Issue1:
3 Years back I created my profile in IRCTC using my company id- leelavathi.[protected]@hcl.in
Unfortunately, I forgot the password of my IRCTC Login.
I wanted to cancel my booked tickets, I tried for forgot password option, the temporary password is reaching to registered email id.
So, I sent an email to " [protected]@irctc.co.in" for cancellation of tickets.But they have not cancelled the tickets and asked me to send a scan copy of my original id proof with registered email id.
Because of this, I loss my money.
So, kindly take necessary actions on this.
Issue2:
The registered email id (leelavathi.[protected]@hcl.in) currently not working as I am not with HCL now.
So, kindly help me to update my email id, to avoid issue like above.
