I 've been facing since 1 April 201.Infact when I tried before 1 April for the purpose of knowing the no of seats available, the table was showing the seat availability position against various classes.But quite puzzlingly it does n't show up the same since 1 April when really need to book my ticket.Pl let me know what's to be done for successful booking of ticket for my above journey by Rajdhani Express(12432) from Madgaon to Shoranur on 5Aug. The train was delayed by 14th Hour at that day & i was not travailed on train..!! I am surprised with the delayed on payment form IRCTC. If this is the situation then i have to bound to file a case in consumer forum also.                             When our Indian railway system will Change. Trains won't come on time. Cleanness won't be their in the trains and railway stations as well. Trains run late with not in minutes, in hours. Example today I am in Krishna express it's running 1 hour late. South Central railway is in profits why can't it introduce trains with new technology like bullet trains. If you introduce trains like bullet trains more people will like to travel in trains. You will get more profits. Other counties are making and running world's fastest trains our people not even thinking about that. Still we are struggling with 90's trains. Please people wakeup Indian government and Indian railways. Suggestion: we see lot of land beside tracks why can't we start planting trees.

                              Sir my first two booking from berhampur to gandhidham goes unsuccessful on 01 Apr 2015.                                 I booked a AC dormitory bed in two slots 8th may 2015 20:00 hrs to 9th may 2015 20:00 hrs & 9th may 2015 20:00 hrs to 10th may 2015 20:00 hrs in room no 10F on 9th April 2015 through online booking. My transaction is completed successfully through SBI net banking but still not received the receipt and any confirmation receipt from the railway retiring room site and not even money refunded by the payment gateway and bank charges 11.25 rupees as commission for that transaction and now there are no room available at retiring room of Agra Cant for 9th April to 10th April 2015

                                  Sir, I was doing reservation on my IRCTC account for dated 01.04.2015 from Asansol to New Delhi (Transaction ID and Details receipt is attached).I had used Punjab national bank Debit Card for payment, but transaction was cancelled and consequently Rs.7851.18 was debited from PNB Account No-[protected] in the name of Balwinder Singh as got message on mobile as well it is reflected in Pass Book too. I lodged a complaint to PNB customer care help line No-[protected] vide comlaint No-A[protected] dated 11/04/2015 and they too confirmed about the money of Rs 7851.18 was debited from the said account on 01.04.2015. In this regard, I want to know the present status of my money for refund from IRCTC as it is not refunded till date. Therefore, you are requested to refund my money back in my account at earliest.                                     sir, I booked a e Tatkal ticket [PNR[protected]] to travel from Trivandrum to Kozhikkode on ![protected] inTRain 16347 {3A]. Being not a confirmed ticket, i cancelled the ticket atonce and took another tickect in Train no 16629.After that i got the message that no amount will be refunded..Let me know the reason .                                       Train#19225 didn't come to Amritsar station on 29th March and i had booked a ticket with 6 persons(whole family) from Amritsar to Jammu with PNR#[protected], Transaction ID#[protected]. Train was supposed to reach Amritsar station at 1 AM and at last moment i came to know that train has changed her route from Jalandhar. at last i had to arrange a taxi from Amritsar to Jammu. Now IRCTC is saying i can't file TDR as time had expired. upon calling irctc customer care nobody is picking my call. while e-mailing i'm getting negative response from irctc. now, can anybody tell me if i can get justice.

                                        Hi, I tried to book a flight ticket in the name of Jyoti Devi Behrani using my user id on irctc. Flight Details Sunday - 12th April 2015 Air India - AI - 695 From Hyderabad to Mumbai Departs Hyd at 6:20AM, reaches Mumbai at 7:45AM The transaction failed and the money was debited from my account. Could you please advise if I'll get a ticket or if I'll have to book a new ticket?
