I did not get refund in my bank account. The ticket was automatically cancelled on 27 March, 2020. The refund status is showing: SENT_TO_BANK. But I did not get the refund. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

    I booked tickets in january for "to and fro" journey on 12th april and 14th april 2020 respectively. Due to the outbreak of coronavirus, irctc cancelled tickets. I received refund initiated mail for both the tickets. But i received refund money in my account on 31st march for 14th april ticket only. After waiting for 5 days with no doubt of anything pending from bank side, i am making a complaint against irctc to irctc for not refunding my money for journey date 12th april 2020. Kindly refund back my money.

    11 days journey from the day of complaint raised to complaint resolved . Frequently updating status at Consumer Complaints Forum. Frequently emailing to [email protected] and [email protected]. Two request emails to bank for the credit status in the account. Finally received money in my account today. Thank you Consumer Complaints for providing a forum. Thank you IRCTC for refunding back my money.

    It's been 6 days of me raising a complaint but did not receive the payment yet. I had emailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in which allotted ticket id 6631424 for the complaint but no solution. Please refund back my money.

    If IRCTC doesn't take my complaint serious and doesn't resolve it soon, I would move to Consumer Court for the slack response.

    Today is 15th April yet no solution.
    IRCTC [protected]@irctc.co.in replied to my email on 12th April asking for details of ticket. Since then no response to my email. IRCTC ate up my money. Bank people are giving better services now. They refund the EMIs debited maximum within 1 week. IRCTC is very ignorant and casual towards customer service. I wish Piyush Goyal does something good to speed up the redressal of complaints.

      I had booked a ticket for my wife from ltt to bsb dated 31/03/2020 bearing pnr no :- [protected] but due to covid19 & total lockdown announced by shri. Narendra modiji the bookings were cancelled.

      On 27th i received a sms stating that the refund has been initiated & it would reflect in my account in next 3-4 days. But it's almost 9 days now but still not received the refund as well as no proper response on email or twitter.

      Only ticket id's & a transaction id are provided but no solution as to by when i will be receiving the amount!!

      Please refund asap!!

              Trying to book tickets from yesterday, i have dont 4-5 transactions from different bank accounts, at the end the amount is getting deducted but the PNR is not generated. Receiving an error "PENDING FROM BANK END".

              Not one but for all the transactions
              I booked a ticket from new delhi to bapudham motihari.I paid the ticket fare with phonepe upi.From phonepe end it is showing successful but on irctc it is showing pending from bank end.What's the problem

                Pnr numbers below has got cancelled due to train cancellation due to covid.

                The refund amount is not including the paid convenience fee plus gst. However itcts send mail that they are giving full refund. But irctc customer care mentioned that convenience fee is not refundable. The irctc should make everyone clear about the refund amount. Either the convienece fee is refundable or not refundable.

                    With reference to the above subject line I would like to inform you that I have cancelled the ticket PNR no- [protected] from Pune to Danapur 2 pessanger in 3rd AC on 7th March 2020. Booking was done through IXIGO TRAIN App and payment was done through HDFC debit card no- [protected].

                    The time of cancellation I have selected UPI refund option UPI is linked to Mob No- [protected] for quick refund but I did not get refund amount Rs.3410.0.

                      I purchased indigo air ticket through my irctc account on 21.03.2020, but subsequently canceled the same on 22.03.2020 due to lockdown of the country. The ticket was from hyderabad to ranchi on 23.03.2020. The pnr no. Was dwrb5e and cancelation was done through indigo website. The present status shows complete and money returned to irctc. But till date the refund money rs. 3999/- is yet to received.
                      I request to irctc kindly refund my air ticket cancelation money.

                        Dear sir/madam,
                        As per captioned, i had a train on 21/03/20 with confirm ticket (Pnr [protected]).
                        But as per appeal of h'ble pm shri narendra modi, i decided to participate in the said "janta curfew" on 22 mar 20. Hence i decided to file tdr after chart preparation for full refund of my money.
                        But i was unable to do so (I also read in business line that if anyone cancel or wants to cancel ticket from 21 march to 15 april, full refund will be given)..

                        Please resolve my issue and refund my money as soon as possible.

                            I have not received refund even after 90 days of filing TDR for the reason train got delated more than 3 hours.pnr [protected] mail was sent to irctc ticket id 6471362 i called manny times no resolution received.they say we have not received refund. they were rude and every time says will transfer call to senior and keep on hold for long period and later disconnect the call

                              Hello,
                              I am here to complain about the rendering services of irctc app, as I had booked a ticket on 16th March and it had got money deducted from google pay UPI and yet my ticket was not booked.
                              Its been 7 days and I havent got any refund on that.
                              Kindly look into this as the money was deducted from my account and the transaction failed after that as it showed session timed out and I was thrown outside the session after being charged the whole ticket amount.
                              I hereby request to be refunded my money back.
                              I will attach a screenshot of the data of the failed transaction.
                              Kindly look into that asap.

                                I had booked a ticket from agra cantt to rajpura journey date 15 mar 2020, but the train got late from more than 3 hours. I had filed the tdr on the same day at 15 - mar-2020 18:51:56 hrs. The status of tdr showing cr repudiate. I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so i have filled the tdr little late. Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.                                   I have cancelled a ticket with pnr number :[protected]
                                  I checked the current status
                                  Which is still in waiting list (4 members rqwl4 to rqwl7)
                                  So i have cancelled on 17 march
                                  I have paid 1900 for the 4 tickets (475 each) while booking,

                                  The railway e-ticket refund policy says when
                                  We cancel waiting list ticket before 48 hours,
                                  We will be charged rs 60 for each person
                                  And for the confirmed ticket it will be rs 120 per person

                                  As i have cancelled the ticket which was in waiting list i should have to get refund of 1660/-

                                  (60 person and for 4 persons it will be 240/-
                                  1900-240= 1660/-)

                                  I have to get 1660/-,
                                  But refund is initiated for rs1420/-

                                  Refund the remaining amount.

                                    The amount 458.68 was deducted from my account but I cannot find my ticket in my mobile.

                                    So kindly refund me back the amount in the same account
