IRCTC — money not returned

hi sir,
i did reserve ticket for trichy to Bangalore in mysore express for[protected]. i canceled ticket and it was not showing any thing in the canceled status. but if i was doing canceled second time then it is showing that it is already canceled. i check status in pnr number then it was showing can/mod status.
but i did not get my money back.

please check this and give me my money back. this is matter of trust of customer on the irctc. and you can not take my money like this. return my money.

MY COMPLAIN IS AS UNDER.
SIR I had BOOKED A RAIL TICKET in favour of my ralative namely AMAL BISWAS of RS 487/- to travel on sealadha express on 01/10/09. the amount was deducted from my credit card and ticket was made print (transaction id as [protected]) THROUGH LOGIN IRCTC (MY USER ID AS manju110) on 06/08/09. while MY RELATIVE ascended on the said train he was fined RS 700/- byTTE and was told by the TTE that that irctc ticket was not valid as the amount was not received from concerned bank. in this connection I ASKED TO BANK whether the amount was deducted from my account for the above booked ticket or other wise and I was replied that RS 487/- has been deducted from your account for booking the said ticket.although the said amount deducted from my account but the ticket was invalid. keeping in view of above take action accordingly so that i can able to refund the said amount. in this connection I had lodged complain to irctc through net but reply was not given to me yet. plz take n/a. thaking you with courteous recognition.

I had booked a ticket on 06.10.2012 through irctcfor 08.10.2012 to travel from Kozhikode(CLT) to Madgoan(MAO), but the ticket was not booked and still the cash was automatically withdrawn from my account and till today it is not been refunded.Transaction ID is [protected].I want to know why it is happening.Please do reply to my complaint as soon as possible.My mail ID is [protected]@gmail.com

I was booked my online ticket on 26th october 2012 from jaipur to delhi sarai rohilla. At the time of booking my transaction had been failed (transaction id [protected]). The particular ticket was not booked at that time, but amount i.e Rs. 740 was deducted from my axis bank account. In refund status of failed transaction shows refunded but amount is not refunded. The scaned axis statement is attached with this mail.

I was booked my online ticket on 04 mar 2013 from latur to pune. At the time of booking my transaction had been failed (transaction id [protected]). The particular ticket was not booked at that time, but amount i.e Rs. 215 was deducted from my axis bank account. In refund status of failed transaction shows refunded but amount is not refunded.     irctc railway ticket — failure of ticket

    I tried to book online railway ticket from Hassan to Pune, i used my ICICI ebanking for it. money deducted from my account but before generating pnr number my net get disconnected. how to get this money back to my account???

      IRCTC online service for rail reservation is very very poor...
      It can't handle its users online; specially at 10:00 AM (Tatkal Time) ...
      IRCTC "must" learn from GOOGLE who handles users all over the world with no delay...

      I tried to book tatkal ticket (availability: 154 tkts); i succeeded till payment (amount deducted from my account) but after that BOOOOM... Service Unavailable, hahahaha...
      Again i tried (availability: 94 tkts); i succeeded till make payment but then hahahahaha......
      I tried 3rd time (availability: 09 tkts); i succeeded till make payment & saw waiting list 15 ....... sooo funny...
      i don't know how much my blood was vaporized during this rubbish "1 hour 20 mins" process ...

      My question is that if i paid the amount when availability was 154 then during 2nd attempt why availability was 94, it should be ZERO.

      Sir, i tried their customer care no. but of no use
      Its my request please ask my question to IRCTC.

        Day to day IRCTC is becoming worst. If they have any server problem, then they need to stop the service temporarily and they need to work on that.Apart from that IRCTC is running business with inefficient server. By this customers are loosing impression on the site and at the same time customers are loosing their money too.. So I request the concern department to take necessary step for improving the service.

              It is very irritating to use irctc website to do a booking. Being a user I get harrassed every time for not getting logged in to the website after spending hell lot of time. The site just refuses to open even after 1 hour.
              I feel the developers as well as the maintainance team are totall worthless.
              Customers time are valuable and that must be respected.
              A simple login should hardly take 30 seconds.

