Dear sir/ madam
This is with regards to my irctc payment made for ticket booking on date 11-jan 2019 for amount of rs. 1904.39 and rs.1904.39 (Two times). The ticket booking was through my irctc sbi credit card for with i have received the transaction number as below :
1. For 1st debit of rs. 1904.39 having ref :[protected] arn 74661709014901149424040
2. For 2nd debit of rs. 1904.39 having ref :[protected] arn 74661709014901149428900
Till date i haven’t received the payment for irctc. For the same irctc sbi credit card is charging me late fee and interest amounting to rs. 15, 190/-

This issue is already raised through irctc call center and mails, and always got a reply that same is not claimed by irctc. The transaction amount requested by irctc from sbi credit card is on 14th jan 2019, where, irctc has got credited in their bank account.

Further, the login id of irctc account is : vikaskankariya

Name of the applicant : vikas kankariya

I request your good self to look into the details above and issue the refund for the failed transaction along with the interest amount.

I also received a call for my previous compliant, they are already accepted that the money is not refunded but they are not paid me for that. I request you to make a direct payment to my sbi credit card having number for which the details of sbi credit card number is [protected].

This strategy they have to follow because they every time state while booking the train tickets that if wrong debited then they will repay back to same account. Then why they are not make the payments.

It is more than 5-6 weeks the complaint is been raised but know one has replied. If this is not addressed then will file a written application to the court of law.

We request you to take the action immediately.

    I tried to book a train ticket from MMCT to NDLS on 3rd April 2020 in irctc website through payment gateway PHONPE (According to passbook: one97 communications l) but transaction failed (Ticket not booked) but money was debited from dena bank account, but still not refunded.
    Please look into this matter immediately.

      I have filed my tdr regarding the train not diverted after consulting with an irctc customer support agent as my train is not reaching my boarding station that is udalkachar but my tdr was repudiated and I didn't got any refund

                  I was Trying to reach the helpline of irctc No.7556610661 but the No. Is always showing Busy. so I am not getting help from the IRCTC . Please help me to Refund my Amt. My Ticket was Booked on 6th April and Cancelled on 27th March but the Amt not credited. On 6th April Whoever Booked the Ticket their Amt got Refunded within 3 days as msg came from IRCTC But my Amount yet not Refunded. Kindly help to Refund my Amount

                    I informed you that against 1st pnr number [protected] on date[protected] due to which, could not travelled because train late more than three hours, then tdr filled and 2nd pnr number [protected] on date[protected] due to which, could not travelled because train late more than three hours and then tdr filled & 3rd pnr [protected] on date[protected] due to which, could not travelled because ticket in rac after chart preparation and then tdr filled & 4th pnr [protected] on date[protected] due to which, could not travelled because train late more than three hours and then tdr filled & 5th pnr number [protected] on date[protected], i have travelled on its ticket.
                    So. I further request you that i made 5 tickets my own irctc users & email id in the date[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] so as, these four tickets has been tdr filled and i could have travelled on fifth ticket on date[protected].
                    Please further informed you that i have all proof as so, i have not travelled on that ticket as has been filled for tdr.
                    Please refund my all amount so very great full for you.
                    Replied from railway that i have travelled but i have not travelled that pnr as so proof i have 4th ticket inside 7 days of same name so i have travelled on 5th ticket as details above email.

                      Hi, i have my level best. My user id is blocked and since past 3 months i am following irctc but as usual very irresponsible and not responding. Inspite of giving adhaar card neither they are activating my irctc user id nor they cancelling my etickets which i mailed them to [protected]@irctc.co.in

                      I have sent multiple emails and called customer care multiple times but not getting help from anywhere. My user id for irctc is "vijay9967".

                      Registered mail id at irctc is "[protected]@yahoo.com"

                      Please help to cancel my etickets.

                        This is regarding the ticket booked on 8th march on irctc website which got failed while booking. But even though the amount from bank account was deducted of rs. 2561.8 and i didn't got my refund back.

                        I have been following up with the bank and irctc for past 1 month for this refund but i have been told that the request has been forwarded to concern department. But i have not yet recieved my refund yet.

                          But both of the trains were cancelled due to covid-19 outbreak.

                          But i still haven't received the refund amount on my account.

                            I booked a railway ticket from irctc.on 10 mar 2020 I cancelled that ticket which pnr no - [protected].
                            Irctc not send me refund amount from 10 mar 2020.
                            When I call him they ask for mail him.when I mail him he give reply my refund is in process.they are not send my refund amount after 1 month.
                            Please check this sir and send me refund amount.

                                I booked tickets in january for "to and fro" journey on 12th april and 14th april 2020 respectively. Due to the outbreak of coronavirus, irctc cancelled tickets. I received refund initiated mail for both the tickets. But i received refund money in my account on 31st march for 14th april ticket only. After waiting for 5 days with no doubt of anything pending from bank side, i am making a complaint against irctc to irctc for not refunding my money for journey date 12th april 2020. Kindly refund back my money.

                                It's been 6 days of me raising a complaint but did not receive the payment yet. I had emailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in which allotted ticket id 6631424 for the complaint but no solution. Please refund back my money.

                                If IRCTC doesn't take my complaint serious and doesn't resolve it soon, I would move to Consumer Court for the slack response.

                                Today is 15th April yet no solution.
                                IRCTC [protected]@irctc.co.in replied to my email on 12th April asking for details of ticket. Since then no response to my email. IRCTC ate up my money. Bank people are giving better services now. They refund the EMIs debited maximum within 1 week. IRCTC is very ignorant and casual towards customer service. I wish Piyush Goyal does something good to speed up the redressal of complaints.

                                  I had booked a ticket for my wife from ltt to bsb dated 31/03/2020 bearing pnr no :- [protected] but due to covid19 & total lockdown announced by shri. Narendra modiji the bookings were cancelled.

                                  On 27th i received a sms stating that the refund has been initiated & it would reflect in my account in next 3-4 days. But it's almost 9 days now but still not received the refund as well as no proper response on email or twitter.

                                  Only ticket id's & a transaction id are provided but no solution as to by when i will be receiving the amount!!

                                  Please refund asap!!
