Respected Sir, I M.V.MADHUKAR REDDY had booked a ticket on[protected] in the form of Tatkal Destination From Secunderabad to Visakhapatnam...where i got the confirmation message about the deduction of my money from my SBI Savings account No. [protected] AS RAO NAGAR BRANCH. Where i had lodged a compain with the bank also and here after they asked me to mail a complaint to the IRCTC also.where in my irctc login details i got the failed transaction details where i had taken a screen shot am attaching the file so please help to refund my money back.     Vide PNR No.[protected] I booked two AC Chair Car tickets by Swaran Shatabdi from NDLS to JUC (Jalandhar City) on 25 Apr 15 for self (SP Chhabra, age 65 yrs+) and wife (Mrs Kamal Chhabra, age 62 yrs+). Confirmed seats allotted are in Bogey C-1 and C-12. Wonder we both being senior citizens over 65 and 62 years of age can travel so called together and so separately. At the time of booking Availability Chart showed 48 clear seats. By all accounts, on an average there could be 4 seats in each bogey. Even if we request another passenger to shift from C-1 to C-12, who will move ? Please develop your seat allotment software so as to accommodate passengers in the same or at the most next close compartment and not to the farthest end of the train. We hope you realise our problem and find a solution. Can we request for courtesy of a quick and responsible response ?       I had book ed 2 tickets through IRCTC on Internet Banking system o[censored]nion Bank of India, one was on 26th March, 2015 PNR No. [protected] from ERS to MDS, Train No. 16128 and another was on 27th March, 2015 PNR No.[protected] from MDS to ERS, Train No. 16127. But I cancelled both tickets on 1st April, 2015 and I received massage from IRCTC stating that refund money will be credited in your Account. But till not I did not receive any refund amount of Rs. 140.00 and Rs. 125.00 for both tickets. I contacted with Union Bank of India and they told me that they have not received any refund amount from IRCTC. Please see this matter and do the needful.

        Dear IRCTC Complaint Services, Today i tried to book Tatkal booking Kota J. to New Delhi but the online IRCTC services is not working prooperly and took more than 1 hour to book a singel ticket.           I was Booking A ticket since 10 am an the website is not opening after 5 min it gets refresh and it was urgent for me to book the ticket the whole system is corrupt and at 10 57 am the site goes under maintenance activity they are making people mad all the irctc is corrupt they book ticket only for agent it is bad service for people the government should see for common people not for the agent we are the one because of our they are in the government

            I have cancelled a ticket vide transaction ID [protected] and cancellation ID [protected] dt. 17.03.15 and the status shows the refund amount has been credited to HDFC bank, Regret to say that I have purchased the ticket through SBI credit card in JANUARY'15. No amount has been credited to my said A/C. Necessary action may please be taken so that the amount ie. Rs 2370=00 be refunded immediately.

                On 23.02.2015 booked online ticket for a journey from Tellicherry to Trichur on 02.03.2015 for 6 persons by train No. 22150. On arriving the station it is informed that train is running late by more than 6 hours. As the purpose would not be served we have cancelled the ticket and filed TDR for which the details are furnished below. PNR : [protected] Tr. ID [protected] TDR Reg: BSR070315W65062 Cancellation ID [protected] Status is seen CR Registered for the last one month. Please arrange to refund our amount immediately.

                  on 4th of this month I was trying to book a II tier AC ticket from Bagalkot to Yeshwanth pur(Bangalore). An amount of Rs 1742 was deducted from my account(checked from Bank and is reflected in my bank passbook-SBI, Hebbal, Bangalore). The ticket was not booked (due to some error) and amount is not refunded so far till 8th April 2015. How to get it resolved?

                    Dear Sir / Madam, I have cancelled Tatkal ticket from Gulbarge to Guntakal Train No. 11013/COIMBATORE Exp vide PRN No: [protected] Dated:[protected] due to delay train by 3 Hours 20 min. TDR has been filed on[protected] & same has been attached. More than Four months had been lapsed of filling TDR, still I am not get the any refund from your end. Please confirm the refund status on priority. Train delay by 3.20 Min as Railway enquiry system screen shot & train ticket cancelled (TDR) details is attached for your refernce.

                        Dear Sir/Mam I booked an air ticket vide PNR no.K3JPTY on 2.04.2015 and on the same day i cancelled the ticket. Just after the cancellation i talked to the customer care of Indigo and they informed me that they have refunded the entire amount to IRCTC. But when i contacted IRCTC through mail 0n 02.04.2015 they informed me that it will be refunded in 5 to 6 days but i did not get any credit. When i again contacted IRCTC thrugh Mail on 06.04.2015, they said it will take another 15 days. Its beyond my comprehension that why there is so much delay when u have alreday got the money from Airlines. Moreover i think the customer care are extending the time without looking at the problem and not adhere the guidelines. Hence pls furnish me the refund policy of the IRCTC and advise me the status of the refund. Regards Sanket Sharma [protected]

Due to plan change I have cancelled the tickets. 1st partial for one person and second time for other two people, which means complete ticket is cancelled. The booking amount paid Rs.2242.48. Check and re-fund the amount Rs.1300 (620 +680) to my account as soon possible. Attached IRCTC transaction details for reference. Do reach me over my mobile ([protected]) if you require any further details. After the above complaint have sent 16 mails to IRCTC till amount not created. 24th March got a reply "Kindly note that we have given credit instructions to payment gateway against the PNR NOs [protected]/ [protected] . It will reflect in your account at the earliest." to the complaint ID :- 1134892. After this no update from IRCTC and though after the multiple reminders only get auto reply. Today i reached to customer care[protected] the Customer Care Executive again she is asked to write mail and wait. She was not ready to help too and no basic courtesy too. Kindly help me.                           Hi, Please aware on this site. The movement I have submitted my complaint got a call from [protected] (Support HelpLine as for True caller) by name Vishal and he was said from IRCTC and will re-fund the amount directly to my card. He collected my card details and he tried for an online transaction and asked to share the OTP. It was a fraud call and please be aware on these type of calls. I am going raise a complaint on this number.

                                    The Transaction bearing the transaction ID [protected], was for reservation of 2 Seats from Mangalore to Bangalore. But due to non - availability of Seats of the Preferred Berth, the seats where not reserved. It says, the payments has been settled, how ever I have not received the same in my Bank A/C so far.

                                      Iam traveling in 12697, chennai - Trivandrum sup fast exp in B1/ 41. Yesterday I had boarded from Podanur. That time I had asked the attender to change the pillow cover . He had taken the pillow with him and brought back the same without any change. When I asked him, he had shouted on me that he can't buy new pillow for me from Erode .After making a complaint to theTTE only he had changed it. From the mid-night onwards he is switching on the lights of each compartment and making everyone wake up without any reason at each and every half an hour.At 0530 he had switched on the lights of whole compartment and collecting the bedsheets and pillows and was telling that it is rule to switch on the lights at Kazhakkootam but at the same time the trian has just left kollam jn.