                  I tried booking tickets for my grandparents as they have to attend a funeral.. it was an emergency travel that they planned for. I got a call when i was in office from my grandparents to book tickets via TATKAL. i tried logging into the site by 9 58am today and i was keep trying until 11 30am. multiple attempts all i was able to reach was till the seat availability option. there were so many times the server loads and kicks me out stating session timeout.. i got frustrated and tried sending my friend to buy a hard ticket where he found a queue which is long enough to make sure he wont even fetch a ticket with waiting list 100. The worst site seen ever is IRCTC.CO.IN, the servers cannot handle traffic, the session time is too low as it kicks out before even it loads the page.. i have an Internet connection which is lightning fast, but the server cannot handle the traffic.. I can definitely say that it is JUST BECAUSE OF THE ILL MAINTENANCE of the site. when the banking websites and other sites with huge traffic can easily manage the traffic EX: face book, Gmail etc.. IS IRCTC Handling more number of members logging in at same time when compared to face book and Gmail??? SITE ADMIN : Please understand that the service you provide is PATHETIC. I clearly understand there are some loop holes in the site where few people are taking advantage. Server Managers can understand what iam trying to point out here.. admin has to find out and work on that.

                  IT MAKES ME BELIEVE THAT IT WILL TAKE ATLEAST 1000 YEARS FOR INDIA TO BECOME A DEVELOPED COUNTRY..

                    I have already complaint against PNR No. [protected] booked on[protected] ticket by CITI Credit Card for dated[protected]. This ticket was cancelled but I could not received the payment till dated. I have all ready complaint about it. It requested that kindly refund the money Rs.1205/- at the earliest please.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        It is a humble request, please increase the number of trains between Lucknow to kathgodam. There are no seats available even if we try to book the ticket one month in advance. If there is some urgency there is no option available to reach on time and at times because of this some very Important things are missed out. The buses are most of the time stuck in jams and ralleys and take 12-14 hours to reach. It would be really great if you could do something about it, may be it will help out someone someday in great need to reach on time

                            I booked a railway ticket through irctc on 14/07/2012. The mode of payment was through IOB debit card(visa) and I used the ICICI gateway for the payment. I cancelled my ticket just few days back , now the irctc site showed the status "refunded" but still I haven't got money credited in my account.

                              i m not able to booking my tickets whether i've made my user id that is harasr in IRCTC ,,and also i've registered my email id in cleartrip that is [protected]@gmail.com but while booking the tickets one dialog box is appears in which two options have given first one is (Register for a new IRCTC Account ) and second one is (Sign in to your existing IRCTC Account) but when i choose the second option i have to enter my cleartrip user id or IRCTC user name and after entering it shows an error and i get failed while booking my tickets please help me what kind of procedure should i do....plz sir.....

                                I was booking online ticket from railway offical site named irctc . my ticket was no booked and the amount of money was deducted from my account the first deduction from my account was of rs 2472 and the second amount deduction was of rs 2060... pls i request u to refund may amount which was by mistake deducted from my account..

                                  This is to inform you that I have purchased a E-Ticket bearing PNR Number: [protected] on 8th Feb 2012 for travel date 01/05/2012 from DUVADA to TATANAGAR. Due to some unavoidable circumstances my daughter Ms Niharika returned one day before by other train on 30th April. On the same day on 30th April 2012 at around 9:00 PM I tried to cancel e-ticket but system was showing train departed ticket can't cancelled. Please file TDR . I have contacted 24 hrs help desk they assured this is due to some technical problem just file a TDR your money will be returned soon,
                                  Sir kindly please check my case in Sympathetic ground because I have cancelled my e-ticket much before scheduled departure of train ie 15 to 16 hrs before the departure time.

                                  I have complained several time to IRCTC at all the mail address given in IRCTC [protected]@irctc.co.in, [protected]@irctc.co.in, [protected]@irctc.co.in . But no action initiated

                                    I faced a problem on booking a ticket now on irctc.co.in from Kotdwara (KTW) to Delhi (DLI) for 26th October 2012 in 24042 Mussoorie Express. After entering the details for my ticket, I made the payment using Bank Of India (BOI) debit cum atm card. After making the payment I got the message that the session is expired.

                                    I received a message from my bank that the amount has been debited in my account. However when I see the list under "Booked Tickets" on the website, I dont see any reservation made.

                                    Please advise what is to be done since I have made a payment and there is no booking done by the website.

                                        Ref PNR NO [protected],for journey from Trissur to visakhaaptnam date of journey 14 Feb 2012, vide this ticket i have booked ticket for self and wife. On the day of travel my wife's ticket was still in W/L and so she did not travel. Since it was a W/L even after the train reached Trissur my start station the TTE informed me that he is ticking only A1/42 and he wrote A1/42 on the top of the ticket and signed. the ticket is still with me if required for verification by you. My wife subsequently had to travel by air on16 Feb 2012 vide Spice jet Ticket no 589-[protected] and PNR KHIZEN and the air ticket is also available with me. After reaching my destination I filed TDR on 16 Feb 2012 vide Ref No ekt[protected].
