Dear reader Myself Amrit couple of years ago I created an id on IRCTC but unfortunately I forgot my user id as well as my password as I was not frequently using my account . The problem further persisted when ever I wanted to create a new id it says your email id and mobile number is registered with us as A[protected] and when I click on reset password it says your id doesn't exist . Hence due to this I cannot create a new id on IRCTC ......

Dear Sir/Mam, I am trying to book Tatkal tickets from my personal IRCTC ID, but error is coming which says "You are Permitted only 2 transactions between 8 AM to 10 AM per IP address/user ID" Surprisingly the error statement is completely wrong as i have not booked 2 tickets between 8 to 10 even not within a week.
