    As i cancelled my e-ticket PNR no [protected] on 31 July at 11:15 PM .But as i tried to cancel this ticket on 31July at 6:30 PM But at that time Website (i.e. www.irctc.co.in) was not working for next 2hours. Because of this reason i was not able to cancel the ticket before 24hours of train running time. At the time of cancellation the website was displaying that you cant book or cancel your ticket due to connectivity problem.Therefore now IRCTC refunding me the amount after deducting 25% instead of deducting Rs 70/-. of delay in cancellation because of delay in cancellation which happened due to fault in IRCTC website not by me.

      Today I have booked to tickets to visakhapatnam from chennai for the date[protected] my andhra bank debitcard is charged with .Rs 645 for two tickets and after debit is made ticket is not issued and debit made to the card. The message shown :----

        IRCTC has deducted Rs 20 from my account regarding two railway tickets.But , earlier the commission was paid along with the ticket price.

          i have booked e tickets on 26/04/2012 of train no.12172 from haridwar to nasik dt. 24/08/2012 as per pnr no.[protected].i have cancelled 3 tickets of them online on 25/07/2012 .no any refund amt.(rs.3444/-)is credited to my account.pl.credit the same as early as possible.

            This is Mani sathish,
            I want to change my mobile number in your irctc.co.in site, but actually I don’t the actual procedure but I was tried because of some mistake my id was not logging in. The actual problem is if I entered my id and password correctly, then also the error message was coming as invalid id or password
            So, please consider my problem and rectify it because lot of my journey tickets are inside only

              I have filed TDR on internet against PNR No.[protected] Transaction I.D- [protected] on 15 Jan 2012. TDR status is shown as "forwarded to CCM/CR Railway" against reference no. IRCTC [#689839]. despite a lapse of over 6 months the refund has not been credited into my bank account. such delays must be checked personally by the CCM/Refund, Northern Railways, New Delhi and take remedial measures to avoid such delay in future. the refund amt please be credited into my bank account without further delay.

              IRCTC TDR — Refund not process even after 3.5 months

              Hi,

              I had filed a TDR on 28-Jun-2011 for a ticket pnr no. [protected]. But till today 13th october the status is CCM Registered. And the same status is from more than 3 months.

              I have attached the TDR Detail page.

              Please guide me when i will be refunded.

                      We have booked a ticket from IRCTC site, for a train (Train No: 12129) in 3A compartment on[protected] from PUNE to HOWRAH but as the train was running late by 8-9 hours my husband raised TDR on March 18,2011 for the PNR : [protected] to get the money back.

                      The train was running late for more than 3 hours ideally 100% amount should be refunded but we got only 50% of the total fare and its more than a year now, they have not refunded our money.

                          1 I have booked my train ticket through my IRCTC account, i.e. from Jamnagar to Dadar, Dadar to Sainagar (Shirdi) and return journey from Sainagar (Shirdi) to Dadar and Dadar to Jamnagar.

                          2 While in return journey the train from Sainagar (Shirdi) to Dadar was late by more then 7 Hours, therefore, we missed our next train from Dadar to Jamnagar.

                          3 I have filled TDR for the same on 22 Jun 2012. After few days I came to know that only half of ticket amount passed for TDR filled. As per rule, if the connected train is late more than 3 hours, the TDR amount is to be passed in full. Whereas my train was late by 7 hours.

                          4 Immediately, I sent E-mail to IRCTC about the fact of the matter. Since Last 1 month i am receiving email from IRCTC asking PNR Nos and train details, which i have already provided them. It is seen that IRCTC is not taking proper care about customers problems / TDR process for refund of amount.

                          5 It is requested to guide me what to do now to get my full TDR amount.

                              IRCTC food

                              We, my self and my son, started journey by Dooranto exp. In coach no.S-1, birth no.13-14(Adjusted) on 26th june 2012 fron NZM to Chennai (PNR no. [protected]). Just we had started the dinner we found a 3-4 inches long hair in vegetable served to my son. On request vegetable was replaced by pantry staff.
                              Next morning coffee was provided, I requested the boy to provide a tea, as I am habitual to take tea at morning, the boy told me that tea will be given with breakfast. After some time I went to pantry to take tea on payment but refused by pantry staff to provide tea on payment.
                              Also, we did not provided paper napkins during our breakfast,lunch and dinner time.
                              One more thing is, in such fast trains, if the windows are open some passengers may feel inconvenience in inhaling due to speed of train/air speed. So, all such fast train should be air condition similarly as Garib Rath trains.

                                    Please make the system more accessible during TATKAL booking timings.There's always system outages during TATKAL booking.Service is always DOWN,as a result WE ARE NOT ABLE TO BOOK IMPORTANT URGENT TICKETS.PLEASE IMPROVE SYSTEM uptime !!!!

                                    THIS IS THE STRANGE BEHAVIOUR I OBSERVED WHILE BOOKING THE FOLLOWING TRAVEL TICKET FOR MY BROTHER USING IRCTC.CO.IN.
                                    I LOGGED IN AT 7:50 AM 13/03/2012 AND THERE WAS SEATS 130 AVAIALBLE FOR SAMPARK KRANTI - DELHI TO YSHVANTPUR TRAVEL DATE 15/03/2012 FROM BPL TO PUNE UNDER TATKAL BOOKING AND BY 8:02AM ALL SEATS WERE BOOKED.
                                    AND
                                    I LOOGED IN AY 7:50 AM 14/03/2012 AND THERE WAS SEATS 30 AVAIALBLE NIZAMUDDIN TO KOLHAPUR TRAIN TRAVEL DATE 15/03/2012 FROM BPL TO PUNE TATKAL BOOKING AND BY 8:02 AM ALL SEATS WERE BOOKED.
                                    I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY LOOK IN TO THE ISSUE SO THAT NORMAL USERS LIKE US CAN ALSO BOOK TATKAL TICKET USING IRCTC WEB SITE
