Dear Sir/Madam,

The website is not sending mobile verification code on my mobile. And, therefore I am not able to log-in into the IRCTC website.
Earlier also I tried to complete the verification process but same thing happened. and now after 3-4 months i am trying again since last 1 hour and still no sign on OTP for verification. and without that website is not allowing me to even search a train.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am a traveller,

    The website is not sending mobile verification code on my mobile. And, therefore I am not able to log-in into the IRCTC website.

    Kindly check and resolve as soon as possible, as I have to take printouts of my booked tickets and make another online booking.

        Dear Sir,

        My name is Najmul Haque and I was traveling from Katpadi (KPD) to Howrah (HWH) by train.
        Bad for lunch as meal what they served, it was an awful experience for me and some items were missing, it was like they took it from some local shop and selling it here in the name of IRCTC.

        I orders 1 Non-Veg chiken meal, where they provide rice with one curry and fried chiken 3 pcs very small. Chapatis, curd everything was missing and they charged 150 INR. And didn't provide any bill too. Which is also higer than the rates (130 INR) showing on website.

        I would like you to look into this sincerely and take action against such cases at the earliest.

        I'm expecting a refund of my bill. Hope you will consider this.

            Hi Sir/madam,

            I tried to book a ticket yesterday (8th July, 2021) which is failed to book and show that "No seats available - Transaction dropped". But amount was debited from my account. Please rectify my complaint as early as possible and credit the same amount.

              I had Cancelled IRCTC train ticket from Mumbai to Brhampur on 3 April 2021, IRCTC had refunded the money on next day 4 April 2021 Still I have not received the amount in my account. So kindly request you to look at to this issue and refund the money to my account as soon as possible.

                  Respected sir /mam its already nearly 2 months to my ticket cancelled but their is still no refund given of my 2 tickets also transaction id -[protected] (PNR- HM4BFT) & [protected] ( PNR- FFQQ8V )..i have sent my both id s bank statement in my last mails ...& also called on ur customer care no -[protected]...almost called every 10 days in last 40 days but their is no solution for this problem .so i request u to clear my refunds as quick as possible...so that i can use that money which is with irctc from last 2 months ... my mail id which is registered to irctc is [protected]@gmail.com & my mobile no-[protected]

                      We booked the following tickets and this was cancelled due to Pandemic. I have sent several emails to IRCTC and they just do not respond. When contacted on phone they give excuses like Gateway error etc. It's been over 1.8 years I am struggling to get my hard earned money from them.

                        I was booking a 3rd AC ticket today, under Tatkal scheme seats were available 50 with cost around 1200 per person, as soon as I was booking the ticket I got PQWL, I searched for Premium Tatkal then and found that 4 seats were available in 3rd AC and prices were same, as soon as I booked the ticket price was increased from 1200 to 4500 for 1 person, it was emergency so I booked a ticket for my parents.

                        As a government body IRCTC should not cheat users like this, middle class can only travel to trains because they can't afford Airline charges, if IRCTC takes the same charges where should middle class people will go.

                        This is actually a fraud by IRCTC and they should return the money.

                                Dear Authority refer pnr [protected] on which the senior citizen passengers travelled and pnr [protected] was filed under TDR

                                Names: Pratap Bhanji Pasad age74 and Kastur Pratap Pasad age 70
                                Reason for filing TDR : train diverted from its origin that is from Bhuj to Ahmedabad

                                passengers travelled by road to Ahmedabad but were unsure to reach on time to board train, so they filed TDR for pnr [protected].

                                Later they booked again as they were in position to board the Train from Ahmedabad.

                                The reason for repudiation was passenger travelled, yes they have travelled but through new pnr ticket.

                                Have already done series of email explaining the facts, but the TTE attending the coach on that date mentioned both the pnr marked.

                                Please understand the passengers and senior citizens and only when they were assured that they can reach on time, booked new ticket.

                                There is no reason whatsoever for them to mark both the pnr.

                                Do look into the matter and do the needful.

                                    I have filled in and registered for new IRCTC ID and email OTP was triggered and accepted.
                                    For the phone number that I have provided there is no OTP triggered due to which I am unable to complete my registration. Please check and resolve this urgently as I have to book tickets on priority for my travel.
