website of tourism of maharashtra — email address of this site is not working

Maharashtra governments tourism website is www.maharashtratourism.gov.in and when i tried to send email on there email address [protected]@maharashtratourism.gov.in of MTDC's REGISTERED OFFICE at mumbai.so that was failed so if that email is not working why they have given at there website contact option. i wanted to ask them about vacancy and carrer in MTDC because in this section also they have not provided any information. hope you will help me out.

IRCTC — refund not received till now

Sir/Mam
I cancelled my 2 tickets from irctc(user id - ankur_g90) - 3 days before and yesterday....
and till now i haven't recieved my refund money back...
PNR no. of the tickets cancelled are-

Also, more money has been deducted from my pnb acc.(user id-AQK004557) during last reservations from irctc....

I hope u will check for the same and solve it.

Had A Talk on Phone No.[protected] and told The official who was on the line the complete Scenario related to the Refund Status, but before I Could finish the talk the phone line was disconnected. I think It was a female voice and I think that she told me was that it normally takes 3-4 working days for the amount to be credited back in the account. So lets wait for another 3-4 working days. Meanwhile continously trying but Customer Care is always busy.

Again Had A Talk With IRCTC Official (Neetu), told her the full scenario and the problem, first of all she was not ready to accept the blunder related to Failed Transaction, but when I told her that It has happened she told me send me the details of the transaction. I told her that already I have sent the email with all the related details. Again now I will send her all attachments for making everything clear.

Below is the copy of the email that I have already sent to IRCTC

Note: Pls Find the attached Files which were requried by the IRCTC Official (Neetu) as per the telcom with her dated 26/05/2010 11:40AM.

Also Pls guide as to what actually is to be done for getting the refund back ASAP. Looking forward for early co-operation in this regard.

Till Here everything if fine but when I go in the Refund Status - Cancelled Tickets Section of The Website It Says "No Cancellation Ticket Detail" And When I check the Refund Status - Failed Transactions It shows two transactions

When I Click on the Above Transactions ID's The Detail that it shows is totally different i.e. It is not related to the travel details for which the tickets were booked and then cancelled. It is altogether a different transaction which is displayed there. Pls. check the failed transactions how it is reflecting over there, because it is creating a confusion. As per the ticket Cancellation info displayed above My Credit Card Account should have been Credited by 909 + 606 Amount Which till now is not been credited. Pls guide me as to when it will be credited. I Know that IRCTC.co.in is a good website but this time sorry to say the expereince was not good. Pls look into the matter urgently. Waiting for your Early response regarding this matter. I am unaware of to whom should I escalate this matter to get the refund. All the options that are available on the website I have tried out and when I got finally got tired I thought that You Will finally help me out in getting my refund as early as possible.

IRCTC — CANCELLED TICKET REFUND NOT RECEIVED

I cancelled a ticket on 09 Nov 2012 for train from Kalka to N Delhi, Shatabti Express.
PNR No is [protected] and Transaction ID is [protected].
It is more than a week now, I am yet to receive the refund for my cancellation.
May I request your expertise to resolve the problem. Thanks
I have cancelled on online my both way journey to Jaipur in 12/2015(probably in the 2nd week). I have received my refund of Rs.1330-for return journey from Jaipur to Chennai(vide POS[protected]. But I have not received refund for my onwards journey( Chennai to Jaipur).

    I have booked two e tickets for journeyON 30.12.2011 from trivandrum to THRISSUR.         Hello,

        Today (08.02.2012) I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket on 13017 GANADEVTA EXP from Burdwan (BWN) to Rampurhat (RPH) boarding on 09/02/2012 for Subhasish Roy and Pratip Chowdhury. Unfortunately after the payment was made through SBI ATM-CUM-DEBIT card, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankrespon... came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.

        This is really embarrasing situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest with the ticket if the payment is already confirmed at their end. If not refund the same amount.

        Expecting a reply as soon as possible.

          The train Rajkot – Secunderabad Express 17017/17018 is thrice in a week. I tried to book a ticket on very first day as soon as the reservation time was up and within 5 hours the status was RAC! This shows that the train has a heavy rush for it. This is the only train that directly connects the 5th largest city of India namely Hyderabad with 7th largest city of India Ahmedabad. Please make this train a daily train. Jai Hind!

          This shows the lack of insight of the railway minister in developing India!
          agreed but this is not the place to discuss this
          I am traveling from Vasai road to secunderabad and there AC is not working as required. I complained many time to solve the problem but no one takes the responsibility to solve the problem. He avoided me. Kindly let me know this kind services you are providing to the passenger.

