PNR : [protected] A1 31 LB A1 32 UB My Parents are travelling in kerala Exp.They did reservation on kerala Exp and they got seat on A1 Coach.they are senior citizen.COACH has been changed without any intimation at last moment.Now they allotted UB.how can you allot a seat UB for senior citizen. even told about this to TT also even he is also not respond about this.Its your fault.if we have a LB then you should provide us same seat. or alot atleast one lower birth. how can you provide both UB seat for citizen.     I Mrs Sangita Sawalkar have just booked two tickets today around 3:55 pm of date 14th april 2015, TRAIN NAME-MHRST SMPRK EX TIME=11:10-15:49 JOURNEY-VADODARA-BORIVALI STATION I Have received a message of axis bank that Rs 531.24 was deducted on[protected] at 03:57pm .I have checked transaction details but it has not been displayed on irctc website this states that the above ticket has not been booked and Rs 531.24 has been deducted for a invalid reason from my axis bank saving account.Kindly refund the above amount in my axis bank saving account with intimation to me. contact number - [protected]

      I filled a form of a ticket online in tatkal quota today and the amount was deducted from my account even though the ticket was not booked. Booking transaction id.:[protected]P Please look into the matter ASAP and refund the deducted amount as the ticket was not booked as the transaction failed.

      Kindly note,
      During Vacation time its impossible to book a confirmed reservation or tatkal ticket as according to me IRCTC gives all its tickets to its authorised agents to loot people who charged between 500-1000 per sleeper class ticket.
      Railways are not taking any action against them and that is the reason we are suffering.
      I gave many complaints to them but all were unanswered.

        Hi My and everyone's concern is why waiting tickets booked through electronic system is not allowed for the passengers even when they expect that their waiting list should have confirmed and they spend the equal amout while processing Than nd there they are allowed to even board the train Kindly change this rule of IRCTC so that it can help us Thanks

        This is the earning tricks of railways and IRCTC because they know that even waiting list tickets won't get confirmed they will get cancellation amount of Rs.70/- and if we travelled with waiting list ticket we will be charged according to ticketless traveler rules. Any how we only suffer and they keep on extorting our hard earned money.

            I Prasanna Rane user uu222 was booking my ticket during 10 am to 10 :15 when i booked my ticket first time the process stopped between banking transaction and waited 3minutes didnt responded and no confirmation message came and then I booked my tickted again this time it was successful and Also message of Confirmation came.But Then at 10:19 message came of 1st ticket confirmation.

              i, jaganathan, was trying to book sleeper ticket from thirupathi to salem junction in 17230 sabari express on 3rd march 2015. i have seen the seat availability which was waiting list 29.30 i filled the form and made payment through icici bank atm card for rs. 267.48. i got the message that as there is no seat, no ticket has been issued. but in my message through my cell no. [protected], the icici bank has sent message that rs. 267.48 has been debited for the purchase of ticket through irctc. please refund the amount at the earliest please.

                Dear Concern, Today on 7th March I did a Tatkal booking for 8th March for 2 passengers. I made the payment through my credit card. The payment went through and I got an email and a sms for the same but to my surprise the TICKETS were not issued!!! Now, my parents (senior citizens) have to travel tomorrow.                     Sir, During first booking the payment has been deducted but during process the booking failed found. so i log out and login again. I checked my booking history but no booked ticked found. Then i go to book ticked again in that 2 times bank session expired and after that i booked my ticked. So when i checked my booking history. i found 2 ticked booked for the same and in same compartment. I cancelled one of the two.. Pls do need ful and please refund me for that is it was not my mistake. This is the server mistake.

                        On 06/03/2015, i want to book ticket for going to agra for my brother journy date 07/03/2015 train name patnp kota 13237. Problem- when i was booking ticket a problem occured a massage displayed "you are only permitted to book 2 tickets between 10am to 12 pm on same ip address." But i could not book a single ticket in such time. Same problem i have faced 2 times more before tw months The question arises Is there a prolem with irctc Or Irctc site could be hacked.                         Its the strategy of IRCTC and they want you to book ticket through agents only by doing this for which they are getting commissions. Its not just you, there are millions of people in india facing this issue and railways are not paying any heed to it.
                        IRCTC is a cheater and gives all the tickets to its agents to earn huge income.

                          Hi, while booking tickets through irctc the captche is major issue. While login also while going for payment page if we give valid captche also it is showing as invalid. Because of this issue we have missed tickets many times. Kindly resolve this.

