Today i am traveling from mumbai to baroda from duble decker and i bough idli from irctc wendor inside train /coach when i opened it it was sticking and it has wire like layers... This is happening for second time... Before one month when i traveled i bought aloo paratha and same happening this is so unfortunate u r playing with passengers health...

    Sir, for my pnr number [protected], doj[protected], train no-02842, my 2nd ac ticket was from source station mas (Chennai) to destination stn. Src (Santragachi). Train departed from source station as per scheduled time and after travelling approx. 90 minutes train stopped for 2 hrs and then we have been told by tte and also we have received message from railways that that train has been cancelled and will not go further and it will return back to source stn chennai due to caa protest. After that as per railways train cancellation rules railway is supposed to give full refund but they refunded only 50 % (Rs.3110) of total fare. (Rs.5950). I have send so many mails to [protected]@irctc.co.in but till date they keep on writing refund is under process.

      My name is sanjay, i am complainting about my refund amount of two tickets which debited from my sbi account at 18 february 2020 for cnf ticket booking but ticket did not book and stiil refund has not credited. First amount is 111.8 rupees and second one is 311.8 rupees. First ticket was for traveling from jalna to niphad station by tapowan express and second one for traveling from purna to nashik station by tapowan express. So please kindly request for refunding my total amount 423.6 rupees.

        Sir i am traveling from kamakhya to prayagraj my dear no s10-77, i ordered food from irctc cater and food deliver by cater after eating food i found that food quality is very low acording to price, and curd which deliver is very bad quality and taste is also acidic which i could not explain.
        I request you that please take action against the cater and dealer of north east express for improve food quality in trains.

          I have filed tdr for my ticket on 07/01/2020 which has been repudiated. The reason stated is - 'passenger has travelled'.

          But in fact the passenger (My father mr. Naresh prasad) has not travelled in that train as it was running late for more than 3hrs.

          Passenger has travelled in another train which was booked in current online quota.

          Please make it clear that how can same passenger tavel in same route on same time in two different trains.

          I have attached e-ticket of that train from which passenger has actually travelled.

          I want the full refund as soon as possible

            Pnr no [protected] during on line form filled up requested lower berths for senior citizen and spondylitis also wife suffering knee pain. Ignored request and allotted upper and middle berth. Complaint to railmadad whose reply no request for lower berth hence disolved. Cancelled ticket lost 492/- again booked one no: [protected] this time also allotted upper and middle berths. Please help, we find difficult to climb upper and middle berths. My mobile no [protected]

              I file tdr after charting due to one passenger is not travel, but before departure of train pnr no. [protected]. The tdr filing time is near about 8.20 pm and train departure time is 11.25pm. As per irctc care tdr request is repudiated.

              My ticket id 5933654 & 6265751, every time they reject.

              My question is this as per refund rule tdr is filed after charting but before train departure, tdr is file more the 2hrs before train scheduled departure.

              I attached screenshot of tdr confirmation mail from irctc.

                1. I have applied for a refund amount in irctc on february 6th - rs 730, due to network issues, the amount will be not credited yet.

                2. I have applied for a refund amount in irctc on february 9th - rs 1100 and
                Rs 857, due to network issues, the amount will be not credited yet.
                Also, i have checked with irctc customer care, they said that the amount has been initiated last week and also refunded.
                Another side, we have checked with the bank also, they registered a complaint regarding this.

                Kindly check and refund the amount.

                  आदरणीय महोदय, जब मैं दिनांक 26/02/020 सम्पूर्ण क्रांति एक्सप्रेस(12394) ट्रेनों में यात्रा कर रहा था, तो मैंने पाया कि खाना जो परोसा गया था जो बहुत ही घृणित था। जिसका में बर्णन नहीं कर सकता हूं महोदय सबसे ज्यादा दुःख इस बात की है, कि में जनरल डब्बा बैठा था और इसी डिब्बा में एक गरीब के साथ कितनी बड़ी अनियाय होता है वो सायद आप समझ सकते हैं जब वो खाना देने के लिए आया तो मैने भी एग बिरयानी लिया जिसका कीमत 90 रूपया लिया गया लेकिन सच तो ये है कि वो 90 पैसे के भी लयाक नहीं थे कारण यह है कि वो खाना कम से कम 2/3दिन की बासी खाना था जो किसी भी वक्ती के लिए बहुत ही हानिकारक साबित हो सकता है क्युकी ये जनरल डिब्बे में कोई देखने के लिए तो नहीं आता किया है या नहीं इसलिए श्रीमान से में प्राथना करता हूं कि कृपीया इसकी जांच करे ताकि आने वाले समय में किसी को परेशानी का सामना ना करना पड़े कृपया अपने भोजन की गुणवत्ता में सुधार करें। धन्यवाद

