Sir,
I had filed a TDR on 20-Jan-2012 for cancellation of Railway Ticket PNR No. [protected] from Sawantwadi Road to Mumbai Journey dated 20-Jan-2012. But till date status of refund is under process. I am regularly follow up with IRCTC authority by my mail id mohan.[protected]@rediffmail .com.
Correspondence with them is as below
Sir,
The date of journey was 20-Jan-2012 from Sawantwadi Road to Mumbai. On that day i.e. 20-Jan-2012 I was in the office. In our office we are having biometric attendance system and attendance is recorded in ERP system, screen short of the same is attached for your reference.

Deducted extra money from my bank account
Dear Sir,
I, Mr.Ankur Taneja would like submit a complaint against IRCTC that they have deducted Rs.20 extra from my bank account.
To Be more specific, I had booked two railway e-tickets of pnr no. [protected] and [protected] on 10rd july 2012 by online ticket booking on www.irctc.co.in with my username tanejaan.I have had used sbi online payment gateway for payment of the booked tickets.They have deducted Rs.630 and Rs.600 instantly for each ticket.Then the very next day I checked online banking account statement which says that irctc has deducted Rs.20 more for some kind of commission twice. They didn't noticed me anything before and they didn't mail me of why they have charged me when I had already made the payments of booked tickets.
