Hi,

I have booked a ticket [ pnr : [protected] ] and the journey date was 27th april. But this ticket was auto cancelled by irctc due to covid-19 on 14th april. Now if i go to the cancelled ticket section i can see the below messages.

"amount credited to bank with reference no.[protected]". But till date the amount is not credited in my bank account.

Can you please check it? I have attached the screen of of the ticket details.

      I booked two tatkal tickets from irctc app.
      1 ticket is confirmed and another is in waiting. After the chart preparation one 1 ticket name is available in the chart so. Only one person was travelled.
      I mentioned reason for claiming refund is "party/family ticket partially confirmed and wl/rac passengers did not travel".
      But my case is repudiated.
      Tickets details are :

      Booking date - 17 mar 2020
      Traveling date - 18 mar 2020
      Class - 3a
      Boarding - ludhiana jn (Ldh)
      Destination - kanpur central (Cnb)

      Passenger 2 - manjeet kaur wl/1
      Total ticket fare - 2800
      Payment method - paytm wallet

      Tdr details -
      Tdr date & time - 18/03/2020 10:47 hrs.
      Case registration date - 24/03/2020
      Case registered at - north east frontier railway
      Status - case repudiated.
      Repudiation date - 20/04/2020
      Repudiation reason - ticket not surrendered upto 30 minutes before the scheduled departure of the train.

      This is online ticket how can i surrender this.
      Please help me.

            I did not receive my refunded amount of irctc. My rail ticket got cancelled due to covid 19 outbreak. It was refunded by irctc's end but zaap pay did not refunded it.

              On 21 feb 2020 i booked, train ticket, through irctc by use canara bank debit card, the money (Rs. 6017.36) was debited from my saving a/c[protected].
              Then cancelled the ticket on 19-mar-2020. Pnr number : [protected]
              Cancellation id : [protected].

              Money was refunded by irctc by two instalment, rs.5220.0 on 21-mar-2020 and rs.760.00 on 04-apr-2020. But only rs.5220.00 creadited to my account, and rs 760.00 bank refund txn id - [protected], 04 apr 2020 not creadited till date

                  I want back my money against cancellation refund amount ₹1685.00, which debited indian overseas bank. Yet not credited refunded by irctc on 27.04.2020. I were purchased a waiting list amount of ₹1720.00 from visakhapatnam to panskuraticket from irctc on journey date was 16.04.20. But unfortunately it was cancelled on covid-19, so it was refunded ₹ ₹1685.00 by irctc powered through zaakpay on 07.04.2020.

                      Tickets were cancelled on 15th april by irctc automatically for 26th april and it shows the refund status as sent to bank in refund history but hasn't received any refund amount yet.

                      It's been more than 11 days since my ticket is cancelled, yet i had not recieved any refund and customer care service is pathetic, each time i get same answer that it will be processed in 3-4 working days and they hang up even not listening to customer that it's been already 11 days.

                      Let me know how much more time it will take for amount to get refunded or is there any action require from my end.

                          The amount 4902.15 was debited from my bank account number [protected] on date 02.04.2020 for the purpose of railway ticket booking. The mode of payment used was debit card. After cancellation of train due to lockdown on date 17.04.2020 a refund has been initiated by irctc.

The cancellation charge is already refunded by IRCTC on 31st March, 2020 which is credited to my A/c on 08th April, 2020. But the remaining amount which is refunded by IRCTC on 23rd March, 2020 to the bank, it is still pending. Till date it is not credited by IRCTC or bank to my account. For Ref.No, Refund ID & for other details plz. view the attachments. Pl. Sir enquire into matter & try to resolve it as soon as possible. Thanks with regards.

                                    Dear sir/madam, kind attention of public relation officer

                                    I was forced to cancel my tickets which was scheduled on 08/04/2020 and 09/04/2020 to tirupati on 20/04/2020 due to prevailing corona threat.
                                    But later i came to know that railway ministry has taken decision to refund full amount for the journeys from 22nd march to 15th april, since my journey falls in the above time period, i would like to request you to refund the full amount instead of 50%.

                                    I received only 50% of the ticket amount with reference number ips ref dt[protected] irctc mobil and ips ref dt[protected] irctc mobil. I once again reiterate my date of journey falls on 08/04/2020 and 09/04/2020

                                    Even after 2 months of cancellation of tickets, I received only 50%. I have not received the full refund.
                                    Despite my remainders to expediate the process, there is no response from your side or from customer care.
                                    Off late it is very difficult to reach customer care over phone. Please let me know the status
