This is regarding refund from irctc. I have booked my ticket from mas to pay on 23 march 2020. Due to covid19 outbreak and lock down, ticket was automatically cancelled by the concerned authority. Under my transaction details, its showing the amount is refunded but it isnt recieved yet in my bank account. Its really sad at this particular covid19 scenario to face such difficulty. It has been more than a month. I humbly request you to go through this matter and help me get rid of this issue. Also the message i recieved from irctc during the cancellation period is enclosed with in this.

(Trains originating from 23.03.2020 to 14.04.2020 are cancelled. Full refund will be made automatically for all such tickets to users. Do not cancel your e-ticket)
