i was booked in e- ticket from BCT TO AED at11.41 pm to 13^th October and amount of Rs 508.00 has been cut to my account BUT the ticket is not booked .now 10 days are going but my Rs 508.00 is not refund to my account......

Poor IRCTC Serves

IRCTC online service for rail reservation is very very poor...
It can't handle its users online; specially at 10:00 AM (Tatkal Time) ...
IRCTC "must" learn from GOOGLE who handles users all over the world with no delay...

I tried to book tatkal ticket (availability: 154 tkts); i succeeded till payment (amount deducted from my account) but after that BOOOOM... Service Unavailable, hahahaha...br...

SERVER PROBLEM

Day to day IRCTC is becoming worst. If they have any server problem, then they need to stop the service temporarily and they need to work on that.Apart from that IRCTC is running business with inefficient server. By this customers are loosing impression on the site and at the same time customers are loosing their money too.. So I request the concern department to take necessary step for improving the service....

Negligence in providing services

It is very irritating to use irctc website to do a booking. Being a user I get harrassed every time for not getting logged in to the website after spending hell lot of time. The site just refuses to open even after 1 hour.
I feel the developers as well as the maintainance team are totall worthless.
Customers time are valuable and that must be respected.
A simple login should hardly take 30 seconds....

WORST SITE EVER

I tried booking tickets for my grandparents as they have to attend a funeral.. it was an emergency travel that they planned for. I got a call when i was in office from my grandparents to book tickets via TATKAL. i tried logging into the site by 9 58am today and i was keep trying until 11 30am. multiple attempts all i was able to reach was till the seat availability option. there were so many times the server loads and kicks me out stating...

It is a humble request, please increase the number of trains between Lucknow to kathgodam. There are no seats available even if we try to book the ticket one month in advance. If there is some urgency there is no option available to reach on time and at times because of this some very Important things are missed out. I booked a railway ticket through irctc on 14/07/2012. The mode of payment was through IOB debit card(visa) and I used the ICICI gateway for the payment. I cancelled my ticket just few days back , now the irctc site showed the status "refunded" but still I haven't got money credited in my account.

unable to booking tickets

i m not able to booking my tickets whether i've made my user id that is harasr in IRCTC ,,and also i've registered my email id in cleartrip that is [protected]@gmail.com but while booking the tickets one dialog box is appears in which two options have given first one is (Register for a new IRCTC Account ) and second one is (Sign in to your existing IRCTC Account) but when i choose the second option i have to enter my cleartrip...

I was booking online ticket from railway offical site named irctc . my ticket was no booked and the amount of money was deducted from my account the first deduction from my account was of rs 2472 and the second amount deduction was of rs 2060... pls i request u to refund may amount which was by mistake deducted from my account.....
