Charging extra on cancellation of waitlisted e-ticket.

I have booked a ticket on 21-Nov-2014 for travel on 13-Jan-2015 with PNR no [protected]. However, my plans changed and I cancelled the ticket. During booking, the ticket ticket is in WL40. As per the rules, I have to get refund after deducting only nominal charges. But as per the mail received from IRCTC after cancellation, I will be receiving only INR 315 as refund. Half refund on TDR for more than 3 hr late train

Hi, I had filled a TDR for PNR [protected] . The reason for filing TDR was "Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled". I had filled the TDR well before the train actual departure from the boarding station(Train departed more than 7 hrs late from the source station itself). Misbehaviour of staff

I was traveling in train number 22812 on 4-1-2015 under pnr number [protected]. Around 11:00pm I went to my friends bogey B2 to meet him. We were in the junction of B2-B3 bogeys when a caterer very impolitely shouted at us to go away. When we asked for reason he threatened to frame us and said he would further ensure that we are fined and de-boarded if we continue to stand there. LESS TDR REFUND

We had confirmed Sleeper tickets from AGRA to Hyderabad in AP express on 23 Dec 2014. But train has been delayed by 24 hours late. I cancelled my travel plan and filed TDR. TDR has been refunded on 30 dec but refunded amount is less ( only 50% of actual amount). Ideally it should be 100% amount refund. However, reason for not refunding given is Invalid TDR Timestmap : DELAY which is not acceptable as I filed these TDR's on same day before departure of train which was delayed for more than 8 hours Please refund my hard earned money....

refund of reservation fail transaction

Amount Deducted but shown ticket not available

Today i have a booked a ticket in tatkal at Chennai- Howrah (Coramondal Express) 12842 and my all the transaction was completed and even the amount Rs.851 has been deducted from my account (transaction number-[protected]) and then at the time of printing the ticket they showed that "Error all the tickets were finished". I have done this payment through SBI so please let me know how can my amount will be refunded to my account....

What a nasty site is IRCTC. Cannot book a Tatkal ticket.

Deficiency in service
