Dear sir I am traveling ranchi to anand vihar date 9/3/2020 I was get down in Kanpur railway station there is the contactor name Agarwal in platform no 2 I purchased janta khana he charged from all passengers 20/- par janta khana but railway rate is 15/- I said I write your comlient he do what ever you want I don't care and when I said give me a bill he said go your train and don't asked the bill I have that stall photog raph also for you reference please take the action against him

    This is with regards to my SBI Credit card payment, I had a failed transaction while booking IRCTC Ticket on the 11th of January 2019.

    This was reported with SBI Cards in the month of January 2019 with following complaint no. C-1433A2486231 and R-1433A2837438 and the same issue was also raised with the IRCTC call center.

    But till date no action is been taken and they are being charging me late payment fee to my credit card till date.

    They are stating that payment has been withheld by IRCTC and amount is debited from credit card.

    I need the failed transaction details from a user IRCTC user ID : vikaskankariya. Along with a confirmation that refund is initiated with the transaction number.

    The statement and the transaction details is attached for Rs. 1904 & Rs. 1904. Total Rs.3808.

    It is more than 5-6 weeks the complaint is been raised but know one has replied. If this is not addressed then will file a written application to the court of law.

      Hi,

      I tried booking ticket on irctc and money deducted but ticket not booked. It is showing "pending from bank end".
      What to do now?
      I paid using my upi via axis
      When and how can i get my money back?

      I have booked to dindugal to chennai
      I have called customer support several times, they said our server was error call me after 10 mins. I have called again, they are saying the same issue again.
      Kindly note this issue please

        I have dropped multiple mails ti irctc customer care mail id with ticket numbers:6293215, 6295179, 6312522, 6321134, 6328449, 6343052, 6360649, 6299611, 6365474. All the time customer care representatives aresaying that 'kindly wait for some more time, concerned team is checking the issue and will get back to you soon. Kindly help to reactivate the account as i have already sent my aadhar copy as i requested. Please help in resolving this asap.

        I booked a train ticket on irctc app for 17007/SC DBG EXPRESS on 13/02/2020. However, after booking the ticket it shows "pending from bank end". I have used phonepay UPI to pay and payment was successful but status is showing pending from bank end. Reservation id - [[protected]]

          I have attempted 5 times to book my tickets in railway from shimoga to bangalore and your irctc website says that the tickets not booked inspite of payment received by the irctc. It is nothing but a case fit for sec 420 of ipc (Cheating). When the amount has been credited to irctc then how could you deny to provide the services to passengers. It is nothing but a fraud and cheat to the passengers. I just not claiming the amount, i need the justice and i will attain it through the competant jurisdiction of law.

            Kindly have a look on this complaint and do the necessary steps to credit back the amount deducted from me.

            In website it says: "since your ticket has not been booked, the amount deducted from your account/card/wallet etc, will be refunded back automatically in 3-4 working days."

            Its been a month and no process has done.

            and here is the payment receipt by application during booking

            Booked a train ticket in 18646 (East cost Express) on 23/04/2020.
            However, it shows "pending from bank end" till now. I have used Credit & Debit cards / Net Banking / Wallet / UPI (powered by Airpay) pay and payment was successful 2 days before. Status is not still clear, so i can not book another ticket.so please resolve my issue.
            Dear sir,
            Irctc has not refund my partially booked tickets with booking txn ID [protected] and refund seq ID [protected]/[protected].
            despite of many mails and calls made no one is responding and no money has been refund so far.
            out of 3 tickets booked only one ticket amount was returned.

              I booked a train ticket in 14042 (Mussoorie express) on 08/03/2020.
              However, it shows "pending from bank end" till now. I have used bmi to pay and payment was successful only. Status is not still clear, so i can not book another ticket.

                    I would like to complaint about the constant honking by the trains in the residential area at all times of the day & night.

                    We live in jalahalli (Also refered as hmt watch factory road. The following apartments are facing the problem;
                    Tata aquila heights
                    Brigade courtyard
                    Prestige kensington
                    Nacen
                    It is very bad during weekends & holiday season.

                    I would be of great help if operators are considerate towards people living close to the railway tracks.

                      I booked two tickets for mewar express (From udaipur to nizamuddin, 28th feb 2020). The train got cancelled. On redund status it is showing refunded on 1st march 2020 but i didn't recieve it in ky bank account. It has been 7 days now. I have asked my bank also they said they have no say in this. When will i receive my refund. I have tried contacting irctc customer care i didn't recieve a satisfactory reaponse from their end.

                        However, it shows "pending from bank end" till now. I have used BHIM UPI wallet to pay and payment was successful TODAY. Status is not still clear, so i can not book another ticket.

                          Hi I have tried to recharge my uts wallet(irctc IR unreserved ticketing) for 300 rs by today(5-mar 6.29 am) via freecharge and 300 rs debited from bank and got confirm message from freecharge that payment is sucess but 300 rs not credited in my uts wallet

                          Need proper justification from irctc and the amont need to credit back to my wallet

                            I have repeatedly contacted by phone and email trying to get them to send me an otp code to verify my international mobile number.

                            I live in the uk and have always used icrtc before. I was updating my mobile number and without verification, i cannot access my account anymore.

                            The last email gave me a ticket code of ticket id:-6308166. I have received many codes by now and spoken to many people on their phones.

                            I need a solution to this problem so that i can access my booked tickets and can book new tickets.

                                  Sir, for my pnr number [protected], doj[protected], train no-02842, my 2nd ac ticket was from source station mas (Chennai) to destination stn. Src (Santragachi). Train departed from source station as per scheduled time and after travelling approx. 90 minutes train stopped for 2 hrs and then we have been told by tte and also we have received message from railways that that train has been cancelled and will not go further and it will return back to source stn chennai due to caa protest. After that as per railways train cancellation rules railway is supposed to give full refund but they refunded only 50 % (Rs.3110) of total fare. (Rs.5950). I have send so many mails to [protected]@irctc.co.in but till date they keep on writing refund is under process.

                                    My name is sanjay, i am complainting about my refund amount of two tickets which debited from my sbi account at 18 february 2020 for cnf ticket booking but ticket did not book and stiil refund has not credited. First amount is 111.8 rupees and second one is 311.8 rupees. First ticket was for traveling from jalna to niphad station by tapowan express and second one for traveling from purna to nashik station by tapowan express. So please kindly request for refunding my total amount 423.6 rupees.

                                      Sir i am traveling from kamakhya to prayagraj my dear no s10-77, i ordered food from irctc cater and food deliver by cater after eating food i found that food quality is very low acording to price, and curd which deliver is very bad quality and taste is also acidic which i could not explain.
                                      I request you that please take action against the cater and dealer of north east express for improve food quality in trains.

                                        I have filed tdr for my ticket on 07/01/2020 which has been repudiated. The reason stated is - 'passenger has travelled'.

                                        But in fact the passenger (My father mr. Naresh prasad) has not travelled in that train as it was running late for more than 3hrs.

                                        Passenger has travelled in another train which was booked in current online quota.

                                        Please make it clear that how can same passenger tavel in same route on same time in two different trains.

                                        I have attached e-ticket of that train from which passenger has actually travelled.
