During The Month April, may, June the visit on the irctc website is on the large scale. this is the season for summer holidays. There are Agents already they take 2000/- as a commission per ticket. So, the irctc website is the only way for booking the ticket for us. But The Irctc website has the worst server I have ever seen. the website's front page is ok. no issue. but when you start booking your service u can't perform any transcation. Even i[censored] use 4g connection. the website's response of too slow. Today while booking online ticket under tatkal quota, IRCTC site is showing below error while clicing on the "CLASS" - "UNABLE TO PERFORM TRANSACTOIN. PLEASE TRY LATER". One of the worst site i have encountered. What is the use of TATKAL booking if such problems are faced during booking of the tickets. The matter to be take up seriously.

    I tried to book tickets from habibganj to kota in jaipur express ac 3 tier.It displayed waiting of 8.When i tried to book the tickets and proceeded to make the transaction, it backed a message "no seats available, transaction dropped".I tried this for 3 times and got the same message .But the tranction cost has been deducted every time.How will i get the amount back.Its almost 9300rs that has been deducted from my account.Please help me with the procedure the procedure to get redunded for unbooked tickets!!

      That I have booked my Railway tickets on irctc.co.in site on3-4-2015 from my login I'd name harsimran singh .
      That on[protected] I have canceled my ticket's pnr no [protected]and with regards to my cancelation of tickets I have received the message from irctc regarding refund of rs 1040 on my [protected] mobile number but up till now I have not received a single penny from the irctc department in my said account.
      I have send email to the irctc customer care but they have not respond me .
      I have been facing a mental tension and harassment from the last 10 days.my parents are very strict and were taunting me due to the non recipient of funds.
      It is therefore respectly prayed that my refund money of rs 1040 with mental harasment money of rs 2000 may kindly be refund me in my account .

        when i was travelling by banglore express from chennai to banglore on 17.04 2015 i purchased rail neer one bottle in the train. it was not containing date of packing & mrp in the label or bottle. this is in violation of FOOD SAFETY AND STANDARDS (PACKAGING AND LABELLING) REGULATIONS, 2011 why complaint shold not be made to consumer court?

                  I was travelling in train no 22830 Shalimar to Bhuj from Bilaspur(C.G.) to katni murwara(KMZ) having PNR NO [protected] dated on 19 April 2015 seat no 66 on S6 coach. The condition coach was very poor and unhygenic it was not cleaned from a long time and there were lots of cockroaches roaming here and there in the coach making their shelters inside passenger's luggage and bags it shows the how Indian Railways is working and how they will fulfill the desire of Prime minister Modi's to make swachh bharat abhiyan succesful.                     Hi, This is in reference to TDR request for refund against PNR Number [protected] for reason "Passenger Not Travelled.", with Reference No :[protected] filed on 31st Jan 2015. I have not received any update so far on the Refund process. Much to my surprise, the TDR history data is not showing this entry (along with so much other data missing like booked history, etc- a concern shared by many users as apparent from so many complaints on comsumercomplaints.in) Except an auto-generated mail after filing of TDR, there has been No update, No notification and on top of that my request goes missing from TDR history. Where did my booked history and TDR request go?. (FYI, I have checked in Old system as well as new Next Gen E-Ticketing system) This is very shameful for nation's largest e-commerce site.                         Hi, I have been writing to IRCTC support team ([protected]@irctc.co.in) about not being able to change my password for IRCTC login, since Apr 7th. However, I have not received a satisfactory response. Today, when I emailed them again about my issue, I got an email from [protected]@irctc.co.in with the following content. I am surprised how come IRCTC Support team can ask for my login and password details like this. Please confirm if this request is acceptable. =================================================== Dear Customer, Please send us your request for password reset with user id using the same email-id that you have mentioned in IRCTC profile to check the authenticity of this mail. We have file TDR before 2 or 3 hour to reach train at boarding station. We have not received any refund till date & time. Only one ticket confirmed & rest of five ticketed wait listed, We could not also travel in Second AC Coach. Recently travelled from Visakapatnam to Hyderabad, I have faced lot of problem in the compartment, I have spent 1100 rupees but there is no service for the money spent... blankets not washed.. lot of bed bugs in the berth.                               i had booked two senior citizen class ac chair car tickets for journey by ac chair car on[protected] by train no.22609 vide PNR no[protected]for journey from kasaragod stn. to calicut stn. the TTE on the said train had issued a form of certificate no.072220 dated[protected] as that day the railway failed to provide a ac chair compartment and advised me to get the refund at calicut station. on[protected]i went to calicut station to get the refund.after being in the que for three hrs i was told to get the refund online as i have booked the tickets on line. i have been trying to submit my refund application online but not able to do so inspite of many attempts. Kindly help and advise.

                                  Hi, I have filed TDR on date "05-Apr-2015" and its has been refused saying "Reason for Repudiate TDR: As per chart, passenger has travelled", but i did not had traveled. So I am requesting for providing the proof I had traveled to train. I am directly saying its another example of corrupt Indian railway Employee (T.T.E) who did not shown on chart, passengers has not joined the train, i guess he sold this ticket to some other person or not doing his job correctly (updating the passengers list).
