Customer care me bat karne par jawab diya gaya ki 5 din me paisa aapke acc. me aayega.     I Vivek Verma booked premium tatkal ticket transaction id [protected] for 2 A.C from Bandra Terminus to Lucknow Junction for myself vivek verma paid through ICICI credit card via ICICI card gateway . During payment final amount was 2790 Rs + taxes.So i proceed for pay now option but when i got ticket irctc charged 4980 rs + sc- 22.47 + pg charges so total Amount charged through credit card was Rs 5002.47 . So i tried to cancel the ticket because ammount charged was much more then showed on screen. & my ticket got cancelled but the fact that premium tatkal tickets can not be cancelled after booking . When i asked for extra ammount charged with customer care of IRCTC at Delhi on Customer Care No.[protected]. she told me that the ammount showing to your screen at time, pay now option, that will be charged but extra charges deducted because of delay from bank icici which issued late OTP.As per IRCTC, bank is responsible for extra charges. When i contacted ICICI bank Customer care [protected] they told bank had paid only ammount which was forwarded by irctc site. i saw ammount 2790 + taxes for ticket but i got very late OTP. Why bank delayed OTP, ( and why 3d security password option not there for pay where as for normal tickets 3d security password option showing ) when i already have 3d security password and because of delay i charged for extra ammount . So my question is 1) how the change in charged ammount happens and when i agreed to pay some amount for ticket so how irctc can change that ammount after my confirmation for previous ammount & 2) why bank delayed OTP AND why bank send OTP if i already have 3d security password for online transactions which is faster then OTP option bank has to pay me back the extra ammount charged. waiting for an early response.

      there have been 2 emails exchanged between me and the customer care and they are not willing to refund my money..been more than a month asking it back.. Saale chor logg.. see the last 3 emails Dear Customer, Kindly note that the refund case pertaining to PNR No. [protected] has been regretted by Railways. On verification railway has conveyed that the passenger(s) have/has travelled. In case you have any proof like attendance sheet duly signed by employer, alternate travelling details of not traveling then please specify so that we can again forward your case to the concerned Railways to reconsider. I would request you to teminate the Employee who has been convicted for the Extra Marital affairs as it destorys the family which results in Crime. Infidelity should be taken seriously and Employees should monitor this

          We were on a trip to Golden Temple. I was with my friend ( girl ) and her mother. While returning back to Mumbai on 20.02.2015, we were having TATKAL ticket, the ticket agent booked the ticket on my friend name instead of her mother name . While I & her mother were carrying the valid original ID proof, she was not having any ID. On the way, a ticket checker was checking and told us that the main name on the chart should carry the ID proof. When we told HIM that she doesnt have her ID and instead her mother is there who has ORIGINAL ID proof, he told that it s not valid and told us to get down otherwise he will called the RPF. He was continoulsy threatening us with the name of the RPF or we should pay the ticket fare + penalty. When we showed them the electronic ID proof, he told us that its not valid and started yelling us as we are terrorist or we were travelling withour ticket. As I was with 2 women, i have to pay the ticekt fare + penalty( i.e.Rs.1255 *3 = Rs.3765/- ). We told him to show us the division of the penalty, he again started threatening us with the name of the RPF. So i request you to clear me in this matter. I even have his LICENSE NUMBER . Can i complain against him in the railway or what should i do Thnaks, Hemant Thakur ( [protected])

              Hi, This is in reference with the PNR: [protected]. The train was running late by 2 hrs 15 mins due to which I did not travel. I applied online for TDR vide TDR number Transaction ID: [protected]. Following are the details of the TDR Status: Reason For TDR: Passenger Not Travelled. TDR Filing Date: 24-Jan-2015 00:36:16 HRS TDR Status: CR Repudiate Cancellation ID: [protected] TDR Zone: NORTHERN RAILWAY (NR) Reason for TDR Registration Failed: Invalid TDR Timestmap : CNF As per my information the time to file TDR is 2hrs after the train departs from the station. Since the train was running late it departed at 11:25 pm from Chandigarh Station. Hence my TDR request was well within the mentioned TimeStamp. Please provide me a clarification as to why the request has been repudiated. Thanks, Ankita

                tried booking ticket from pune jn to secunderabad on 23.02.2015 at 11:02:27 ( IP 223.188.89.162 ) to travel on 25.02. 2015 by Shatabdi exp. payment of 1787 has been debited from my account without booking ticket. Again i had to book ticket for the same train. Pl refund the the amount debited for the first booking.

