I have booked an e-ticket on 03.11.2014 Train No 17236 for travelling from TEN to HSRA on 31.12.2014 for 4 persons vide PNR No [protected]. I have cancelled 2 passengers out of 4 on 25.12.2014. I have received SMS from IRCTC stating that 2 tickets were cancelled and Rs 510.00 would be credited to my account.But till date the amount has not been credited. I have already lodged a complaint with IRCTC on 06.02.2015 vide Complaint No W/SW/SBC/[protected]....

I have booked a ticket in AC Coach (CC) in intercity Express on dated 22.03.2015 for journey date[protected] from BDL to LKO. Dear IRCTC team pls note that I do frequent ticket booking on IRCTC.com for hassle free transaction. One of my TDR is not yet settled after giving so many reminders. it's been a long time to get a revert on the same. TDR was filled Reference No: [protected]. Dear Irctc Bhagyanagar express 17233 is the worst operated train in SCR circle. It never reaches destination on time. Why not please try operating it on time?. If there are some other express trains which need to cross this, then why not operate this in another time window?. Please improve the train on time running performance. The train number 16570 kcg to ypr express on 19th March 2015. We had unpleasant experience in coach# S1 had stincking smell, unclean berths and too many cockroaches.
