My irctc account ashfaq2405 got suspended... Without any prior notice

I knew that i never done any fraud or any misuse of my i'd...

I just added more than 10 master names... But they all are our family members and relatives...

When i mailed my issue to irctc i received this type of reply form irctc...

Dear customer,

As per t&c of irctc, personal user ids are meant for personal use only.
As per the record available with irctc you have added more than 10 master
Passenger list linked with your user id.

It seems that you are using your personal user id for commercial
Gains/miss used, that's why your id was suspended/deactivated and it can't
Be activated again.

Note: please use email id registered in your irctc profile for communication with irctc customer care.

    User id disabled without any warning

    Website: IRCTC.co.in

    My user name vvj1961 using last 8 years. Irctc has disabled it from 9.5.2020 without giving any warning. When asked about this via email irctc stating misc. Reason for diabling user id. I have balance of rs.3000 in my irctc wallet. I[censored]ser deactivated, my balance of irctc wallet should be transferred to my account....

      My irctc account is suspended without any reason. Now when i emailed them to activate my account, i got response that account can't be reactivate. K have money in my wallet. So when i asked my money, i got response that that also can't use. If they can't activate account that is fine but atleast they should transfer my wallet money to my bank or new irctc account which i will create.

            Dear Your principal agent Multilink is not refunding money
            I have Approx Rs. 30000 stuck with them for auto cancelled tickets in lockdown and they said that IRCTC has not refunded the money yet
            I request to please refund all money directly to agent's bank account and do not refund to principal agent. They are cheating to all their sub agents.

              Sir i had booked 3 tickets on 15th may 2020 to travel on 16th may 2020 from special train 02454
              But the money was deducted and ticket generation failed.

              And irctc showing the status no response from bank

              Irctc transaction id's are - [protected] amount is 1220.89

              And 2nd transaction id is [protected] amount 1220.4

              In this it is showing amount recieved but did not processed refund till now

                I booked the ticked but it is showing ¨Pending from Bank end¨. Until I don´t get confirmation, I can´t book another ticket. I have booked ticket through UPI payment.

                  Sir I booked two air tickets as follows:

                  1. Transaction id [protected] from Hyderabad to Bhubaneswar. booked date is 14.02.2020 and travel date is 05.04.2020.
                  2. Transaction id [protected] from Bhubaneswar to Hyderabad. booked date is 27.02.2020 and travel date is 13.04.2020.

                  After complaining many times they are not refunding the full amount till date. As per the recent communication I am not eligible to get the full refund. Please do the needful on this.

                    Hi team,
                    I have booked ticket on irctc app using zaapay payment gateway.
                    The ticket is automatically cancelled yet the refund is not credited to my amout
                    Please check and help me on to the same.
                    Please note i have checked from my end.
                    Found that the payment has been refunded to zaakpay pg bank.
                    But it hasn't been credited to my amout from zaakpay.

                      I have booked a train ticket from visakhapatnam to secunderabad for dated 17th april 2020 and it got auto cancelled on 16th april as per irctc policy. I didn't got my amount back in my account but in irctc it's showing amount of rs 1080 refunded but zaakpay hasn't refunded it to my account. The refund id is [protected] and pnr was [protected]. Please help in refund of my money.

                          Sir,
                          This is regarding refund from irctc. I have booked my ticket from mas to pay on 23 march 2020. Due to covid19 outbreak and lock down, ticket was automatically cancelled by the concerned authority. Under my transaction details, its showing the amount is refunded but it isnt recieved yet in my bank account. Its really sad at this particular covid19 scenario to face such difficulty. It has been more than a month. I humbly request you to go through this matter and help me get rid of this issue. Also the message i recieved from irctc during the cancellation period is enclosed with in this.

                                Complaint about the refund of cancellation of the ticket.
                                The amount (Rs-3885)has be refunded by irctc and not yet credited to the account.
                                As we took detail from the branch of the account, amount has not been reached to concern bank.

                                  Hi,

                                  I have booked a ticket [ pnr : [protected] ] and the journey date was 27th april. But this ticket was auto cancelled by irctc due to covid-19 on 14th april. Now if i go to the cancelled ticket section i can see the below messages.

                                  "amount credited to bank with reference no.[protected]". But till date the amount is not credited in my bank account.

                                  Can you please check it? I have attached the screen of of the ticket details.

                                      I booked two tatkal tickets from irctc app.
                                      1 ticket is confirmed and another is in waiting. After the chart preparation one 1 ticket name is available in the chart so. Only one person was travelled.
                                      I mentioned reason for claiming refund is "party/family ticket partially confirmed and wl/rac passengers did not travel".
                                      But my case is repudiated.
                                      Tickets details are :

                                      Booking date - 17 mar 2020
                                      Traveling date - 18 mar 2020
                                      Class - 3a

                                      Total ticket fare - 2800
                                      Payment method - paytm wallet

                                      Tdr details -
                                      Tdr date & time - 18/03/2020 10:47 hrs.
                                      Case registration date - 24/03/2020
                                      Case registered at - north east frontier railway
                                      Status - case repudiated.
                                      Repudiation date - 20/04/2020
                                      Repudiation reason - ticket not surrendered upto 30 minutes before the scheduled departure of the train.

                                      This is online ticket how can i surrender this.
                                      Please help me.
