Dear sir, I have booked a ticket in tatkal, after payments done by net banking the website stopped responding.I didnot get any message that ticket has been booked immediately. Since I need the ticket urgently I again booked the ticket with the same name, same ID, same date, same train. this time the transaction was successful. Now when i checked, found that the earlier ticked was also booked. I immediately cancelled one ticket. Due to the website response I lost the payments for which I am requesting them for a refund. I am asking for the refund as the website stopped responding . I am not asking for the tatkal refund as i also knew that tatkal ticket payments is not refundable. I am asking for the refund for wrong booked ticket. If one ticket already booked with all the same details the website should not book another ticket of same details, same name, age, ID proof, same train etc. If IRCTC is not refunding means a person can book as many ticket as he can, with only one id, one name, same age, same train.     I have on 10.01.2015 booked through IRCTC Online two journey tickets each, from Chennai Central to Bhopal Junction for Journey on 02.03.2015 by TN Express vide PNR No. [protected] and Return Journey from Bhopal Junction to Chennai Central for Journey on 11.02.2015 by TN Express. Eventhough the tickets were booked in the morning well in advance say, 53 and 60days, I have been issued RLWListed tickets. I do not understand the logic of people booking well in advance on prescribed 60 days, how come tickets issued in the beginning of the days itself were "Waitlisted".? One has to wait till 4 hours before the journey time (after preparation of charts?) to get confirmation of seats/berths booked. It is giving the customer anxiety till the last moment. Can anyone in either IRCTC or RAILWAY board clarify this, to my satisfaction please?

      sir, kindly make sure and inform me that irctc user id 'sumiratn' which is my id on irctc from which i was booking my ticket on mondey 9/2/2014 in tatkal hours, and a massage was shown that You are permitted only 2 Tatkal Tickets between 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM per IP Address, I want to know that what is my ip addres at that time and who is else one using my ip addresses and booked ticket kindly inform me as soon as possible, they replied...

But at the same time my money also got deducted. Could you please let me know in many days I can expect my money back.                 Hello Sir, My Complaint W/NR/DLI/[protected] registered on 21/01/2015 15:09 is still pending. My TDR was cancelled, even if i have waited for hours and couldn't access my reservation. Passengers are not well informed on enquiry. I was told that the train was cancelled. I had bear a great loss because of this incident. I know the amount is not very much but the question is of honesty and trust of the consumer. I hope you will intervene personally into matter

After sometime at 10:56 am 348/- got cut from my SBI account for I don't know why or for what. For reason ' travel without proper ID proof and ticket confirmed for one passenger, this time two passengers ticket have not confirm '.                       Sir, I had booked an e-ticket on 06/02/2015, the details are as follows:- Train no.- 15645/ Guwahati Express. (From LTT to PATNA, Boarding Stn- KHANDWA) Class- 2A PNR No. - [protected] Date of journey - 07/02/2015 When I booked the above ticket, the current status was shown as "CNF", but after the chart preparation my current status was shown as "W/L 1". Due to it, I couldn't travel and my fixed schedule was disturbed. When I consulted the railway officials, even they couldn't reply satisfactory.                           We booked the Spicejet flight (SG 118) on 3rd Nov, 2014 for a 22nd jan, 2015 flight from Mumbai to Delhi.But Spicejet sent us a mail & sms on 26th Dec, 2014 that due to operational reasons the flight has been cancelled.We quickly booked another flight on Go Air and simultaneously mailed IRCTC & Spicejet to refund the money to our account.We also tried calling on their helpline nos.but could not get through. It has been 1.5 months but no such reply or refund has been made to our accounts. We have mailed them more than 3 times but in vain. Kindly help.

                            who is responsible for such delays..
                            We are facing lot of problem.
                            We want to cancel our ticket now.
                            And we should get 100 percent reimbursement of our money..
                            this is a very disgusting Service.

                                I, alongwith my family, ie, my wife and a three n alf years daughter had visited Jaipur on 16 th n 17 th January and stayed in your "deluxe" retiring room.I had booked it through your web portal and for two days, it had costed me Rs 4500.00 for two days.
                                To tell it in the mildest term, it was one of the most pahetic room one can stay.Mind you, it was a DELUXE room, however, no AC was working, only a poorly working heater was provided, the bed sheets were dirty and were changed only after repeated persuasion.On second day of our stay the room was not even cleaned.the bathroom was so dirty that no decent person could use that.I am enclosing the photographs of dirty mug and the contaminated water being supplied.
                                I have already lodged a complaint available with the station master there, though i have yet to receive any reply.


                                Now, please pay attention to what i am writing:rooms with this kind of facilities are available at less then Rs 500 or Rs 700 a day, so, why should i pay you the amount which i had paid.So, i want two things from you;


                                1.Please improve the facilities in the said room at the earliest, considering the fact that Jaipur is one of the most important tourist destination, including foreigners.


                                2.Refund me the entire amount and a suitable amount of compensation immediately, lest i should be forced to go to consumer court.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, I had my ticket from Nizamuddin to Indore in NZM intercity express on 04.02.2015 in 2AC, having PNR no.[protected]. We were 2 persons but only one seat was confirmed & another one was in waiting list. While travelling I asked the TC to provide a certificate for non travelling of wait listed passenger as my friend was not travelling with me (because ticket was not confirmed). The TC told me that he marked absent about that passenger in the list & as this passenger is in waiting list he cannot provide me certificate for the same. As the second person is in waiting list I will automatically get the refund. When I reached Indore I discussed about this to IRCTC customer care then I came to know that there no such rule, for filing refund I will have to get the certificates. As I was not aware about these refund rules because this happened to me for the first time. I am really disappointed that he simply made me fool. Kindly suggest me some solution for as same so that I can get my refunds & please take action on such TC who are making fool of the passengers. Thanks & Regards