                            Dear Sir/mam Train no.18405 puri - ahemdabad express Pnr no..[protected] coach no.A1 seat no.19 Sir I have been travel in this train & also this coach 5 long years, I have complain abt this coach manually so many times bcz the coach Is very old & bad conditions I think sleepar class coach is much better than this AC coach so plz sir improve coach quality otherwise provide new coach

                              pnr no-[protected], DOJ-1/3/2015, SL, S5, 46. SIR/MAM that day of journy i had booked a ticket. but sonme other person occupied my seat. he starts from tpty and he shows the same no what i shown. then immidiatley i had moved to TC/TT and requestd to provide my seat. he told to me i will come. i am watitng morethan 2 hrs and again go to him and ask about my bearth. he again said that i wll come. " the full night form 8-00pm to 8-00 am the night i had traveld on by standing near foot path" i had already paid money, my bearth was confromed but i am not getting my seat. 4th time i am going to tc/tt he said that other prson seat was updated and it was in B3. i am requsted him to sit in b3 he wat not accept my request. pls understand my problem and thing form my side. my irctc login id was " alapati91" pls cal me back [protected]

                                sir, while travelling in train no. 13240 on dated 1/3/2015. i found that condition of coaches is unhygience i.e stink smell is coming out from toilet, toilet paper, hand wash, and water is not available. And insecets were moving freely on the beds. floor of the coaches were dirty . Bad smell are coming from the coaches. please solve the problem immediately.

                                  I have booked a ticket, while booking it was showing availability of 140 tatkal seats but within 1 minutes while I have entered payment details My ticket was booked with 55 waiting. Okey no issue, But while refunding money By automatic cancellation they have deducted a good amount of 40 rs + other charges. My concern is that If I am deliberately cancelling my ticket then you may charge, but when unconfirmed e ticket is not valid for travelling why you are booking so many waiting and still much worse that you are charging for it. This is really a loot. Please stop it.

                                  Ya everyone knows this and only indian railways are unaware about this and not taking any action against IRCTC..
                                  IRCTC sells all its tickets to its authorised agents who charged between Rs.600-1000 per sleeper class ticket and can issue ticket within few hours.
                                  They all are here to loot public and gives useless reason that there are many counters and according to them it was booked from counters. Now anyone explain is it possible to get 500 tickets from ticket counter within 5 mins ? In india its not possible..
                                  Hope indian railway takes action against IRCTC and give contract to some trusted company..
                                  Regarding PNR Number: [protected] I have complaint regarding the Tatkal ticket cancellation process :1. I booked tickets in Tatkal Quota from Mumbai to Jaipur DOJ 7th March 2014 2. 6th March evening I noticed 1 ticket was waitlisted and hence decided to cancel the ticket as it was mandatory for both passengers to travel together as they are senior citizens.3. After cancellation I noticed that out of 3500 Rs only Rs 1715 were reversed.4. I didn't get any prompt about the money deducted before the final cancellation confirmation.5. As per the commercial transaction guidelines for Online transactions we should have been informed of the deduction charges at the time of cancellation before the final click, not doing the same is a cheating with consumer.6. When we called up IRCTC customer care ( From - [protected] to [protected]) we were told by CC agent Gaurav blandly that we should have waited for last 6 hours and during that time full refund would have been processed. This point is not mentioned anywhere in the guidelines for the cancellation transactions.I demand refund of the full amount of this ticket and also I want answer to my complaint on point no. 5 and 6 mentioned above. As I believe there is no financial loss to IRCTC and Indian Railways due to my cancellation as that one birth will anyways be allocated to another passenger My money should be refunded.

I filed the TDR for 2nd passenger at 21/12/2014 (same day as DOJ), because the train was late more than 3 HRS and passenger not traveled. Thus I file TDR and yet the refund not come in my account. And the details of this tickets is not in my IRCTC Account ID, so i can not check the progress status of refund.                                         I have travelled vide [protected] in 12478 jammu jat exp S-10 berth number 72. Sir, there was no water available in toilet. No persion has caqmefor cleaning the toilet even single time. Even there was no water in toilet, people were still using that toilet. PM and railway minister say lot on swach bharat, where as on ground reality does not come with only words. you have to show some thing on ground. Rates of item sold in pentry car, rate list may be pasted in all the compartment of coaches to avoid mal functioning. TT's are full of corruption plz look into the matter.
