The Transaction bearing the transaction ID [protected], was for reservation of 2 Seats from Mangalore to Bangalore. But due to non - availability of Seats of the Preferred Berth, the seats where not reserved. It says, the payments has been settled, how ever I have not received the same in my Bank A/C so far....
