Kindly look into the matter and take strict actions against those who are creating a huge traffic during the TATKAL booking hours.     I was travelling in train no 22830 Shalimar to Bhuj from Bilaspur(C.G.) to katni murwara(KMZ) having PNR NO [protected] dated on 19 April 2015 seat no 66 on S6 coach. The condition coach was very poor and unhygenic it was not cleaned from a long time and there were lots of cockroaches roaming here and there in the coach making their shelters inside passenger's luggage and bags it shows the how Indian Railways is working and how they will fulfill the desire of Prime minister Modi's to make swachh bharat abhiyan succesful.       Hi, This is in reference to TDR request for refund against PNR Number [protected] for reason "Passenger Not Travelled.", with Reference No :[protected] filed on 31st Jan 2015. I have not received any update so far on the Refund process. Much to my surprise, the TDR history data is not showing this entry (along with so much other data missing like booked history, etc- a concern shared by many users as apparent from so many complaints on comsumercomplaints.in) Except an auto-generated mail after filing of TDR, there has been No update, No notification and on top of that my request goes missing from TDR history.       Hi,

        TDR rejected even I did not travel

        I would like to compalin about TDR amount not refunded for the ticket I did not travel on. I booked normal ticket for me and my wife from pondicherry to bangalore it was waiting to confirm, later I thought it will not be confirmed and I booked another ticket for both o[censored]s under Tatkal reservation. At the time of chart preparing both tickets got confirmed, then I traveled using Tatkal ticket and filed TDR for normal ticket. Still...

        Hi, I have been writing to IRCTC support team ([protected]@irctc.co.in) about not being able to change my password for IRCTC login, since Apr 7th. However, I have not received a satisfactory response. Today, when I emailed them again about my issue, I got an email from [protected]@irctc.co.in with the following content. I am surprised how come IRCTC Support team can ask for my login and password details like this. Please confirm if this request is acceptable. =================================================== Dear Customer, Please send us your request for password reset with user id using the same email-id that you have mentioned in IRCTC profile to check the authenticity of this mail.           Dear Team, We have file TDR on dated 14.02.2015 for subjected PNR. As update from you it has been repudiate. We have file TDR before 2 or 3 hour to reach train at boarding station. We have not received any refund till date & time. Only one ticket confirmed & rest of five ticketed wait listed, We could not also travel in Second AC Coach.           Dear please wait for at least 3-4 months for getting TDR refund as TDR processing is taking long time by IRCTC. I have also got my TDR refund after 6 months when I felt that it will not come.

Recently travelled from Visakapatnam to Hyderabad, I have faced lot of problem in the compartment, I have spent 1100 rupees but there is no service for the money spent... blankets not washed.. lot of bed bugs in the berth.               i had booked two senior citizen class ac chair car tickets for journey by ac chair car on[protected] by train no.22609 vide PNR no[protected]for journey from kasaragod stn. to calicut stn. the TTE on the said train had issued a form of certificate no.072220 dated[protected] as that day the railway failed to provide a ac chair compartment and advised me to get the refund at calicut station. on[protected]i went to calicut station to get the refund.after being in the que for three hrs i was told to get the refund online as i have booked the tickets on line. i have been trying to submit my refund application online but not able to do so inspite of many attempts. Kindly help and advise.