                  I had registered TDR against train cancellation on 30/12/2014 almost 50 days ago. But still it shows refund under process. On calling IRCTC customer care they always says its under process. My reference no for TDR filing is ekt[protected] and PNR no. for the ticket is [protected].                     Dear Sir/Madam, I am a personal user of IRCTC online ticket booking facility since long. Tatkal booking is allowed both online and on ticket counter for retail customers from 10 am and for agents from 12 noon. However, when I have tried to book tatkal tickets online using my personal user Id and password, a pop message has been displayed "tatkal booking is not allowed between 8am to 12 noon". Due to the above reason I have faced problems in availing the online tatkal booking facility of irctc. Therefore I would like to seek clarification from you regarding the following : a) why is the online tatkal booking not allowed for retail customers from 10 am. b) how can a retail customer use online system to book a tatkal ticket.                       Dear Sir/Ma'am, As per Indian railway department rules and regulation two wheeler parking charge is (0 - 4 Hours) should be Rs.5 but Bangalore main railway station, station code: SBC (Back gate, Near Okalipuram) collecting double it means Rs.10 and if asked anything they reply it has been changed last 3 days back but instruction board showing as 0-4 Hours is Rs.5 and remaining amount will go to their pocket Every day minimum 500 bikes will park and most of the bikes will go within 4 hours so for ex: if 300 bikes means 300*5 = Rs.1500 per day, then think about monthly how much they are collecting extra money from the people. There is no any proof from the people to complaint any one because they will show to us only timing receipt, amount details nothing update in the receipt. My concern is why we have to pay more; our Government wants to see without corruption but small things will happen more corruption Requesting you all please take seriousness on this and take action quickly so it will help full to the Government and people. Hope for the best result from your end, waiting reply.

                        Sir, Recently i travelled to Mumbai from Jaipur via garib rath on 12th feb'15...I was shocked to see that the pantry car{Meals on Wheels) is asking for high charge of all the food items...Normal tea they are charging Rs 10 which should not cost more than 7 as approved by irctc...As a responsible person i asked the manager of the pantry car to come and discuss the matter for which he tried to influence me by offering free tea...I was most shocked when i came to know that people are paying the same amount for more than 3 months in this train...Really felt bad how these people are looting the common people and irctc people are keeping their mouth shut inspite knowing what all is going on...even TT tried to get this matter off...I can make out at what level this corruption is going on...for every tea i[censored] r charging extra Rs.3 from each one then you can imagine how much money those people are making in a single journey...and this is not just about tea...for all other food items they are charging unnecessarily high cost and irctc people are keeping their eyes off...I will definitely take this matter forward..I am having the contact no. of manager also so that you can take some action against him

                          Sir I have been travelling on 3T-AC Jammu Mail frequently. Hand Towels are not provided in the bedding packet provided, even though the it is mentioned on the cover that it contains Hand Towels, 2 Bedsheets etc. It is provided only On Demand and that too after lot of hassles. the TTEs know about it, but dont do much. I have lodged complaints, but i am yet to hear anything about it. So when they dont provide Hand towels, why should IRCTC charge for that ? I demand the fares be reduced accordingly.. hari

                            Dear Sir, I travelled with my wife and son from Tatanagar to Baroda by Howrah Ahmedabad Express(12834) on 19/02/2015 - PNR NO. [protected]. Seat no B 1 - 41, 43, 44. Used bed roll and napkin was supplied by the attendant. Actually TTE allotted our seat to some unauthorised passengers from Howrah to Tatanagar. Those passengers got down at Tatanagar. Such acts of TTE should be immediately stopped. The attendant also kept the doors of Train open through out the journey and unauthorised passengers frequently entered the coach.                                 I was booked train ticket 02/02/2015 from Hubli to Yeswanthpu but it was that time failed to booked train ticket & in my account it was debited Rs.1554, 7 still irs not credited to my account kindly rectify this problem as soon as possible.                                       i S R Rajasekharan hold the ticket by garibrath exp from secbad to rajamundry to day ie, 20.02.2015 with pnr no[protected] train no 12740.yesterday i visited your counter at7.50pm at vidyanagar.thecounter was closed with placing the books at window.when i requested to change my boarding point from secbad to kazipet she replied that it is not possible and it is to be done two days advance.when i told that i contacted 139 enquiry and they told that it can be done before 24 hours she replied the time is over.however it is not so.we contacted the in charge .She advised to launch e complaint for speedy redressal.hence made now. The travel is for a cancer patient aged 82 years.THE EMPOLYEES HAVE NO RESPECT FOR JOB AND LACK PUNCTUALITY AND MANNERS, S R RAJASEKHARAN MOBILE [protected]

                                        I'm travelling today with my family on 16714 RMM-CHENNAI EXP, our reserved seats are B3 coach seat no 1-6. When went to sleep, within 1 hour we have to got out of sleeping because maximum members of our team suffering with lot irritation and we found lot of bugs on our berths. Already many bugs were also scattered through our clothes. It was terrible situation last night and we have spent the night without sleep . I think this is a matter of lack of service and negligence. Please inform me what steps are taken. Other wise I have to take further steps. SUBRATA GUHA/M/45/ B3 1-6
