TDR filed but I have not got any refund and there is no Mail from IRCTC

Not able to book Tatkal Ticket 10 AM onwards

I was trying to book Tatkal ticket from Pune to Bina on 15 Jan 2015 at around 10 AM, but everytime IRCTC server showed the error "You are permitted only 2 Tatkal tickets between 10 AM to 12 PM per IP address". I have not booked even a single ticket even in the last one month, but still it is showing the error. Even at around 10:01 AM waiting list reached upto 50, as a result couldnt get any ticket. I am pissed off by the services of IRCTC....

A wide range of corruption in railway ticket bookings

During the festival times, all the transactions are failing, It must be because of corruption by some IRCTC officials, railways officials, and ticket brokers...I ask for independent inquiry in this issue. I am going to write directly to Prime Minister and Rail minister, If proper inquiry is not conducted..Here, Railway Ticket bookings have become most corrupted one, benefiting above said groups.....

Charging extra on cancellation of waitlisted e-ticket.

I have booked a ticket on 21-Nov-2014 for travel on 13-Jan-2015 with PNR no [protected]. However, my plans changed and I cancelled the ticket. During booking, the ticket ticket is in WL40. As per the rules, I have to get refund after deducting only nominal charges. But as per the mail received from IRCTC after cancellation, I will be receiving only INR 315 as refund.
