Sir
I filled TDR on PNR [protected] and now The status is showing failed the train was late by 3 and more hours me and my family waited for train in station for 2-4 hours then i filled TDR and we travelled in BUS, so want refund because my train was late by 3+ hours.
Now the status is showing TDR failed and the customer care was also not helping me.

    Tdr was filed on 10th august 2019. Train was running late for more than 3 hours. Tdr refund was approved in dec'19 but refund amount is still under process i. E. Not credited yet.

    Payment of refund amount is under process.
    Refund status on irctc site is attached.
    Please process the refund asap.

      Dear sir,
      My irctc user id 'rrajeesh19' regularly using from past 6 years is suddenly blocked from your end on january 2020 1st week, i raised a complaint on january 10, thereby got the information as its a garbage account. I produced address proof via mail and got registered complaint with a ticket id 5933011. But still its not resolved even after continous follow up. Please look in to this negligence and resolve as soon as possible.

        I used UPI method to recharge UTS R-wallet mobile app( Under IRCTC).At first attempt money is not credited to my R Wallet but amount deducted from account So, i try to recharge again.
        Later bank statement shows money debited twice but recharge done for once.Money debitted from bank account twice but it is not credited in R Wallet for one transaction.
        Kindly do the needful.

          I had cancelled a ticket pnr no. [protected]. From ndls to ljn. I cancelled it on 3rd feb. Irctc has given credit instruction to payment gateway. Transaction id provided by irctc is [protected]. Bank said that its not our issue. Talk to irctc. Irctc said that they hav given credit insurance. Kindly help me

            Dear irctc team,

            Don't make it as a big issue.. Please make sure they won't repeat it again in the future... I can understand it is very difficult to get good food while traveling in india by train.. Had many insident today while brought a pazhanpori we couldn't finish it because it had smell me and my friend throw it in shornur that i brought it from outside sellers not from the train catering.. And afternoon from mangalore i brought a fish curry meals for 100 rupees per meal that is also i couldn't complete because of bad quality..

              Dear irctc,
              I am travelling now in 22150. I am sitting in s9 seat number. I brought a upma for my breakfast but while i am eating i found one cockroach in it.. I went to pantry and talked to the supervisor but he said it may happen because so many cockroaches are there he said. They are not serving hygienic food at all kitchen is soo dirty. Service guys are all not serving hygienically. Please do the needful i have a video to share you and other passengers also took it in there mobile too regarding this.

                I travelled on train 12449 from ratnagiri to bsr on 11/02/20, i took 2 coffee, which was served by pantry car staff on the train, suppose to be rupee10.00 for 150 ml as per rate list in the pantry car, but the server asked me for rupee 30.00., and he served approx 100ml of coffee it was not 150 ml. Aftewr i finished my coffee, i noticed the rate of coffee for 150 ml is mentioned as rupee 10.00. So when he was returning to pantry car i asked him about charging more and giving less quantity of coffee, he said there are two types of coffee, and he gave me rupee 15.00 wala coffee.
                First of all he never mentioned that he has two types of coffee or two types of tea, one for 10, other one is for 15., since it is not listed in rate list in pantry car two different types of coffee with two different rates. And i have observed that this is common practice of charging more for the product and giving less quantity all the time, this is clearly cheating, i guess people don't have time to report or want to deal with this kind of problem.
                When i went to talk to pantry car manager, i got my rupee 10 back for charging extra also i made sure that he provide me extra coffee for serving less quantity in first instance, he gave me receipt, which was legal for the price and quantity. I am sure he would not have given me receipt for rupee 15 for 100 ml coffee.in fact server was arguing and manager was supporting him that he had given 150 ml of coffee for special coffee which he charged me rupee 15.00.
                I am sure everyday this pantry car staff must be making lots of money by charging extra and serving less quantity. Of tea/coffee with full support of manager in charge on the pantry car.
                How can this be stopped? I know it is just small amount of rupee 5 for tea/coffee + getting less quantity for a cup of tea/coffee. Millions of passengers travel everyday on indian railway and this is common practice of cheating is on.
                Hope there will be some strict rule comes in to effect so people don't have to pay more, in fact they can get better product for the price they pay if there is no cheating involve.

                I booked a ticket from irctc site (howrah to new delhi). But it shows not booked. We receive a message from irctc that your money will refund on 3-4 working days but money is not refund from 7 days. Sir please take immediate action for this

                  Train did not reached the boarding point (Erode) on 18th aug 2019, so we couldn't travel and filed tdr for pnr [protected].

                  Refund case pertaining to pnr no. [protected] has been regretted by railways. On verification railway has conveyed that the passenger (S) have/has travelled.

                  But we didn't travelled in mentioned pnr because it didn't reach erode (Boarding point)

                  Alternate travel details - post, we got ticket 20th aug 2019 from erode (Ed) to mas, same three passengers travelled in pnr [protected].

                  Please take necessary action on this.

                  Ttr would have verified passenger details with id proof right, we can identify from this. Please investigate.

                    I have booked 2railway tickets through irctc mobile app but after the confirmation of payment page got blank for 40min and my money got debited inr 940.48from my account but my ticket was not booked and when i was checked my account statement the i got remarks in narration column '[protected]- paytmirctcecatering' and reference number '[protected] ' and transaction date in 08/02/2020train name is intercityexpress from new delhi to indore. Yet my money is not credit back so please arrange refund as soon as possible and also i would like to share one thing that after this failure was happen i was booked my tickets again in same train and that time i got my tickets but amount of first time not refunded yet.

