I have booked rail ticket from irctc but my ticket is not booked my transaction is failed and also my amount deduct but my amount is not refund please solve my problem urgently my detail is given below.

Dear sir/madam,
As per captioned, i had a train on 21/03/20 with confirm ticket (Pnr [protected]).
But as per appeal of h'ble pm shri narendra modi, i decided to participate in the said "janta curfew" on 22 mar 20. Hence i decided to file tdr after chart preparation for full refund of my money.
But i was unable to do so (I also read in business line that if anyone cancel or wants to cancel ticket from 21 march to 15 april, full refund will be given)..

Please resolve my issue and refund my money as soon as possible.

      I have not received refund even after 90 days of filing TDR for the reason train got delated more than 3 hours.pnr [protected] mail was sent to irctc ticket id 6471362 i called manny times no resolution received.they say we have not received refund. they were rude and every time says will transfer call to senior and keep on hold for long period and later disconnect the call

        Hello,
        I am here to complain about the rendering services of irctc app, as I had booked a ticket on 16th March and it had got money deducted from google pay UPI and yet my ticket was not booked.
        Its been 7 days and I havent got any refund on that.
        Kindly look into this as the money was deducted from my account and the transaction failed after that as it showed session timed out and I was thrown outside the session after being charged the whole ticket amount.
        I hereby request to be refunded my money back.
        I will attach a screenshot of the data of the failed transaction.
        Kindly look into that asap.

          Dear sir/madam,
          I had booked a ticket from agra cantt to rajpura journey date 15 mar 2020, but the train got late from more than 3 hours. I had filed the tdr on the same day at 15 - mar-2020 18:51:56 hrs. The status of tdr showing cr repudiate. I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so i have filled the tdr little late. Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.             Hi,

            I have cancelled a ticket with pnr number :[protected]
            I checked the current status
            Which is still in waiting list (4 members rqwl4 to rqwl7)
            So i have cancelled on 17 march
            I have paid 1900 for the 4 tickets (475 each) while booking,

            The railway e-ticket refund policy says when
            We cancel waiting list ticket before 48 hours,
            We will be charged rs 60 for each person
            And for the confirmed ticket it will be rs 120 per person

            As i have cancelled the ticket which was in waiting list i should have to get refund of 1660/-

            (60 person and for 4 persons it will be 240/-
            1900-240= 1660/-)

            I have to get 1660/-,
            But refund is initiated for rs1420/-

            Refund the remaining amount.

              Refund status in irctc shows refunded but amount not yet refunded in my bank account. It has been more than 15 days now. Please help me out here. As soon as possible.

              I have tried to book ticket from Ahmedabad to MOKALSAR on 20/3/2020 in Ahmedabad to Bhagat ki Kothi weekly express (Train no-14804).
              The amount 458.68 was deducted from my account but I cannot find my ticket in my mobile.

              So kindly refund me back the amount in the same account

                  I booked an e-ticket of train no. 13420 from gangapur city to varanasi with reservation id: [protected].
                  The ticked charge has been debited from my account which i have paid using paytm upi and upi reference id is[protected] but its status is still pending from bank end.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I have booked railway retiring rooms for Rameswaram through online website vide the following references.

                  Sl No - Booking Ref. - PNR NO
                  1 - RMMRR1772598 - [protected]
                  2 - RMMRR1772580 - [protected]

                  Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had cancelled the reservations on 01.03.2020 and the refunds approved for Rs.456/- and Rs.171/- respectively on 02.03.2020 vide the shown IRCTC website status and the status are showing as "SETTLED". But till now (17.03.2020 at 06.15 pm) the refund amounts have not been credited to my account from which the payments have been made. Screen shots attached.

                  I have made several requests over customer helpline numbers and through emails towards expedite of refunds by sending the appropriate scanned copy of the account statement as proof of non credit of refunds. As there is no response from the customer help centre, I have escalated the issue to the concerned higher authority Mr. Harendra singh over his mobile number [protected] on 13.03.2020 and upon his request I have forwarded him the complaints made through email on the same date.

                  But till now even after the lapse of 15 days, the refund amounts have not been credited to my account. I regret to note about the uncaring attitude of the retiring room help line authorities and their higher officials towards their customers. Please expedite the refunds.

