no ticket generated even after the money deduction

i booked the ticket to Nagpur from raipur for 25th july 2012 for 2 adults which cost 370/- on saturday (30/06/2012) but instead of confirmation i got this address
"REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&"
with this what m i suppose to do please help.....

I was booking two tickets from Dehra Dun to New Delhi for train no 12206 ( AC Express ) for 5th July 2012.
The tickets were booked in the name of Anupama Pandhi and Avnash Wahi.
After filling the form and submitting the form the money is deducted from my State Bank Debit Card.
My transaction Id is[protected] for Rs.724/-.
No PNR number has been mailed and the page was REDIRECTED TO YOUR website.

No Refund after nearly a month.
Reason for TDR :
Irctc confirmed one ticket among family of 5. All other tickets were WL 1/2/3/4.

I fail to understand the logic of confirming one ticket. The rule does not permit travel on waitlisted e-ticket. The authorities have not responded to my querry.

Most of the time the querries seem to be answered by unknown( no name or...

e-ticket booking

I have booked e-ticket, I did not get my ticket, after the payment was made
through SBI Debit Card for a purchase of worth Rs-1245, the error,
"REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?
com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&" came up without giving me the confirmation of the
payment and neither the ticket is generated.
so what I should do....

Dear sir,
i have same problem .IRCTC deducted Rs. 20 extra without any detail, from my account without any confirmation next day after making online reservation of two tickets.

Any transaction either can make bank or by confirmation of owner of account . otherwise it is "illegal".

and this transfer of money is not fulfill legal requirements, and without any notice so it is cheating and fraud...

MY Amount has not been refunded as yet

Sir ,
I had booked e-ticket through irctc. My PNR No.- is [protected]. But I re-scheduled my date of journey and cancelled my ticket. But till date cancelled amount has not been creadited in my account.Therefore I am sending my bank statement for kind perusal . I hope u will redressed my grivance as early as possible otherwise I will have to take legal action in this regard.

not getting confirmation

Today (26/06/2012) I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket on KOCHUVELI GR from YPR City Jn to CNGR boarding on 05/0712 for Ms.Hima Anna Abraham. I boarded A.P.Exp,vide pnr[protected],coach no A 1, Berth no29 on24-6-12.The attendant sri B.Venkata swami,refused to give
Napkin.When i wanted to lodge complaint he became furious and even refused to disclose his name,Fearing action stated his name wrongly
as Venkatesh.When i insisted to change the pillow cover & blanket as they were already used by occupants, it was also rejected.

I have couple of complaints against IRCTC online booking service.

1. It is observed that the online booking for Tatkal tickets does not take place from 08:00 Hrs to 08:40 Hrs using consumer IDs. However when we approach Agents they are able to get these tickets. No ticket booking due to slow speed

From the past 1 week i have been trying to book railway tickets from delhi to bangalore. But due to ridiculously slow speeds of the irctc server, i am unable to book the ticket. Half the time it says that your session has expired, sometimes it just hangs up.

In this cyber age and the IT capital of this world - INDIA, even one basic website is not made properly.

I have sing up to open an account in irctc. Then I have received a massege that the password will be sent to your email. But the same is not received in my email. but the mobile verification code is come.Please sent the password immediately as I was not be able to booked e-tickets through my User Id. IRCTC site is not functioning properly

Refund of e- Ticket cancellation money

I have cancelled E-ticket bearing PNR No-[protected] for Rs. 10390/- and PNR No-[protected] for Rs.11300/-. Igot the message that the amount will be credited back to my bank account from where it was deducted.But my account is not yet credited . I booked railway ticket vide PNR no-[protected] in train no 12841, doj - 16.06.2012, 3A, HWH to CTC, D Mishra, T Rath and Praneel (4years) RQWL 08 and 09. dtd 05.06.12 at 15:08hrs.
At final chart, status was- Booking # 01-B3, seat 01,and # 02 - W/L - 01. As I was journing with my family with a baby, it was impossible to travel with E-ticket waiting list. Instead of making it RAC, the IRCTC confirm one ticket. Asking the TTE, refused...

Not got the refund amount for cancellation of ticket

I have cancelled the IRCTC ticket on 6th jun 2012. The PNR number is [protected] to travel from bangalore to chennai on 8th June 2012.
The refund status shows as refuned in the IRCTC site. But i didn't get the amount yet in my credit card. I have done the transaction through CITI bank to book the ticket. The Receipt number in IRCTC site is shown as IRCTC 7341-[protected]. The amount is Rs. 435

IRCTC.CO.IN not opening in morning 8am to 8.30am

Anybody wonders what technology irctc.co.in uses…as today I could not open the site from 8 am to 8.30 am at all. Even with 2mbps connection the site failed to do anything.

Sometimes even when the page loaded to fill the form for train inquiry, calendar did not load and u cannot enter the date manually, forcing to relogin.

Other sites like facebook, gmail etc has millions o[censored]sers logged in simultaneously and...
