I want back my money against cancellation refund amount ₹1685.00, which debited indian overseas bank. Yet not credited refunded by irctc on 27.04.2020. I were purchased a waiting list amount of ₹1720.00 from visakhapatnam to panskuraticket from irctc on journey date was 16.04.20. But unfortunately it was cancelled on covid-19, so it was refunded ₹ ₹1685.00 by irctc powered through zaakpay on 07.04.2020.

      Tickets were cancelled on 15th april by irctc automatically for 26th april and it shows the refund status as sent to bank in refund history but hasn't received any refund amount yet.

      It's been more than 11 days since my ticket is cancelled, yet i had not recieved any refund and customer care service is pathetic, each time i get same answer that it will be processed in 3-4 working days and they hang up even not listening to customer that it's been already 11 days.

      Let me know how much more time it will take for amount to get refunded or is there any action require from my end.

          The amount 4902.15 was debited from my bank account number [protected] on date 02.04.2020 for the purpose of railway ticket booking. The mode of payment used was debit card. After cancellation of train due to lockdown on date 17.04.2020 a refund has been initiated by irctc.

              [protected] Forwarded message[protected]Sir, Most humbly I beg to say that I have cancelled four e tickets (PNR NO [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) on 22nd March 2020. The cancellation charge is already refunded by IRCTC on 31st March, 2020 which is credited to my A/c on 08th April, 2020. But the remaining amount which is refunded by IRCTC on 23rd March, 2020 to the bank, it is still pending. Till date it is not credited by IRCTC or bank to my account.                     Dear sir/madam, kind attention of public relation officer

                    I was forced to cancel my tickets which was scheduled on 08/04/2020 and 09/04/2020 to tirupati on 20/04/2020 due to prevailing corona threat.
                    But later i came to know that railway ministry has taken decision to refund full amount for the journeys from 22nd march to 15th april, since my journey falls in the above time period, i would like to request you to refund the full amount instead of 50%.

                    I received only 50% of the ticket amount with reference number ips ref dt[protected] irctc mobil and ips ref dt[protected] irctc mobil. I once again reiterate my date of journey falls on 08/04/2020 and 09/04/2020

                    Even after 2 months of cancellation of tickets, I received only 50%. I have not received the full refund.
                    Despite my remainders to expediate the process, there is no response from your side or from customer care.
                    Off late it is very difficult to reach customer care over phone. Please let me know the status

[protected] for 14 april and the refund status is showing 575+60 refunded to the account and the refund date is 8 april but i didn't receive any refund in my account.                                     My two online reservation tickets have been cancelled automatically. The irctc initiated refund of Rs 1520 on 25 and 28 march and 1 April, 2020. They said the refund amount would be credited within 7 working days. But the said amount has not been credited to the bank account yet

                                      I have booked two train tickets through irctc eeb site. But due the lock down declared by the PM the trains were cancelled. They initiated the refund on 25 and 27 march, 2020. They told the amount will be credited to the account within seven days. But the said amout of Rs 1520 (760*2) has not been credited yet.