                    This is with regards to my IRCTC Payment made for Ticket Booking on date 11-Jan 2019 for amount of Rs. 1904.39 and Rs.1904.39 (two times). The ticket booking was through my IRCTC SBI credit card for which the ticket was not booked and the transaction failed.

                    Till date I haven’t received any payment for IRCTC for the failed transaction and for this SBI Credit card is charging me Late fee and Interest amounting to Rs. 14, 995/-.

                    This issue was already raised through IRCTC call center and mails, and always got a reply that same is not claimed by IRCTC and they do not have any transaction details.

                    This issue was also raised with SBI Credit card department and received a complaint number C-1433A2486231 and R-1433A2837438. But till date no action is been taken and they are being charging me late payment fee to my credit card till date.

                    The transaction details given by SBI card customer care center on 17th March 2020, stating that amount requested by IRCTC from SBI credit card is on 14th Jan 2019, where, IRCTC has got credited in their bank account. I have received the transaction number as below :

                    1. For 1st debit of Rs. 1904.39 having Ref :[protected] ARN 74661709014901149424040

                    2. For 2nd debit of Rs. 1904.39 having Ref :[protected] ARN 74661709014901149428900

                    Further, the login ID of IRCTC account is : vikaskankariya

                    Name of the user : Vikas Kankariya

                    I request IRCTC department to look into the details above and issue the refund for the failed transaction along with the Interest amount of Rs.14, 995/-

                    What is the status of my compliant. I haven't received any response from your end except a call stating that IRCTC agreed that they have received a wrong payment against the failed booking tickets dated 14 Jan 2019. Why the amount is still not been refunded along with the Interest.

                    It is more than 5-6 weeks the complaint is been raised but know one has replied. If this is not addressed then will file a written application to the court of law.

                    We request you to take the action immediately.
                    I booked a ticket on 17.03.2020, for travel from Raipur to Pakur and the journey date was 19.03.2020. The booking transaction id is [protected]. Herewith I would like to day that the booking not completed and the error message "Pending from Bank End" but the amount of INR 714.50 has already been deducted from my bank account.

                        Why cancellation charge is applied for tatkal waitlisted ticket where probability of confirmation is below 50% and user does a manual cancellation. As a consumer i have not utilized any service from the railway. Applying charge for confirmed ticket make sense that i have booked or blocked a seat, but when system itself has not alloted the seat and show probablity below 50%, then when user cancels, a charge is applied which is not ethical to apply.

                          I booked the ticket from cstm to nagpur, my bank account got debited but the status is showing pending from bank end.
                          This problem is continuously happening.
                          Following are the details of the journey.

                            Booked train ticket from hyderabad to kozikkode through upi. Payment got successful from upi site, and money got debited from bank but in irctc ticket booking, 'pending from bank end'. It was paid using bhim.
                            Ticket is for tomorrow early morning 17th march, 2020. So its urgent.
                            I have repeatedly tried contacting customer care to no avail.
                            Requesting this to be resolved immediately.
                            No pnr has been generated.

                              I had done reservation inTrain no. 12584 (ljn double decker) .train was cancelled on March 6, 2020 but amount is not refunded yet in my bank account. Refund status is showing that the amount of 660 is refunded, but I haven't got the same.its been 11 days but money isn't refunded.                                 I booked a train ticket in 12277 (Shatabdi express) on
                                14/03/2020 and 2 tickets on 16/03/2020
                                First i did via card payment, then via amazon pay and finally via netbanking. All 3 times the amount was deducted but ticket was not confirmed even once. Still keeps showing "pending from bank end".

                                  I tried to book ticket on ahmedabad to trivandrum central on the present day of this post. But due to bank server problem tickets not confirmed and money got debited with no signs like messages and all. But the money got debited i get to know by checking balance, but the irctc app transaction status it shows "pending from bank end". So will the money be refunded or not

                                  I have booked a ticket on 8th Mar and PNR NO [protected] this the no they had allocated and then the ticket cancelled automatically on 8th mar, irctc sent me the mail on 9th mar that we have returned the money But the amount not yet credited into my account... kindly do the needful as soon as possible..

                                    I'd cancelled my ticket of farakka express (13483). On 13th of march at evening. Refund status is showing that amount of 170 rs. Is sent to my bank account. But i haven't got the money yet. For more information i'm attaching screenshot. I have made payment by my debit card, refund is sent to bank, but there isn't any refunded money in my bank account.
