    my pnr no is [protected].actual time of the train on 1st nov 2014 at 00.20 am but the train was late for more than 5 hours and i had filed tdr before the actual departure of the train at 3.33 am.its been more than 2 months and i have not got the refund.it was ac 1 class ticket.I am fedup of writing mails to tdrprocess @irctc.co.in.They say the train departed at right time.how can they lie when i was at the station all night and ultimately had to cancel my trip and catch a morning train to howrah.i have suffered a big loss. refund my money as soon as possible

      Respected Sir, I was about to travel by POORVA EXPRESS (12303) from CHITTARANJAN to PATNA in 3rd AC with 5 more family members along with me on 30th January, 2015. But due to some technical issues train was diverted from ASANSOL via GAYA and did not reach CHITTARANJAN. Hence we could not commence our journey. I filed the TDR on 1st February, 2015 but still the status is showing as CR REGISTERED and I have not got the amount back.       Even making complaints on this site is of no use, it has been more than 60 days no updates from railway side and even this site is silent...pathetic service from both
      Now it has been more than a month still no intimation from IRCTC. Really frustrated.

        I had booked two tickets in 3rd AC on 09th January 2015 from Kanpur (CNB) to Gaya Junction (GAYA) in Train No. 22858, Transaction ID is [protected] and PNR No. is [protected]. After Charting done but before leaving the Train I had cancelled the ticket and also filed TDR but from that day till now continue showing CR Registration only, coudn't get the Refund amount.             My Sister named Ms. Pooja Uttam travelled from Ghaziabad to Amethi in First AC on 17 Feb 2015 (HA1/A/1/LB), PNR Number [protected]. Someone stolen his purse there having 5000 Rs. aprox, 2 ATMs on it. She didn't left her purse while using washroom, only while sleeping she put her purse below her head. Please take action on that.               Recently I tried to book a ticket through Internet at the railways website IRCTC Online Passenger Reservation Site for Mumbai-Varanasi train. I have made transaction but failed to ticket within one minute of time all the tickets were sold out and it was showing waiting list for all the trains every day. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE???????? There is some major Blunder going on. Please look into the matter.

                Excess charges of food by meals on wheels

                Sir,
                Meals on wheels provide food to passenger on train 12311 and 12312 but they are charging lunch (veg-- rice, dal, sabzi, , water 250 ml ) at Rs 100 and Non veg (egg) at Rs 105. the rates are more than the specified rate .
                please look into the matter urgently....

                        I had booked four tickets in 3A from Jalandher Cant (JRC) to Jaipur (JP) with PNR no [protected] and [protected] and two tickets from in 3A from Jalandher cant (JRC) to Ajmer (AII) with PNR no [protected] for 19/01/2015 in train no 12414 running from Jammu Tavi to Ajmer (Pooja Express). The train was cancelled by railways due to bad weather conditions. I have not received the refund amount of the above tickets till date. please refund the same amount

                            I tried booking my ticket from LTT to GKP on IRCTC site. But when I clicked on book at 8:00 AM in morning it got stuck and when I again tried within 15 second it is shown as regret. It is not possible without having fraud involved in this. Some authority should audit this matter as it involve scam against the public interest.

                              Dear Sir, I am Rahul Goyal, Age: 26, Civil Engineer by profession, i was travelling from Gwalior to New Delhi on 15th Feb 2015 from DADAR AMRITSAR EXPRESS, as I travel very frequently on this route so was not at all bothered regarding my luggage, I put my luggage under my seat, had got lower seat, but yesterday I experienced a horrible situation, my luggage got torn by rats and inside there were clothes and electronic valuables which got also torn by rats, and this is only due to bad house keeping of IRCTC, my luggage is of AMERICAN TOURISTER which is not of a local brand, and it got fully torn, so you know how wild types of rats IRCTC is carrying in trains and no house keeper is concerned even, just think what will be the situation of food in pantry. I request IRCTC to mull about this and IRCTC should give me compensation against my damages. I hope IRCTC will respond me in justice because it is the problem I faced from your end only. As my ticket was RAC so i asked the TT for confirmed seat as seats were available in the bogie but the TT denied and was asking money for confirmed seat. Kindly look into the matter seriously .

                                      During Rush Period (For Vacation Journey) its impossible to book a ticket especially in North Side trains like Udyog Nagri Express and Pushpak Express. I tried booking ticket from 8.00am on 15.02.2015 for 16.04.2015 journey and at that time the ticket status was showing as Available 458 tickets but when i clicked book and entered passengers details then automatically i got logged out and again when i tried to booked a ticket the available status was changed to waiting list 315 (WL315). Now is it possible that all 450+ ticket was booked within 5-10 seconds ? Its possible only if robots are booking tickets and it means there is some corruption going on which indian railways should thoroughly enquire about this. As irctc authorised agents are charging Rs.500/- + for booking single ticket. So its high time irctc contract should be cancelled..
