This is with regards to my IRCTC Payment made for Ticket Booking on date 11-Jan 2019 for amount of Rs. 1904.39 and Rs.1904.39 (two times). The ticket booking was through my IRCTC SBI credit card for which the ticket was not booked and the transaction failed.
Till date I haven’t received any payment for IRCTC for the failed transaction and for this SBI Credit card is charging me Late fee and Interest amounting to Rs. 14, 995/-.
This issue was already raised through IRCTC call center and mails, and always got a reply that same is not claimed by IRCTC and they do not have any transaction details.
This issue was also raised with SBI Credit card department and received a complaint number C-1433A2486231 and R-1433A2837438. But till date no action is been taken and they are being charging me late payment fee to my credit card till date.
The transaction details given by SBI card customer care center on 17th March 2020, stating that amount requested by IRCTC from SBI credit card is on 14th Jan 2019, where, IRCTC has got credited in their bank account. I have received the transaction number as below :
1. For 1st debit of Rs. 1904.39 having Ref :[protected] ARN 74661709014901149424040
2. For 2nd debit of Rs. 1904.39 having Ref :[protected] ARN 74661709014901149428900
Further, the login ID of IRCTC account is : vikaskankariya
Name of the user : Vikas Kankariya
I request IRCTC department to look into the details above and issue the refund for the failed transaction along with the Interest amount of Rs.14, 995/-

I haven't received any response from your end except a call stating that IRCTC agreed that they have received a wrong payment against the failed booking tickets dated 14 Jan 2019. Why the amount is still not been refunded along with the Interest.

Updated by Vikas Kankariya It is more than 5-6 weeks the complaint is been raised but know one has replied. If this is not addressed then will file a written application to the court of law.
We request you to take the action immediately.
i have cancelled my ticket on 05.03.2020 with PNR Number: [protected] and refund amount of Rs. 4425, still not received by me in bank account, status showing sent to bank from last 10-12 days.
kindly look into the matter