                    My account of irctc ticket booking registered with mail adarsh. [protected]@gmail.com is suspended without any reason. Lator when i complsin about this thay told to provide aadhar card copy. I provided still account has not been undone. I am bank emplyee posted far from my home every saturday i need to book a ticket but duecto this i am facing problem.

                        I booked a tkt in ghy sc special (02514) on 16 dec 2019, filed tdr and get refunded on 13 feb 2020 but it didn't reflect on my account still 25.02.2020.
                        I contacted everyone who involved in payment procedure but no one able/willing to help me. (Phonepay customer care, sbi customer care, sbi branch visited personally)

                        I attached some ss for reference.

                          Regretfully i would complain about the management of indian railways that no bedsheet has been provided untill 8.00pm of today (24.02.2020) after 3hrs of boarding at 5.00pm from varanasi junction. The attendant is reluctant and is informing that there is no bedsheet with them. Kindly look into the matter and solve immediately as it is cusing an inconvenience.

                            For pnr number [protected] train departure date january 26, 2020. Train was not going to destination station i. E. Pune and hence we did not board the train. Tdr was filed and there has been no refund so far. Please look into the matter and refund the amount as train was diverted and the train was not touching the destination station. There is no fault from our end. As soon as we got to know that the train is not going to the destination station, we filed the tdr and did not board the train. Also, post that, we have received a reply that tdr is repudiated because train run was normal. Please check properly before giving any reply. This is completely a lie that train was normal. This is not acceptable as a railway is lying and we want our full refund. Railway message screen shot is attached as a proof that train was not touching the destination station.

                              What is the accountability for the remaining 24 rs (Rs 752-rs728)?
                              Why it is not getting printed in the ticket?

                              I am an middle class man. For booking a room of rs 650/-, i have spent rs 755.55/-.

                                Trying to book irctc web site tickets on 20th feb and payment for 3752.20 debited from my account of icici bank via transaction i'd [protected] but ticket not booked because of failed transaction as informed by irctc.

                                Journey was from ahmedabad to agra cant for 3 members of my family. Via train for 27 th feb 2020.

                                Images of mail received from bank attached with this letter.

                                No refund received back for failed transaction.

                                Kindly refund urgently.

                                  Train no. 11024 was delayed by more than 3 hours, i had filled the tdr no.[protected] dt. 30.08.2019. The refund is approved on 18.12.2019 even raised the complaint on pgportal. Surprising still the refund has not been done even after the confirmation that it is processed and shortly i will get the refund. I have made no of calls and also shared the mail but no response from railways.

                                    Below was the email sent to irctc on 09th feb 2020. They have a customer support team which apparently has no sense of customer support.

                                    Dear team,

                                    This is the snapshot of the ticket that i had booked long back which has my address and all my details.
                                    On what basis does the address look not properly mentioned? Are you guys blocking user accounts at your whim and fancy?

                                    My account and address have been the following for some 7 - 8 years and now you are saying the address is not correct?

                                    To date, i have no communications from irctc regarding the requirement for id proof or documents. You have not even done the basic thing of asking for the details or giving a warning / notice prior to deactivation of accounts. Is this what you call customer care? How can a large institution such as you arbitrarily deactivate accounts without informing the user prior? Or sending an email after deactivation would have helped.

                                    I am attaching my ticket and the relevant id proof. I expect this error from your end to be corrected or i am willing to take this matter further.

                                      This is vidyasagar, today i have booked a 3rd ac tatkal ticket which i haven't got confirmation page in irctc website. So tried 2nd time for the same person which again failed to get confirmation page. But when i looked booked ticket history i saw two confirmed tickets for the same traveller with same login details. How this is possible. This is reduculus having two tickets for same date, train, traveller and login details. This is not fair, you are just cheating people by maintaining this worst website.

                                        I need to book a ticket from tenkasi jn to chennai egmore and i made my transaction through upi today and amount was debited from my account but the ticket was not booked. Please help me get through this problem. It's showing me "pending from bank end"
