Sir, I am travelling from TRIVENI EXPRESS, (train no. 84369) in which i got seat near window whose window panes and glass is broken. I requested railway staff in train( TC) make some arrangement as it is very much cold weather but he said i will not do anything. And on asking about complain copy he said i can't register my complain. On this when i put my problem in front of on way station master of CHOPAN(CPU) on duty at 10:00 pm, he said that he will not do anything and even refused to register my complain. And then he refused to tell his name also. As i don't find any way to complain, i am sending this mail to u.     dear sir, I have booked an E Ticket through my personal ID on 27 DEC 2014 of SAKET LINK Exp (21068) from RBL(Raebareli) to LTT(Lokmanyatilak) for the next day. there was one confirmed birth and three waiting birth at the time of booking and it never confirmed the rest birth. So i have Filed TDR as prescribed by a representative of IRCTC Customer care. on 14 of Jan 2015 it was Repudiate due to unreliable reason. after requesting to REOPEN the case it was again repudiate on 22 of January..       We people were working together in an organization and we are from different places of country and we have individual user accounts of IRCTC portal. When no tickets were available under general quota, we were forced to book TATKAL tickets using IRTC online portal. But the portal only allows two TATKAL booking from single Internet provider IP between 10AM and 12PM and when we try to book after blocking hours, even the TATKAL also...

      Hi . I boarded the shatabdi exp from jaipur to Ajmer. While booking the ticket we were asked for non veg or veg option . But were informed in train that no food would be provided but we could get food by paying money . Kindly confirm if we are eligible for food or not. The catering is by a company called Arenco catering

But it was resheduled and was late by more than 3 hrs, hence i filed tdr in the morning on the same day but irctc said it repudiate it. the ticket details are given below.           Sir, I have booked Train Ticket in talkal by online on 21.1.15 for travel from Tirunelveli to Kanchipuram in 16352/NCJ Mumbai Express PNR No.[protected] for my father-in-law and Mother-in-law. Both are senior sitizen. I have entered his voter ID in the talkal form thro' online and his mobile number. The above passengers were having voter ID in original at the time travelling. But the squad of Railways in Tirunelveli not accepted and collected the fine amount of Rs. 1430/- from them in Excess Fare Ticket bill No.A L 0479645. Apart from Talkal ticket amount of Rs. 890/- the fine amount of Rs. 1430/- were collected. Whether this is correct. Having original ID proof by the passenger, due to online computer booking in the server why the fine amount was collected. Please clarify, if eligible the fine amount may be refund to me at earliest.               Sir I was booked Two no, s of I / Ticket for me and my family, and same required to cancel . Detail as under;- 1-Transaction I D;- [protected], PNR; [protected] From Dehli to Khorason road. AC;III DOJ -16 march15. 2-Transaction ID;- [protected] PNR N0. not known, from dehli tokhorason road AC III DOJ - 16 March 15 I have not received above I /Ticket which was required to delivered at my IRCTC address. Now it is requested to IRCTC, kindly cancelled my above ticket and refund my amount in my account please.

                I would like to file a complaint regarding a railway crossing guard that is very rude and likes to close the railway crossing as he wishes. At times he closes the crossing 1 hour ahead of the train's arrival. I atempted to discuss this with him today[protected] and he responded with a very rude reply saying that he can open or close the crossing as he wishes and if I don't like it then I can write it in the complaint book but thats not going to work either. He further stated that he will still continue to do as he wishes. I do not belive that this a proper way to talk to a tax payer who is paying his salary. As I noticed the surrounding crossings, they were all open execpt for this one. When I asked for the complaint book then he told me to get out of the car and cross the closed crossing and step inside his foul smelling shack and fill out the the complaint book. I told him that I cannot cross over as it has been shut down by him, he responded that is not his problem. Therefore I opted to complain here. I hope the apporiate action will be taken against him. This happened on[protected] at aprox 3:00pm at the crossing located at Rasulpur Brahamana village in Kapurthala district, Kapurthala, Punjab, 144601. My name is Tejpaul Singh located in the above mentioned village.

                      I use to go by the Chennai Egmore-Salem train i.e. 11063 & 11064 atleast four times in a month. Previously there were small cockroaches moving here and there in all the compartments. We were afraid as they might go into the ears or inside the bags. But we blocked everything during the travel. Nowadays, the cockroaches have grown into maximum size scaring the ladies and children. We don't bother about the enhancement of charges but expect a clean and peaceful travel. Kindly arrange to destroy all the insects and keep the compartments tidy.

                          Dear Sir, My self Abhishek Jasuja. Yesterday i was traveled in 2 A. C. by mangla exp.( MANGLA LKSDP Exp) from khandwa (M.P.) to Mangalore. I clicked some picture and am attaching the train ticket. Further i would like to explain that these train pics was clicked when the train was at PANVEL. In spite of new projects are being launched regarding train clean this is the condition of 2 A.C. Coach...I paid the amount 2960 Rs. as per railway wish but we are not getting the facilities. If any one can take action, please do !!! We expect from Indian railway to provide good facilities to there passenger...

                            Hi Sir, This is to bring your notice that my account has been deactivated and when i call the customer care they are saying it is tampered. I am a software professional and here is what i did, logged in and tried to book a ticket from secundrabad to machilipatnam and I have entered 2 times catpche wrong and third time the website tried to book the ticket and by surprise the account logged off and when i try to login it is saying your account is deactivated. I called customer care and he simply said I have tampered the account. Sir, I am using this account since years and I am person of good conduct. How can your customer care guys simple tell me I tampered my own account, that too with a techie. Please tell your customer care guys to at least learn how to talk to people. Since this is government sector and you people think that no one will raise voice on you and can do what ever you want. Since you claim that i have tampered my own account I want logs of my activities and need explanation why you people deactivated my account. Why should I stay calm without doing any mistake.

                                Hi Team, Issue1: 3 Years back I created my profile in IRCTC using my company id- leelavathi.[protected]@hcl.in Unfortunately, I forgot the password of my IRCTC Login. I wanted to cancel my booked tickets, I tried for forgot password option, the temporary password is reaching to registered email id. So, I sent an email to " [protected]@irctc.co.in" for cancellation of tickets.But they have not cancelled the tickets and asked me to send a scan copy of my original id proof with registered email id. Because of this, I loss my money. So, kindly take necessary actions on this. Issue2: The registered email id (leelavathi.[protected]@hcl.in) currently not working as I am not with HCL now. So, kindly help me to update my email id, to avoid issue like above. Thanks, Leela

                                    Train number 50105 diwa sawantwadi passenger does not have Bogie numbers on it.it has been announced that bogie number D1 will b second from engine.but there is no name plate on it.when i entered it was like general bogie.it was very confusing for passengers to get their seats. Even i had my reservation for my journey, it took half and hour for me to get seat, and that is also not as per my reservation.
