I'm trying to register new account with IRCTC, I verified Email, But Mobile verification is pending because I'm not getting OTP.

I have tried this mobile app and website both for last 3 days without any luck.

I searched across social media and found a lot o[censored]sers are complaining about the same. So it seems OTP service is not working.

Please Fix it ASAP. its critical.

          I ordered food from IRCTC app at Gudur(GDR), but didn't get the delivery of food. Also I did the payment online. Now, what is the confirmation that IRCTC will come to know that the order is delivered or not ?
          Case-1: If delivered it will come to know through the OTP share, (these days delivery boy doesn't even ask for the OTP)
          Case-2: If not delivered?? This needs to be answered by IRCTC.
          I finally want to raise a complaint regarding the service your are trying to provide.

              Dear Sir
              I have booked a ticket on IRCTC having PNR [protected] and paid by bhim upi. I cancelled this ticket on 29 April and IRCTC refunded the amount with the same payment gateway but no amount has credited to my bank account till date.
              I also mailed to IRCTC, they confirmed me that they already refunded the same and suggest me to contact my banker for refund and after that i visited my branch but they are unable to help me then i also contacted punjab national bank customer care several time and also discussed to the customer care representative over phone but till date i am not getting any fruitful response from them/pnb. Irctc furnished me the below mentioned transaction refund details..

              Its almost completing a month for this complaint but still no amount has been credited to the bank/upi. Please do the needful to recover the amount.

                I Cancelled a train ticket booking on 8th july 2021. Irctc said the refund was initiated on 11 july 2021. But after 9 days i still did not receive my refund.

                Payment method was Phonepe using debit card on phonepe.
                I contacted phonepe they said that the merchant did not initiate any refund.

                IRCTC emailed me that they did refund. I dont understand what to do

                          IRCTC didn't think about passanger, If a person having two tickets for a journey, it means they will take a train in two part for a journey. Because direct train routes is not available...

                              The Train reach 3.30 hrs late at Ratlam station therefore we didn't travel & Filled TDR
                              The status of TDR shows CR Repudiate

                                This complaint is in continuation of my previous complaint.

                                On 14th July, I wanted to book a ticket from my account Anjani443, email id- [protected]@gmail.com from Amritsar to Rajpura ASR NDLS SPL(04666), 15th July, fare - INR 455/-

                                While booking, I submitted by bank OTP and then proceeded to verify my email id and mobile number. I got OTP on the email address and verified it but NO OTP WAS SENT on my mobile even after repeated attempts. And I wasn't able to access my account as it was showing I EXCEEDED the OTP limit. And charges got deducted from my bank and I COULD'NT BOOK IT. And posted the previous complaint to issue me a refund.

                                So I created another IRCTC account sharma_sur443 to book a ticket again and got it booked. Name - Surinder Sharma, PNR-[protected], 10 Trn:04666
                                Dt:15-07-21 Frm ASR to RPJ Cls:CC P1-C1

                                However, later at night after 14 hours, I got the seat confirmation of the previous ticket whose mobile number wasn't getting verified.Name - Surinder Sharma, PNR-[protected] Trn:04666 Dt:15-07-21 From ASR to RPJ Cls: CC P1-C2, 78

                                I wouldn't even have booked the ticket again if I had received the mobile verification and ticket confirmation earlier.
                                All this is really frustrating.

                                  Hi,

                                  I had booked my flight tickets from Visakhapatnam to New Delhi for Air India flight on 24th Oct 2020 and cancelled the booking on 26th Oct 2021. I had received acknowledgement mail from [protected]@irctc.co.in for my cancellation. However till date i had not received refund for my cancellation. i had sent mails but no response from IRCTC. I also tried contacting the customer care number provided in the website and the only reply i hear from them is they are following up with Air India for the refund. At one stage they asked me to directly follow up with Air India directly as the airlines had still not processed the refund claim and hence have to wait. The details of my travel are provided below:

                                      I Uday Kumar with PNR NO. V96J7C. I gave several representations regarding my refund from May. Three months passed but, they did not credited my refund to my account. Despite SPICEJET airlines transacted the amount into the mediator platform i.e IRCTC AIR in the month of March for cancellation of tickets due to airlines.
                                      I would like to inform that I submitted all the documents they asked for refund formalities.
                                      I have been waiting for the refund for the last 3 months.
