Grevillea Magarpatta city,Pune-411028 But jouney was preponed.Tried to cancel the i ticket on line. There is no
provision to cancel the ticket on line to get the refund as per rules.

    Complain against PNR -[protected] ,[protected] ,[protected] ,[protected] for non travelling in Purshottam Exp/No-12802 on 25-sep-2012
    due to late arrival of Danapur Tata Exp.

    Dear sir,
    we the passenger were travelling on 25-sep-2012 from jasidih railway station to Tata by Danapur Tata Express, but the train was 3 hours late and reached at Tata in 9:30PM for which we all the 22 number of passengers failed to board in Purshottam Express at Tata to Puri against the above PNR No in the Train No 12802/ Purshottam Express. Further we travelled from Tata to puri by bus on the next day on 26-sep-2012 .
    So we request you , to refund the ticket fare for the above passengers as we could not travelled on 25-sep-2012 by Train No 12802/ Purshottam Express from Tata to puri .

        On 30 Sep 2012, I have booked an online ticket for train number 12853
        AMARKANTAK EXP from BILASPUR to JABALPUR boarding on 12th Dec 2012 for Parmesh MALE 42 Years of age , Sweety FEMALE of age 35 YEARS, Tanisha FEMALE of age 9 YEARS & Arnav MALE of age 13 YEARS . Unfortunately after the payment was made through SBI ATM cum DEBIT card payment gateway, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankrespon... came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.The money ( Rs 1889.00 ) has already been debited from my wife's SBI savings account, but I have not received ticket confirmation.

        I request IRCTC to help me at the earliest and refund the same amount.

        IRCTC — Money charged for not given ticket

        on 9/03/2011 I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket on 11014, LOKMANYA TT EXP from Salem Jn to Pune 6/06/2011. Unfortunately after the payment was made through SBI payment gateway, that page expire without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated. Then again i booked same ticket. I have checked my SBI accout through ATM, i found money was taken for failure ticket also.

        This is really embarrasing situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest with the amount.

                  I am unable to book my railway reservation ticket by HDFC credit card since 60 days when try to book, DFF box is not available , DFF option is blank ,no any issue by book any debit card or net banking , Please check and do the need full.

                  Indian Railways — unable to book ticket using credit card

                  Sir,
                  I am Suresh Kannabiran holding a valid id in irctc. I have booked the tickets in the past. But recently I am unable to book my tickets using my credit card.

                      I didn't share my online SBI login and password with any one and this can be done only by Haking my online SBI login and password. This is the case of CYBER CRIME and someone has hake my online sbi login and password.

                      I have some Preliminary action detail are as following.

                      1. Changed my online sbi login and password.
                      2. Report on local police station:- but local police are not accepting my complain report/ FIR and misguiding me.
                      3. Complain on SBI main branch, damoh.

                        I purchased 4 tickets for travelling Delhi to Jabalpur (Train 12412, Gondwana Express) on 22.06.2012 through the agency 'Rahii Tours & Travels Waltrav International Online Suvidha' for 3 rd ac. Out of which 2 tickets were confirmed and 2 were under partial waitliste. My name 'Kavita Jaggi' was under partial wait list. I did not travel due to absence of confirmed ticket. I informed the agency to file TDR immedeatly and they did also. The TDR filed has transaction id [protected] with PNR no. [protected] dated 25.06.2012. After 3 months since them, I contacted the booking agent and he informed that my TDR refund has been rejected. I dont understand how is it possible since I did not travel on that date. Pls look into the matter and resolve asap, this is really frustating.

                                    I purchased two return flight tickets from Spice Jet from Kochi to Pune and back and subsequently one return ticket was cancelled and on 09 Aug 2012, the amount was refunded to IRCTC by Spice Jet. Inspite of repeated requests telephonically and through e-mail, even after a time lapse of more than one month, IRCTC(FLT) has not refunded me the amount. The transaction id is [protected].                                     IRCTC — Non refund of the Cancelled ticket amount

                                    I have not got refund of the Cancelled ticket amounts from Irctc for the following two cases.

                                    Case 1 :
                                    Cancellation date - 01-Sep-2008
                                    PNR [protected]
                                    Amount Rs.4116/-

                                    Case 2 :
                                    Cancellation date - 16-Aug-2008
                                    PNR [protected]
                                    Amount Rs.390/-

                                    I have followed up with Irctc customer care thru phone - 1 time & by Mail ([protected]@irctc.com) more than 5 times.

                                    All my attempts are in vain.
                                    I have not got refund of the following cancelled ticket in my canara bank account though IRCTC is saying that it is refunded with transaction ID: [protected].

                                    PNR no: [protected]
                                    Amount: 1365/-

                                    The amount is still not credited in my bank account.
                                    The problem is informed to [protected]@irctc.co.in and [protected]@irctc.co.in but no solution found.

                                      As Details given below, Booked tickets on the below mentioned dates and on next day of the ticket booking extra money as commission was deducted from my SBI account without my authorization.. kindly do the needful to prevent any such incidences in future and to return my unnecessarily deducted money...

                                        Hi,
                                        I am Rajeev Uppala, I am trying to book a ticket from Kesamudram(KDM) to tirupati(TPTY) on 14 oct 2012 through e-ticket, After click on payment mode money was deducted from my account but session as expired. How can i get the ticket or else money back? Please give me quick responce as soon as possiblie. Thanks in advance.