                  Hi, I have filed TDR on date "05-Apr-2015" and its has been refused saying "Reason for Repudiate TDR: As per chart, passenger has travelled", but i did not had traveled. So I am requesting for providing the proof I had traveled to train. I am directly saying its another example of corrupt Indian railway Employee (T.T.E) who did not shown on chart, passengers has not joined the train, i guess he sold this ticket to some other person or not doing his job correctly (updating the passengers list).                           Hi, This is a question to irctc how can we believe your authorized agent? I trust the agent because he is an authorized agent of railway.I have booked an e-ticket from an irctc authorized agent dt 19/01/2015 for my return journey in feb14th 2015.Due to some unexpected problem I felled to catch the train and informed the agent immediately to cancel the ticket in the same day and time as he has authorized to cancel the ticket .Till date I have not received any amount from him after the cancellation. After our several calls and reminders he has not picked up the phone and we got his personal no from our reliable source and called, finally he picked up the phone when we asked our refund money he is totally ignoring and behave rudely abused and threatened with dire consequences told us not to pay us any amount and challenge to complaint any railway authority and told he don’t care any railway authority as he has paid money and get authority, Unauthorized behavior of these agents. His office is also closed most of the time. Could you please help on this type of cheating done by the agent as soon as possible because this will not only help us but it will help many to protect from this type of cheating people. The license of such agents should be cancelled. Take a strict action against him immediately. I don’t know how many passengers have been suffering like me on daily basis due to appoint of this types of agent .I felt very bad about your authorized agent. It is the wastage of time and money along with the mental and physical harassment as the said procedure would go long and there is no surety of return of my booked ticket money. I would like to request the Indian railway before giving authorization check the agent background, as per our experience this agent is cheater, thief and gundas. Their behavior, dealings are so unprofessional we are totally surprise how Indian railway can appoint such type of person as their authorized agent. I kindly request you to pay your kind attention towards it. This is my horrible and sad experience with your prestigious railway agent.. Please if you could help with this as soon as possible. Hopefully we will get justice from our prestigious Railway organization. I therefore request to you to kindly admit my case and consider it and provide me the required money that to be returned after cancellation of my tickets along with the interest as i felt harassment in this matter.                             SIR A ticket was being booked on 01 Apr 15 at tatkal hours, even though my e ticket booking failed on 01/04/2015 for CPR TO NK journey(06/06/2015) by 11066, payment was debited from my account RS.3226/ ON POS 2002 AT IRCTC TXN #[protected]. A complaint was lodged with the bank but no amount has been cridited in my account till date.The payment was done through debit card.The bank has said that the complain has been raised vide PG[protected] is under progress with the merchant.Till date the complain has not been resolved .Sufficient time has elapsed.Your office is requested to look into the matter and get it resolved at the earliest.                                 I have book a ticket today from kota to jaipur with PNR [protected] under Tatkal. and it was confirmed ticket suddenly at the time of checking of ticket by mistake it was clicked on cancel ticket and ticket was canceld with status of Cancel on ticket. and i have received a mail the ticket is cancelled but there is no amount will be refund to you. sir, there is no cross verification method apply in cancel ticket process it was just an accedent please help me out and refund the amount after deduction of the Tatkal Charges that is 300 Rs/- and other service charges. and there must be a cross verfication method must be applied at the time of cancellation through mobile or etc.

IRCTC only provides access to Railway Passenger Reservation System through its server and internet connectivity to book the ticket through it. Railway and IRCTC are different entities. TDR filed by the customers are directly dealt by the concerened Railway for decision. IRCTC has no role in deciding the refund. On receipt of refund amount from the Railways, it is credited to the account of the customer through same payment gateway which was used while making booking. You can check the status of your TDR claim online at IRCTC website using your login account.                                     its very awkward to say that train no -12968 chennai jaipur express is very worse in every thing .. it has poor maintainence and the very important thing about this train is that they train has nemours numbers of beggers visiting in every 10 to 15 minutes ... it is making travelling very wrost than ever ... its like they train has more of slum people... so please take some immediate steps on this ...

                                      Dear Sir, I booked a ticket for two persons with PNR No.- [protected], from Kanpur to Anand Vihar by Train No.- 13131, Date of Journey was 14.03.2015, Class - 3AC. The train was scheduled to depart 23.15 hrs. From Kanpur, but the train got delayed by more than 4 hrs. Ultimately I filed for TDR on 15.03.2015 at 04.13.03 hrs. Registration No. CNR190315W83710, which has been repudiated with reason "TDR NOT FILED WITHIN ACTUAL DEPARTURE OF TRAIN" Vide cancellation ID No.-[protected]. When we had not traveled on above mentioned ticket due to delay of train for more than 4 hours and filed TDR before actual departure of train, IRCTC should refund my money in full. Keeping in view of above facts we request you to kindly do the needful and please help me to get my refund.
