    today i try to book to tickets from katpadi juction to bhubneswer orissa after i did the online payment i could not get any conformation that my tickets are booked or not but my money is deducted what does it mean PLEASE HELP ME BY LETTING ME KNOW WHAT TO DO WILL MY MONEY WILL GET CREDITED AGAIN TO MY ACCOUNT........I USE ONLINE IRCTC SRVICE FROM LAST 4 YEARS BUT THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE TO FACE SUCH PROBLEM...............

    IRCTC — About confirmation of ticket

    I have booked the ticket on 21st of Aug 2010 from bhubaneswar to akola of date 26th Aug 2010 and it was okey up to the cash payement and after that the software hangs.

    So i want to know the ticket is booked or not.

      Dear Sir,
      I have booked eticket for the journey on 12th Sept from Ernakulam to Calicut by Janashatabdi. The PNR No: is [protected].Ihave made sevaral attempts to obtain SMS by requesting in the " Send SMS" option in IRCTC web site. Also I have sent many mails to [protected]@irctc.co.in, made calls to the customer care centres at New Delhi and Chennai. This process has been going on from 24th Aug 2012.So far I have not received the SMS from IRCTC.Could you kindly help me in sorting out this issue?

        On 2nd september 2012, I tried to book rail ticket from Trivandrum to Enrakulam on 12076 Jan shatadi to ABY DOMINIC, Male 24 Yrs.
        I made payment through SBI ATM cum debit card. Immediately I got sms notification from bank like
        "BX-ATMSBI Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card xxxxxxxxxx for a purchase worth Rs112 on POS 2001 at IRCTC txn#[protected]'
        I waited for the ticket to come,but in vain. After a while, the site displayed as
        "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankrespon...

        This is a second incident where I have lost money without ticket.

        1. Kindly help me to get my money back without deducting irctc charges, for they did no service to me.
        2. I find similar experience to lot of people and like to know why it happens?. Who is responsible for this type of errors.
        3. Kindly fix the problem and take action stop similar incidents

        IRCTC — reservation ticket

        i have booked my ticket on indian railways, still ihave not recieved ticket till date my id is [protected] & my phone no. [protected] plz contact for further details
        PAYMENT DENIED
        sir,
        I have made an online reservation.Money has been debited from my bank account.But I didn't get the ticket.So please give any suggestion so that I could recover my money and get the ticket.

        On 8th august 2013, I tried to book rail ticket .
        I made payment through SBI ATM cum debit card. Immediately I got sms notification from bank like

        I waited for the ticket to come, but in vain.

        This is a second incident where I have lost money without ticket.

          My user id is drnitu07 I have booked a ticket on 7.7.12 from dhanbad to sambalpur date of journey 24.10.12 train no. 13351. i got the sms on my mobile. But the ticket is not available in my booked history. by mistake I have deleted the sms now how will I get the ticket to travel and in case if I had to cancel my ticket in future how will I do that.             After the tatkal timing changes, most of the time when i login to IRCTC the attached error mesage is appearing at login time, payment process time, but all the tickets are booked with in the 15min, how the same website is working for others. pls traceout how they are booking others not able to book the tickets.

            IRCTC — IRCTC website not working

            I believe since Ms Mamta Banerjee has taken charge of railways - the services have been doomed. Forget abt the services in the train even the website doesnt work. Imagine the plight of thousands of commoners like us who have to login to the net and in the middle of ticket booking process your website say" service unavailable".

            Are you listening Ms Banerjee. You are a bad omen for railways. Mr Lau Yadav was much better. Even the webistes performed well.

            IRCTC — Web Site not Working

            The Website of IRCTC i.e. irctc.co.in is not working.
            This clearly proves - Delay & Deficiencies in Services.

            How to book online train tickets.
            Pl. advice asap.

                e-ticketing failed transaction payment request

                I tried to book Railway Reservation Tickets Through IRCTC online e-ticketing facility on 29aug2012. during the booking process due to network failures my transaction could not succeed and reservation was not done. when i cheked my account balance on 29aug2012 balance is showing less amount by Rs 368/-. I request you to kindly look in to the issue and debit back my amount to my account.

                I have user I.D. kul_sanjay registered with IRCTC since last 4 - 5 years . on one day I found that all booking is suspending by IRCTC with out any notice / mail /call . I have write to them first on 12 July and learn that by their mail that it was done because they found I have more than one user I.D. when I was explain that i Have only one I.D. and second I.D. is never made or used by my self.
                After many communication on 18 July , 20 July , 23 July and on 01 Aug. I got a reply from [protected]@irctc.co.in on 24 July and on again on 08 Aug that they have forward my case to concern deptt for final decision and same wold be inform me accordingly shortly. but till now I am awaiting their reply.
                Mean time I am not able to book my journey tickets on line and have to go to booking window or have to pay to agents for my tours.

                Please take up the matter with IRCTC on priority.

                  TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

                  i'm a student, and your department has taken my money due to unknown reasons. i hate to be called an indian due to the these kind o[censored]nacceptable attitude by authorities, slow and corrupt official matters. i have been mailing the concerned authorities for the same but with no response. The episode is harassing and it has disturbed me to an extent.
                  I have spent a lot on calling numbers in Delhi listed on the IRCTC site, calls go on wait as soon as you dial and charges starts from there on with no effective response.
                  I NEED GENUINE HELP ......

                  Refund should amount to the exact figure of the cost of the ticket mentioned above in the complaint. Rest money spent on bills of calling various numbers, i'll think as if i have donated it for the cause of poverty in peoples mind in IRCTC department and its team.