          Request you to please try to provide the better services for passenger.

              hello, i am really upset and its a pain to book a ticket on the www.irctc.co.in as you need to take one hour to book one ticket and its also not sure if it will book you ticket or not because sometimes the money will be deducted from your account and the ticket will be not ready. why don't you guys can handle the traffic of the beginning one hour when you need to book tatkal tickets as you there are so many people trying to book the tickets as well as agents. For booking the ticket this website is always slow and it doesn't work properly. that's it.

                Dear sir,

                This is Satheesh. I planned a travel from Chennai to Nagpur for my personnel work and i booked my Tatkal ticket through IRCTC in Grand Trunk (GT) express with the PNR no [protected] on 16th October 2011.

                Due to Telangana issue, the train was diverted and i cant able to travel on that train.

                So, i booked TDR (Travelling Deposit Receipt) with Transaction ID [protected] in the IRCTC official website on 16th October 2011(As per the rule, after the departure of the train, we may permit to file TDR) and i got a message that my money(Rs. 465) will reimburse within 90days from the entry of TDR. But even it crosses 100days, i cant get my money back.

                So, i tried to call the IRCTC customer care number (CHENNAI). They didn't even attending my call. I tried for a minimum of 30 times.

                So, i kindly request you to reimburse my money as soon as possible.

                For your reference, i kindly attach my TDR result as on today as the JPEG file..

                      IRCTC — non receipt of password/ IS locked

                      I have booked two e-tickets under my login ID santoshbad.and alloted PNR no. [protected] and [protected].
                      Subsequently I tried to log in in order to print the tickets, a msg appeared saying that my email id is not varified. I clicked the button for varification and i was informed that my new password was being sent to my email ID.

                      Even after lapse of 3 days I reset Password is not received on my email. All the customer care nos are always busy and unable to contact.

                      I am not able to print my tickets and also can not change / cancell my tickets unless I log in.

                      Very frustrating situation and nobody to answer.

                      I shall be hghly grateful if i get some reply from them, otherwise my tour proogramme is all in mess.

                        I had applied for TDR on 2nd Apr2010 for the e-ticket booked by me from Howrah to Kanpur central, however I had not travelled as my ticket was not confirmed but I did not receive any refund as yet.

                              I have purchased a reservation ticket online on IRCTC. But due to Telanagana agitation train was cancelled. So, I filed a TDR for the refund. However, only half the amount was refunded. I have called the IRCTC customer care multiple times and they are giving me different telephone number each time I called them. Nobody answer the calls on those numbers. In case even if they answer also they are again asking me contact customer care. But the other half of the amount is not being paid by IRCTC.

However, only half the amount was refunded. I have called the IRCTC customer care multiple times and they are giving me different telephone number each time I called them. Nobody answer the calls on those numbers. In case even if they answer also they are again asking me contact customer care. But the other half of the amount is not being paid by IRCTC.
                              I think IRCTC is earning money by cheating the people. As per rule I should get full fare refunded by IRCTC. Now I have waited enough and will go to the police station then to the court. Railway is the bigest cheater in India.
                              I think Indian railway is cheating everybody and making money. Trains are ovefull, suffering the people but railway is earning money with overfull trains. Why do they sale more tickets then the available train seats or bearths? Thatswhy Indian railway is the worst in the world. I rate it with one star but it is like -10 stars, it is the worst in the world. For railway is only money important but no service. In the 1st class or two tire AC´s there is no service, every where is dirty, but the complaine book is always maintained. The compartments are really dirty for the ticket fare what railway charge. Next time I will also submit the good and bad photos of train compartments, but not only on this website.

                                Hi,

                                Since today (24.01.2012) morning I am trying to book e-ticket, every time I am getting the message as Server timeout.

                                I believe IRCTC has to upgrade their server speed. Especially on weekends and when there are public holidays appearing either on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday IRCTC server will always be busy and people face lot of problem while booking the e-ticket.

                                Many a times it so happens that the amount is debit from the account and e-ticket is not booked.

                                Hence to avoid the problems, I hope IRCTC will take the above mentioned matter as serious and will do the needful.

                                I also faced the same issue while booking tickets under Tatkal . Everytime the same Server Unavailable error message was displayed. I tried booking the tickets from 8 a.m. onwards to 8:30 but of no use, and ultimately all the seats got booked leaving me with no choice.
                                Irctc have these issues regularly, some steps should be taken to overcome their server problems.

                                        I have booked a Tatkal Ticket on 22nd Nov 2011 from NDLS to PNBE.
                                        The Train was late around 6 hours which is not suitable for us so we have spoken to IRCTC customer care they suggested if journey is not comfortable in this case you just file TDR, you will get your full refund. I did so. But the thing is that why should they take more than 3 months in refunding amount.
