but some personal reason i am not traveled on this train .
i want to cancelled this ticked on date of 18/08/2011 but on irctc site not give me a option to cancelled this ticket

IRCTC website not working dt. 24.01.2012

Hi,

Since today (24.01.2012) morning I am trying to book e-ticket, every time I am getting the message as Server timeout.

I believe IRCTC has to upgrade their server speed. Especially on weekends and when there are public holidays appearing either on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday IRCTC server will always be busy and people face lot of problem while booking the e-ticket.

Unable to log-in into irctc account

Dear Sir/Madam,
I was using irctc for long time. And my user id : mchandu143.

Today after logging-in at 10AM, I have booked a ticket and clicked a link which asks to verify the e-mail.

After that I was unable to log-in. It always says wrong password.
I also did not get any mail to my email for any verification..

I have booked a Tatkal Ticket on 22nd Nov 2011 from NDLS to PNBE.
The Train was late around 6 hours which is not suitable for us so we have spoken to IRCTC customer care they suggested if journey is not comfortable in this case you just file TDR, you will get your full refund. I did so. But the thing is that why should they take more than 3 months in refunding amount.

regarding railway e-ticket transaction failure

I have booked a ticket from jaipur to Jodhpur on 26th Dec 2011 for the travelling date 27th dec 2011. But after making the payment, instead of showing window for printing ticket following error came. My amount was also deducted. I want IRCTC to take necessary actions as soon as possible
