ON 11/02/2015 I ATTEMPTED TO BOOK A TICKET BUT DUE TO NETWORK FAILURE IT WAS NOT DONE. BUT A AMOUNT OF 2013.72 WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY SBI ACCOUNT AND I GOT THE IRCTC TXN NO:[protected] POS 2002. AS PER RULE WITHIN 2 TO 3 WORKING DAYS THE AMOUNT SHOULD BE REFUND TO MY ACCOUNT. BUT STILL IT WAS NOT DONE. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AS THE MATTER IS VERY URGENT.

    This is to complain against TT of train number- 14013. My name is Rohan Dev, I was travelling in 3AC class P1-RC, 6. As my ticket was RAC so i asked the TT for confirmed seat as seats were available in the bogie but the TT denied and was asking money for confirmed seat. Kindly look into the matter seriously .

        During Rush Period (For Vacation Journey) its impossible to book a ticket especially in North Side trains like Udyog Nagri Express and Pushpak Express. I tried booking ticket from 8.00am on 15.02.2015 for 16.04.2015 journey and at that time the ticket status was showing as Available 458 tickets but when i clicked book and entered passengers details then automatically i got logged out and again when i tried to booked a ticket the available status was changed to waiting list 315 (WL315). Now is it possible that all 450+ ticket was booked within 5-10 seconds ? Its possible only if robots are booking tickets and it means there is some corruption going on which indian railways should thoroughly enquire about this. As irctc authorised agents are charging Rs.500/- + for booking single ticket. So its high time irctc contract should be cancelled..

              I have book a tatkal ticket which PNR No-[protected] Delhi to Lucknow in Awadh ASM Express (Train no-15910) an 13feb 2015.But I have check my Booked ticket history.I find that there is show Cancelled mod and not refundable amount, whenever I did not cancelled my ticket.So how ticket is automatically cancelled.Please solve my problem as soon as possible.                 During my travel from NCJ to MS on Jan 30th 2015 in three tier AC Coach B1 (coach no. SW12112) as the wheels of that coach was flat (due to rubbing / worn out reasons and poor maintenance) it was creating heavy vibration inside the berth and the whole night the travel was hell. I spoke to one of the employee of railways and he confirmed the poor maintenance of wheels due to which the rail was also getting damaged. Hope the concerned authorities will look into the matter.

                  i tried to book a tatkal ticket from jammu to pune. while payment, when i was at bank gateway i got logged out and when i logged again session had expired. no booking details came as a sms or mail. so i tried `from other login and booked the ticket and after that i received the message of first booking.                     I booked train tickets for my parents, SENIOR CITIZENS, online and chose the option of Book Only if BOTH LOWER berths are allotted. But after the payment was made, I found that both the seats allotted were upper berths, SU and Upper. As they cannot travel on upper berths, I have to cancel the tickets and hence cancellation charges. SURPRISED !!! How the ticket was issued without fulfilling the requirements of BOTH LOWER berths.

                          Hi, Concern: As per my experience, last 2 days payment process is worst. But upto payment process it looks fine while compare to previous. Better to improve performance of payment process as well payment failed transactions. Request: If payment is failure, amount is hold in ur account more than 3 days. Better to improve failed transactions amount ll be refund in same day, every one will happy Thanks

                            It is in the rules of duronto train that everyone will get water supple aain ater 20 hours. They sent the water when we all went to them asking for it. there are no good facilities and and the train is also 4 hours late. we are travelling at the moment in the duronto train from howrah to delhi. -Vinay bafna. +[protected]

                                I am a regular passenger and i always book trains from irctc.co.in but it is highly frustrating when you do not let customer book train through your portal showing your service "TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE TO THIS SITE" at the time of tatkal booking . Why is it that a normal person cannot book a train but due to this error advantage is for the booking agents and your department who takes bribe from such agents make normal people suffer . Either you provide me a compensation for this, i have the proof of my failure transaction or i am going to put forth this on every social media network and it will be judged by Mr. Arvind Kejriwal .

                                  Today morning I tried to book tatkal ticket once i using my HDFC Credit card but some problem with the web site i have not got any intimation but amount Rs.496.24 was deducted. And in another card ICICI also i tried to book in the morning the money Rs.496.24 was taken but still 8.00p.m in the evening its not shown in the ticket booking history or any other mode it was not shown after that I went to the station and booked the ticket. Now I got a message from AD-IRCTCi saying Your tkt cancelled PNR [protected] amount Rs.310/- will be refunded in your account. What about the balance amount. Please arrange to pay the balance amount

                                    I tried to book the ticket of Shri BK Thapar from Moradabad to Chandigarh in RMR-CDG express (Train No. 15031) through irctc online site for Feb.16, 2015. I filled all the details but the ticket was not booked. however, Rs 322.47 were deducted from my SBI Account.On the IRCTC screen the message was displayed " Rejected from Bank{ Transaction Id: [protected]} You can choose another payment option and try again" Therefore, i again filled all the details with another SBI account but again ticket was not booked. However Rs 322.47 was again deducted from my SBI account. This time also a message appeared on IRCTC screen " Rejected from bank { Transaction No. [protected]} You can chhose another payment mode and try again. Thus there are two times when ticket was not booked but each time money was deducted from my SBI accounts.
                                    You are requested to look into the matter and refund Rs. 644.94 back into my respective SBI accounts at the earliest.

                                      I booked one ticket for[protected] by 12509 from Bangalore City Jn. to Guwahati in 3A through E-Ticketing using SBI debit card for which an amount of Rs. 2363.00 has been deducted from my account for which confirmation has been sent in mobile no. vide POS SBIRCTC at IRCTC txn #[protected], but the ticket has not been generated yet. Kindly refund the amount immediately to avoid legal complication.
