TRANSACTION ID [protected], TRAIN NO. 11040. MAHARASHTRA EXPRESS. THE SAID TICKET IS COSTING RS.1892/-. THE SAID TICKET HAS BEEN CANCELLED BY ME ON DATED 28/07/2012.
THE REFUND AMOUNT TOWARS ABOVE CANCELLATION OF TICKET IS RS. 1752/-. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND BECAUSE MY ICICI BANK A/C NO.[protected] IS CLOSED DUE TO SOME TECHNICAL REASONS. BEFORE CANCELLATION OF TICKET THE SAID A/C IS CLOSED.
THEREFORE, YOU ARE KINDLY REQUESTED TO GIVE THE SAID REFUND BY WAY OF A/C PAYEE CHEQUE AND DISPATCH THE SAME ON MY RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS. OTHERWISE, IF POSSIBLE KINDLY REFUND INTO MY IDBI BANK A/C. NO. [protected], AKOLA BRANCH.

IRCTC — e ticket Failed transaction
I have just tried to book my ticket with transaction ID : [protected]I have tried with SBI- ATM card.
It was failed transaction but when I check my balance of ATM account, INR 469 (ticket cost) was deducted.
Please..............Can you help me out in this case??
