Less refund by TDR filing in case of train running late

Hi, I had filled a TDR for 2 tickets(PNR no: [protected] and [protected]). The reason for filing TDR was "Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled". I had filled the TDR well before the train actual departure from the boarding station(Train departed more than 12 hrs late from the source station itself). Refund against cancellation of train

Probable scam in online Tatkal booking.

To whoever it may concern, I'm a student studying in Versova, Mumbai, and I'm based from Nagpur. I'm a frequent visiter to Nagpur, so visiting dates are always tentative. I have been dependent totally on IRCTC's Tatkal System for booking and I use to do successful transactions and get me a berth reserved. There has been a fraud/scam with the booking system lately, I consecutively failed 7-8 times, failing to acquire a reserved berth....

sir, this is to inform you that I had filed TDR for e-ticket PNR no. [protected] with ticket charge Rs 3720. Reason for TDR was Train late for more than three hours and passengers not travelled.