                      We had ordered 3 veg thalis from a hotel in gooty, while traveling on train (17604: from yashwantpur to kacheguda). Order no: 39176245. But we received only one thali and even the taste was extremely bad. Here is the hotel number: [protected].

                        This is anandraj, i am using frequently the uts mobile apps (Uts id.[protected]) to book unreserved tickets for traveling.

                        Recently, i have recharged my wallet balance through online paytm - ag on 7th feb 2020 and transaction reference [upi ref no.[protected]]. It got failed but the amount was deducted in my bank account reference for transaction. I have enquired with bank and confirmed that the transaction was success and adviced check with paytm.

                        Hence, need your assistance to refund the amount in my wallet balance or my bnk account.

                          Hello sir/ma'am
                          I have made a booking on IRCTC on 25th january but due to some error my money got deducted(around 900 rs.)
                          As according to the rule refund was initiated by the IRCTC on 27th as per the rule of debit card deductions I have waited for 6-7 days but amount was not refunded I tried contacting to both the parties IRCTC and SBI. They both firstly didn't take the responsibility for the delay or not refunding the amount. And after a long conversation and mail IRCTC gave me the prove of initiating a successful refund of mone on 27th january with providing the proper bank transact refund Id. Now on another end when I contacted to the SBI customer care they are continuously saying to contact the IRCTC even after the proper resolution given by the IRCTC. Now both the parties are playing with not taking the responsibility and even after this SBI persons are saying "what can we do may be IRCTC have not refunded the money to us".
                          It's very hurtful to see these type of irresponsibilities by these TOP service providers. Please help me with proper resolution and help me to get my money back.

                            I have been using my irctc user id since many years (2007 or so).
                            I am a regular traveler and books the ticket for myself, my family members.
                            I have irctc wallet also linked to it.
                            One fine day when i tried to log in it mentioned user id blcoked. After checking with customer care i came to know about junk profile. Since then i am sending mails to irctc care to unblock and given the details they asked for, till date i didnot get any response and i am facing severe problem in booking the tickets.

                              I was ordering food through uber eats, when i selected paytm as my payment mode, all of sudden amount got debited from my card for zaak epayment services and transaction was unsuccessful.
                              This is not acceptable and the money should be refunded.

                              Amount: 523 rupees which have no reference on what transaction being processed. Please take this up and process the refund.

                                Called TT, Catering Manager and showed and witnessed by fellow passengers. Manger offering me additional because I raised concern. He is saying, think about myself not to bother about fellow passengers .

                                fellow passengers never raise concern . Catering managers utilizing their weakness .

                                We pay money and GST because we expect RAJADHANI Express some thing better than other trains. But situation horrible.

                                B. From Nagpur to Bangalore

                                1. Lunch - He skipped Pickle Packet not only for me, but for all . when I asked coach bearer, he told "I forgot" Forgot for all .

                                unfortunately some foreigner also travelling. She is see the way they are separating food near wash room, very horrible situation.

                                Please act sir. Appreciate if you acknowledge this mail. Really its an harassments. killing the ego . Insulting Passengers by supplying food only name sake.

                                    I booked online irctc retiring room at allahabad railway station for 4-feb-2020.
                                    My train prayag raj reached allahabad railway at 7 am on 4th feb from delhi.
                                    Irctc retiring room process starts allocating rooms from 8 am, till the time i always wait on platform (No problem). Once counter opened for room allocation then i joined the queue. At my turn the irctc person on the counter asked me for booking details which i gave him like booking ref id, original id proof and all as usual.

                                    Issue:- then he asked the hard copy for my id proof. I had original with me which i already shown him but he insist to provide hard copy.
                                    It is no where mentioned on your website also that at the time of counter passenger have to give hard copy. I requested him to allocate the booked room to me and i said i will provide you hard copy also at the noon time as i have a hearing in high court court at 9:30 am so please let me go but he refused and asked me to quit the line. At 8 am in morning no printout shop is open generally.
                                    I went to near market but all shops were closed. I got late in all these process and my court hearing passed over for which i came from delhi.
                                    This is not the 1st time i booked online irctc retiring room. I booked it hundreds of times in past but never required hardcopy of id proof.
                                    If it is required then there should be clear guidelines at the time of booking or there should be option to upload online. Why hardcopy is required?? Even tickets and all other process moving towards paperless now a days.
                                    Who is responsible for such inconvenience caused? My whole day got waste due to this and my purpose for came allahabad high court defeated only for one page printout. Why that irctc official not allowed me to enter the room even after i showed him original id card which was mentioned in my booking form.
                                    This is very serious issue and should be rectified by irctc so that other passengers should not suffer with same situations in near future.
                                    Please look into this and update me on this.

                                      I booked online irctc retiring room at allahabad railway station for 4-feb-2020.

                                      Issue - most common issue that dormitory most of the time shows "slot not available" on portal so as an alternative i need to book double/single bed room which is expensive than dormitory. It should not be possible all the time that slots are not available because i tried 30 days before also and same message appeared on portal. I tried with both fwd and return journey pnrs with different dates and time but same message appears all the time. I guess there is some issue with irctc website or any wrong intention to force to book single/double bed rooms instead of dormitory. Please look into/ investigate and update on the issue.
                                      If need any other information from my side then do let me know.

                                        Food seller inside train coaches are unauthenticated, they are wearing irctc uniform but it can also be morphed. My suggestion for irctc is to provide name and unique identification number and create an online profile of the seller with photo, whenever we need to identify him we just verify the seller online. Otherwise it is difficult for some people to buy food from random people.
