Nearly 9 months are going to be over but still there is no response except stories.
Kindly confirm reply IMMEDIATELY or the matter would be reported to Higher Authorities/
Consumer cell for refund of same.

This has reference to the air ticket booked thru your site -IRCTC for my Daughter Harshita Joshi .
This ticket was for sector -LUCKNOW - DELHI -KOLKATTA thru JETCONNECT dated 29th Aug 2014.

However since the flight was very late the ticked had to be cancelled partly for LUCKNOW - DELHI sector and the JETCONNECT issued the refund receipt for cancellation + Boarding pass for DEL-KOL sector.
Subsequently this led to further delay and JET Connecting flight for DELHI -KOLKATTA sector also left / was missed . However the AIR INDIA Commander issued necessary instructions and the ticket was switched over from JET to AIR INDIA without any problem on surrendering the same .
JETCONNECT REFUND CLAIM LETTER SHOWN [ COPY ALSO ADDED ]
It is nearly a month has passed and the AIR TICKET REFUND is still held up / awaited .
On calling JET CONNECT they advised to contact IRCTC. And IRCTC call center is not responding to same .
Kindly confirm refund details on to my Bank Account at the earliest.
