Recently on 10 June 2020 I booked IRCTC Air ticket for Air India Airlines through IRCTC app but due to Lockdown or Curfew Condition I had forced to cancelled it on 11 June 2020 and that ticket was refundable by charging 250 by irctc but not yet refund by IRCTC please refund my money

    While login into irctc getting error as user is disabled.
    User id - ajaymangle
    Reply from irctc:
    We would like to inform you that your user id ajaymangle is inactive due to excess passenger added in master passenger list.
    Therefore, you are unable use it.
    Sorry for the inconvenience caused please re-register on irctc website with alternate email id and /or mobile no.
    Please pay attention at below given suggestions :-
    1. If you want to take print-out of your ticket, please send us your pnr no. To [protected]@irctc.co.in. So that we may provide ers copy of your ticket.
    2. If you want to cancel your e-ticket, then drop a mail on [protected]@irctc.co.in from your registered email-id (Mentioned in irctc profile).
    Me:
    There is no limit for addition of passengers in master list then why my id is disabled? Limit should mentioned or else it should not accept more passengers post adding stipulated number of passengers and pop-up error.
    I want my id to be enabled. Why should i process for new id? Else you can discard extra passengers from my list & enable my id.
    Pls help.

    As per t&c of irctc, personal user ids are meant for personal use only.
    As per the record available with irctc you have added more than 10 master passenger list linked with your user id.
    It seems that you are using your personal user id for commercial gains/miss used, that's why your id was suspended/deactivated and it can't be activated again.
    Me:
    I have added passengers who are frequently traveling with me. There is no limit to adding names in the list whereas you are suggesting only 10. Also i have received any mail from irctc that master passenger list more than 10 & we noticed that you are your id for commercial gains. I haven't used so for any commercial gains.
    Hence its my humble request to you that you may remove all passengers' names from the master list & reactivate my id.

    Irctc can't deactivate id without any notice to the end user. Also, to book tickets for family members or close friends who don't have access to the irctc website cannot be justified as commercial gains and all. Please provide escalation email id further. I want my same account to be activated.

    Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Though IRCTC notified but its wrong that without prior notice disable the ID. Also, i haven't used ID for commercial use which I have already mentioned in mail. To help family or close friends who are not having IRCTC ID or unable to go to booking office is an offence that IRCTC disabled the ID.

      On 24th of may 2020, i ordered 4seater dining table from royal oak online. After payment i got the mail that my product will be deliver by 8th of june 2020 but still now i didn't get my product.. Customer service is poor they never respond to your call.. Is it a fake site?

              I have booked a train ticket on 23 feb.2020. Pnr no.[protected] from kota to haridwar. Through gateway of patym payment bank. The train cancelled and irctc refunded the amount through gateway of paytm payment bank on 18 feb.2020. But paytm payment bank didn't transferred the money in my bank account yet.

                Due to covid all trains are cancelled and my journey train cancel and i cancelled my journey ticket 10 may & 21 may 2020 on 28th may but payment is not refunded in my card. I have also attached the pic of cancelled tickets.

                  I booked two time ticket on ircrtc.co.in costing amount of ist order id-6965240 rs - 1593.18 & iind order id-6965240, rs - 1593.18 dated 24 may 20. The bank was sbi and payment gateway was sbi debit card. The transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. How and when will i recover my amount. My mobile number is [protected].

                    I am an irctc agent through multilink (Multilinkwww.biz-solutionz.com) all railway tickets are auto cancelled and refund processed by railway but company not refund my money. Customer care not pick up the call. I paid all passenger's refund from my wallet, i am very happy if any body help in this matter, please guide me..

                        My irctc account was abruptly suspended quoting the reason that i added a non family member to my travellers list. The member whom i added was my friend's daughter who wanted a ticket to go back to delhi in such covid emergency and asked my help to book her ticket.

                        She is part of my extended family.
                        Without giving any warning irctc suspended my account and is not refunding the irctc wallet money for approx 1300.

                        This is sheer dadagiri on account of irctc and they are fooling people for their hard earned money.

                            I am attaching the tdr file for your reference and another one is that we took a extra ticket from Katni to YPR because due to some reason we all departed from Katni not from satna.

                            I took two general tickets attached where both (poonam Singh and sunita Singh) traveled on the same ticket and that was confirmed by your TTE (2nd AC) and even I had paid extra amount 8000 Rs.

                            So poonam Singh and sunita has travalled on the different ticket on the same train and not on waiting ticket. My PAN CDWPS9312L number is also mentioned in the ticket provide by TTE.

                            Please let me know if you want any other proof.

                              My irctc account ashfaq2405 got suspended... Without any prior notice

                              I knew that i never done any fraud or any misuse of my i'd...

                              I just added more than 10 master names... But they all are our family members and relatives...

                              When i mailed my issue to irctc i received this type of reply form irctc...

                              Dear customer,

                              As per t&c of irctc, personal user ids are meant for personal use only.
                              As per the record available with irctc you have added more than 10 master
                              Passenger list linked with your user id.

                              It seems that you are using your personal user id for commercial
                              Gains/miss used, that's why your id was suspended/deactivated and it can't
                              Be activated again.

                              Note: please use email id registered in your irctc profile for communication with irctc customer care.

                                User id disabled without any warning

                                My user name vvj1961 using last 8 years. Irctc has disabled it from 9.5.2020 without giving any warning. When asked about this via email irctc stating misc. Reason for diabling user id. I have balance of rs.3000 in my irctc wallet. I[censored]ser deactivated, my balance of irctc wallet should be transferred to my account....

                                  My irctc account is suspended without any reason. Now when i emailed them to activate my account, i got response that account can't be reactivate. K have money in my wallet. So when i asked my money, i got response that that also can't use. If they can't activate account that is fine but atleast they should transfer my wallet money to my bank or new irctc account which i will create.