                  What is the status after 4 months of booking and not travelling? when are you going to make a refund immediately to my account? your team is just behaving like UPA government. The corrupt T.C. must have sold my seat to someone on my name playing under the table since i couldn't travel and now you guys are trying to keep it under wraps...............!

In such a case, that too for a ticket that was still in RAC, how did i travel ???????? In any case i wouldn't have travelled, why is your team going in wrong details. it has been already 3 months ... i need my money back since i have not boarded the train as it is it had an RAC - status . kindly do the needful as soon as possible. I still cannot believe the way Indian railway works in such matters.

                  Kindly provide the details for reasons of TDR being invalid.

                  I have submitted the TDR around 9 pm on the day of boarding (Schedule Departure time being 17:30 hrs) and the train was late for around 8 hours and hence the passengers did not travelled.
                  You are giving reason that due to "DELAY" in filing TDR my application has been rejected.
                  Please re-confirm from your end and re-open the case.

                  I have submitted TDR for [protected] long back ago approx 8 Dec 2014. My train was late more than 6 hours.
                  When i reached to station train was on right time and then after every 10 minutes it was getting delayed. Finally by 1 PM next day (because train was in night) i came to know that it&amp;amp;#039;s delayed by six hours. So i came to home file the TDR.
                  Now each time i have to sent an reminder to TDR Process and only i used to get the complain reference number.

                  When i call to customer care they always used to say that please sent a new email.

                  What should i do ? Is it some thing IRCTC do not want to give my money back. If so please let me know i won&amp;amp;#039;t waste my time in writing emails and doing follow up.

                  I cancelled one ticket on 31 oct 2014 after chart preparation, so that time i filled TDR

                  Now tdr status is CR registered, but now 4 months gone i did not get any refund on this cancelled ticket :

                    I was booking one ticket today from Mughalsarai Jn.(MGS) to New Delhi(NDLS) in Sleeper Class in Purushhotam Express use net banking option. IRCTC transaction was failed and balance was deducted from my ICICI account . Details of the failed transaction in my irctc accout showed " payment was not recieved from the bank." I do not understand the logic .

                    irctc - railway booking online account suspended

                    I get the error message "Booking is not allowed as your account is suspended".

                    My account ID was re-created on 29/December/2008 and I still have that email showing a succesfull entry, thereafter I booked tickets on 01/March/2010 (email exists) and after that no more bookings till date. My mobile number is the same for the past 8 years.

                    Deducted extra money from my bank account with out any quary.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I, Mr. Hemant Kumar Singh would like submit a complaint against IRCTC that they have deducted Rs.10/- extra money four times imean total 40/-Rs. from my

                    bank account.

                    To Be more specific, I had booked two railway e-tickets of pnr no. [protected] and [protected] on 22 aug 2012 at 15:20 by online ticket booking on

                    www.irctc.co.in with my username hks055. I have had used sbi online banking payment gateway for payment of the booked tickets.They have deducted Rs.520 and

                    Rs.815 instantly for each ticket.Then the same day at 20:54 I checked online banking account statement which says that irctc has deducted Rs.40 more for some

                    kind of commission twice. They didn't noticed me anything before and they didn't mail me of why they have charged me when I had already made the payments of booked tickets.

                      It is very disappointing that your department is not providing the service and facility
                      as mentioned in the etickets. I booked etickets on 11-07-12 for my relative from my account

                        Good Morning,

                        0n (20/08/2012) I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket on 12559 Shiv Ganga Exp from Varanasi to New Delhi Jn boarding on 10/09/2012 for Mr. Rupak Sinha, Mr. Anjani Kr. Sinha, Mrs Ahilya Sinha and Ms Surabhi. The Transaction ID no is [protected]. Unfortunately after the payment was made through SBI Debit cum ATM Card, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankrespon... came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.

                        This is really embarrasing situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest with the ticket if the payment is already confirmed at their end. If not refund the same amount.

                        Expecting a reply as soon as possible.

                            I have booked a ticket from Shoranur Jn (Kerala) to Hazrat Nizamuddin (New Delhi), on date 18.08.12 for the journey on 05.09.12 via Mangla Lakshadweep Express and made the payment through ICICI Bank Debit Card facility, the details of which are given below;

                              Hi,
                              I am facing the problem as refund on cancelled tickets is not credited to my account even after 3-4 days.
                              Bank customer care informed me that irctc has not given refund instructions to bank and irctc is not accepting this statement.

                              I have cancelled a W/L ticket from delhi sarai rohilla to jammu pnr number: [protected] Date of Journey 12th Aug 2012 Ticket cancel on 13 aug 2012 receipt number:[protected].. As per irctc website the amount was refunded to ICICI payment gateway to bank of baroda account on 15 aug 2012 . However, it has not been credited to my bank of baroda account. Its been more than 3-4 day now. Please look into the matter.



                              Did you get your problem solved? Please guide me how to register irctc complaint and on further proceedings.

                                I have booked and e-ticket from Hatia (Ranchi) to Howrah in Hatia-Howrah EXP (18616) .But it was not successfully booked due to failed transaction.                                 I have tried with SBI- ATM card.

                                It was failed transaction but when I check my balance of ATM account, INR 469 (ticket cost) was deducted.

                                  I booked tickets in IRCTC website before one month.After that it has withdrawn 10rs for four times without my knowledge.This is a faulty and damn waste website.Dont ever book your tickets there.They are accessing our account without our knowledge.Pls be aware.Amidst processing fees they deduce this amount also....Instead it is better we can go directly and book tickets... Waste IRCTC.Poor service!!!
