I booked a ticket with transaction id [protected], PNR No: [protected] in 12295 / SANGHAMITRA EXP
Train departure time is 09:00 AM . Trying to view the status as it is in PQWL status at 06:00 AM. Tried till 07:00 AM and yet it says "CHART NOT PREPARED".
IT IS ONLY 2 HOURS REMAIN, SHOULD I TRY TO BOOK ANOTHER TICKET OR WAIT FOR THIS TICKET TILL LAST MOMENT AND ONE MORE THING, IF TICKET GETS CLEARED AT 9:00 AM, WHEN SHOULD I START FROM MY HOME?
Indian rail has a good online facility and strict with rules, however why this leniency with the CHART Timing. Now I am in a fix if I go for another day's ticket OR wait for this to get cleared OR even if it gets cleared, I won;t be having any spare time to reach to station.
PLUS, this is a bonus, if I call your inquiry number, after ring beeps for a while I get a message, this number is busy.
