irctc website suddenly not recognising user id and password

i booked five ticket(4 female and 1 male) from gkp to lko on 8/6/2011. which transaction id and pnr are [protected] & [protected] respectively. During booking i was demand for UB, LB, MB. But after payment(Rs 720) i have got 5 SB with different section. lastly i cancelled these five ticket because it is very difficult to accommodate four ladies with different section of SB.
