I tried to book the ticket of Shri BK Thapar from Moradabad to Chandigarh in RMR-CDG express (Train No. 15031) through irctc online site for Feb.16, 2015. I filled all the details but the ticket was not booked. however, Rs 322.47 were deducted from my SBI Account.On the IRCTC screen the message was displayed " Rejected from Bank{ Transaction Id: [protected]} You can choose another payment option and try again" Therefore, i again filled all the details with another SBI account but again ticket was not booked. However Rs 322.47 was again deducted from my SBI account. This time also a message appeared on IRCTC screen " Rejected from bank { Transaction No. [protected]} You can chhose another payment mode and try again. Thus there are two times when ticket was not booked but each time money was deducted from my SBI accounts.
You are requested to look into the matter and refund Rs. 644.94 back into my respective SBI accounts at the earliest.

    I booked one ticket for[protected] by 12509 from Bangalore City Jn. to Guwahati in 3A through E-Ticketing using SBI debit card for which an amount of Rs. 2363.00 has been deducted from my account for which confirmation has been sent in mobile no. vide POS SBIRCTC at IRCTC txn #[protected], but the ticket has not been generated yet. Kindly refund the amount immediately to avoid legal complication.

        Dear IRCTC team I am Veankateshkumar D ticket not generated but 4 time Rs 672.48 amount or payment deducted from bank account by net banking total Rs 2689.92, I have done an online transaction to purchase E ticket, after the payment was made through ICICI bank Internet banking the amount Rs 2689.92 got debited from my bank account, following message displayed on screen DOWNTIME MESSAGE DUE TO MAINTENANCE ACTIVITY E TICKETING SERVICE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.           Hello, I tried to book the tatkal tickets from Bandra Terminus(BDTS) to Marwar Jn.(MJ) junction for date 13-Feb-2015. I filled all the details and Payment was successful, but the Ticket was not booked. I got below error messages, - weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceLimitException: No resources currently available in pool Eticekting-DataSource to allocate to applications, please increase the size of pool and retry. This happened for 3 times when I tried to book tickets, each time i got the same error.             Ticket not generated and payment deducted - I have done an online transaction to purchase an e-ticket. After the payment was made through SBI bank Internet banking the amount Rs.1301.24 got debited from my bank account. Following message is displayed on the screen: DOWNTIME MESSAGE DUE TO MAINTENANCE ACTIVITY E-TICKETING SERVICE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. INCONVENIENCE CAUSED IS DEEPLY REGRETTED. I got an sms citing the transaction particulars. Unfortunately, I could not able to check the transactions or generated ticket. Sir please refund me my amount immediately or generate my tickets.               I have booked a Tatkal ticket from NDLS to NGP for AP EXPRESS on 30th Jan, 2015 and Date of Journey was 31st Jan, 2015. For reason ' it was in waiting list so i cancelled the ticket and when i was cancelling the ticket only rs.35 should be charged out of rs.1720, there was a message from irctc stating that amount will be refunded but it is been 12 days but the amount has not refunded yet. So I request to you, please refund my EFT amount.                 sir today 12.2.2015 i have booked tatkal ticket from hospet to bangalore, the amount is deducted from my account but during process i didnt get any pnr or berth details it is showing etecketing server mtnce problem. Like this i have done today 3 transactions thinking that payment not happened, but 3 times amount deducted from my account but i didnt get the any pnr or seating details, now the site is showing that mtnce problem. hence kindly give the berth details or give back the amount for 3 transactions done. mob:[protected]

                    Respected Sir/madam, I have been booking tickets chennai to bangalore (bangalore mail) in tatkal for the last three weeks my tickets are not booked showing an error service is temporarily suspended so there is no use of tatkal in the train . After transaction my ticket is not booked and it is one of the worst scenarios .Request another train from chennai to bangalore.

                        I have done an online transaction to purchase an e-ticket. After the payment was made through SBI Debit card no. 622xxxxxxxxxxxxx842 for a purchase worth Rs. 1211 on the amount Rs. 1211 got debited from my SBI account. I also got an sms citing the transaction particulars. Unfortunately, neither my tickets has been generated nor my IRCTC account shows any such transaction. Sir please refund me my balance immediately. or generated my tickets. Also, while booking through Net banking, SBI online banking site is not being directed to. This creates a huge problem while booking tickets during TATKAL booking. Pls resolve this grave issue at the earliest

                        I totally agree Ambarish, its really very troublesome, sometimes specially during TATKAL Booking.

                              Dear Sir, Today while I was travelling in TRAIN number 17015 (VISAKHA EXPRESS) coach no.S12 from Bhubaneswar to Chatrapur, I have seen the coach was not cleaned. I have taken some photos of that coach. I do not know what amount of money is spent for cleaning of these coaches, but surely I want know what action taken against the staff for this gross irresponsibility. Thanking you.                               I'm travelling today i.e 19.04.2015 by train 19804 from Jammu Tawi. The AC compartment toilets were not cleaned at all from inside & has been brought to the station as it is. Its smelling so badly that I had to call somebody to get it cleaned. One of the patch on the wooden toilet door is also faulty & ripped off. Wonder what's happening at the yard before the coach is released for travel.

                              Really bad !!!

                                  Hi, I had cancelled my ticket against PNR number [protected] for train number 12616 at 22.26 hrs on 17th January 2015. The train was running late by more than 7 hours whereas the scheduled departure was 23.25 hrs on 17th January. As per the railway cancellation rules, "Full refund is permissible if refund is obtained/online TDR filed before actual departure of the train if train in running more than 3 hours late". I filed the online TDR on 17th January at 22.26 hrs (attaching IRCTC snap shot) when the scheduled departure of the train was at 23.25 hours and actual departure was around 7 am the next day 18th January. I have received an email that I have been refunded Rs.515 whereas I am entitled to refund of the entire payment of Rs.1035. I request the refund of the remaining Rs.520. Thank you.                                     Dear sir, I have booked a ticket in tatkal, after payments done by net banking the website stopped responding.I didnot get any message that ticket has been booked immediately. Since I need the ticket urgently I again booked the ticket with the same name, same ID, same date, same train. this time the transaction was successful. Now when i checked, found that the earlier ticked was also booked. I immediately cancelled one ticket. Due to the website response I lost the payments for which I am requesting them for a refund. I am asking for the refund as the website stopped responding . I am not asking for the tatkal refund as i also knew that tatkal ticket payments is not refundable. I am asking for the refund for wrong booked ticket. If one ticket already booked with all the same details the website should not book another ticket of same details, same name, age, ID proof, same train etc. If IRCTC is not refunding means a person can book as many ticket as he can, with only one id, one name, same age, same train.                                       I have on 10.01.2015 booked through IRCTC Online two journey tickets each, from Chennai Central to Bhopal Junction for Journey on 02.03.2015 by TN Express vide PNR No. [protected] and Return Journey from Bhopal Junction to Chennai Central for Journey on 11.02.2015 by TN Express. Eventhough the tickets were booked in the morning well in advance say, 53 and 60days, I have been issued RLWListed tickets. I do not understand the logic of people booking well in advance on prescribed 60 days, how come tickets issued in the beginning of the days itself were "Waitlisted".? One has to wait till 4 hours before the journey time (after preparation of charts?) to get confirmation of seats/berths booked. It is giving the customer anxiety till the last moment. Can anyone in either IRCTC or RAILWAY board clarify this, to my satisfaction please?
